Updated by Ankit Shankhdhar after uploading the documents on 6th June.. i was in touch with your customer care but everyone told me that documents had uploaded and claim is pending so i need to wait but today someone told me that i need to review the documents and need to click on "upload" button.. i did the same now again customer care saying that my claim is pending.
it's just a feedback that your CCE should be aware about if customer has missed anything to do.

I've uploaded the handset invoice several times also I've attached the invoice in Facebook plus I've sent the invoice on your support mail id but till now the claim is pending.
can you please share that good reason with me why the claim is pending since 6th june? the handset damage is getting increased, who is responsible for this?
