money deducted without informing

One assist services have been deducting rs 1399 from my account every yr since last 3yrs without my approval.. Calling it every yr to deactivate the services... They first say they have lodged the complaint and will take action in 10days... Then when no action is taken and you call again they say it's late.. You have to stop its renewal next yr... Bt it's renewed every yr again deducting money and no importance is given to any of my repeated...

So upon raising my claim, their executive called and asked to mention no incident happened in the claim.. Instead of rightfully guiding to mention the word accident and then closed the claim stating that you mentioned in the claim that no incident happened so the claim was closed.

Such fraudsters they are..

They did not even properly guide us as to how to go through with the claim and then closed the query without...

I had purchased my phone (Samsung s10 plus) from samsung smart cafe on march 6th of 2019 and i had taken mobile insurance plan on march 7th 2019.

My oneassist plan is auto activated. I am not interested in this plan and want my money back that is charged from my hdfc credit card.

Hello everyone... I have bought a plan of ars.310 towards my kent maxx water purifier which was claimable for 1 year.. It was even the starting of my claimable period... They misguided me for @ 110 days. Told to change the adapter costing rs.1000 for tge rs.7000 purifier... When i claimed they told it to consumable n i have to pay only.. Only service charge free... Even when i agreed they told to extend for 5 days more... Worst experience...
