I bought a Xiaomi POCO F1 hand-set on 25th Sept, 2018 which is under MI Protect insurance scheme through OneAssist. The insurance is valid from the 4th Oct, 2018 till 3rd Oct, 2019. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind of services. I am continuously calling on your customer care, but they not cancelling the servicing.

I have found 1399/- deduction from my hdfc credit card for one assist, which was not done by me. How can this happen without my authorization, such a fraud company.

Not able to contact the customer support team through the number displayed on website. I request a call back and an immediate money back from you people.

The insurance was done in the year 2018 and after one 1 year the same was renewed in june 2019.
There are many flaws in the the company which i would like to bring into limelight

Rs-1899/- deducted from account to one assist plan on 20/07/19 without my permission.. We are not at all interested in this services and this kind of charging to account without any consent/agreement.

I already called on 21/07/19 and raise the complained, but i didn't receive any complainant number.

I was shocked to see a charge of rs.2999 levied by you through my credit card on 25th july 2019 towards automatic renewal of my membership, without any prior intimation to me. Please note that i do not wish to continue with the subscription and therefore request you to discontinue my membership with immediate effect and refund the fee amount of rs.2, 999/- to me.

I had received a call from the company regarding my renewal of the plan. I had renewed the plan on the phone ifself and had transfered the money to their account. Now when i want to claim my plan they are saying your accoung is not active with the company and so you cannot claim for your damage. They have accepted that they have received my money. And still i am facing this huge problem....

There is a deduction of rs-1400 /- from my credit card without any intimation.

Last year same thing happened in 2018 and had complaint and opted for cancellation. Later this years again they have deducted and id complained then the same thing is been answered by them.

This is a scam, where they are deducting money and forcibly telling us to use..

Please help us to resolved on this and close this...

Dear friends,

My galaxy s8 was covered under liquid protection damage and as it is a ip68 phone, water damage possibility is very few.

So one fine day my phone became wet in rain and the very next day the touch completely stopped working.

I wrote to one assist and they took a long time to verify and finally they rejected the claim as rain water damage is not in there policy.

Well, i would like to inform you that 1899 amount has been deducted from my account as renewal fee for one assist service, but i never received any call from the service team that are you interested in renewal. As the money had deducted without my acceptance i request you to deactivate the one assist service and refund the money asap. I need immediate answer....

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1270 without my consent earlier and due to my hectic schedule i didn't paid any heed. Now i am again getting notification regarding renewal for which i will be charged again with rs 1399. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs 1399...
