firstly my service request no is 1696833.
In continuation to the above, after picking the handset on dec 22, 2016 and not giving any replacement handset. despite my several mails every 2-3 days, my question was knowingly ignored and no proper response was given in relation to the time frame when i will get my repaired handset.
few days back i was told it is being sent to insurance company, and i will be intimated then. Today i am being told that insurance has been declined giving reasons that i had not taken good care of the handset. what kind of absurd logic is being given just to save your insurance claim and cheat the subscribers.
But i thank a lot to the "great team oneassist" for waking up from deep slumber and taking the time and lot of pain to inform me about the denial of the claim.
It has been the most pathetic experience of my entire life to get an insurance from your "great company" No one even bothered to inform in details about the terms and conditions of the contract in detail.
Your mentioned reasons literally seems to show your motive of cheating the consumers and making money by continue doing fraud with subscribers. Now i understood how you people are actually making money.
Please send me the details of the contract where it has been mentioned what you gave me the reason of denial. i want the copy of the same.
i also want the money back as well.
AND PLEASE BEWARE ALL THOSE LOOKING FOR ANY KIND OF INSURANCE FROM TEAM ONEASSIST, NEVER EVER TAKE THE SERVICES OF GREAT TEAM ONEASSIST.

Please take my words very carefully and casuiosly towards the company called ONEASSIST solution private limited.
My mobile was given to pass a genuine clame of screen crack and without any consideration, they fooled me that, you wont claim insurance because you have broken your screen purposly.
Please do not take mobile insurance from this compay as they will never pass your claim and will prove that its your fault.
On top of that,
My mobile is with them since 2 months now and still waiting to recieve my mobile damaged, I have spend more then 150rs of phone bills and 200 emails to check and give my mobile back but there is no answer and everybody on customer care is fooling you around with different excusees.
PLEASE PLEASE NEVER BUY MOBILE INSURANCE FROM IS FAKE COMPANY AS THEY WILL NEVER PASS YOUR GENUINE CLAIM.
