Hi,
I'm using icici debit card link to icici a/c no. Xx286. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1899 from my debit card.

As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs:1899. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

    I'm using icici debit card. Without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my debit card

    As last year also i requested you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year but now it was again repeated and saying that auto renewed without my approval or even not intimated.

      I want to cancel my oneassist subscription for my hdfc credit card which has been renewed on 07/12/2019 without my consent. The renewal fee of 2599 inr has been debited already from my credit card. I am not sure on how to proceed with the cancellation of the subscription. Please let me know on how to cancel this subscription.

      I have received a call from your team about the cancellation of my subscription on 6/01/2020. I am yet to receive further updates. Kindly provide me with an update on the status of my complaint.
      Please sir and madam I have already cancel this service so why debit 1899 this month so I have cancel this service and please all refund the 1899

        Hi,

        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1399 from my credit card number ending with 545964xxxxxx3152 without my authorization on date:16/12/2018

        I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation

            On 30 december 2019 i requested to cancel oneassist membeship, on the second day of which i received a call from oneassist, in the confirmation call, i gave confirmation to cancel oneassist membership and i was told that in 4 to 5 working days, the entire amount of 1399 ₹ will be put in my credit card account.. Today on 2 january 2020 as a dicount amount credited to my credit card account 300 ₹. I do not want any discount of any kind. I have to cancel oneassist membership completely, so i should be returned the full amount of ₹ 1399

              This is the most rubbish and fraud insurance company i have ever found. I have made insurance for our mobile phone samsung s9+ and also given renewal premium for 2nd year. Now due to an accident my wife's phone gets an internal damage and the lcd screen is getting black frequently. When i have tried to book an appointment for the service of the phone they are asking to upload hell lot of documents and killing time. Now surprisingly the fake company is saying that this doesn't cover insurance. Also given their so kind advise that i have to visit samsung service centre and get the job done by my own cost. Also thay have seen that i have uploaded the estimated cost received from samsung and the amount is rs. 17, 079/- appx.

                      As soon as you get your credit card, these people call you and speak very fast as if they are speaking on behalf of the bank. They don't say that they are calling from one assist. Even if you don't opt while getting credit card about the plan, they debit money from your account.

                      I have hdfc credit card. From one assist they called and given me wallet protection plan they didn't disclose about charges. They deducted and now after repeated request they are not cancelling my plan in free look period. Please cancel my plan don't make me to go to irdia.

                                The nov 28 th Rs.1899 was deducted from my credit card for One assist auto renewal. 2018 it self i was raised request to bank for auto renewal. They was stopped and the same renewed with out my knowledge after 1 month. That time itself raised concern about this. Again Last wee raised complaint for money reversal and un authorized transaction to customer care. They said will take a request for cancellation and money reversal. But now one assist team is calling and they said can't refund the money i[censored] cancel the plan right now like that. I don't want any one assist service. i want my money back and need to close the credit card service as well.
                                Note:2016 & 2017 the plan was ended in October. Now the Was ended in November. Thank you for understanding.
                                They said u will get a intimation to mail. Please check my mail attachment from one assist. i was get intimation on 2017 only.

                                  I have received a message stating rs. 1399/- has been deducted from your kotak mahindra credit card ending 0460 on 24 december 2019, yesterday at one assist consumer sol. I never wanted this membership and the membership fees has been deducted without my will. Kindly cancel my membership and process the refund.

                                    Hy this one assist consumer solution has debited amount of rupees 1399 without my knowledge from my credit card and i think it is like insurance and i haven't asked for any insurance and why this guy's debited money from my credit card and i need the refund of my amount and i need a quick reply from you guys, pls make sure it won't happen again. I need a apology as well from your side as well.

                                      On 17th december i made a payment of 5779 to oneassist for ‘oneassist mobile damage protection for non apple smartphones between 60k to 80k for 1 year’. Soon after the payment i had a change of mind owing to all the negative reviews of their service and claims and asked the agent for a refund, the agent had assured a full refund within 7 days if i changed my mind initially when she was selling the plan to me. She agreed to refund when i did ask for it but, i saw no written confirmations. I received another call just the next day from a different agent who called with the intention of assisting me activate my membership. I told this agent too that i wanted a refund and to please initiate a refund and to mail me a confirmation of the same. She said i would get it but it’s been 5 days since and i have not received the refund or any mails. They do not respond to my calls/emails either.
