I got a message saying rs.1399/- has been debited from your account. Few days back when I had called their customer care and asked not to activate any plan I was told that if at all the amount gets deducted you can call us back and cancel the plan within 30 days and we will refund your amount. But today when I am calling them to cancel the very same day when my money has been deducted, they are telling we are having some terms and conditions we can't refund you back the full amount, we can give you a discount of rs.400.

I want my full money to be refunded back at the earliest and for the reference the company can once again go through it's terms and conditions which I found on it's own website.(PFA)

    Another fraud case lead by @airtel_presence @airtelindia @airtel @airtelsecure @oneassist_cares @oneassist_in # i’m airtel postpaid user and i got a advantage of phone insurance by airtel.
    I had claim that service and insured my phone one month ago.
    Last week i met an accident.
    My phone got damaged and i claimed my insurance.
    The process was going well i had uploaded each and every documents they asked for.
    They gave me surety that my phone will be replaced.
    Today my phone reached authorised service centre.
    They asked them to swap my phone @airtelindia
    I got the verification from service centres too that the phone will be replaced.
    But in evening they rejected my case.
    As they told me your claim can’t be processed and it was a case of beyond economic repairs.

    I mean what the hell while selling their polices they don’t tell terms and conditions so that they could fool customers when the time of claims.
    Like this these mnc fool general people.

    If these are your policies then you should had tell before while subscribing this insurance policy or while claiming this policy.
    You are not allowed to tell at last and cancelled all this and ask for settlement.

      I received call from hdfc bank employee that i have to pay 1000 rupees as an annual fee for using my credit card. So they showed a plan to get a lifetime valid card for 1899 rupees so i took the offer. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I don't even know the company and this kind charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on, and, but they not cancelling the servicing.

      But there is no annual fee on hdfc credit card. So cancel my request.

        I am Sweta Gupta form Bangalore.
        Hdfc bank provide me credit card but they give one assistance service. But previous year i cancel their services and they confirmed it will not be auto renewed.
        But this year they also they deducted the money (1399 rs.) form my credit card without my permission. This is really disgusting. Please take action against this.

            Hi suddenly i received message from icici bank regarding my amount deduction of 1899 on august 16th
            Without my permission how can you directly deduct my money
            & when i call your executives they clearly mentioned if i'm not interested to continue the plan they can refund full amount of money but it's been one week no responding it's too much dissapointing & also it's an offence to deduct amount from my bank without my permission or confirmation please refund my money asap if not i will take serious action on this

              My membership id is [protected].
              I lost my mobile on 12th july from chennai airport.
              I have raised my claim in one assist portal.
              For past one month they are harassing me by asking different types of documents.
              Finally they asked for written police complain, and i have provided that.
              Now they are still asking for the written police complain document again, which i have provided.
              I have provided almost 10 documents asked by them.
              Service request no. 4417892
              Police has already provided the CSR copy and they are saying its enough for insurance claim.
              But you are asking for FIR, which police saying not needed.
              I have already logged a complaint against One assist in consumer forum :
              "Grievance has been successfully lodged and your docket number: 1535033".
              Let me know if you want to go to consumer court or not.

                I had received a call from one assist as their existing customer to sell another plan wherein you cover gadgets at home. I was told i can cover upto 5 gadgets for 999. After listening to the benefits i agreed to buy the plan and had the online payment made. I received a call a week later to check on what gadgets i want to cover and gave the details on the brand which i want to cover and no other details were sought. After a week-ten days the details were visible on my app and all the details mentioned were wrong. Example i have a 43 inch led tv while it was mentioned 32-40 and likewise for other gadgets and all were wrong. These were never discussed and were added unilaterally by one-assist. I immediately called up and informed one assist and sought an explanation for the same. I was told a call back will be arranged. I got no call. I again called them up and i was told that the ranges mentioned were standard and will have no impact while services are rendered. I was not satisfied and asked them to put it in writing, which they refused. I understood it is a ploy to cheat the customers and immediately asked to cancel the plan and arrange for refund. The person person on the other end took the request and said someone from cancellation team will call up. When no one called up even after days passed i called up again and i was surprised when i got to know there was no cancellation request noted at their end. I again asked them to cancel immediately. The person took the request and said someone will call from the cancellation department. I informed the same thing had happened earlier and no one called. He promised this time someone will definitely call... After a week or so i did get a call and the person at other end wanted to know why i wanted to cancel... I gave the entire details... She said i need not cancel and she will arrange for the email from their end as per my request. I said ok... However no email was received and i again called them up and asked for immediate cancellation and again the request was taken... I again had to call back when there was no response and this time i got it cancelled on the call and i got an sms to the same effect. When i did not get the refund even days after cancellation, i called them up again today (20th aug 2019) and to my shock i was told i will not get refund as i cancelled after 15 days of my subscription. All this while this was not being informed and soon after cancellation this theory comes into picture... This is clear case of cheating and taking the customers for a ride.

