I received sms from icici bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

I just got an hdfc credit card and when i logged into my account through netbanking, i came to know that my credit card has been charged with rupees 1299. I called the bank and they told me that some one assist service has been activated on my card. But i never opted for such service. I have not used my credit card for once yet. I really don't want this service which has been activated on my card with out my permission. I request the hdfc...

I have been charged 2799 rs for one assist service. The service had been activated without my knowledge that too it had been activated through my hdfc credit card as a emi loan which i came to know only recently. I have registered complaint to deactivate and refund back the charges. The one assist team is refusing to refund back the charges. I am disappointed with this as i have even asked to deactivate it before two months.

I claimed for the accidental damage of my handset 3 weeks ago.
Now that i already submitted all the documents required by the company already, they are not proceeding the claim and asking for new documents every time just to annoy us so that we give up after that. This is very shameful that i have to complain second time against the same company for the different claim.

On 27/3/2017 my handset was picked up for claim purpose. After so much of follow up.. On 30/5/2017 they said "the subject claim is not admissible due age of device is beyond 2 years. Date of purchase - 22/10/2014 start date of insurance cover - 07/11/2016" ". While renewing the plan the concern team did not knew how old my handset is? When i filed a claim after 2 months they told me this reason. Later now they told me i'll get my un repaired...

Hai i'm kartheek i'm fully disappointed with oneasist service they had my device for more than 100 days.. At last they give me the delivery details as 5 june 2017 but still i didn't received yet.. Please help me out as soon as possible.. They not at all resolving my issue since long time.. But when ever i call them they keep saying to wait for 48 hours..in mean time i will receive from their end which i never received yet..

I want to cancel my one assist member ship.

For that, before 7 days, i already contacted your customer support team. They informed me cancellation team will contact me within 48 hours but no one has contacted me yet from the cancellation team. 23rd june 2017, is the next renew date, i want to make sure that no money should be deducted from my credit card account as i am no more interested in your service.

Without my consent, you have debited the oneassist fees from my account.
Today i made 4th call to oneassist service center.

As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the full deducted amount.br...

I have been following up since 29th may 2017 with your help desk and no solution has been provided so far. They are not able to register the damage claim as the old claim is still open in their tool (For the last claim i have paid the service fee and go back the mobile but not sure why the claim is not closed?). No doubt its a fraud company. I never applied for one assist policy but i got activated automatically without my knowledge with hdfc credit card. I got. To know about it only after i got an sms regarding charges.

I called one assist customer care. The service is very very bad. But somehow i managed to get it deactivated. And got refund of my first installment of total amount of 1299. Now they want me to pay with 3 months emi...

In response to your promote reply on dated 5 june 20017 on my complaint launched on this platform on dated 3/6/2016, my one assist account has has been deactivated but the amount rs 1299/- has not been refunded till now. My customer relationship no. 2123830. More the 10 days passed so kindly refund the amount back in account

I don't get any call or access to activate this one assist membership.. But they are automatically debited my hdfc credit card account rs ₹1299 without my knowledge. I am already call to one assist customer care service.. Regarding that my cancellation of one assist membership.. And immediately refund my debit amount.₹1299.
