My relationship id is 1410447.

I had submitted a claim in november which completed in january. But oneasssist has conveniently kept it in pending status till now. When i called up on 9th to raise another claim, customer care informed that i cannot raise another claim since my previous claim is not closed. He said he will raise the issue with concerned department and it will get closed with 2 days.

After this also i called up customer care 2 times and till now the case hasn't been closed. Can you tell what needs to be done to close the case.

    I received sms from icici bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

      I just got an hdfc credit card and when i logged into my account through netbanking, i came to know that my credit card has been charged with rupees 1299. I called the bank and they told me that some one assist service has been activated on my card. But i never opted for such service. I have not used my credit card for once yet. I really don't want this service which has been activated on my card with out my permission. I request the hdfc bank & oneassist team to kindly de-activate the service and make a refund with immediate effect as this is an act of fraud. Nobody can use my credit card without my permission. I also called up oneassist customer care yesterday but i was told that they cannot deactivate it just like that rather i was told to get a call back from the complaints department in next 24 hours but i have not recieved any call so far.       Just got a call from this number [protected]...he was asking for my credit card details...he told me tht he is calling from one assist refund dapartment...i shared my credit card details with him but then he asked for more info regarding my account then I disconnected the call...kindly check

        I have been charged 2799 rs for one assist service. The service had been activated without my knowledge that too it had been activated through my hdfc credit card as a emi loan which i came to know only recently. I have registered complaint to deactivate and refund back the charges. The one assist team is refusing to refund back the charges. I am disappointed with this as i have even asked to deactivate it before two months.

          I claimed for the accidental damage of my handset 3 weeks ago.
          Now that i already submitted all the documents required by the company already, they are not proceeding the claim and asking for new documents every time just to annoy us so that we give up after that. This is very shameful that i have to complain second time against the same company for the different claim.

            On 27/3/2017 my handset was picked up for claim purpose. After so much of follow up.. On 30/5/2017 they said "the subject claim is not admissible due age of device is beyond 2 years. Date of purchase - 22/10/2014 start date of insurance cover - 07/11/2016" ". While renewing the plan the concern team did not knew how old my handset is? When i filed a claim after 2 months they told me this reason. Later now they told me i'll get my un repaired handset withing 7-8 days, still being 20 days i don't know where my handset is. The customer care executive just say you'll receive a call back withing 48 hours but they don't neither they reply on mail just kept me holding saying wait for 48 hours. I'm not understanding why're they not even returning my handset. Also they called me to return my money still that is also pending. I strongly recommend everyone do not purchase this product. Totally fake people & fake company.

                  Hai i'm kartheek i'm fully disappointed with oneasist service they had my device for more than 100 days.. At last they give me the delivery details as 5 june 2017 but still i didn't received yet.. Please help me out as soon as possible.. They not at all resolving my issue since long time..                     For that, before 7 days, i already contacted your customer support team.                       Sir,

                      I received a call saying it's from icici and they informed me of various services that something called oneassist provides. I listened to it thinking it was directly from icici. I didn't know it was from this fraudulent company. Later i received a message that deducted rs 1799/- from my account. They never informed me of the charges and activated the plan without permission. I would like to deactivate this plan as soon as possible and receive refund. I am a student and don't have money to spare on such nonsense. Please deactivate it fast.

                        Today i made 4th call to oneassist service center.

                            I have been following up since 29th may 2017 with your help desk and no solution has been provided so far. They are not able to register the damage claim as the old claim is still open in their tool (For the last claim i have paid the service fee and go back the mobile but not sure why the claim is not closed?). I am really dissatisfied with the service you provide.
                            I have made so many calls since then.
                            I am not able to register the claim, your customer care executive says that previous claim is still open in the system so unable to register new claim. Every time when i speak to them, they promise to close it in 48 hrs and till date nothing has happened.

                            Hi,

                            After so many followup i was able to file the claim. On 5th July they took my mobile for service so far there is no update i have made 100s of calls to your customer care, no one seems to give me any update as to when the mobile will be ready. I have never seen such a company where they do not have any TAT or commitment.

                            Everytime i call to the customer care I get freshly cooked up excuses. First they say there is no stock of spares in the service centre, later they said they have resent the estimation to insurance company for higher repair amount now one is even aware whats happening.

                            Just to recall, my mobile got damaged on 29th May post this I struggles to raise the claim on 1st July, 5th July mobile was picked so far there is no update on the due date.

                            I will never again buy your insurance nor ill suggest this to any of my friends.

                            I feel govt run institutions are far better than this.

                              Where is my phone u guys have no proper answer been calling your customercare everyday here the samething that we are waiting for insurance companys approval its been a month. Update me with proper status of my device. Numerous mails i have sent everything went unanswered. When i bought the policy yuor customercare assured me 12days service warranty and a courtesy handset which has been not delivered yet.                                 I bought insurance of one assist for my phone(nexus 6) the first time when my phone got damaged I was harassed by one assist customer care and it took them 1 month to pick it up and it took them 6 months to repair it, now the second time it was delivered in 4 months ( 2 months lesser wow great ) and it was having some new problem with it, so I called them for the same, now they were like, we will revert you back soon and your phone will be picked up, repaired and delivered in 8 days and it was over 2 months no reply from them, I kept calling and every time same thing happend, finally one day my phone was picked up and now it's over 1 month they don't have any update of my phone where they promise the unrepaired phone will be repaired and delivered in 8 working days and the quality of the part repaired is worst they, are making fool of customers these type of companies should be banned, I told them I want my phone unrepaired and now they are not giving it back too, this should be taken seriously forum should take serious action against these type of companies, the customer(consumer ) should get their rights and it is the duty of provider to do so, rights of the constitution should not be violated.

                                  I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. How log have you been doing this from my credit card!! Just because i am not using my credit card much recently i came to know about this fraud. I want my money back what ever you have taken from me till date. Dont dare again to do this.

                                      No doubt its a fraud company. I never applied for one assist policy but i got activated automatically without my knowledge with hdfc credit card. I got. To know about it only after i got an sms regarding charges.

                                      I called one assist customer care. The service is very very bad. But somehow i managed to get it deactivated. And got refund of my first installment of total amount of 1299. Now they want me to pay with 3 months emi with interest. I called them so many times but everytime agent says you will get call back within 48 hours i sent email also which they never replied my name aditya chawla phone : [protected]
