Dear sir,
My wife didn't get any call from oneassist and any access to activate one assist membership but they still automatically debited inr 1, 799 on 17 june, 2017 from my icici debit card without my knowledge.
I received a message, "dear customer, purchage of inr 1, 799 has been made on debit card linked to acct xx7235 on 17-june-17. Info: rpi*one assist."
I feel bank executives are also involved in the same. When i tried to contact customer care number of icici bank, they expect service no. Which i don't have.
I spoke to one assist customer care executive sarwan yesterday evening. He even didn't share his surname which he says is confidential. He was not ready to give office address of
His andheri branch even.
This is totally harassment.

This is cheating and fraud. How can they charge me without my knowledge i never opted for this membership. Please cancel this and refund my money.

And please don't activate it in future other wise i will cancel my icici debit card and transfer my account to other banks.

    I took airtel secure plan and on 12th june i filled a claim of my mobile i submiutte all my document to u and after few days ur executive said ""we regret to inform that your device claim of rs.3010.0 has been rejected by the insurance company due to claim is not admissible due to improper handling | no proper care of handset has been taken by insured to safeguard the property.""
    In policy there is clearly written that"" accidental damage subject to terms conditions definitions that damaged means to damage to the insured product due to unintentional drop or collision of th e insured product.

    My airtel secure claim was rejected with a given reason that the phone handling was improper!

    My phone slipped out of my wife's hand and u people are like, there should be an external factor which must the reason of breakage..

    Why? Is it necessary to meet with an accident with bus or truck for getting ur claim from your insurance company?

    In policy there is clearly written that"" accidental damage subject to terms conditions definitions that damaged means to damage to the insured product due to unintentional drop or collision of the insured product"

    Screw with Your Airtel secure plan.. none of the insurance company does this..
    1. U should learn something from other insurance companies and their policies.
    2. There was no such policy mentioned in your term and conditions that there should be an external factor.
    3. Phone slipping out of hand is an accident, isn't it?
    4. I had my back cover on, tempered on and i had an insurance from the so called India's best network.. now what should i do to take proper care of my device.. if it slips out of hand that doesn't mean that the handling was improper, slipping is also an accident man!

    One more thing, its been more than 10 days that my claim was rejected but till today u haven't received my damaged device yet.. i called 121 and also one assist customer care, both are putting it on each other.. one assist is saying call 121 and airtel is saying we cant help you, we dont have any information..

    I guess taking a strict legal action is probably the last thing left to do..

      Hello,
      1799 inr has been deducted from my icici bank account in the name of one assist plan inspite of me denying to take the service. I have been calling the customer care again and again and they say the request has been forwarded to the cancellation team but it has been nearly 7 days i received no call from their one assist cancellation team.

      I dont want to take this plan. Please cancel the plan and refund my money as soon as possible.

        Dear concern,
        I received sms from hdfc credit card that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission and without any prior information. It is really a criminal act to deduct money from someone's card account without information. I made contact through their customer care number 3 to 4 times for deactivation of the plan and refund but surprisingly people are trying to convincing me and forcing me to keeping the plan.

        Please deactivate and refund my money asap

          I am dilip ghelani. I have claimed my phone red-mi note 3 that my back cover and camera was destroyed by an accidentally and i have given to you but my claim was canceled so i took back but when i received your box then i came know that touch pad was not working. Before submitting it was properly working but now it is not. I told your employee that it is not working so they said to me that send me a mail that its not working so they will reply you in 48 hours. But still i did not received any mail or any reply. So sir what should i do? Who is the responsible for this damage? And still if you will not reply then i will go to the consumer court. This is my claim no. 1971332 relationship no. 936607.

            Fraud company. (My service request_1905550, relationship no.874483). There is no escalation level only customer care they will say pending without any information and you don’t have anybody where you can escalate you issue. From last two month only one reply ic pending and if you say anything they will cut your call. Even they are not able to tell you reason why your case is pending.
            Above complaint i posted already here and they told my phone is repaired and delivered. So, i marked my complaint as resolved.

            But, what a worst service again. They have delivered a different phone all together a different model and a dead phone. What a shame on oneassist.

            They are fail in all their service. I am frustrated with this. I have reported this and again no body has any information.

            After 2.5 months they delivered a dead phone that to some other cheap model. I have no words to describe their bad service.

            Its three months and nobody is there to do anything on this. Worst Worst Worst service ever I have seen. They misplaced my phone and not doing anything for this. What a wonderful insurance company. I gave my phone for repair and they misplaced it. I insured with them and I lost my phone itself wowwwww.

              I don't need your service, please deactivate or cancel. I have never used any of your service but you are deducting money from my hdfc credit card multiple times, who gave you permission for that? I wrote 2-3 times previously no response.
              What kind of customer service are you handling and how are you using credit card without my knowledge?

                  I have done my insurance with this ridiculous company for my iphone handset damage protection previous year when my handset was damaged they asked so many documents and wasted my time then after such a long fight they have replaced the handset next year my policy was expired and i called those stupid people for my renewal of policy they said yes will renew your policy and you can claim 2 in a year after 15 days of renewal. I renewed my insurance then next month accidentally my phone got damaged and i reised the case in this one assist for my claim again these people took 1.5 months for all documentation and then in the end of month they said sir sorry your claim has been rejected by insurance company because your phone invoice is 2 years old and they have a policy not to repair above 2 yrs old phone then i asked one assist people then what your company is doing when you are sending our claim to insurance company however one assist said that one assist is a insurance company okay fine then i asked why you guys renewed my policy you could have told me earlier when i was renewing my policy sir you cnnot do because your phone is 2 yrs old on that time they said yes you can claim and i paid 3100k to one assist now my phone has damaged and they are saying no to repair my phone.

