Hello there

I received sms from hdfc bank on 10/05/2017 at 6.54 pm that rs-2499/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
And i dont any care from anyone to protect mycard.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this. Its my hard earned money...!

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

    Hi i'm shanigaram kartheek

    I have purchased redmi note4 mobile device on 9th feb 2017, so i purchased oneassist mobile insurance as well.

    Accidentally my phone fell down from 2 feet height and screen was broken so i tried to claim my insurance via oneassist.. So i raised request..
    They have picked my device on feb 19 2017. And they promised me that they will deliver my mobile device within 25-30 days.. Which took more than 45 days to deliver.. Before deliver they told me that they will check all my device is perfect or not.. So i trusted them.. But when i received my device i cross checked my device..in that there is no backlence (Glass) on camera, which was there when i gave my device to oneassist..

    So i complained about it to them and they repicked my device on 24th april2017.. And promised me device will be deliver within 10-12 days.. But still i didnt received yet which is 52nd day today.. I warned them them regarding this.."if i dont receive my device with in the time i'll put a case against oneassist." they not even cared about it i guess.. Because i said this for 4, 5 times with them

    They called me about delivering my device it will be done on 4thjune2017.. But today is 11june 2017 which not happend yet..

    I'm wondering about their promising the days of pickup and delivering of my phone which they are not doing.. And i extremely wondered, i dont think they consider the word of putting a case against one assist in consumer court..

    Just because of lacking my phone i'm loosing all job related calls.. And they also not offered me any courtesy handset to use..

    I'm totally disappointed.. And i'm strongly mentioning the people.. Not to take this # insurance policy..

    I Have received a call from Oneassist asked me for more 24-48 hours. and i asked all my queries and they promised me that they will deliver my device within 24-48 hours.. if it is not deliver. That guy who called me.. told me to take the action what ever i had to take .. [protected] This is the number i got the call from.. on 05:57PM on 12June2017

    Hello Oneassist.. failure of your service once again.. 48 hours finished .. i didnt get call not mail and not any update regarding my device...This is 55 Day .. u have took my device after repick of my device.. earlier it was more than 45 days..

    I'm demanding your explanation about my device.. where it is And when you will give it to me.. just dont give common response to wait for 24-48 hours .. i fed up of listening this all #### from your end..

        This is totally a fraud company... No one is there to pick up your calls and nobody will answer your mail. When it comes to claim of the device, they will ask you regarding documents for formality but after passing some time they will release a statement that your claim is closed because of insufficient documents... Even without mentioning any proper reason... Please don't ever take this insurance... Totally fraud company.

          One assist rejected my mobile damage claim due to late intimation.
          They are coming with such hidden terms and conditions to reject claims​. My father was using that mobile and he met an smalll accident at home due to which mobile got damaged.
          They will try to ask you details in casual discussion and once they found the reason they will reject the claim.
          It's a fraud.
          Please do not buy their insurance for mobile phones.
          Don't waste your hard earned money.

            My phone xiaomi note 4 is with one assist since 30 days.

            I got a call 2 weeks back that your case has been put on priority and will delivered by wednesday or later this week.

            10 days passed, frustrated i called back and they kept saying that 7th june.

            I called back, they said tomorrow, 8th june and your phone will be delivered within 24-48hours.

            I called back today, the executive told to wait more. The entire conversation was very generic with no regards or remorse to get my phone back.

            Just checking with backend and the callcentre guy getting me generic data. I really request you to get me my phone. It is urgent.

            My phone had a very small crack and it has taken 30 days for your entire procedure but still i dont have my phone. I dont know whether any repair has been done or not. I have lost faith in one assist. I need my phone urgently.

            Worst customer care ever. If this is the service, no one will take insurance from you.

                    I've applied for a claim some days back but till today there is no revert from the one assist team. The behaviour is highly unprofessional from them and very disappointed with their services. I will never ever suggest anybody to buy insurance from them. They are just harassing people nothing else. They are not even processing my claim. And after so many days it is still showing as pending. When asked about the refund, they do not give a #### about money. Highly unethical, very unprofessional.

