I have just opted for a hdfc credit card and without any activation or opting for the one assist services, a fee of 1299 was deducted from my credit card ending 4827 received a message dear card member, one assist membership fee has been debited on your card ending 4827, so i would like to deactivate the services as i am in no need of it

    Hai i'm kartheek i'm fully disappointed with oneasist service they had my device for more than 100 days.. At last they give me the delivery details as 5 june 2017 but still i didn't received yet.. Please help me out as soon as possible.. They not at all resolving my issue since long time.. But when ever i call them they keep saying to wait for 48 hours..in mean time i will receive from their end which i never received yet..

    Kindly help to get my device back..

      I want to cancel my one assist member ship.

      For that, before 7 days, i already contacted your customer support team. They informed me cancellation team will contact me within 48 hours but no one has contacted me yet from the cancellation team. 23rd june 2017, is the next renew date, i want to make sure that no money should be deducted from my credit card account as i am no more interested in your service.

      I canceled one assist mobile insurance on the day of my payment itself. I did not received my amount back. Reg mob no is [protected].         Sir,

        I received a call saying it's from icici and they informed me of various services that something called oneassist provides. I listened to it thinking it was directly from icici. I didn't know it was from this fraudulent company. Later i received a message that deducted rs 1799/- from my account. They never informed me of the charges and activated the plan without permission. I would like to deactivate this plan as soon as possible and receive refund. I am a student and don't have money to spare on such nonsense. Please deactivate it fast.

          Without my consent, you have debited the oneassist fees from my account.
          Today i made 4th call to oneassist service center.

          As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

          Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the full deducted amount.
          This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

            I didnt get a call and any access to activate one assist membership but they still automatically debited 1299rs from my hdfc credit card without my knowledge. This is fraud.               I have been following up since 29th may 2017 with your help desk and no solution has been provided so far. They are not able to register the damage claim as the old claim is still open in their tool (For the last claim i have paid the service fee and go back the mobile but not sure why the claim is not closed?). I am really dissatisfied with the service you provide.
              I have made so many calls since then.
              I am not able to register the claim, your customer care executive says that previous claim is still open in the system so unable to register new claim. Every time when i speak to them, they promise to close it in 48 hrs and till date nothing has happened.

              Hi,

              After so many followup i was able to file the claim. On 5th July they took my mobile for service so far there is no update i have made 100s of calls to your customer care, no one seems to give me any update as to when the mobile will be ready. I have never seen such a company where they do not have any TAT or commitment.

              Everytime i call to the customer care I get freshly cooked up excuses. First they say there is no stock of spares in the service centre, later they said they have resent the estimation to insurance company for higher repair amount now one is even aware whats happening.

              Just to recall, my mobile got damaged on 29th May post this I struggles to raise the claim on 1st July, 5th July mobile was picked so far there is no update on the due date.

              I will never again buy your insurance nor ill suggest this to any of my friends.

              I feel govt run institutions are far better than this.

                  I bought insurance of one assist for my phone(nexus 6) the first time when my phone got damaged I was harassed by one assist customer care and it took them 1 month to pick it up and it took them 6 months to repair it, now the second time it was delivered in 4 months ( 2 months lesser wow great ) and it was having some new problem with it, so I called them for the same, now they were like, we will revert you back soon and your phone will be picked up, repaired and delivered in 8 days and it was over 2 months no reply from them, I kept calling and every time same thing happend, finally one day my phone was picked up and now it's over 1 month they don't have any update of my phone where they promise the unrepaired phone will be repaired and delivered in 8 working days and the quality of the part repaired is worst they, are making fool of customers these type of companies should be banned, I told them I want my phone unrepaired and now they are not giving it back too, this should be taken seriously forum should take serious action against these type of companies, the customer(consumer ) should get their rights and it is the duty of provider to do so, rights of the constitution should not be violated.

                    Hello there

                    I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. How log have you been doing this from my credit card!! Just because i am not using my credit card much recently i came to know about this fraud. I want my money back what ever you have taken from me till date. Dont dare again to do this.

                        No doubt its a fraud company. I never applied for one assist policy but i got activated automatically without my knowledge with hdfc credit card. I got. To know about it only after i got an sms regarding charges.

