I have purchase the insurance from your company and my policy number 2215599. The concerned person ask me you have to pay nothing when your phone damage on fall in to liquid today i have read your policy and in this you have write you have charge xyz amount. Your concerned person ask me your call was recorded on our side and i am 100% sure you have to pay nothing but now i call on customer care they said you have to pay. Its a fraud and black mailing. If my plan is not 100% claimed then why you ask and sell me its fraud. Please check your recording which commitment are done between your executive and me.

    I am writing to express my frustration of buying an oneassist mobile insurance plan for my apple 6s. My membership id is [protected] and my service request no.1951886. My mobile had an accidental damage and i made a claim on 01.05.2017. Its been almost 43 days that i have made the claim and still waiting for my device where you promise for a service guarantee of 12 days which is clearly mentioned in the activation leaflet. Its been almost 14 days i have paid the policy excess fees of rs 2450 and till date i have no idea regarding the status of my mobile phone.
    I have been given false hope from the call center support each and every time i called them. I am leaving station for 03 month on next week (Monday). I would request you to kindly arrange a delivery of my device by this week and take necessary action please.

    Bro.. I have pretty much serious issue than yours .. they have my REDMI NOTE4 more than 100 days .. which they still didnt give .. i have my device with me for only around 20 days.. They not even cared when i warned them regarding complaining on CONSUMER FORUM..

      Hello,

      I am icici bank customer and want to deactivate oneassist service. I have called many times to their customer care no., they said it will get deactivated in 48 hrs. But it never happened and they deducted 1799 rs. Two consecutive years without my approval or intimation.

      Kindly cancel this plan. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

        One assist complete insurance pack in which i have assured by customer care that 12 days replacement guarantee and one temporary handset while purchasing the product

        But now i have claim handset on 15 may 2017 and today is 12 june 2017 20 days has been past but i have not got the phone and customer care are not providing the information of my claim while doing the mail to backup team there is no reply from there side also

        I want to lodge a complain against one assist that they have cheated me so request what to be do as early as possible.

        and now today by 5 o'clock i not got the detail i will raise a complain against one assist in consumer court
        according to mail reply by you my phone should be submitted by today itself which is last day

          I'm using hdfc credit card - . Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1299/- + Rs 115/- from my credit card account.
          Without my approval or even not intimated.

          I have never ever applied for it.

          Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1299/- + Rs 115/- .

          Note - I have already raised a complaint to hdfc Bank a week back for cancellation.
          I have also Spoken to you associate Yesterday named Ramiz to cancell my Plan and he said that he has already raised a complain for cancellation for this plan and it will done and also stated that i will get a call in 24 hrs which i have not got yet . I also spoke to Abhijit yesterday evening around 8.20 Pm and he also said the same . Today morning i spoke to another associate of yours named Ambrine and she said that she has also put another request for cancellation and i will get a call in 24 hrs.

          I want it to be cancelled with immediate effect and process my refund immediately without further delay.

            Airtel customer care is not respons this metter and one assist company said you are not cover my damage plain.

            And why all customers are not giving the complaint number.

              I have but insurance for my redmi note3 mobile in august 2016.in may 2017 my screen get damaged and when i claim the file for my mobile repairing. He gave 12007 rs estimate to national insurance co. And insurace is approved by national insurance worth rs 12000 but one assist said that either they return my mobile without repaired or they will give me only 7000 rs of my mobile. I ant my mobile with repairing or 12000 rs my mobile price.

                  I purchased the online insurance from https://www.oneassist.in/ company for my iphone 7 32gb black on 18th april 2017.

                  2. Last month, my phone got damaged accidentally. While claiming the device, company saying that this was not the same device.

                  3. The purchasing date of this phone is nov'2017. After few days of the purchase as the device was not working, i went to apple service center and they changed the device, so the imei no of the phone got changed. But i was not aware that the imei no. Had changed.
                  While taking online insurance i uploaded all the documents and replacement letter. All the documents contained the old imei no.

                  4. At the time of claim, https://www.oneassist.in/ said that this was not the same device registered for insurance. But it the same device. They asked proof for the new imei no., then i contacted apple service center and asked the same and uploaded the proof on their site and still they are refusing the claim.

                  Please look into this matter and do necessary favor.

                  I thought that One Assist might have only refused to settle my complain but when i chwcked with many others all cosumer/sutoners of OneAssists have faced the same problem as i am facing it they are refusin to accept the claim and saying will update you in sometime.

