I had insured my mobile from one assist and claim for damage (screen crack). I have provided my mobile on Jan 27-2017 and they promised it ll be done in 10-15 days max. Then they said the due date is moved to Feb 26 due to lack of spare parts. Then again the due date was move to Mar8th. Now its moved to Mar 18 when i checked with their customer care.

I called the mi repair center and they said screen check will not take more then 2 days. The one assist is putting the blame on repair center and are not providing an exact delivery date.

I feel these people have stolen my mobile and look cheated. Kindly help me in lodging a formal complaint against them.

    Cancellation of One assist plan

    One assist called me few days back and I sent them so many mails for not activating this plan and they replied back that my number is not registered for this plan.
    Still after few days one assist has activated and charged me Rs1799 from my account without my consent. I want you to cancel my subscription and refund my money as soon as possible. How can you charge me without my permission? Please deactivate and return my Rs1799....

      I have given my phone for service from more than 35-36 days but no response is there. I'm calling on customer care from last 2 weeks but I don't understand what wrong with that more than 25 mins bell rang but no answer from there . You should tell us if you can fullfil our need or not . Otherwise I will be taking a strict action against your company . My phone balance also spent to call you and there you also don't pick up the call and all. Please see our problem and give reply till tomorrow otherwise I know what I will do .

        Double Payment Deduction by Cheap and Low Brand Software of One Assist Comapny
        Membership ID : [protected]

        Complaint Matters Starting From 21.01.2017 but still 08.03.2017 over 47 Days Company not replying me.

        One Assist Company is totally useless and Fake as their Executive don't know any procedure, totally staff of company is untrained and also the designed software of company is very low quality, low brand totally cheap.

        as per calling with executive on dated 21.01.2017 offered me to upgrade the plan today and benefit the same with it till 04.02.2018, so same time i paid the amount of Rupees 1, 439.20 and the plan is upgrade, but when i check my membership the validity was upto 20.01.2018, simply the executive committed me wrong. after that i calling again and again on Helpline numbers but still i have not receive any positive reply with your side even a single call back. means all staff making fool customers.

        Again debited the amount of Rupees 1, 299.00 on dated 02.02.2017 in my Credit Card for theft purposes by One Assist Company.

        I sent first mail on 03.02.2017 for miss-information and double deducting Payment, after that many times i calling Company Help Line more than 100 times i called but even a single i did't receive a single call back from company, while every time there executives assuring me Sir 24 - 48 hrs we will call back you and revert you but still after 46 days i have not received a single call back, means company has no worth to call Back Customer. then i again mail to company site and said if company has no worth to call back just give me a missed call i will call back you.

        on 04.02.2017 company sent me a mail for my bank statement to check the double payment transaction. i sent my Bank Statement,

        on 08.02.2017 company sent me a mail for refund to get my Bank Detail, same time i provide Bank detail for refund of second deduction.

        But Still 07.03.2017 i have not received a single amount refund from company site

        i sent Company mailing more then 20 times and calling helpline more then 100 times but from company side still not reply still not a single mail still not a Call Back.

        Every times there executives making fool

        One Assist is 100% FAKE Company.

          I have given my mobile phone under insurance to one assist insurance company
          my service number is 1599474, almost 5 month the mobile is with the company and the company is not giving back, the company is giving me new due dates of repairing and even sometimes gives confirmation that i will recieve my mobile on this date or that but mobile never came. Even a week back i got a phone from service center that my handset is ready and but the comapny service center is not responding with proper answer, just want my mobile back. The company is doing cheating at the time of pick up they says they will repaired and deliver the product after a month but its 5 month over . Even i got a call from mi service center that my mobile is ready but dont know why the company is cheating. Just want my mobile back even in unrepaired condition

            I am waiting my handset since 2 months. As you state that you just keeping the change of due date. 2 days ago they called from costumer care to inform me about handset they said it will be delivered by 22th March. It is really funny . Thank you for GREAT ASSISTING !!

            Since 1 month, they are just keeping change the due that of delivery. The last complaint, they have been replied that it is going to be repaired 13th of march and 48 hours for delivery. Then I called them they said that its due date changed to 18th march. Again i called them again they changed it to 22th march again i called them again they changed it to 24th again i called them again they changed to 28th march. I know them when the due date came. They will change the date again. Please i am requesting you submit my phone back Otherwise i ll start the process of law...

              Hi,

              I have not registered or requested for any card protection service. Yet, an amount of 1299 has been deducted from my credit card for the same. I do not understand how the service can be activated without even taking an approval or confirmation from the customer. It is very disappointing and a very bad customer experience.

              Request you to kindly cancel the card protection service and refund the amount.

                    1299/- was debited from my credit card account as oneassist fee without my knowledge. I have never applied for oneassist service in any way. While enroling also, your staff didnt asked me weather i want this service or not.

                    Further the debited amount is converted into smartemi and here also i dont know who did this? Now who is responsible for this?, i reied very hard to cancel this service and called hdfc customer care, they gave me a number to call on which is even not valid so i searched internet for one assist customer care number and called them, one executive said it is by default service come with your card you cant cancel it and one said it is activated by you so we cant refund your money, me and my family own more than 4 accounts of hdfc and now i surely look for other option after this fraud.                     I didn't receive any cancellation message,
                    Dear sir,
                    i would like to request a refund of all the charges applied to my credit card without my information as the bank said that the card would be completely free & no additional charges would applied.
                    Recently there have been a unauthorized deduction from my account of Rs 3669 without any pre intimation
                    HDFC customer care service is not taking this matter seriously they are just filling the complaint &no action has been taken till now . I have called many times.

