Hello there

I received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

    One assist services have been deducting rs 1399 from my account every yr since last 3yrs without my approval.. Calling it every yr to deactivate the services... They first say they have lodged the complaint and will take action in 10days... Then when no action is taken and you call again they say it's late.. You have to stop its renewal next yr... Bt it's renewed every yr again deducting money and no importance is given to any of my repeated complaints

    The service was for card protection and I am no longer wish to continue, so requested to cancel the same and refund the charged amount to my card HDFC credit card no. xxxx xxxx xxxx 2267.

      Hi team,

      I had taken the oneassist membership as it was compulsory to avail hdfc personal loan (2017). I have not used the service ever since i took the membership. Last year i mailed for cancellation. But it was not cancelled instead they gave some refund and continued the membership,

      On 30th nov 2019 - membership has been auto renewed again without my approval. Rs 1899 has been debited from my hdfc card.
      I need to cancel the membership and need the refund.

        Dear all,

        In 2017 - i got the oneassit membership as it was compulsory to avail hdfc personal loan. I had no option but to avail the oneassit membership.

        In 2018 - i had requested for cancellation of membership as i was not using the services. But they denied and convinced me to continue with some refund of 400. And also assured they will be intimating me before the renewal.

        2019 - 30th nov - money debited from my card for the renewal of oneassist membership without my consent. How can they do this? Without even asking the customer and taking there approval how can they debit from my card.

        I need the refund. Even hdfc is equally responsible for this.

          So upon raising my claim, their executive called and asked to mention no incident happened in the claim.. Instead of rightfully guiding to mention the word accident and then closed the claim stating that you mentioned in the claim that no incident happened so the claim was closed.

          Such fraudsters they are..

          They did not even properly guide us as to how to go through with the claim and then closed the query without receiving any confirmation from customer end for the same.

          The company executive himself made my brother mention no incident.. Which clearly states that they have a policy of not settling any claim and have no intention whatsoever of favouring the customer under any circumstance.

            Hi team,
            I had purchased my phone (Samsung s10 plus) from samsung smart cafe on march 6th of 2019 and i had taken mobile insurance plan on march 7th 2019.

            On 10th of august, i met with an accident and the phone was damaged completely. Hence, i claimed for the insurance but a guy from insurance informed that other plan has been activated and cannot be claimed.

            The plan which they activated is for "1 year hdfc bank ew pro plan for otg between 70001 and 100000" when we had clearly informed them it is for mobile protection.

            I have also attached the necessary documents for your information. Please check and revert back at the earliest.

            I hope this provides a clear picture of what i am going through for claiming my insurance from one assist.

            Please look into this asap and feel free to write back to me if you need any further information.

              I'm not using one assist plan, last year i told to customer care discontinue the plan, but
              As you have charged rs. 1399 without any intimation. So kindly reversed the whole amount back to my credit card from which you have deducted.

                Hi their,

                I received lone confirmation email from kotak bank that rs-4699/- deducted from my lone amount to one assist plan on 07-nov-19. I ask about this one assist term banking guys, he tell me its related to insurance. I didn't got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind unwanted charging of my lone account. I m continuously calling on[kotak bank guys who take my follow up at the time of lone approving process], and [one assist], but they didn't received my call or they unable to find my details, yesterday i got message of registration with one assist company.

                This plan is not useful to me, even though i don't want this plan, so, please deactivate and refund my money asap.

                Hi All,

                On 2nd Dec 2019, I had called one assist and generate a cancellation request of my plan which started for the next 3 years. I received confirmation email and SMS from one assist your request has been received and we will refund your money within 4-5 working days.

                In that meantime 3-5 December I received a confirmation call from one assist you raise a request to cancel the plan. do you really want to cancel this plan??
                I said yes please cancel.

                But today I called one assist to know my request status they tell me your request is canceled and this plan cancellation only done by bank end. then why last time they took my request for cancellation and why one assist didn't inform me about this cancellation?

                I have just one debit card why I will take this plan I don't want it.
                I attached received email from one assist please check and revert me as soon as possible.
                I request you to check my request on high priority and refund my money as soon as possible.

                    I'm using icici credit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card.

                    As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

                    Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1399. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

                        My oneassist plan is auto activated. I am not interested in this plan and want my money back that is charged from my hdfc credit card.
                        My plan is enhanced wa privilege single plan and i have been charged rs. 1899/- for it.

                          Very worst experience with oneassist..
                          i have purchased 1 year extended warranty plan by ONEASSIST.
                          i have been told that, whatever the company covers in the first year of warranty, same will be covered by ONEASSIST in the subsequent year immediately after expiring the company's waarranty.

                          now, i have registered a service complaint. ASM assigned TECHNICIAN n ASM told to pay to TECHNICIAN by me and later he will do refund. but now ASM is refusing to pay back to me by saying some silly unwanted rules n regulations which were created by him ...

                          really a fraud company which collects premium but refuses to give services to customer...

                            I have applied for claim because there is a crack on my mobile screen. I did not observe that when it happen and how it happen but I explained the same thing when I saw that, time, date and place and I carried it in my pant pocket. even I told that it may be because of tight fit pant pocket by the time I wen to my friends place. They simply closed the claim by saying that "We regret to inform you that your claim request number 5066469 has been closed due to CCR61_CAUSE OF LOSS NOT COVERED UNDER THE POLICY (NO INSURED PERIL OPERATED) on Nov 27, 2019". Plese justify and let me know how I am unfit to claim. I am attaching the screen shots of my mobile for which I claimed.

                                Hello everyone... I have bought a plan of ars.310 towards my kent maxx water purifier which was claimable for 1 year.. It was even the starting of my claimable period... They misguided me for @ 110 days. Told to change the adapter costing rs.1000 for tge rs.7000 purifier... When i claimed they told it to consumable n i have to pay only.. Only service charge free... Even when i agreed they told to extend for 5 days more... Worst experience ever... A fraud company only...

                                  I never opted any plan from one assist, it is totally wrong to debit amount from with out notice, please cancel the plan refund my amount as soon as possible.
                                  And i will also file a complaint on hdfc where you got my credit card details from them

                                    I have taken this service around 4 years back. Every year i called them to cancel my services but nothing is happening. They even not bother to take verbal or written renewal approval from the customer. The amount is directly deducted from the credit card. After seeing the credit card bill when i follow them regularly for cancellation now the have inactive the service but for only after few days of renewal (That too without approval) they are refunding 50% amount. Its a totally fraud company.

                                      A card protection service is provided to me through one assist and the amount of almost rs 1888 is debited from my credit card in the month of september 2019 and i don't know whether i have opt for the service or not, now i am unwilling to continue the services so please cancel the service for hdfc credit card no. 5459 xxxx xxxx 2267 and refund the amount back to my credit card.

                                        Last year they activated one plan without my permission and i requested for cancellation but they offered the plan for discounted price and requested to continue. I accepted it for one year but this year they did renewal without my permission and when i enquired they said it's auto-renewal and i was shocked to hear this. I didn't requested for auto-renewal. They're saying i should have requested in grace period to cancel but i request to cancel it on the next day it was debited from my credit card. Kindly resolve the issue
