As you have charged rs. 1399 without any intimation from credit card number ending with *9004. So kindly reversed the whole amount back to my credit card from which you have deducted.
My registered mobile number is 77*9126.
How could you do this without without taking permission of customer.
Whom should we blame for this.
Is that bank mingle with your company or your company is hacking into accounts.

I have to reach consumer court unless you deactivate the plan from my card and return the deduction amount.

    I'm icici bank credit card holder. The one assist consumer solutions has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 4007 without my concern on date: 30/11/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-. Asap

    I am also a privilege status holding customer.

      Hello there

      I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-2599/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my knowledge or permission.. I didn't even get a mail or message from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

      Please deactivate and refund my money asap

          I got below massage saying that some policy request has been registered. But i don't remember requesting any such service.

          Please kindly deactivate this as i have not requested this and i also don't need the same.

              As per my request i want to deactivate my plan. Last year on 2018 but i still continue my plan by ur phone manager told me i[censored] want to deactivate ur plan on next renewal. U will inform u by phone call & send u a hard copy but this year 2019 without my permission they activated my plan this not ok 🙁if my amount is not refunded i would like lodge a complaint against u in consumer court.

I also got a welcome message from one assist team (10.12.19, 7:45pm). I don't even know the company and this kind charging of my account and use of my bank account by the company is really a criminal act.

                  Without my concern they issued the policy since 2017. When i call for deactivated the policy many times since 6 months... They don't response anymore. They only give 48 hours 72 hours and fake verification... They don't deactivated the policy.& not refund the amount... Totally fraud company.                               cancel one assist service plan

                              Hi all,

                              On 2nd dec 2019, i had called one assist and generate a cancellation request of my plan which started for the next 3 years. I received confirmation email and sms from one assist your request has been received and we will refund your money within 4-5 working days.

                              In that meantime 3-5 december i received a confirmation call from one assist you raise a request to cancel the plan. Do you really want to...

I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my account and use of my accountby the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan on 1/12/2019. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing.

                                  I was deceived into using your company's services 3 years back, but it all turned out to be useless when i actually lost my wallet with all my cards.

                                  So when you deducted the amount again last year, i sent you a mail to cancel and refund my amount, to which you kept replying to submit from my registered email, which i already was doing.

                                  A couple of days back, you charged my cc again. I want both my transactions refunded and service cancelled.

                                    This is about oneassist they have add me as member with out any information and confirmation and they have renewed the membership and debited the renewal amount from my credit card without any intimation and confirmation for which i have asked explanation from hdfc and oneassist but there is no proper response. And they are not cancelling the membership.
                                    I have not used the plan and membership till date.
