I have purchased your plan along with my mobile mi5 as mi protect. On may 22 my handset got physically damaged. On that day itself i called your toll free number and asked them to file claim. They told me to upload handset photos and documents. I have submitted all the documents. There was query regarding one document. Which i submitted on 27th may 2017. I have been asked to send on email id aniruddha. [protected]@oneassist.in which i did promptly.
Now its more than 10 days, there is no response from your side. I have send couple of reminders to your customer care i. E. [protected]@oneassist.in but there is no response.

    Hello there

    I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1799/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated. This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. I want my money back.

      Hi.. I had lost my driving license and i called up one assist helpline number but nobody answered my call rather it kept in transferring from one call to other. I even mailed the query but recvd the reply after 10 days. Its a fraud company. I feel cheated. I would urge all of you not buy any product or service from hdfc one assist. Or else you will have to face the consequences.

      Worst part is the online chat customer support. I feel the most rude people of the world are seating in this position. They do not have any manners to talk to their customers. Horrible experience from one assist team.. I deeply regret why i chose their services.

        I am mohammed abdullah nd my customer relationship number is 593991. When my mobile screen got damaged in a accident, i tried to file a claim in their website. But there is no provision. When i contact their customer support, they informed me that my previous claim is not yet closed from their end and i am assured it will be closed soon. It has been more than 40 days since i raised this issue, still it is not closed. I sent more than 10 follow up email. For each mail, it would take 2 to 3 days for them to reply with the same answer "greetings from oneassist!
        We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you again that we have already escalated your case to the concerned team. Please note that our team is working on it. As soon as we get any update we will inform you. We appreciate your patience and co-operation in this case".

        How long will it take them to provide a provision to file a claim? Taking time to process a claim is one thing. But not giving a provision to file a claim itself is a new type of fraud and unethical behavior.

        Now I received a mail stating
        "Dear mohammed abdullah

        With reference to your Service Request number 2061629, basis the documents submitted by you, the insurance company has denied the claim.

        The insurance company is constrained to deny the liability basis the following reason:
        "THE SUBJECT CLAIM IS NOT ADMISSIBLE DUE AGE OF DEVICE IS BEYOND 2 YEARS. Date of purchase - 06/08/2014 Start date of insurance cover - 23/10/2016"

        We regret that we are unable to entertain this claim and therefore, we are closing the claim as repudiated on the grounds clearly mentioned above. We look at this as an opportunity lost to serve you.

        We will soon deliver your unrepaired handset to you."

        Why do you sell me a insurance plan if it does not get covered ?
        When you gave me that plan, you know my handset is 2 years old.Then what is the use of this plan I paid for?
        It does not cover anything?
        You simply received money from the client and when the customer file a claim, you say that your handset is 2 years old so the claim is rejected
        I paid you. you received money from me.Why did you sell me the plan knowing that my handset is 2 years old and it will get rejected if I file a claim?
        This is so unethical that you are selling a product without any value.

          Hi one assist,

          How could you deduct 1799 without informing me. I got to know about this fraudulent transaction in the hdfc credit card statement. Kindly assist with the cancellation and please refund the money as soon as possible. I did check with one of your executive and he told me that it's not activated and i have sent an email to your team along with the statement generated by hdfc. I would appreciate if you can refund the amount.

                My customer id is - 924320. I have filed a mobile insurance claim for my redminote 3 on 16 may 2017. After a lot of calls and emails my phone was picked up on 23 may 2017. After that the company said they are waiting for the approval from insurance company. They do not reply to emails sent to their customer support email - [protected]@oneassist.in. All calls to their helpline result in the executive asking me to wait with no information as to how long will it take for the approval.in every of my call (Which are around 20 in number), i am told to wait for 48 hrs to receive a callback but i have never received any callback.
                Also, as a part of their policy they promise to give a courtesy handset when the mobile is given for insurance. The request for the same was raised by me on 16 may 2017 but i have not yet received the courtesy handset.
                All the above details were confirmed by their executive named ashraf on a call to me which i have recorded. Please take necessary action against the company which is fooling innocent customers.

                        This is to inform you that a sum of rs 1, 799.00 has been debited on 5th june 2017 at 8:35 pm in mumbai by one assist. I have not taken any service from them then how come they debited my account. Moreover, where did they get my bank details from.

                          As i had paid money for My mobile(OneAssist) insurance as per the details that they have described on security as, software or hardware problems resolving issues. Once my mobile fell down at railway station platform due to some incident which is not negligence. Due to this incident my mobile screen card got damaged and even panel too, So then i applied for the resolving problem. At present OneAssist Company is rejected my issue by saying negligence. When they cannot resolve problems why they running insurance business, Now i would like to refund money which i had paid for my mobile insurance. And even they have mentioned that service type is Out Of Warranty but My Mobile Warranty is from 21th April 2017 to 20th April 2018.

                            I am a icici bank debit card holder, the bank has auto debited rs.1799 from my debit card number ending with xxxxxxxx0166with out my authorization on date 02/06/17 and i dont want this membership so cancel the membership and refund the same;

                            Relation ship number for one assit is 990344

                            I urge oneassist to cancel this preposterous membership at once and credit the amount back into my debit card at the earliest as this was done without my authorization or consent! If not, i'd be forced to take up the issue to the consumer court as this is clearly violation of my rights.

                              Hello sir my name is vishal saxena my mobile screen was broken so i gave my mobile handset to one assist company on 9 april and it delivery date is 15 may and they are not delivered my handset until 6 jun and when i call him they said that they are applying complaint but there is no response from that. I think they are making me fool. I call him many time on consumer care but they always not giving attention.                                 My phone was liquid damaged accidentaly, but oneassist insurance company reh=jected my claim with no reasons,. And without any email/sms returned my mobile back. When i again filed a claim, they simply rejected that earlier one same has been closed.

                                Initially, whren giving insurance, they were planning huge for their services, they just make the money on name of insurance

                                    One assist deducted 1299rs from my credit card without my approval. Even i didn't know what was it. And when complained there customer service department told me that they wont refund it coz it has been already deducted. And when i told them to complaint they told me that you can complaint nothing will happen.
                                    This is like a mafia. Do wahatever you can we wont refund it.

                                      I claimed my mobile mi note 4 but you rejected my claim
                                      (Reason by oneassist - you don't have any perfect description how my mobile break)

                                      I updated right reason on it when i claim my mobile but this time i also talk with your customer support agent on call. When i update my reason on your website this time i asked your customer care agent this is right reasone which is i updated he say yes... I told him many time. He say yes than i confirm it and than i click on ok

                                      So oneassit have call recording system ok so check call recording and action againt oneassist customer care agent to misguides valuable customer.

                                      This is not my problem this is oneassist agent problem.
                                      If oneassist don't check recording than i complaint in "grahak shuraksha". Than he get recording from you and give you a penalty.

                                      Your Company is Fraud. I see many Complaints against you. You Scam with your Customer.
