One assist deactivate one assist plan

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

I got new hdfc bank credit card. The bank has auto debited an amount of rs 1299 (One assist mfee) on 23dr may 2017 from my credit card no. Endings 2063. My customer relationship no. 2123830 and i don't want this membership so cancel membership and refund the same amount to my account. As early as possible i am not at all interested in this plan. I have called 3 time to customers care but not got any satisfactory answer.

Despite requesting multiple times to cancel my one assist service, i'm still getting emails informing me that the service will be auto-renewed but i do not wish to renew it.

I have given multiple calls to the customer care who told me that the cancellation service team will call me in 48 hours. It has been weeks now and i'm yet to receive the call.
