Hello oneassist team,

I am aryan kumar. I want to deactivate my cpp/oneassist plan as it is not helpful in any way to me on 3rd of june this month, my policy privilege single plan odes 1799/- was renewed. I want to stop this plan and want refund asap. I am a customer of icici bank.

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

I got new hdfc bank credit card. The bank has auto debited an amount of rs 1299 (One assist mfee) on 23dr may 2017 from my credit card no. Endings 2063. My customer relationship no. 2123830 and i don't want this membership so cancel membership and refund the same amount to my account. As early as possible i am not at all interested in this plan. I have called 3 time to customers care but not got any satisfactory answer.

I called the assist customer care on 02/06/2017 and inform about i will not continue any plan by one assist. So please deactivate one assist plan and refund my amount as soon as possible.

This company has creating service request for deduction of money from my bank account without my permission.
Even after intimation/request for not renewing my membership, they have doing so for last to years.
Customer care executive dont provide any solution. They dont even connect me to their higher officers.

I called the assist customer care on 31/05/2017 and inform about i will not continue any plan by one assist. So please deactivate one assist plan and refund my amount whatever deducted.

My name is vinay from delhi,. I am writing this letter on the behalf of my problem that’s i cheated by oneassist pvt. Ltd. Company. I bought an apple iphone 6s on 22.07.2016 from (Hotspot sales & solution, address-a 24 connaught place new delhi 110001, contact-[protected]) & there was a person namely moin [protected] from oneassist insurance company who insist me to buy insurance of this company. So i bought mobile insurance of my apple iphone...

Oneassist rejected my claim after one months. I fell down in the bathroom that time my mobile was broken and its was not working and same day i took my mi protect card (Oneassist card). Then i went to mi office with my protect certificate. They told call to apply online. I did, after one month i got call from one person named yusuf they told my claim was rejected for service request number 1980395...

Despite requesting multiple times to cancel my one assist service, i'm still getting emails informing me that the service will be auto-renewed but i do not wish to renew it.

I have given multiple calls to the customer care who told me that the cancellation service team will call me in 48 hours. It has been weeks now and i'm yet to receive the call.

Back in january 2017, i did the same...

Oneassist was rejected my claim after one months. They told reason was late intimation, but they rejected my claim after 40 days.

They automatically activated "power individual" plan and deducted rs.1299/- from my credit card "without my permission". I don't need anything related to oneassist. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap!

I purchase the product Mi max from mi.com on 29 july 2016 with one assist insurance for some reason i cancel one assist insurance on 28 august 2016 and requested for my refund of 749rs as it was mention in their term and condition policy ic some one cancel their insaurance within one month they are eligible for full refund and after post 30day ony 50% amount will be refunded till from august 2016 to 30 may 2017 they are just making fool that...

Recently i raised a request for claim for my damaged iphone 6s but one assist team is not accepting the claim and said that my imei number is not updated wiith them. But as i checked my emails and found that i have given the details with the screen shot with imei on jan 9 which they havent updated yet and now they are giving foolish reason that they dont believe in emails and update the details over calls only.
