Hello there

I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

    I kept my mobile on window and i slept on bed. My phone was rang as confirmed by my wife. She gone for loo and in between i wakeup and not found my phone on window. I asked my wife she told me, phone was at window. My mobile was fall from window to down and due to this phone display broken.

    Insurence compay has rejected my claim.

        I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any advance intimation you have deducted the amount of rs 1399 from my credit card.

        As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

        Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

              An amount rs 1899 is deducted from my icici bank account towards the oneassist membership. I never confirmed to deduct the amount from my bank to and no intention to get the card/device protection plan.
              I do not need this protection plan. Hence please de-activate the below plan and refund the amount.

              Hi,

              The OneAssist refunds team is calling multiple times and asking for complete Debit card number and they are saying without the debit card number they cannot refund the amount.
              I am really worried about sharing the number. Why do you guys need my debit card number to refund the amount, With out the debit card details you have deducted the amount from my account and now your are asking for the debit card number.

              Looks like some fraud is taking place.

              My Problem is still not resolved and membership is not yet cancelled and amount not refunded in spite of multiple emails.
              I got SMS of auto debit of renewal of one assist plan with out prior intimation or confirmation. So please cancel plan if any and reverse debitted amount

                    thanks for your quick response and feel happy that your company is thinking about customer safety but one thing to say . why are you activating your One Assist Plan only by a single call . Some time any other person or any kids may pic the call . so do not do like this, you should make the customer proper understand and give him or her proper time to decide not forcefully activate your plan by calling .

                            I want to cancel my oneassist subscription for my hdfc credit card which has been renewed on 07/12/2019 without my consent. The renewal fee of 2599 inr has been debited already from my credit card. I am not sure on how to proceed with the cancellation of the subscription. Please let me know on how to cancel this subscription.

                              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1399 from my credit card number ending with 545964xxxxxx3152 without my authorization on date:16/12/2018

                              I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation

                                  On 30 december 2019 i requested to cancel oneassist membeship, on the second day of which i received a call from oneassist, in the confirmation call, i gave confirmation to cancel oneassist membership and i was told that in 4 to 5 working days, the entire amount of 1399 ₹ will be put in my credit card account.. Today on 2 january 2020 as a dicount amount credited to my credit card account 300 ₹. I do not want any discount of any kind. I have to cancel oneassist membership completely, so i should be returned the full amount of ₹ 1399

                                    This is the most rubbish and fraud insurance company i have ever found. I have made insurance for our mobile phone samsung s9+ and also given renewal premium for 2nd year. Now due to an accident my wife's phone gets an internal damage and the lcd screen is getting black frequently. When i have tried to book an appointment for the service of the phone they are asking to upload hell lot of documents and killing time. Now surprisingly the fake company is saying that this doesn't cover insurance. Also given their so kind advise that i have to visit samsung service centre and get the job done by my own cost. Also thay have seen that i have uploaded the estimated cost received from samsung and the amount is rs. 17, 079/- appx.