                      I have submitted my damaged mobile phone to one assist and registered a claim thereof.However there is no explanation from one assist reg. my claim which is in insurance approval stage Device Claim – Service Request # 1765238 since 7th of feb 2017?
                      I have already escalated the issue more than 3 times but I am extremely disapointed with the poor response from the customer care team.

My amount of Rs 989.10 has been deducted on 10th Feb 2017 during the payment after that I haven't get any information regarding it from the side of oneAssist team then I have emailed to oneAssist many times with full details with attachments of transaction reference no. For Refund my amount I have also send all the bank account details but their customer executive always told me to wait for two days but 26 days passed away still I am waiting for my refund. Really this is very disappointed for me.

                            I had applied for claim on 13th feb, 2017. The company and all its employees were very quick and helpful during the process but then the storm came. I was told that the cost of repair is beyond claim amount so asked for my unrepaired handset back.

                            Now its almost 1 month and no one is responding to my emails or phone calls. The telephonic guys just tell me that someone will get back to you in 48 hrs. But that never happens.

                            I would like to warn OneAssist that if i dont get my handset back ASAP. I will sue all of you guys.

                            Also I would like to inform all the readers that dont ever get and insurance or anythng from OneAssist. Its a total Fraud Company.

                              I am very disappointed with service of this One Assist company.
                              I raised a complaint on 6 December 2016, regarding display damage, they rectify the problem and handover it to me on 10 Jan 2017.
                              Then immediately I notices my 3.5 Audio Jack is not work properly, but it was works well before the service.

                              So I raised the complaint again on 12 Jan 2017, they re-picked up my hand set on 10 Feb 2017.
                              They took more than 25 days to just for re-pick up. After that there is no any proper response from One Assist.
                              I called them so many times, after long hold they just say it's in processing, but they didn't mention in which stage it is.

                                    I am Gaurav Maheswari, who had purchased the mobile insurance on 4th March 2016,

                                    I have filed a claim on 16th Feb 2017, and uploaded the documents and photos and the handset was picked up on 21 Feb 2017.
                                    The estimate i received was for the amount 30690/- Rs.
                                    I have sent multiple emails asking for the estimate copy since only the display was broken and as per my enquiry in the service centre on 28 Feb 2017, the cost of the display for s7 Edge Onyx Black was not more than 17000/- Rs so i was curious as to why is the repair estimate so high since the phone was in working condition despite the broken display ( pictures attached during claim where you can see device is switched on and is in working manner despite the cracked screen ) so there is no problem with the motherboard of the device, and all other functions were working fine before handing over the device to One Assist.

                                    I have received an email as response but the attachment was missing from the response, despite sending in multiple replies i have received a couple response but all of the response mentions that the estimate copy has been attached where as there is no attachment in the email.

                                    It looks like a clear case of the one assist giving a higher estimate for the repair which wasnt required, and when asked for the estimate copy, i am receiving 3 emails which says the estimate has been attached but there is no attachment.
                                    When sending further emails i have received no response from your end, furthermore i have called your helpline multiple times and the representatives always tell me that one of their associate will get back to me in 48 hours but i never hear back from them.

                                    I just wanted to put across all of these issues and let you know what is happening in the company OneAssist and how the customers are being treated. This is one of my last option trying to contact OneAssist in solving my problem in an amicable manner.

                                    The customer care team has still not bothered to check on the claim, My continous calls and email to them with this message, " Could you please check on the revised estimate and the claim status, as it has been one week since your team has received the revised estimate copy and have not sent me a copy despite asking for the same, and also it has been more than 12 working days since the claim had been sent for approval but i have not received any notification on the claim status from your end. Everytime i call the customer care they tell me that as per policy the claim approval takes 7-10 working days and not despite 12 working days being over, they dont have any update on the claim. "

                                    I feel the entire company is not pro customer and they don't bother sending updates despite their required time frame for getting approval passes. Earlier the customer care executive told me i will have to wait the required timeframe, and now since it has been 2 days more since the time frame as per the policy, they still dont have any updates on the same and i am just being told to wait another 3 working days.
                                    I have the entire call log with time on an excel file, along with all the service request number which i can provide if required.

                                    I tried calling them today on 16 march 2017, they kept telling me as per policy it will take 10 days, etc. so asking them what happened to your policy now, since it has been 13 working days and i havent received any response from you, i was told please wait for 3 working days for us to get the details.

                                    It feels like they are just delaying,
                                    Not following their own policy timelines.
                                    Not providing the revised estimate despite sending multiple emails.
                                    Not providing claim approval details despite exceeding their provided timeline.
                                    Overcharging for the repair, changing unnecessary parts which were not broken/damaged.
                                    Escalation managers not replying to emails or calling back.
                                    Not replying to any of my emails.

                                    Think twice before taking any service from ONEASSIST. I am thinking of going ahead and consulting with my lawyer and placing a consumer complaint along with a harassment case.
