A card protection service is provided to me through one assist and the amount of almost rs 1888 is debited from my credit card in the month of september 2019 and i don't know whether i have opt for the service or not, now i am unwilling to continue the services so please cancel the service for hdfc credit card no. 5459 xxxx xxxx 2267 and refund the amount back to my credit card.

    Last year they activated one plan without my permission and i requested for cancellation but they offered the plan for discounted price and requested to continue. I accepted it for one year but this year they did renewal without my permission and when i enquired they said it's auto-renewal and i was shocked to hear this. I didn't requested for auto-renewal. They're saying i should have requested in grace period to cancel but i request to cancel it on the next day it was debited from my credit card. Kindly resolve the issue

      Hi

      Kindly cancel my one assist plan asap.
      Lat year also it automatically renewed and money got debited from my account and i do not want to repeat it again this year. Please deactivate this one assist plan as soon as possible.
      How many days it will take for cancellation and how can i check the cancellation status.

        Hi,

        I'm having the icici account for almost 4 years without any issues other than this (One assist) wallet assist plan which got subscribed to my credit card with out my knowledge and i got few mails regarding this which i had mentioned below,
        1. We wish to inform you that the e-mail statement for your icici bank credit card account xxxx6007 has been sent to your registered e-mail id on september 26, 2018.

        Total amount due is inr 3269.52, minimum amount due is inr 170.00 and the due date is october 14, 2018.

        2. We have received payment of rs. 170 on your icici bank credit card no 0000 xxxx xxxx 6826 by auto debit to your bank account xx8302 on 15-oct-18.

        So as per above mail statements, two year charges were on due, since i didn't subscribed or used your so called privilege service (One-assist) till now. But bank was debiting the minimal amount (As per point 2) rs.170 monthly from my account which was totally unfair.

        So kindly refund my total amount
        (Rs.170*12*4)=8160 which was almost three times the total due rs.3269, and cancel my total due, which is totally unfair as with out my knowledge you had subscribed to this plan.

        Also i had attached the invoice[protected] for year 2018, and 2017 invoice num-2739898, as this is not the first time you guys were debiting money from us, while i check with icici they directing us to you guys, but you guys directing us again to icici bank, for god sake of having account with the bank and got the unrequested service (Oneassist) you guys were playing with our emotions and money.

        Also for the above mentioned request you guys had stopped the service but not credited the debited money for the auto renewal charges for the Year(2015, 2016, 2017). So kindly refund the same.

        Also Don't close the ticket without resolving the problem, as my earlier complaint got closed without resolving, and this becomes the serious issue, as we come here to raise the complaint ticket as we didn't got the required response from your customer portal but even here to safeguard your companies prestige, they had closed my complaint ticket without resolving and making this a seperate issue

          Dear colleagues,

          I was subscribed one assist card on december 2017 with hdfc credit card no: xxxx xxxx xxxx 5454 and i am not at all interested in this subscription now. Because simply i am getting my one assist card and it will be unused for the whole year for which i am getting charged 2500 every year.

          So pllease unsubscribe me from this subscription.

            One assist team phoned me in july asking to get enrolled for a plan.
            On july, 31st i received relationship number: 7805887
            I had neither registered nor enrolled for anything with them i received an email on 2nd november, 19 regarding deduction from my hdfc credit card. Now the due is rs. 4114. They never mentioned the amount that will be deducted each month if i enroll for their plan. This is scam!!
            I never even received any welcome kit from them as it was written in the email they sent me only recently. One assist should refund me the full amount at the earliest as this is deceitful way of grabbing hold of people's hard earned money.

                I took hdfc credit card on 2016 and one assist plan given to me. Now next year when my plan auto renew and money deducted from my credit card i contacted them and told to cancel the plan but they didn't do that after confirming the same.                     I am not using one assist service from past two year. You guys deducted amount from my credit card which was closed a year ago.

                    While asking for refund you guys keep asking for confirmation email even i have sent it 4 times.

                      This company always frauding me. Last year i have cancelled the plan again it reniew without my permission and deduct my money without giving any information. This company assured to protect the card but in the back of assuring it takes much money making the customer fool and without asking any thing it deduct money. There is no any online platform for the customer where i can go and cancle my plan my self. Because company know if such types of platform will create no any customer will become fool.

                        I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                          I have purchased moto e5 plus * from amezon with protection plan which is provided by oneassist. After diwali vacation, i observe my phone not charged properly so i will go moto service center. Service center told me mobile phone is liquid damage so mobile not repaired in warranty. So i raised claim for the same to oneassist with proper documents in mentioned criteria of claim. However the insurance company rejected my claim mentioning that "cc68_unexplained resons". So like this oneassist company making fool to all by not giving services against protection plan.

                            I had taken the plan for my 4 home appliances, in the year 2018, i raised the complaint about my ref in the month of oct 2018 against complaint number 3645921 engg visited at my place and found duct of ref is defective which need to be replaced. On 06th nov my complaint has been closed as mentioned remark that part is not available with brand and refund to be processed as per norms and i received the same information via sms on my register mobile number, but till date i didn't get any amount from the company side kindly look into the matter and requesting you to kindly help me to get the proper resolution.

                            I have all the records if require i will share.

                              Hello oneassist
                              I got below message on 26-oct,

                              Dear cardmember, oneassist membership fee has been debited on your card ending 0175. Membership will be processed and welcome kit dispatched shortly.

                              I am not even using the one assist
                              As part of my personal loan they have deducted 1899 as an offer and from then it's been auto debited.

                              I don't need this this service
                              Please deactivate my account and credit my money back

                                I'm using the icic bank debit card. I got a message that an amount of 1899/- was debited from my credit card without my permission on 06 november 2019

                                Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1899/-. Please deactivate one assist membership & refund me the deducted amount.

                                  I have received sms from ICIC bank that Rs-1899/- deducted from account to one assist plan on 6/11/2019 without my permission.I am not interested in this services and this kind of charging to account without any agreement.

                                  I already called on (protected) and raise the complained, but I didn't receive any complaint number.

                                  Please deactivate it immediately and refund money asap

                                    I am varsha eknath dhere at post palus dist.sangli. I had already call to stop the one assist WA previlige policy on dated 6th nov 2019.Policy no SR[protected] one assist plan.I had call to customer care for previous year to stop this policy, customer care was told me stop this policy.But on dated 6th nov 2019 Rs.1899is debited from my account. so you can stop this above policy plan and refund my money Rs.1899 in 15 days. Otherwise i complaint to Grahak Nayalay. So i request you please refund my money Rs.1899 on account.
