Please dont buy one assist insurance or mi protection plan for your phone

As they are running fake company

Please don't waste your money

I have purchased a new mi phone with mi protection plan which i paid extra 600rs on mrp

Hence after eight months my phone got damaged, i go to my one assist insurance company, they file complaint and close without informing me

When i call them they told me that your to late to complain

What nonsense they have taken more one weak to file complaint

And they are close my complaint without informing me

Please don't buy mi protection plain or one assist insurance company any plans with your any product

They are running fake company

    My phone is dropped in water bucket then its not working it showing blank and no display on that it's happened on a day before yesterday 11:35 p. M. I put on my phone in my shirt top pocket when my hand i watch the han accidentally dropped a bucket after that it's no display i want to climb on my insurance and one assistance i want to climb my policy

      I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1799 from my credit card

      As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

      Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1799. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

Jisme mujhe mobile tutne, paani me girne ityadi ka insurance kiya gya. Mera plan no. Ma damage non apple d2c 18k-24k yh hai. Mera phn 15 june ko screen tut gya jiske clame k liye maine apply kiya. Company ne sari formalities k bad mujhe yeh keh kr claim close kr diya ki yes cooling period k ander h.. Jiska mtlb 25 din k bhitr aap claim ni kr skte. Prntu jb maine plan liya us smy meri abdul nam ke executive se baat hue jinhone is baat ki koi jankari ni di. Kripya aap meri mdd kre. Mere pass customer care se baat ki hue call recording bhi hai jisme unhone mana h ki unhone puri jankari mujhe ni di. Or ab wo mujhe mera mobile khud bnane bol re h.

        (event of damage or theft) occurring in first 15 days of activation of the OneAssist Plan will not
        be admissible for claims processing. Any claim event after 15 days from the day of activation of
        the plan will be eligible for claims processing ".

        I have been insured my Mi 4i Mobil phone with the OneAssist Insurance for Liquid and Accidental Damage. And now my phone got Liquid damage and have submitted all the required documents, Now they are rejecting the Claim as customer negligence ( As I have put the Phone on Dinning table and which caused it fell in to water)

        inappropriate excess charges demanded ( claim number 3378058) Relationship number: 2116779

        I have taken mobile insurance from OneAssist and my handset screen broke down subsequently I raised a claim request and handset was taken for repair but to my surprise I was asked to pay inr 1000 as axcess charges. I asked Oneassist that my claim amount is approx 3300 so the actual excess charge would be inr 330 approx then why excess is being asked. I this oneassist reverted with twisted terms and condition mail where they ae showing changed terms and conditions justifying their demand of inr 1000, I have reverted them with all details and screenshot of their chat executive Deepalli who had clearly written i m liable to pay 10% of claim value only.

        There has been no support rendered from OneAssist against my grievance, it seems they are simply interested in siphoning more amount from customer's by raising inappropriate demands at the time of claim settlement.

          Dear sir/madam,

          My hdfc creditcard, ends with 2799, has been debited rs 1799 for one assist membership fee without my permission. Even i didn't get any call about this. The same thing happened last year also. I didn't recover my money though i complained several times. Kindly avoid this and refund my money.

            Hello sir,
            I am barun mukherjee from area pin 731204, i have opted a insurance from one assist. Before a month i hand overd my mobile (Mi note 3) to them. They gave me time of 30 days for pickup to repaired to delivering. June 15 i called to them to know the status. They inform me that the handset is repaired, and it is in delivery process. So i thought it will be not more than 5 to 6 days to get it delivered back to me. But i called spontaneously from june 20 for the tracking details, the are saying same, that my handset in in delivery process.
            One of them told me that my handset is handed over to ecom express a courier tied up with them. I chased for the tracking details. But they are telling me the same, my handset is in delivery process.
            I want to make a complaint again one assist for giving me false information, for cheating me,.. Day by day...
            What to do?

            What is the problem??? Why you guys are bluffing me? you guys Are not doing right things with the customers.
            Its more than 15 days of posting this complaint. Still why the result is the same?? Why you guys are providing me spontaneously fake tracking details?
            1st tracking detail was[protected] showing delivered in Kolkata, but my delivery address is not that one)
            After calling more than 50 times you guys gave me another one
            2nd tracking details[protected]another fake one, not in the list, no tracking details founded).

            I want my handset with working conditions, like you guys handed over from me on 23 rd may 2017.

              Why hdfc customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? They automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1500/- from my credit card without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                  Last year in june, i charged 1299 inr on my hdfc credit card for oneassist service without my permission.

                  I called the customer care for cancellation of the plan, first they tried not to cancel it, but due to my frequent request they assigned the request to cancellation team.

                  Cancellation team called me after 5 days. They refused to refund my amount and promised to cancel the plan next year.

                  Now this year in june 2017, i again charged 1299 inr on my hdfc credit card for oneassist service without my permission.

                  Now i again called the customer care, they are trying to avoid my query and keep on saying that cancellation team will call you. But no one is calling since last five days.

