Today on[protected] around 13:28 i received a call from one assist about their scheme. I denied them but after half hour i received a message mentioning that my membership has been activated and a full amount of 999inr has been deducted from my account without my consent.
When i tried to contact them there is no response. I want immediate cancellation of my unauthorized membership and want a full refund of inr 999 as soon as possible.
Else i have to take legal action.
They register me by this number [protected] and my relationship number is 2242072. I recived call twice by following numbers

i had received a call on 19/06/2017 around 10:00 AM from ONE assist team (night wing) and he asked me whether i want to opt in or opt out . i told him that i want to opt out so he hold me that since he is from nght wing he cant cancel my membership n asked me to contact the day wing . so later in that day around 17:00PM i conatcted them again and the person said that my case has been transferred to cancellation department and i'll receive a call from there within 48 hrs. its almost 30hrs, i havent received a call yet .

your poor response from cancellation department ( no contact has been made), made me to register a complaint against your company in consumer court . i will close it as early as ill hear from your cancellation department team (48hrs has been there)

    Hi,
    I have applied for the mobile claim on 25th of may.
    While taking the insurance policy the company executive promised to provide the service handset during the repairing period. But when i applied for claim they said they don't provide the service handset. Upon my explanation they agreed to provide the same. But it has been 20+ days i didn't received either service handset or they didn't repaired my mobile

    Sr number = 1976216, complaint on 1st june @, registered delayed to 10th june by the company

    "concern with poor service and delay in registering my complaint instead on 1st june, zero response in receiving even one call from cancellation department"

    I had to call up again at 4.10 pm and spoke for 55 minutes continuously.
    Requested and asked the executive to connect to manoj from cancellation department.. It took me 30 mins to ask her to connect to his alternative person to bhushan, who told that my phone has been unreachable for 13 days... I have stated that i never received a call from manoj any one from company since i complained on 1st june.. He repeatedly told me that your phone has been unreachable every time.. I deny and refute such claim as i never received single call.. He said that i don't have waiting facility activated in my cell phone. These are pathetic remarks as i have every activity like waiting, calling, missed call alerts, ring tone, full 4g internet connectivity and a loyal consumer of vodafone india for 15 yrs straight.

    Kindly note that i have called up for more than 250 minutes for speaking to some one from cancellation department, on 1st june, 7th june, 9th june, 10th june, 14th june and spoke to different executives every time.. I insisted again today and skme how managed to get to bhushan.. Who told as follows :-

    1) we can't give you full refund. You are eligible to get half of paid amount as your complaint was generated on 10th june.. I fail to understand why my complaint was never registered on 1st june.. Every time i called, i was communicated to wait for 48 yrs to receive a call back from the company, i never received any call.. Bhushan has been hell adamant to tell that my phone was unreachable every time for last 13 days.. Wherein i have called out for 240 mins from my same cell phone

    2) my complained was not register on 1st june 2017... It was entered later by the company.. I fail to understand reasons to deliberated delay in registering complained and start the work for refund.

    Bhushan told me that as one month has been completed, i am not eligible for full refund.. Wherun i spoke to 1st june, 7th june, 9th june, 10th june and 13 the june to lissy, siddiqui, rahul, and more persons, they never communicated that delay of 1 month has condition.. More everyone asked me to wait for 48 yrs to get a call back since 1st of june.. The call never came.. Instead came lame excuses every time i called back again and again..

    This is highly unprofessional to delay in registering of customer's complaint and ground zero response for resolving the concern... I will be forced to escalate this poor response and pathetic service to the authority and concerned industry if not given full refund...

    Kindly help in full refund as they didn't inform details while buying phone and delay in registering the complaint and pathetic cancellation department and call centre.

    Bhushan from cancellation department has been highly inefficient and ridiculed vodafone india services for unreachable mobile number.. This has been the height for annoyance.. Kindly help.

        I am writing to express my frustration of buying an oneassist mobile insurance plan for my apple 6s. My service request no. Is 1990589. My mobile had an accidental damage and my phone was picked up on 22/05/17. Its been almost a month that i have made the claim and still waiting for my device where as i was promised a service guarantee of 12 days. I have already paid the policy excess fees of rs 2500, though i was told that i will not have to pay even a single rupee at the time of renewal. And till date i have no idea regarding the status of my mobile phone. Every time i'm told that the phone is in delivery and i will be receiving it shortly.
        I have been getting vague answers from the call center support each and every time i call them. Nobody reverts to the emails that i sent on your mail ids. I would request you to kindly arrange a delivery of my device by this week and take necessary action please.

