My mobile no is [protected] On 27th feb 2017, i got an SMS from AM-HDFCBK and inform me that ONE ASSIST membership fee has been debited from my credit card account and they activated the plan and debited 1299 Rs.i didn't share any card no, cvv, otp. how could they debit money from my account without my concern.
One assist customer care are worst.they don't listen to us.i have called so many times and asked to cancel the protection plan but they are not responding my call at all.

    Hello there

    I Received SMS from hdfc BANK that RS-1299/- deducted from my credit card to ONE ASSIST PLAN. without my permission.. i also got a mail from one assist team. i dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

    Please deactivate and refund my money ASAP

        No one is responding to me including HDFC.

          I attended a call from one assist regarding their insurance plans, I told them I dont want this service but they charged me 1299 for its subscription for one year. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my HDFC credit card ending with 8712.Other wise cancel my credit card, i don't like to spend money on all these things.

              my self jagjit singh from pinjore (panchkula) haryana. i purchased a mobile (mi redmi 3s prime) 32 gb variant from flipkart which delivers me on 15th feb 2017. after that i contact to mi toll free no they told me to make call to onassist because they tie up with onessist for insurance. after that i contact one assist for mobile insurance. after that i got a call from one assist from phone no[protected]. person says me that i am krishan from one assit. he told me that we provide you insurance for your phone in rs 899 (after 10% discount it will cost you 809). i paid rs 809 through my credit card and after around 2 minutes i got receipt from CITRUS PAY for payment of 809 is successful. after that i got a mail from one assist that is welcom mail from this company with relationship id 1737366 OneAssist Membership ID : [protected]/Registered Mobile No. : [protected] . after that till today i regularly contact to their company number [protected]/[protected]/[protected].
              after that i again got a call from above given number[protected] and person told me to forward that mail which contains CITRUS DETAILS to nishant.[protected]@oneassist.in. i also did that.but till now 8 days passed my plan is not activated in their system

              now i returned my phone to flipkart and claim my money back.but till now my plan is not activated in their system. so it is requested to you to please cancel my plan and refund me money back in my bank account

                I have purchased redmi note 3 with mi protect and recently it broke after it fell and display has been broken.After that time onwards I am trying to call to customer care for one month they are not picking call itself and tried all numbers for 1 Hour also.I have also sent mail but no response.

                Is this how you treat your customers ???? How can you be so irresponsible ?

                DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING (INSURANCE) FROM ONE ASSIST IT IS ONE OF THE FRAUD COMPANY SUCH IRRESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT

                I have received so many calls from oneassist market team to continue my insurance subscription for my mobile device @ Rs.699. They assured me that if I do so, free road assistance shall be given for any of my four wheeler vehicle. The name of caller of marketing team was Ms. Kajal mishra, she even called me more then 15 times in a day to proceed for payment. Once I do payment on her assurance, she vanished, not even guided me about how to go for free vehicle road assistance. Is this they are cheating innocent people like us. I have even email the requisite documents as per her email (attached screenshot)

                    While selling the policy everything looks so smooth more than sunsilk and while you claim that day you shown the real teeth, I sent my device which was damaged on Jan 15 and it has been more than 45 days as of now and no response the only mail and what they tell you is that they sent to their insurer which i came to know that one assist is just a middle ware company and not itself an insurance direct anyways. so now they sent that and they are not responding so who is at loss ?                       Incident was logged on 29th Jan 2017 for repair.
                      Handset was collected on 4th February 2017.Confirmation of receipt of damaged device was sent on 6th Feb 2017.
                      Confirmation of repair estimate was sent to me on 10th Feb 2017.
                      Since 11th Feb 2017, the request is pending for IC approval. I have not received any update on the request after that.

                      Customer Service Representatives are not able to provide information either.
                      I have spoken to various CSRs on 20th Feb, 23rd Feb, 27th Feb and 1st March.
                      All of them have told me that i will receive a call back within 48 hours and i need to wait for that. But i have not received any call back yet.
                      They are unable to provide me with any escalation number either.

