I'm having the icici account for almost 4 years without any issues other than this (One assist) wallet assist plan which got subscribed to my credit card with out my knowledge and i got few mails regarding this which i had mentioned below,

Dear colleagues,

I was subscribed one assist card on december 2017 with hdfc credit card no: xxxx xxxx xxxx 5454 and i am not at all interested in this subscription now. Because simply i am getting my one assist card and it will be unused for the whole year for which i am getting charged 2500 every year.

One assist team phoned me in july asking to get enrolled for a plan.
On july, 31st i received relationship number: 7805887
I had neither registered nor enrolled for anything with them i received an email on 2nd november, 19 regarding deduction from my hdfc credit card. Now the due is rs. 4114. They never mentioned the amount that will be deducted each month if i enroll for their plan. This is scam!!

I have received sms from ICIC bank that Rs-1899/- deducted from account to one assist plan on 6/11/2019 without my permission.I am not interested in this services and this kind of charging to account without any agreement.

I already called on (protected) and raise the complained, but I didn't receive any complaint number.

unauthorized debit from my credit card

This oneassist team called me, i didn't even know what is happening. I got the credit card from icici telling me that there won't be any charges for the card.
Amd now they debte my account with rs. 1899/- on 05/11/2019. And this is complete cheating. I don't want this safety protection and please credit my account back with the same amount immediately.