          Fraud company. (My service request_1905550, relationship no.874483). There is no escalation level only customer care they will say pending without any information and you don’t have anybody where you can escalate you issue. From last two month only one reply ic pending and if you say anything they will cut your call. Even they are not able to tell you reason why your case is pending.
          If this company is not cheater and has dear to reply, please reply in this open forum what steps you followed justifying 2 months for my claim or everyone will know your service. I don’t want to hear sorry again and again from you.

          What a worst service again. They have delivered a different phone all together a different model and a dead phone. What a shame on OneAssist.

          They are fail in all their service. I am frustrated with this. I have reported this and again no body has any information.

          After 2.5 months they delivered a dead phone that to some other cheap model. I marked here it is resolved but OneAssist worst. I have no words to describe their bad service.

            The time i was in process of purchasing a xiaomi phone, i was lured to purchase an insurance for the same by oneassist assuming it would be of some help.

            A month ago, i happened to drop the phone and damage it, and followed the claim process, after a few days of chasing for the right documentation being asked one after the other, the pickup guy finally arrives, now it's been a month post the pickup, after a month's time these guys call me and tell me that the imei no. Of the submitted device differs from the one that was mentioned in the documents. Also, consider the fact that the pickup guy confirmed and checked all the details before picking up the device. This call was two days ago and on the call the guy said we'd get back to you in 48 hours and now it has been 48 hours, on calling them i get to know that there is no complaint raised against the same. This entire experience has been such an inconvenience.

            It took a while and had to chase these folks for days together for a resolution for just getting a single response once in 3/4 days. Although, the device was repaired and delivered to me today. I would just recommend for these folks to improvise on customer service and also hire English speaking candidates who are capable of being a good listener to the customer.

                I purchase a handset online from the compani xiaomi and was given an add on insurance with the cell phone. On accidently damage to the phone i have raised the claim request to the company which was closed by the company saying the documents were not uploaded. Further inquiry suggested i have not updated that my cell phone was in my hand or in my pocket while the accident happened therefore the request was closed. The important thing is that i have called the customer care executive to know exactly what i need to mention in the description and he told me to updated the exact location of the accident mentioning the address. Which i did. Still the company is not resolving the complain.

                Thank You for your response. the only thing i want to mention is the harrassment and fraud intent the company is having towards customers. The reason shall be that the clause of 21 days was not intimated to me further even after 21 days was over i recieved call and email from your executive to submit the document which i did. Id the 21 days was the limit for the claim to close why did you harass me for submitting the documents. i have the concerend emails which are dated more than 21 days of filling the claim.

                  I had given my phone for repair on 28th of april and received an e-mail on 6th of june 2017. Since then they have been delaying dates of delivery and i had to cancel my flight just because they assured me that i'll be receiving my phone on that day but i still didn't get it. Very unsatisfied with their service and won't recommend anyone to go for their insurance claims.

                    I'm using hdfc credit card -. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1299/- + rs 115/- from my credit card account.
                    Without my approval or even not intimated.

                    I have never ever applied for it.

                    Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1299/- + rs 115/-.

                    Note - i have already raised a complaint to hdfc bank a week back for cancellation. I have also spoken to you associate yesterday named ramiz around 10.02 am to cancel my plan and he said that he has already raised a complain for cancellation for this plan and it will done and also stated that i will get a call in 24 hrs which i have not got yet. I also spoke to abhijit yesterday evening around 8.20 pm and he also said the same thing. Today morning i spoke to another associate of yours named ambrine and she said that she has also put another request for cancellation and i will get a call in 24 hrs.

                    I want it to be cancelled with immediate effect and process my refund immediately without further delay.
                    This is very frustrating

                    Note - I have already raised a complaint to hdfc Bank a week back for cancellation.I have also spoken to you associate yesterday named Ramiz around 10.02 Am to cancel my Plan and he said that he has already raised a complain for cancellation for this plan and it will done and also stated that i will get a call in 24 hrs which i have not got yet .I also spoke to Abhijit yesterday evening around 8.20 Pm and he also said the same thing. Today morning i spoke to another associate of yours named Ambrine and she said that she has also put another request for cancellation and i will get a call in 24 hrs.