                      I had sent a mail to [protected]@oneassist.in on 23rd feb. However i have not received a response to that either.

                      I would like to know what is the reason for the delay and by when i can expect my handset to be repaired and returned to me.

                      Incident logged on 29th Jan 2017.
                      Along with the incident i had logged a request for Temporary handset on 29th Jan 2017.
                      My damaged handset was collected on 4th February 2017.

                      On 29th Jan 2017, i was told that i will receive the temporary handset within 7-10 working days.

                      However i have not yet received my temporary handset. I have not even received any update on the temporary hanset until now.

                      Customer Service Representatives are not able to provide any update either. Everytime i call, they tell me that they have escalated the case and i would get a call back within 48 hours. But i have not received any call back.

                      I would like to know what is the delay in sending my temporary handset and by when can i expect to receive it.

                      As per the company policy, i should have even received my repair handset by now. However there is no update on that either.

                        My name is Ashish Gawande. I am writing this mail to tell you that i have never seen any service as bad as One Assist.They are the worst service i have ever seen. The reason is i had claimed a request regarding my damaged phone on 13th January, 2017.My Service Request Number is 1738931. My device was Redmi 3S(Dark Gray IMEI no.1:[protected], IMEI no. 2: [protected]).My relationship no. is 1581717. I have submitted all the documents, paid the extra charges you told me to pay, and completed all the formalities you said. But i want to tell u that, 45 days have passed from the day i handovered my device to you but i have not received a single update of my device. I am calling to there customer service number regularly but they only give me the [censored] that we have not received any delivery date from the service center. Even i have talked to there seniors also but they also are unable to give me any positive response. And I also want to tell you that the dew date for my mobile phone provided by the service center was 10th February, 2017, and still i have no idea where my mobile is.I am very very disappointed by there service. I want to you to take strict action and do whatever you have to do, i want my phone back as soon as possible otherwise i will have only one option left of reporting a complaint against them in Police Station. Then they will take care of things

                                  One assist saying its gone for BER. My mobile cost is 17999 and your estimated repair cost is 20208. And saying eligible to Rs.5849 as claim.

                                  I give my mobile as working condition, uploaded images as proof as my mobile in working condition only. How come the repair cost exceed the actual mobile cost ?

                                  Dont want anything from you. I need my mobile back, dont want any claim you can cancel the membership id.

                                  Because, I written lot of mails and calls. I requested the below questions but no answers from once assist representatives.

                                  What is the name of insurance company ( As per registered in IRDA)?

                                  When my mobile given to Service center ? Please provide the details (Bills or vouchers from the service center).

                                  Where my mobile given for repair (On which service center) ? Please provide the details (Bills or vouchers from the service center).

                                  Who and how the estimated repair amount calculated ? Please provide the details (Bills or vouchers from the service center).

                                  Here I am asking is. OneAssist - I am not willing to take any of your claim even I am given my for any claim, I given for repair. That I dont want now, you can cancel everything from your end. I just want my un repaired handset back. Its almost 2 months gone. There is no loss for you by returning my handset as i given. So please do that favor. I am completely agreed the mistake was mine without reading reviews about one assist, I taken MI protect and submitted my mobile to one assist. Its almost 2 months go Please return my mobile ASAP and please dont replay like wait for sometime, I already waited too long.

                                    My mobile was accidentally got liquid damaged on 1 month ago. Than i contacted one assist customer care for repairing because i was taken insurance and paid rs. 375 amount for it.. After 1 week they picked up my mobile.. And got estimated that my mobile had rs. 8909 repairing cost!!! Amount of mobile is rs.9999!!! Than they told me to wait for 3-4 days for amount approval from national insurance company.. Than every signal day i called for it but they only told to wait for 24 hour.. After 7-8 call from me they called me that i was damaged it wilfully!!!
                                    So we cannot give repairing... Mobile repair ho ke hi 1 mahine bad vapas aane vala tha to isme wilful kon karunga!!! And they told me that decision was taken by insurance company. Than i asked for contact number of insurance company, but they denied and said that they don't have!!!
                                    Isi tarah humko nahi sab ko ullu banate honge ye log.. Wilful conduct ka name dekar service nahi dena chahte... Muje ab repairing ki charge chahiye... Ya fir mere insurance ke paise vapas kar do...