                    As per the telephonic conversation, you have agreed to bear the charges to process the claim in absence of the gifted email. In case of total Loss Compulsory deductible is 5% of the claim value subject to minimum of Rs. 1000/- in case of each and every loss where the Purchase Invoice is available and produced at the time of claim. In case the beneficiary is unable to produce the purchase invoice at the time of claim, excess shall be 10% of the claim value subject to minimum of Rs. 2, 000/- in case of each and every loss of such gadget.

On that day itself i called your toll free number and asked them to file claim. They told me to upload handset photos and documents. I have submitted all the documents.                           I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1799/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated. This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I want my money back.

                            Hi.. I had lost my driving license and i called up one assist helpline number but nobody answered my call rather it kept in transferring from one call to other. I even mailed the query but recvd the reply after 10 days. Its a fraud company. I feel cheated. I would urge all of you not buy any product or service from hdfc one assist. Or else you will have to face the consequences.

                            Worst part is the online chat customer support. I feel the most rude people of the world are seating in this position. They do not have any manners to talk to their customers. Horrible experience from one assist team.. I deeply regret why i chose their services.

                              I am mohammed abdullah nd my customer relationship number is 593991. When my mobile screen got damaged in a accident, i tried to file a claim in their website. But there is no provision. When i contact their customer support, they informed me that my previous claim is not yet closed from their end and i am assured it will be closed soon. It has been more than 40 days since i raised this issue, still it is not closed. I sent more than 10 follow up email. For each mail, it would take 2 to 3 days for them to reply with the same answer "greetings from oneassist!
                              We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you again that we have already escalated your case to the concerned team. Please note that our team is working on it. As soon as we get any update we will inform you. We appreciate your patience and co-operation in this case".

                              How long will it take them to provide a provision to file a claim? Taking time to process a claim is one thing. But not giving a provision to file a claim itself is a new type of fraud and unethical behavior.

                              Now I received a mail stating
                              "Dear mohammed abdullah

                              With reference to your Service Request number 2061629, basis the documents submitted by you, the insurance company has denied the claim.

                              The insurance company is constrained to deny the liability basis the following reason:
                              "THE SUBJECT CLAIM IS NOT ADMISSIBLE DUE AGE OF DEVICE IS BEYOND 2 YEARS. Date of purchase - 06/08/2014 Start date of insurance cover - 23/10/2016"

                              We regret that we are unable to entertain this claim and therefore, we are closing the claim as repudiated on the grounds clearly mentioned above. We look at this as an opportunity lost to serve you.

                              We will soon deliver your unrepaired handset to you."

                              Why do you sell me a insurance plan if it does not get covered ?
                              When you gave me that plan, you know my handset is 2 years old.Then what is the use of this plan I paid for?
                              It does not cover anything?
                              You simply received money from the client and when the customer file a claim, you say that your handset is 2 years old so the claim is rejected
                              I paid you. you received money from me.Why did you sell me the plan knowing that my handset is 2 years old and it will get rejected if I file a claim?
                              This is so unethical that you are selling a product without any value.

                                How could you deduct 1799 without informing me. I got to know about this fraudulent transaction in the hdfc credit card statement. Kindly assist with the cancellation and please refund the money as soon as possible. I did check with one of your executive and he told me that it's not activated and i have sent an email to your team along with the statement generated by hdfc.                                       My customer id is - 924320. I have filed a mobile insurance claim for my redminote 3 on 16 may 2017. After a lot of calls and emails my phone was picked up on 23 may 2017. After that the company said they are waiting for the approval from insurance company. They do not reply to emails sent to their customer support email - [protected]@oneassist.in. All calls to their helpline result in the executive asking me to wait with no information as to how long will it take for the approval.in every of my call (Which are around 20 in number), i am told to wait for 48 hrs to receive a callback but i have never received any callback.
                                      Also, as a part of their policy they promise to give a courtesy handset when the mobile is given for insurance. The request for the same was raised by me on 16 may 2017 but i have not yet received the courtesy handset.
                                      All the above details were confirmed by their executive named ashraf on a call to me which i have recorded. Please take necessary action against the company which is fooling innocent customers.