                    I want it to be cancelled with immediate effect and process my refund immediately without further delay.
                    This is very frustrating

                      I have purchase the insurance from your company and my policy number 2215599. The concerned person ask me you have to pay nothing when your phone damage on fall in to liquid today i have read your policy and in this you have write you have charge xyz amount. Your concerned person ask me your call was recorded on our side and i am 100% sure you have to pay nothing but now i call on customer care they said you have to pay. Its a fraud and black mailing. If my plan is not 100% claimed then why you ask and sell me its fraud. Please check your recording which commitment are done between your executive and me.

                        I am writing to express my frustration of buying an oneassist mobile insurance plan for my apple 6s. My membership id is [protected] and my service request no.1951886. My mobile had an accidental damage and i made a claim on 01.05.2017. Its been almost 43 days that i have made the claim and still waiting for my device where you promise for a service guarantee of 12 days which is clearly mentioned in the activation leaflet. Its been almost 14 days i have paid the policy excess fees of rs 2450 and till date i have no idea regarding the status of my mobile phone.
                        I have been given false hope from the call center support each and every time i called them. I am leaving station for 03 month on next week (Monday). I would request you to kindly arrange a delivery of my device by this week and take necessary action please.

                          I am icici bank customer and want to deactivate oneassist service. I have called many times to their customer care no., they said it will get deactivated in 48 hrs. But it never happened and they deducted 1799 rs. Two consecutive years without my approval or intimation.

                                  I have but insurance for my redmi note3 mobile in august 2016.in may 2017 my screen get damaged and when i claim the file for my mobile repairing. He gave 12007 rs estimate to national insurance co. And insurace is approved by national insurance worth rs 12000 but one assist said that either they return my mobile without repaired or they will give me only 7000 rs of my mobile. I ant my mobile with repairing or 12000 rs my mobile price.

                                      I purchased the online insurance from https://www.oneassist.in/ company for my iphone 7 32gb black on 18th april 2017.

                                      2. Last month, my phone got damaged accidentally. While claiming the device, company saying that this was not the same device.

                                      3. The purchasing date of this phone is nov'2017. After few days of the purchase as the device was not working, i went to apple service center and they changed the device, so the imei no of the phone got changed. But i was not aware that the imei no. Had changed.
                                      While taking online insurance i uploaded all the documents and replacement letter. All the documents contained the old imei no.

                                      4. At the time of claim, https://www.oneassist.in/ said that this was not the same device registered for insurance. But it the same device. They asked proof for the new imei no., then i contacted apple service center and asked the same and uploaded the proof on their site and still they are refusing the claim.

                                      Please look into this matter and do necessary favor.

                                      This is to inform all my friend and relatives that pls don trust or buy any mobile insurance from Oneassist Mobile insurance company because they don have much information on their own products and their representative will make mistake as they did in my case and for such mistake no one will help you. i Vimal Nambiar bought my mobile insurance for Damge Protection on 13 jan 2017 from OneAssist company with Membership Id [protected] and Relationship No. 1630273 and took the insurance valid from 13 jan 2017 to 12 Jan 2018 as you can see in the below image and after 15 min i get a call from Mr Saji Nair who works for OneAssist to take another insurance of my any friend/relative so that i can avail 15% discount on the another insurance premium to be paid so i called up my brother Vijilesh VG and took his phones insurance also with them u can also see his membership in the att image his Membership Id is [protected] and here they made a mistake that relationship no was same i.e 1630273. provide all the documents different invoice and different premium also paid on different time. Now on 2 june 2017 my 1+ 3T mobile fall from my hand and the LCD broke so i made a claim at that time i come to know that in the system of OneAssist my plan is activated but at the name of My elder brother Vijilesh VG then the game started they asked for the gift mail and all related documents which i have provide but at last i come to know that they are 3rd party who take ins from Nation Ins Company and that company has rejected my case and so they have cancelled my plan saying that i have taken 2 policies with the same name but you can see i have both diff name on my membership card by saying this they ejected the claim. so guys beware of this type of mistake and by this type of fraud company who is interested only to collect only premium and not in solution to the customers. In India many people like me are been cheated but no one raised a voice because they think raising a voice wont make a difference but i want to show the OneAssist it really make a difference.
