My display got broken and Iodged a claim. One of the executive called me and told that they will pick up the phone from my home. I asked them about the complete process and they told me that they will take the phone to one of its center. As it was not that much convincing, I asked them to deposit my phone myself to the respective service center. They completely denied. I asked them where they will take my phone, they denied to give any information....

For cancelling about one assist membership for my credit card

Actually i was applied credit card recently and i got it after few days i got a courier or one assist membership.. Without any intimation i got this courier and 1300rs was cut through my credit card for this i was called to one assist customer care there is no service they are providing... I want my refund of 1300 rs as soon as possible otherwise cancel my credit card...

Cancellation of plan

I'm using hdfc credit card. I have rquested cancellation of this plan but they are we cant cancel this plan. As i requested for cancellation on next day when plan get activated