                  They just copy paste the same reply to all of their customers.
                  This is to inform all my friend and relatives that pls don trust or buy any mobile insurance from Oneassist Mobile insurance company because they don have much information on their own products and their representative will make mistake as they did in my case and for such mistake no one will help you. i Vimal Nambiar bought my mobile insurance for Damge Protection on 13 jan 2017 from OneAssist company with Membership Id [protected] and Relationship No. 1630273 and took the insurance valid from 13 jan 2017 to 12 Jan 2018 as you can see in the below image and after 15 min i get a call from Mr Saji Nair who works for OneAssist to take another insurance of my any friend/relative so that i can avail 15% discount on the another insurance premium to be paid so i called up my brother Vijilesh VG and took his phones insurance also with them u can also see his membership in the att image his Membership Id is [protected] and here they made a mistake that relationship no was same i.e 1630273. provide all the documents different invoice and different premium also paid on different time. Now on 2 june 2017 my 1+ 3T mobile fall from my hand and the LCD broke so i made a claim at that time i come to know that in the system of OneAssist my plan is activated but at the name of My elder brother Vijilesh VG then the game started they asked for the gift mail and all related documents which i have provide but at last i come to know that they are 3rd party who take ins from Nation Ins Company and that company has rejected my case and so they have cancelled my plan saying that i have taken 2 policies with the same name but you can see i have both diff name on my membership card by saying this they ejected the claim. so guys beware of this type of mistake and by this type of fraud company who is interested only to collect only premium and not in solution to the customers. In India many people like me are been cheated but no one raised a voice because they think raising a voice wont make a difference but i want to show the OneAssist it really make a difference.

                    I received sms from hdfc bank on 10/05/2017 at 6.54 pm that rs-2499/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                    And i dont any care from anyone to protect mycard.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this. Its my hard earned money...!

                      I have purchased redmi note4 mobile device on 9th feb 2017, so i purchased oneassist mobile insurance as well.

                      Accidentally my phone fell down from 2 feet height and screen was broken so i tried to claim my insurance via oneassist.. So i raised request..
                      They have picked my device on feb 19 2017. And they promised me that they will deliver my mobile device within 25-30 days.. Which took more than 45 days to deliver.. Before deliver they told me that they will check all my device is perfect or not.. So i trusted them.. But when i received my device i cross checked my device..in that there is no backlence (Glass) on camera, which was there when i gave my device to oneassist..

                      So i complained about it to them and they repicked my device on 24th april2017.. And promised me device will be deliver within 10-12 days.. But still i didnt received yet which is 52nd day today.. I warned them them regarding this.."if i dont receive my device with in the time i'll put a case against oneassist." they not even cared about it i guess.. Because i said this for 4, 5 times with them

                      They called me about delivering my device it will be done on 4thjune2017.. But today is 11june 2017 which not happend yet..

                      I'm wondering about their promising the days of pickup and delivering of my phone which they are not doing.. And i extremely wondered, i dont think they consider the word of putting a case against one assist in consumer court..

                      Just because of lacking my phone i'm loosing all job related calls.. And they also not offered me any courtesy handset to use..

                      I'm totally disappointed.. And i'm strongly mentioning the people.. Not to take this # insurance policy..

                          This is totally a fraud company... No one is there to pick up your calls and nobody will answer your mail. When it comes to claim of the device, they will ask you regarding documents for formality but after passing some time they will release a statement that your claim is closed because of insufficient documents... Even without mentioning any proper reason... Please don't ever take this insurance... Totally fraud company.

                            One assist rejected my mobile damage claim due to late intimation.
                            They are coming with such hidden terms and conditions to reject claims​. My father was using that mobile and he met an smalll accident at home due to which mobile got damaged.
                            They will try to ask you details in casual discussion and once they found the reason they will reject the claim.
                            It's a fraud.
                            Please do not buy their insurance for mobile phones.
                            Don't waste your hard earned money.

                              My phone xiaomi note 4 is with one assist since 30 days.

                              I got a call 2 weeks back that your case has been put on priority and will delivered by wednesday or later this week.

                              10 days passed, frustrated i called back and they kept saying that 7th june.

                              I called back, they said tomorrow, 8th june and your phone will be delivered within 24-48hours.

                              I called back today, the executive told to wait more. The entire conversation was very generic with no regards or remorse to get my phone back.

                              Just checking with backend and the callcentre guy getting me generic data. I really request you to get me my phone. It is urgent.

                              My phone had a very small crack and it has taken 30 days for your entire procedure but still i dont have my phone. I dont know whether any repair has been done or not. I have lost faith in one assist. I need my phone urgently.

                              Worst customer care ever. If this is the service, no one will take insurance from you.

                                      I've applied for a claim some days back but till today there is no revert from the one assist team. The behaviour is highly unprofessional from them and very disappointed with their services. I will never ever suggest anybody to buy insurance from them. They are just harassing people nothing else. They are not even processing my claim. And after so many days it is still showing as pending. When asked about the refund, they do not give a #### about money. Highly unethical, very unprofessional.

In case of total Loss Compulsory deductible is 5% of the claim value subject to minimum of Rs. 1000/- in case of each and every loss where the Purchase Invoice is available and produced at the time of claim. In case the beneficiary is unable to produce the purchase invoice at the time of claim, excess shall be 10% of the claim value subject to minimum of Rs. 2, 000/- in case of each and every loss of such gadget.
