I have but insurance for my redmi note3 mobile in august 2016.in may 2017 my screen get damaged and when i claim the file for my mobile repairing. He gave 12007 rs estimate to national insurance co. And insurace is approved by national insurance worth rs 12000 but one assist said that either they return my mobile without repaired or they will give me only 7000 rs of my mobile. I ant my mobile with repairing or 12000 rs my mobile price....

I received sms from hdfc bank on 10/05/2017 at 6.54 pm that rs-2499/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
And i dont any care from anyone to protect mycard.. I want my money back. Dont dare again...

This is totally a fraud company... No one is there to pick up your calls and nobody will answer your mail. When it comes to claim of the device, they will ask you regarding documents for formality but after passing some time they will release a statement that your claim is closed because of insufficient documents... Even without mentioning any proper reason... Please don't ever take this insurance... Totally fraud company....

Claim rejected due to late intimation

One assist rejected my mobile damage claim due to late intimation.
They are coming with such hidden terms and conditions to reject claims . My father was using that mobile and he met an smalll accident at home due to which mobile got damaged.
They will try to ask you details in casual discussion and once they found the reason they will reject the claim.
It's a fraud.
Please do not buy their insurance for mobile...

Hi.. I had lost my driving license and i called up one assist helpline number but nobody answered my call rather it kept in transferring from one call to other. I even mailed the query but recvd the reply after 10 days. Its a fraud company. I feel cheated. I would urge all of you not buy any product or service from hdfc one assist. Or else you will have to face the consequences.

Worst part is the online chat customer support....
