I received lone confirmation email from kotak bank that rs-4699/- deducted from my lone amount to one assist plan on 07-nov-19. I ask about this one assist term banking guys, he tell me its related to insurance. I didn't got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind unwanted charging of my lone account. I m continuously calling on[kotak bank guys who take my follow up at the time of lone approving process], and [one assist], but they didn't received my call or they unable to find my details, yesterday i got message of registration with one assist company.
This plan is not useful to me, even though i don't want this plan, so, please deactivate and refund my money asap.

On 2nd Dec 2019, I had called one assist and generate a cancellation request of my plan which started for the next 3 years. I received confirmation email and SMS from one assist your request has been received and we will refund your money within 4-5 working days.
In that meantime 3-5 December I received a confirmation call from one assist you raise a request to cancel the plan. do you really want to cancel this plan??
I said yes please cancel.
But today I called one assist to know my request status they tell me your request is canceled and this plan cancellation only done by bank end. then why last time they took my request for cancellation and why one assist didn't inform me about this cancellation?
I have just one debit card why I will take this plan I don't want it.
I attached received email from one assist please check and revert me as soon as possible.
I request you to check my request on high priority and refund my money as soon as possible.
