Hi,
I'm having the icici account for almost 4 years without any issues other than this (One assist) wallet assist plan which got subscribed to my credit card with out my knowledge and i got few mails regarding this which i had mentioned below,
1. We wish to inform you that the e-mail statement for your icici bank credit card account xxxx6007 has been sent to your registered e-mail id on september 26, 2018.
Total amount due is inr 3269.52, minimum amount due is inr 170.00 and the due date is october 14, 2018.
2. We have received payment of rs. 170 on your icici bank credit card no 0000 xxxx xxxx 6826 by auto debit to your bank account xx8302 on 15-oct-18.
So as per above mail statements, two year charges were on due, since i didn't subscribed or used your so called privilege service (One-assist) till now. But bank was debiting the minimal amount (As per point 2) rs.170 monthly from my account which was totally unfair.
So kindly refund my total amount
(Rs.170*12*4)=8160 which was almost three times the total due rs.3269, and cancel my total due, which is totally unfair as with out my knowledge you had subscribed to this plan.
Also i had attached the invoice[protected] for year 2018, and 2017 invoice num-2739898, as this is not the first time you guys were debiting money from us, while i check with icici they directing us to you guys, but you guys directing us again to icici bank, for god sake of having account with the bank and got the unrequested service (Oneassist) you guys were playing with our emotions and money.

Updated by Gokulakrishnan Velu Also for the above mentioned request you guys had stopped the service but not credited the debited money for the auto renewal charges for the Year(2015, 2016, 2017). So kindly refund the same.

Updated by Gokulakrishnan Velu Also Don't close the ticket without resolving the problem, as my earlier complaint got closed without resolving, and this becomes the serious issue, as we come here to raise the complaint ticket as we didn't got the required response from your customer portal but even here to safeguard your companies prestige, they had closed my complaint ticket without resolving and making this a seperate issue

We can see that your plan is already inactive and the membership for the year 2018 was also refunded to your respective bank account. As per the T&C's, we won't be able to refund you for the past two years as you need to cancel the plan within 30 days from the activation date.
We would also like to advise you to delete all the personal details posted in your complaint, as the information provided on this site can be viewed publicly and can also be misused.
