Now I received a mail stating
"Dear mohammed abdullah
With reference to your Service Request number 2061629, basis the documents submitted by you, the insurance company has denied the claim.
The insurance company is constrained to deny the liability basis the following reason:
"THE SUBJECT CLAIM IS NOT ADMISSIBLE DUE AGE OF DEVICE IS BEYOND 2 YEARS. Date of purchase - 06/08/2014 Start date of insurance cover - 23/10/2016"
We regret that we are unable to entertain this claim and therefore, we are closing the claim as repudiated on the grounds clearly mentioned above. We look at this as an opportunity lost to serve you.
We will soon deliver your unrepaired handset to you."
Why do you sell me a insurance plan if it does not get covered ?
When you gave me that plan, you know my handset is 2 years old.Then what is the use of this plan I paid for?
It does not cover anything?
You simply received money from the client and when the customer file a claim, you say that your handset is 2 years old so the claim is rejected
I paid you. you received money from me.Why did you sell me the plan knowing that my handset is 2 years old and it will get rejected if I file a claim?
This is so unethical that you are selling a product without any value.
