My oneassist plan is auto activated. I am not interested in this plan and want my money back that is charged from my icici debit card.
My plan is enhanced wa privilege single plan and charge deducted 1899/- from account. Kindly refund it soon as it was charged without any consent.

    I activated plan of 1899 on December 2018 for one year membership on one assist then i deactivated the plan of 1899 on December 2019 but in January 2020 my account balance is debited 1899 of one assist. i didn't active this plan then how can be debited so i request to you kindly please return my money 1899

        As soon as you get your credit card, these people call you and speak very fast as if they are speaking on behalf of the bank. They don't say that they are calling from one assist. Even if you don't opt while getting credit card about the plan, they debit money from your account.

        I have hdfc credit card. From one assist they called and given me wallet protection plan they didn't disclose about charges. They deducted and now after repeated request they are not cancelling my plan in free look period. Please cancel my plan don't make me to go to irdia.

              Hello there

              I received sms from kotak mahendra bank that rs-1299/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind onsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

              Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                  The nov 28 th Rs.1899 was deducted from my credit card for One assist auto renewal. 2018 it self i was raised request to bank for auto renewal. They was stopped and the same renewed with out my knowledge after 1 month. That time itself raised concern about this. Again Last wee raised complaint for money reversal and un authorized transaction to customer care. They said will take a request for cancellation and money reversal. But now one assist team is calling and they said can't refund the money i[censored] cancel the plan right now like that. I don't want any one assist service. i want my money back and need to close the credit card service as well.
                  Note:2016 & 2017 the plan was ended in October. Now the Was ended in November. Thank you for understanding.
                  They said u will get a intimation to mail. Please check my mail attachment from one assist. i was get intimation on 2017 only.

                      Hy this one assist consumer solution has debited amount of rupees 1399 without my knowledge from my credit card and i think it is like insurance and i haven't asked for any insurance and why this guy's debited money from my credit card and i need the refund of my amount and i need a quick reply from you guys, pls make sure it won't happen again.                         On 17th december i made a payment of 5779 to oneassist for ‘oneassist mobile damage protection for non apple smartphones between 60k to 80k for 1 year’. Soon after the payment i had a change of mind owing to all the negative reviews of their service and claims and asked the agent for a refund, the agent had assured a full refund within 7 days if i changed my mind initially when she was selling the plan to me. She agreed to refund when i did ask for it but, i saw no written confirmations. I received another call just the next day from a different agent who called with the intention of assisting me activate my membership. I told this agent too that i wanted a refund and to please initiate a refund and to mail me a confirmation of the same. She said i would get it but it’s been 5 days since and i have not received the refund or any mails. They do not respond to my calls/emails either.

                                As you have charged rs. 1399 without any intimation from credit card number ending with *9004. So kindly reversed the whole amount back to my credit card from which you have deducted.
                                My registered mobile number is 77*9126.
                                How could you do this without without taking permission of customer.
                                Whom should we blame for this.
                                Is that bank mingle with your company or your company is hacking into accounts.

                                I have to reach consumer court unless you deactivate the plan from my card and return the deduction amount.

                                  I'm icici bank credit card holder. The one assist consumer solutions has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 4007 without my concern on date: 30/11/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-. Asap

                                    Hello there

                                    I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-2599/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my knowledge or permission.. I didn't even get a mail or message from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                    Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                        I got below massage saying that some policy request has been registered. But i don't remember requesting any such service.
