I'm icici bank credit card holder. The one assist consumer solutions has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 4007 without my concern on date: 30/11/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-. Asap

I am also a privilege status holding customer....

I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-2599/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my knowledge or permission.. I didn't even get a mail or message from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

I received call from icici bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my icici bank account to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a welcome message from one assist team (10.12.19, 7:45pm). I don't even know the company and this kind charging of my account and use of my bank account by the company is really a criminal act.

Without my concern they issued the policy since 2017. When i call for deactivated the policy many times since 6 months... They don't response anymore. They only give 48 hours 72 hours and fake verification... They don't deactivated the policy.& not refund the amount... Totally fraud company. Plz refund the money as soon as possible n deactivated the policy instantly...

On 2nd dec 2019, i had called one assist and generate a cancellation request of my plan which started for the next 3 years. I received confirmation email and sms from one assist your request has been received and we will refund your money within 4-5 working days.

This is about oneassist they have add me as member with out any information and confirmation and they have renewed the membership and debited the renewal amount from my credit card without any intimation and confirmation for which i have asked explanation from hdfc and oneassist but there is no proper response. And they are not cancelling the membership.
