Absolutely alsmost 100 % Fraud;

When I got oneassist their policy was visible. I got redmi MI A1 11 months ago. The policy covered Accidental and Theft . When we say accidental means could be anything by accidental.

I logged complaint with one assist Complaint # 3882859. My 3 yrs old son watch video and then while coming down from BEd it accidentally slipped from his hand.

They rejected policy, saying as per policy only those damaged will be covered which you got involved in fighting, hitting etc etc.

***Although I can bare the charge… but These companies are fraud and action should be takin against such fraud.

YES ONEASIST YOU ARE FRAUD.

People should refrain from buying such product and yes now I see their policy page which was sent on email is disappeared as attached.

    thanks for your response to my complaint.
    but i already request 2 times before to cancel my membership to the requested ID and no response have been taken (refer to the image attached)
    and in conditions it is mentioned that if their is no money in account during the membership renewal the membership automatically cancels but no such thing happen and my money is deducted on Jan 03

    Can you please state me the reason for not repaying the full amount ??. is their mistake from my side ?

    This is a fraud and scam company. I never used there services and instead of that I have been charged for it and these guys are not refunding my money. People kindly be aware about this company and make sure no one falls prey to them
    This plan was activated and charged to my bank without my consent and I would like to get this deactivated with full refund back to my account.

            I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 10/1/19. Without my permission... I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing. And i called several times but i didnot get any such positive response and action by your executive.

              My complaint is against oneassist. Why 1399/- amount was debited from my icici credit card without my approval on 9/1/2019.

              When i called to icici customercare three executives on that day, they had given me first 600400, it was not existing another executive had given 60004000 again it was not working.
              This is fraud. Without my knowledge, without my approval how can they take the amount. It should be debited to my account within 10 working days and i don't required any card protection etc...

              I faced the same problem, these guys are fooling people by simple calling and telling about the benefits of being a customer and the privileges with no mention regarding the plan and policy and amount, not even once . Their senior also call for approval for which the support guy asks to give good review for good rating . Next moment a plan is activated and 1899 amount is deducted. Upon calling the customer care the provide 60004000 number for complaints, which is anyways unreachable since it requires STD code, which also doesn't work. My request is cancelled but waiting for full refund for such a fraud.

                Cancellation of my one assist plan
                On 9th jan. I get a message from icici bank shown below
                Dear customer, renewal of policy wa privilege single rs. 1899 for cpp/oneassist has been regd vide sr[protected] on 09-jan-19. It will be completed in 1 wkg day.
                I did not opt this policy and bank deduct the amount from my account without my consent. I want the bank to deactivate this policy and refund my amount as soon as possible. Otherwise i will file a complaint in consumer court.

                      This is regarding my recent airtel secure one assist claim, i have given my damaged device for repair but after knowing that they are charging way too much, i requested them not to repair my device and give it back to me in the condition that i gave my mobile. But they ignored my emails and phone conversations and went ahead and did the repair and now asking me to do the payment.in a very unprofessional manner, they are also threatening me that they will not give back my mobile without getting the payment.

                      I clearly told them not to do the repair but the oneassist executive on the phone, in a very rude manner told me that "repair has been done and now you must do the payment to get your phone or else your phone would lie in the hub unattended"

                      In the initial calls, they told me that repair process will not be started without my confirmation but due to lack of communication within their teams, repair has been done and now they are asking me to do the payment for the mistake that has been done on their part.

                            When i gave my mobile for repair, i had saved video from the other mobile. There was no single scratch on my mobile.
                            Now that i have got back after mobile repair, sracthes on mobile.
                            I have mailed the oneassist for this.
                            Oneassist refused to correct it and oneassist said that it did not happend our side.
                            From our side video have clearly shown that the scratches were not the first.
                            I am uploading that video.
                            I am also uplaoding the picture of the mobile with that scratch.
                            Pls solve it.
                            Take a strict action against oneassist.
                            Oneassit could not be wrong with anyone again.

                                Dear sir,
                                On december 2018, an amount of 1399 rupees deducted from my hdfc bank credit card on behalf of one assist services without my approval. And when i asked the bank for refund my amount then they are denying or confusing me by other ways. I am taking follow up with the bank from last many days but till now there is solution provided by the bank. And my credit card bill automatically paid from my bank account with addition of 1399 rs.

                                  An amount of 2499 was deducted from my new hdfc credit card, without my consent on 9th january 2018.
                                  I want full refund for the amount debited as i am not at all interested in the services offered by you.

                                      Hi, i have raised a complaint from consumer complaints, reg they replied that send your contact number from mailid i have sent asap it’s been since 5days i have sent mail still no response from their side
                                      I think they are showing off as they are serving people but reality is just copy paste only to all people
                                      I felt waste of putting money in insurance company like this
                                      See, i even called your customer care and asked to about solution and said i need to talk to your seniors they were like we wil make for call back. Is this way you serve people?
                                      It’s nit about looting money, there should be some logic in rejecting claim, people here are not fool, even we have know logics

Please be informed for raising 2nd claim you need to repair the previous damage of the handset and provide the Job sheet of repair. Your 1st claim was rejected under improper handling. Also note you cannot raise a claim for the same damage happened earlier.

                                      SIR, , KINDLY GO THROUGH THE CLAIM DETAILS OF 1ST AND 2ND CLAIM CHECK BOTH CLAIM IMAGES .1ST CLAIM WAS IN WORKING CONDITION AND NOT BREAKABLE .NOW 2ND CLAIM WAS IN BREAKGE DISPLAY AND NOT WORKING CONDITION, SO TWO THINGS ARE SAME?SEE IMAGE IN DOCUMENTS OF BOTH CLAIM
                                      TRY GIVING PROPER REASON ELSE TELL THAT WE ARE JUST SIMPLE TELLING INSURANCE AND MAKING PEOPLE BELIEVE THAT YOU MAKING FAVOUR
                                      AGAIN AM ATTCHING TWO CLAIM IMAGES, SEE THAT BOTH IMAGES ARE DIFFERENT (ONE IS NO DAMAGE I.E., CLAIM 1 AND OTHER IS DAMAGE I.E., CLAIM 2)

                                        Myself susil kumar,
                                        Received mail from my creditcard bank icici that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan, for past 3 years. Every year i call coustomer care of oneassist to deactivate and refund, but only half of he charged amount only refunded. I want it to be permanently discontinued from this # plan which is no use for me.
