I have been following up since 29th may 2017 with your help desk and no solution has been provided so far. They are not able to register the damage claim as the old claim is still open in their tool (For the last claim i have paid the service fee and go back the mobile but not sure why the claim is not closed?). I am really dissatisfied with the service you provide.
I have made so many calls since then.
I am not able to register the claim, your customer care executive says that previous claim is still open in the system so unable to register new claim. Every time when i speak to them, they promise to close it in 48 hrs and till date nothing has happened.

After so many followup i was able to file the claim. On 5th July they took my mobile for service so far there is no update i have made 100s of calls to your customer care, no one seems to give me any update as to when the mobile will be ready. I have never seen such a company where they do not have any TAT or commitment.
Everytime i call to the customer care I get freshly cooked up excuses. First they say there is no stock of spares in the service centre, later they said they have resent the estimation to insurance company for higher repair amount now one is even aware whats happening.
Just to recall, my mobile got damaged on 29th May post this I struggles to raise the claim on 1st July, 5th July mobile was picked so far there is no update on the due date.
I will never again buy your insurance nor ill suggest this to any of my friends.
I feel govt run institutions are far better than this.