                                      HI Team,

                                      I had taken one assist insurance for my laptop as a protection plan on 31-Oct-2016.Unfortunately my laptop got damaged due to accident in road on 05/11/2016.Once after this I immediately informed the oneassist about the recent incident happened.Then One assist asked me to give my laptop to authorized service center and send the estimate to one assist.I have shared the copy of estimate to the email id provided.Since they had promised me that they will be doing doorstep pick in case of any damage but that was not happened in my case and they asked me to do all manual process.Finally they send a mail to me conforming that one assist submitted your documents to insurance company on Jan 6, 2017 .

                                      Till now I didnt get any proper refund /claim amount from one assist and they still expect me to wait 24hrs and 48 hrs each and every time I called customer care for the last one month.As they mentioned, insurance decision will take around 10 to 15 days but how many 10 to 15 days I have to wait more to get the case resolved.

                                      Finally am hopeless and dont know what to do by hearing all the default message from oneassist customer care and mails .I ended up here.

                                      After I put compliant against one assist here in consumercompliants.in. They had called me very next day after the compliant date and said your claim is rejected by the insurance company due to the description of the incident.
                                      Still they are trying to kidding us.

                                      I clearly mentioned that laptop felt down in road which is placed in a bike holder near leg(Honda Activa) and the car which came backside hit and crashed the laptop completely. Since the insurance also cover the accidental damage too but the oneassist purposefully doing all this cheating steps.

                                      I need a claim amount else I will go further level .I have a voice conversation of all the discussion.

                                      This is how the one assist company cheating the customer by saying that the insurance company is rejected your claim for the reason wilful act or wilful neglect.

                                      Just before few mins of this update, one assist logistics team called me and said just go the service center and collect your damaged item with a smile.

                                      You can find the update above that one assist states that 'They will also arrange to deliver your unrepaired Laptop to you'.

                                      Worst one assist.. cheating customers by saying customer to not to give claim amount. Beware dont take oneassit policy .

                                        This is regarding the claim 1762318, As screen of my phone got damaged, I reached out the one assist costumer Representative . It was informed to me to upload the document to one assist portal which I completed then the said to send a mail confirmation which I completed but they didn't received yet.
                                        And after that I got a claim and discharge voucher, The customer Representative said I need to submit both the form to the person who will come to collect you phone. As the work was not in progress it was I called to one assist then they informed need to sign and send over mail I did the same they are saying they dint got the signed form. Now please make me understand what else I need to do.

                                        Now they are saying due to improper documents the ticket is closed and can't provide the insurance claimed. What kind of service is this. And sure take a serious action on the services.
                                        I did as it was informed to me by one assist customer representative. Still they closed by ticket.

                                        I Bought a phone from Mi India website in may 2016 with protection plan for 300+ rs.

                                        as the damaged occured, I handed over the same to Oneassist with all documents required. They took quite long time to return the phone however, Once returned, found sim tray was missing. Its been a month, I have talked to them over phone, I am having all phone recordings. I have written many emails.

                                        I have sent one final email on 15th February 2017 as 7 days notice to respond back and take action. However No action from OneAssist.

                                        I have also copied IRDA compaint channel. Received a call from MI India representative but nothing after that.

                                        I have prepared papers for filing a case in Consumer court against MI India and OneAssist and also seeking information from Ombudsman if Oneassist is a legal company to sell insurance in india.

                                        Anyone out of you who can provide a piece of advice would be helpful or anyone else who want to come along while suffering the similar issue is most welcome. You may contact me on sonu.[protected]@gmail.com and we shall file several seperate cases against these neglecting companies.