                  They even refused to provide me any complain number to follow up.

                  This is open fraud and must be stopped.

                    I have purchased mobile damage protection plan from one assist consumer solutions private limited on 09/01/2017 and my membership id is [protected].
                    Unfortunately my mobile fell in to water on 09/04/2017 & same day i registered the claim as described by one assist consumer solutions & they provided me claim number
                    Till date they have not confirmed the status of my claim. I am in continuous fallow up with these peoples.
                    73 days passed & still nobody picked my mobile from my home.
                    Very good this is while calling customer care they are saying i should wait for 48 hours for a update.

                    Its all fake & just a eye wash.
                    There is no reason to reject my claim.
                    I was very sure that you peoples are not willing to settle my claim, due to your own team mate made a mistake while updating my mobile IMEI in your records.
                    I am not interested in claim right now, this issue shows your ethics in this business.
                    I want to make you clear one thing that I am not going to leave this issue & I will use all my strength to fight against this fraud.

                    I have some questions which are remained unanswered.
                    1. Why pick up of my mobile so delayed that it took more than 80 days?
                    2. During my fallow up came to know that IMEI number mismatching with the records. How this mismatch happened?
                    3. Even after mismatch of IMEI how proper IMEI number reflected in your web & Mobile app in user login?
                    4. How I can agree that the reason of claim rejection is Exclusion-10, why not mismatch of IMEI number. Which has been wrongly updated during purchase of this Insurance?
                    5. I had made almost more than 30 calls for fallow up, which resulted in no use. How come my mobile picked within a week after updating my concern in in this forum?

                      Received sms from oneasst that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                      And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this. This is my second complaint. U ppl r not taking my complaint seriousely. Within this month i want my money back. Otherwise i will close my cc and hdfc account too.

It is showing that emi are pending since 3 months & late fees is also applied as i didn't purchased something & also didn't checked statement of this credit card. I didn't allowed for this service activation.                           I totally fed up with this oneassist service they had my device more than 100 days.. After giving delivery date as june 5th also they are not delivered yet.. If i call them they keep saying me to waitfor 48 hours and than not receiving any call or message or mail regarding it.. And i'm not receiving proper service this is 4th complaint against them still so irresponsive i'm so worried about my device.. Please help me out as soon as possible

                            My relationship id is 1410447.

                            I had submitted a claim in november which completed in january. But oneasssist has conveniently kept it in pending status till now. When i called up on 9th to raise another claim, customer care informed that i cannot raise another claim since my previous claim is not closed. He said he will raise the issue with concerned department and it will get closed with 2 days.

                            After this also i called up customer care 2 times and till now the case hasn't been closed. Can you tell what needs to be done to close the case.

                              I received sms from icici bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                              Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                I just got an hdfc credit card and when i logged into my account through netbanking, i came to know that my credit card has been charged with rupees 1299. I called the bank and they told me that some one assist service has been activated on my card. But i never opted for such service. I have not used my credit card for once yet. I really don't want this service which has been activated on my card with out my permission. I request the hdfc bank & oneassist team to kindly de-activate the service and make a refund with immediate effect as this is an act of fraud. Nobody can use my credit card without my permission. I also called up oneassist customer care yesterday but i was told that they cannot deactivate it just like that rather i was told to get a call back from the complaints department in next 24 hours but i have not recieved any call so far.                                 Just got a call from this number [protected]...he was asking for my credit card details...he told me tht he is calling from one assist refund dapartment...i shared my credit card details with him but then he asked for more info regarding my account then I disconnected the call...kindly check

                                  I have been charged 2799 rs for one assist service. The service had been activated without my knowledge that too it had been activated through my hdfc credit card as a emi loan which i came to know only recently. I have registered complaint to deactivate and refund back the charges. The one assist team is refusing to refund back the charges. I am disappointed with this as i have even asked to deactivate it before two months.

                                    I claimed for the accidental damage of my handset 3 weeks ago.
                                    Now that i already submitted all the documents required by the company already, they are not proceeding the claim and asking for new documents every time just to annoy us so that we give up after that. This is very shameful that i have to complain second time against the same company for the different claim.

                                      On 27/3/2017 my handset was picked up for claim purpose. After so much of follow up.. On 30/5/2017 they said "the subject claim is not admissible due age of device is beyond 2 years. Date of purchase - 22/10/2014 start date of insurance cover - 07/11/2016" ". While renewing the plan the concern team did not knew how old my handset is? When i filed a claim after 2 months they told me this reason. Later now they told me i'll get my un repaired handset withing 7-8 days, still being 20 days i don't know where my handset is. The customer care executive just say you'll receive a call back withing 48 hours but they don't neither they reply on mail just kept me holding saying wait for 48 hours. I'm not understanding why're they not even returning my handset. Also they called me to return my money still that is also pending. I strongly recommend everyone do not purchase this product. Totally fake people & fake company.