                  I have received sms from icici bank on 13/08/2019 that
                  Rs-1399/- deducted from account to one assist plan and that is without my permission and knowing my consent for getting service. When i complained they said that it is auto-renewal service. What the hell it is auto renewal service they cans send us any reminder any mail or call. They called me once they find i am going to cancel their service. And trying to convince to carry on the services. I am not at all interested in this services and this kind of charging to account without any consent. I spoke in icici bank for cancellation of this service, they raised query and then after 7 days i received call from one assist team. They were again trying to convince to carry-on the service. When i asked them why i didn't get any intimation prior to deduction of charges they said that it is auto-renewal. Extremely bad market strategy they are trying to build up. The agent told me that in exceptional case they can refund me only 400 inr. I need my hard earned money back in account.

                  Please deactivate it immediately and refund money asap.

                    One indusind staff dibyendu who is no longer in your employment got me an indusind card taking rs59000 from me giving 8 vouchers of jet air. I tried all of them for kol-mum flights but all flights were cancelled. Since i didn't pay jet anything more than the tax they didn't refund.in fairness indusind should refund the money. Pl let me know biswajit datta

                      police saying they wont provide FIR. They can only provide CSR for this mobile. In this case will I not get the insurance claim ? That means there is no use of this insurance provided by one assist

                        It is very saddening that one assist is following the way of cheating & doing fraud with there valuable customers. Customers buy insurance with good faith that in case of some happenings the insurer will do justice with the customers buy providing the service for which they have taken. After harnessing for 5 days for uploading documents and details, they have finally cancelled my claim, i am sure if this there policy of rejecting the claims, kindly do it on the same day atleast on the basis of the description, which is uploaded on first day.
                        Appreciate the cheating & fraud practice of cheating the customers.
                        I kept uploading documents for last 5 days, and wrote the description of incident on the very first day, if this is not cheating then how opening one can cheat. If you want to make money by cheating customers then kindly stop as the customer of present time is not going to be cheated.

                                  I bought a Xiaomi POCO F1 hand-set on 25th Sept, 2018 which is under MI Protect insurance scheme through OneAssist. The insurance is valid from the 4th Oct, 2018 till 3rd Oct, 2019. Recently (on 5th August, 2019), the hand set got damaged accidentally (screen crushed as the phone came under the car's Tyre) for which I raised a claim with Claim No: 4524354 dated 5th Aug, 2019. After lots of persuasion 'OneAssist' company is not honoring the repair claim giving lame excuses relating to one of my previous claim on 2nd July, 2019 (Claim no: 4373491) which I have not repaired being a minor scratch on my screen and my other commitments. They ask for a 'Job Sheet' which I cannot produce as the phone was not repaired then due to minor scratch. On talking to a customer care representative over phone about the same, one of them asked to write an E-mail to ' [protected]@oneassist.in ' stating that there was no Job Sheet available as I did not want to repair the phone due to minor scratch and also due to my busy schedules those days and college works. I did the same but without any result. A copy of the mail have been attached for your reference. I talked to various representatives after that (there were no response whatsoever from their end), calling them over 15 times. Every representative gave me the same lame excuse about the absence of Job Sheet. Numerous times, I have asked the representatives for transferring me to the technical team or their supervisors but they would not do the same, every time giving the lame excuse that their supervisors were either not present or not free and they could not transfer me to their tech team. On the 11th August, 2019 they have finally closed the claim abruptly stating a vague reason - Reclaiming for the same damages for which claim already rejected. They have been using the word "Reclaim" alternatively every-time which is not true at all since it was a new claim.
                                  As per policy T&C, I am entitled for two claims in a year period but the commitment has not been honored by the coy now. (Certificate or Membership ID - [protected])
                                  I feel it is a illegal refusal of the company for my valid entitlement.
                                  What I need now is for the company to either fix the problem for me or to return my MI Protect insurance money of ₹1099. (I had purchased for ₹1099 from MI India website, but, on the OneAssist account profile it shows up as ₹899)
                                  Following references are attached for your kind perusal :-
                                  (A) insurance certificate
                                  (B) complain raised by me with photographs (documents submitted and other things)
                                  (C) various E- mails received from 'One Assists'
                                  (D) cancelled claim from OneAssist
                                  I request you to please take cognizance of the same and address it suitably at the earliest.

                                  on 3rd of August a amount of Rs. 1899 has been deduct (WPP-SR[protected]Renewal)from my ICICI bank account without my permission for one assist yearly renewal however please cancel my membership from one assist and refund the deducted amount ASAP as I haven't agreed for such deductions or membership.

                                    I received sms from my bank that some amount was deducted from my credit card to one assist plan during last 3 years without my permission..

                                    I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind of services. I am continuously calling on your customer care, but they not cancelling the servicing.

                                      Hello one assist

                                      I have found 1399/- deduction from my hdfc credit card for one assist, which was not done by me. How can this happen without my authorization, such a fraud company.

                                      Not able to contact the customer support team through the number displayed on website. I request a call back and an immediate money back from you people.

                                        I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