                        I called one assist customer care. The service is very very bad. But somehow i managed to get it deactivated. And got refund of my first installment of total amount of 1299. Now they want me to pay with 3 months emi with interest. I called them so many times but everytime agent says you will get call back within 48 hours i sent email also which they never replied my name aditya chawla phone : [protected]

                            I don't get any call or access to activate this one assist membership.. But they are automatically debited my hdfc credit card account rs ₹1299 without my knowledge. I am already call to one assist customer care service.. Regarding that my cancellation of one assist membership.. And immediately refund my debit amount.₹1299.

                            Don't activate this type of subscription in future.. With out my knowledge..
                            Otherwise i will cancel my account in hdfc bank account. And i will lodge a case against it.

                              I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                              And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

                                    I was in contact with oneassist for insurance of my apple iphone 5s and was told any type of physical or liquid damage will be covered and the phone will be repaired in 12 days time. So i paid the amount to oneassist and got my phone insured. Later accidentally my phone screen got damaged and raised a claim with oneassist to get it repaired, the phone was picked up and was sent to concerned department and all this took more than 12 days and now i have been informed that my claim is rejected due to improper handling. I don't know what is this reason for rejecting my claim as i got it insured in case of any accident. Now they had delivered my phone back to me without repairing and what i see is my iphone is more damaged than before when i sent it for repairing. I had spoken to the delivery boy and he made me speak to his authorities who said to reject the phone delivery and we will raise a complaint for the same to oneassist. I personally had called oneassist to report this and was informed that a senior will callback in next 24 hrs. It's been more than 10 days to that and had not received any callback; i called in multiple times but they say same thing even they won't reply to my emails. Kindly look into this issue and get me some help to resolve this as it has. Wen more than a month now iam without my phone

                                      I am a customer of your fraud company from the last two years. I said fraud company because when you sale your plan then say something different to your customers when customers are in trouble then you say different. Your company had done fraud with me 5 times.

                                      1st fraud -
                                      In first year when you sold plan to me your executive said to me everything in you wallet is insured like credit card, debit card, driving license, passport. But when i lost my dl then they told it was not included. After that i cancelled my plane in the middle of the year. At that time your executive said to me some payment will be reimburse but i did not find a single pisa from company side.

                                      2nd fraud

                                      Auto renewal plans without my concent. After my cancelation in second year and then your executive gives me a lollipop that we will insurance you total wallet in minimum amount, i again be a fool.

                                      3nd fraud
                                      In the month of feb 2017 i had lost my driving license and i had contact with your customer care. First he said your area is not valid in company's operationel area. Then i said if it is not in your operational area then why you sold this blady plan to me.

                                      4rd fraud

                                      After that your executive is aggry for this. And i got an email from your company that you submitted your documents to mr. Dileep kumar

                                      I contact with him and i send him my all documents which mentioned on his. He replied that " i got your documents, if any thing else i need i will contact with you.
                                      After that no one had contact with me.
                                      Today i contact with your customer care they said that till date we had not recieved your documents.
                                      With this mail i am also send you screen short of dileep's msg that he got my documents.

                                      5th fraud
                                      Without resolving my previous issue company again want to renew my plan without my concent.
                                      How shameless people you are.

                                        Hi i'm shanigaram kartheek.. This is my second complaint against one assist.. [protected] this is my number.. I didn't received my device yet where u guys told me delivery date is 5th june 2017.. But today is 16june17 in first complaint they said.. And promised that i'll be receive my device within 2, 3 working days its been 10 days.. I didn't received any calls or mails from one assist.. On mean time i have called daily to one assist.. They keep saying to. Wait for 48 hours.. I'm totally disappointed with this services.. Help me out i'm facing problem with one assist since february 19 its been more than 100 days.. Where i have my phone with for only not more than 20.. They have give my insurance for 1 ye but they kept my device for 1/3 of year.. Its totally disappointing.. Please help me out and give me my device..in the earlier they told me not to pay anything but in after pick up my device in earlier in february they asked me to pay some amount above 300.. So i paid.. Extra.. Where i purchased insurance for mobile in order to make it perfect.. Even though.. After all these things happend.. They are still delaying.. Please help me out
