      Dear sir
      This is with regard to the insurance for my mobile phone handset (One plus ime i[protected]) which was done from one assist company through their online portal (https://oneassist.in).
      The insurance was done in the year 2018 and after one 1 year the same was renewed in june 2019.
      There are many flaws in the the company which i would like to bring into limelight
      1) company never reveals to the customer that they are not the people who are giving the services themselves, rather than they are just a mediators or agents who get the insurance done from other insurance companies. On asking them a copy they are unable to provide the copy of insurance with the insurance company.
      Now only i came to know from oneassist company that for first year the insurance was with new india insuranceltd and for next year it was with dfhl company. This is never disclosed to the customer
      They keep the customer in dark and does not provide any details of agreement or any insurance copy to the customer. They give the reasons that it is their internal matter which they cannot share.
      Secondly, my handset got damaged in the 1st year of purchase for which i had put the claim and got the handset repaired through one assist. The reason was that it fell from my pocket while walking.
      Unfortunately, my handset again got damaged when it fell from my pocket while walking, i approached the company for repair of the product. They informed me that since the insurance company previously was different which passed your claim and now it is different (I. E dhfl) they have rejected it.
      I fail to understand that they have never informed me that they are not the insurance company itself i. E they are just the agents and why cant they provide a insurance document /agreement between customer and the insurance company.
      Moreover, how can one company pass a claim based on the same reasons of mobile handset damage and the other company rejects it.
      They also provided me the reason that since the reason provided during the first claim during the first year is same as for the second claim during second year, they will count it as negligence which i think is totally different scenarios and i think claim should be provided.
      Sir i request you to look into this matter as i think one assist company is keeping people in dark as they project themselves to be a insurance company themselves and never disclosed to customer about the agreement details.
      I would also request you to look into this matter as i should get the repair services for my handset which i have paid for through one assist

        I received sms from hdfc bank on date
        08/08/2019 that rs. 1899 /- deducted from my credit card to one assist wallet protection plan fee without my knowledge and permission. I have also received email from one assist company regarding the same.

        Please deactivate and refund my money as soon as possible.

            Rs-1899/- deducted from account to one assist plan on 20/07/19 without my permission.. We are not at all interested in this services and this kind of charging to account without any consent/agreement.

            I already called on 21/07/19 and raise the complained, but i didn't receive any complainant number.

                  I had received a call from the company regarding my renewal of the plan. I had renewed the plan on the phone ifself and had transfered the money to their account. Now when i want to claim my plan they are saying your accoung is not active with the company and so you cannot claim for your damage. They have accepted that they have received my money. And still i am facing this huge problem.

                    Last year same thing happened in 2018 and had complaint and opted for cancellation. Later this years again they have deducted and id complained then the same thing is been answered by them.

                        Dear friends,

                        My galaxy s8 was covered under liquid protection damage and as it is a ip68 phone, water damage possibility is very few.

                        So one fine day my phone became wet in rain and the very next day the touch completely stopped working.

                        I wrote to one assist and they took a long time to verify and finally they rejected the claim as rain water damage is not in there policy.

                        Seriously rain water damage is not in there policy, what else is more common in water damage in a city like mumbai?? Sea drop protection?

                        They recjected the claim!!!

                        I wasted my 2400 rs on this fraud company's insurance.

                        I saw many complains about oneassist that they are fraud and thought lets give it a try hope they wont do it with next time but i am terrible wrong.

                        One of my friend was looking for insurance and i told buy any one but not oneassist!!!

                        Never oneassist they are super fraud company.

                        I want my insurance money back you fraud one assist!

                        On 30/07/19 I was purchasing mobile policy from one assist. A lady kajol called me from one assist and explain features and payment method. Over the call she convinced me to make payment that i did. Amount deducted immediately bt policy not generated. I called my time on customer care. They said we will call back you but I did not get till now.

                          Well, i would like to inform you that 1899 amount has been deducted from my account as renewal fee for one assist service, but i never received any call from the service team that are you interested in renewal. As the money had deducted without my acceptance i request you to deactivate the one assist service and refund the money asap. I need immediate answer.

                            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 1270 without my consent earlier and due to my hectic schedule i didn't paid any heed. Now i am again getting notification regarding renewal for which i will be charged again with rs 1399. I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs 1399 which was charged earlier.

                            Suddenly i got a message saying in ICICI 1899 amount got debited.
                            I got shocked and panic like anything . I have already fedup with struggling to have money.
                            Without my knowledge it got debited anyway I'm trusting my ICICI i want my money back. I don't want this service. Deactivate it and refund me ASAP.

                              Hi,

                              My galaxy s8 is covered with oneassist liquid & screen damage protection.

                              So last week due to sudden rain while i was on road (For the first time, i earlier had some accidents with water but nothing happened as samsung galaxy s8 is ip68 certified) my phone's touch stopped responding at all, right from next day from the incident.

                              I am not able to receive call / make call because my touch is not working. I have raised a claim but oneassist guys are delaying.

                              Please i need the fix urgent as i am not able to use my phone at all, neither i am able to receive any calls.

                                  I want to deactivate my oneassist wallet protection plan. My relationship no is 5015268. I dont want to renue my plan for[protected].
                                  I am continuously getting the renual of oneassist service plan renual notices for deduction of rs 1899 from my account. I dont want this service plan and i want the refund. So kindly please deactivate this plan and refund asap.

The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 1124 without my concern on date: 30.07.19 i have already complaint about this to credit card dept.                                       I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 9111 without my concern on last two years. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

                                        Hello,

                                        I received sms from icici bank on date
                                        30/07/2019 that 1899 /- deducted from my debit card to one assist plan without my knowledge and permission. I have also received mail regarding the same.

                                        Please deactivate and refund my money as soon as possible.
