Hi,

My galaxy s8 is covered with oneassist liquid & screen damage protection.

So last week due to sudden rain while i was on road (For the first time, i earlier had some accidents with water but nothing happened as samsung galaxy s8 is ip68 certified) my phone's touch stopped responding at all, right from next day from the incident.

Hello there

I received sms from icici bank that rs-1899/- will be deducted from my bank accont to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got message from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my saving bank account and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and don't deduct my money asap

I am continuously getting the renual of oneassist service plan renual notices for deduction of rs 1899 from my account. I dont want this service plan and i want the refund. So kindly please deactivate this plan and refund asap.

I received SMS from ICICI bank that rs the 1399/-deducted from my ICICI credit card to one assist plan on 30/07/2019, without my permission and information, I have don't know the company and this kind of solicited charging of credit card. So kindly I request cancelled the servicing.

unauthorized deduction from my credit card

On 29/07/2019 i got a message of deduction of rs.1899 from my credit card.
This deduction is unauthorized as i didn't subscribe any service on oneassist app. The deduction is unauthorized and also i didn't get any otp for this.

I never used oneassist app for any purpose. I dont know how they got my credit card info.
I want all my deducted money refunded and want to cancel this susbcription.

One assist is a fraudulent company tied and backed by hdfc. I will like to further confirm that hdfc passes your information to them and one assist solicits you. What is worst is that we have never agreed to their service and they still have charged my wifes card now third year in the row.

I'm Using HDFC Credit card end with 9152 and I found that without any intimation you have deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card on 22 July 2019 towards One ASSIST PLAN.