                    I have purchased a new mi phone with mi protection plan which i paid extra 600rs on mrp

                    Hence after eight months my phone got damaged, i go to my one assist insurance company, they file complaint and close without informing me

                    When i call them they told me that your to late to complain

                    What nonsense they have taken more one weak to file complaint

                    And they are close my complaint without informing me

                    Please don't buy mi protection plain or one assist insurance company any plans with your any product

                    They are running fake company

                        I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1799 from my credit card

                        As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

                        Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1799. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

                          the plan will be eligible for claims processing ".

                          inappropriate excess charges demanded ( claim number 3378058) Relationship number: 2116779

                          I have taken mobile insurance from OneAssist and my handset screen broke down subsequently I raised a claim request and handset was taken for repair but to my surprise I was asked to pay inr 1000 as axcess charges. I asked Oneassist that my claim amount is approx 3300 so the actual excess charge would be inr 330 approx then why excess is being asked. I this oneassist reverted with twisted terms and condition mail where they ae showing changed terms and conditions justifying their demand of inr 1000, I have reverted them with all details and screenshot of their chat executive Deepalli who had clearly written i m liable to pay 10% of claim value only.

                          There has been no support rendered from OneAssist against my grievance, it seems they are simply interested in siphoning more amount from customer's by raising inappropriate demands at the time of claim settlement.

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            My hdfc creditcard, ends with 2799, has been debited rs 1799 for one assist membership fee without my permission. Even i didn't get any call about this. The same thing happened last year also. I didn't recover my money though i complained several times. Kindly avoid this and refund my money.

                              Hello sir,
                              I am barun mukherjee from area pin 731204, i have opted a insurance from one assist. Before a month i hand overd my mobile (Mi note 3) to them. They gave me time of 30 days for pickup to repaired to delivering. June 15 i called to them to know the status. They inform me that the handset is repaired, and it is in delivery process. So i thought it will be not more than 5 to 6 days to get it delivered back to me. But i called spontaneously from june 20 for the tracking details, the are saying same, that my handset in in delivery process.
                              One of them told me that my handset is handed over to ecom express a courier tied up with them. I chased for the tracking details. But they are telling me the same, my handset is in delivery process.
                              I want to make a complaint again one assist for giving me false information, for cheating me,.. Day by day...
                              What to do?

                              What is the problem??? Why you guys are bluffing me? you guys Are not doing right things with the customers.
                              Its more than 15 days of posting this complaint. Still why the result is the same?? Why you guys are providing me spontaneously fake tracking details?
                              1st tracking detail was[protected] showing delivered in Kolkata, but my delivery address is not that one)
                              After calling more than 50 times you guys gave me another one
                              2nd tracking details[protected]another fake one, not in the list, no tracking details founded).

                              I want my handset with working conditions, like you guys handed over from me on 23 rd may 2017.

                                Why hdfc customer care team not answering any fraud related mail of one assist plan??? They automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1500/- from my credit card without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                Make sure to deactivate this plan asap, if not.. I will also no more as a hdfc customer. Thanks!

                                    Last year in june, i charged 1299 inr on my hdfc credit card for oneassist service without my permission.

                                    I called the customer care for cancellation of the plan, first they tried not to cancel it, but due to my frequent request they assigned the request to cancellation team.

                                    Cancellation team called me after 5 days. They refused to refund my amount and promised to cancel the plan next year.

                                    Now this year in june 2017, i again charged 1299 inr on my hdfc credit card for oneassist service without my permission.

                                    Now i again called the customer care, they are trying to avoid my query and keep on saying that cancellation team will call you. But no one is calling since last five days.

                                    They even refused to provide me any complain number to follow up.

                                    This is open fraud and must be stopped.

                                      I have purchased mobile damage protection plan from one assist consumer solutions private limited on 09/01/2017 and my membership id is [protected].
                                      Unfortunately my mobile fell in to water on 09/04/2017 & same day i registered the claim as described by one assist consumer solutions & they provided me claim number
                                      Till date they have not confirmed the status of my claim. I am in continuous fallow up with these peoples.
                                      73 days passed & still nobody picked my mobile from my home.
                                      Very good this is while calling customer care they are saying i should wait for 48 hours for a update.

                                      Its all fake & just a eye wash.
                                      There is no reason to reject my claim.
                                      I was very sure that you peoples are not willing to settle my claim, due to your own team mate made a mistake while updating my mobile IMEI in your records.
                                      I am not interested in claim right now, this issue shows your ethics in this business.
                                      I want to make you clear one thing that I am not going to leave this issue & I will use all my strength to fight against this fraud.

                                      I have some questions which are remained unanswered.
                                      1. Why pick up of my mobile so delayed that it took more than 80 days?
                                      2. During my fallow up came to know that IMEI number mismatching with the records. How this mismatch happened?
                                      3. Even after mismatch of IMEI how proper IMEI number reflected in your web & Mobile app in user login?
                                      4. How I can agree that the reason of claim rejection is Exclusion-10, why not mismatch of IMEI number. Which has been wrongly updated during purchase of this Insurance?
                                      5. I had made almost more than 30 calls for fallow up, which resulted in no use. How come my mobile picked within a week after updating my concern in in this forum?

                                        Received sms from oneasst that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                                        And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this. This is my second complaint. U ppl r not taking my complaint seriousely. Within this month i want my money back. Otherwise i will close my cc and hdfc account too.
