Auto renewal of my hdfc credit card ending 1408 is going to happen on 14th march, 2019. I want to cancel the same.

Last year i requested to cancel the plan and deactivate account, but it has not happened.

I want you guys to stop the planned stealing of my credit money on 14th march, 2019.

However, you are not entitled for any refund, as you need to cancel membership within 30 days of subscription. We ensure no renewal would be done for the policy.

    I am using hdfc credit card with out any intination you have deducted amount of 1399/- from my credit card to one assist wallet plan. For which, same amount of money deducted agin for renewal. As i dont wont this plan to be continued, so i request you to dactivate the plan immediately.

    I have called one assist customer service asking for deactivation of mentioned plan but they could not help with the same. So i request you to dactivate the plan immediately.

          Hello there

          I received bill indusind credit card that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

            As per my refund option you says i will receive rs 699. But yesterday credited (10 dec 2018 as bank records) 500 only. Rs 35.56 credit in my account, i don't know from where they arrive, if this amount not sent by you credit the balance 199 rs to my account today. And send the plan closed letter to me by mail, other wise company will deduct again in next year. Company is trying to catch fish without wet their hands. My past 4 years experience was very bad about this company. I don't trust this one assist company even for a single paisa.

                      How many compliants can see here aganist one aasist company about with out consent take money from account.
                      But again and again company repeat the same process.
                      Past month i contacted hdfc bank to cansel the auto payment option, but they says they cannot able to do it. Auto payment option can only deactivate on assist company only.
                      I think iam the owner of my hdfc bank account. But bank says the customer cannot cansel it. That means a third party company have the right to what do in my account.
                      I dont understand what a bad behaviour from bank. Now i got confirmation from company they says rs 699 will credit back to my account with in 5-7 days. And after they cansel my plan permanently. Iam waiting fot it.

                            Oneassist has activated “oneassist for wallets” plan without informing and getting my consent. They have deducted premium from icici bank.

                            When i asked them, executive mentioned bank must bave called you and we got approval from bank. My arugumemt is - if i am paying for premium how bank can approve on my behalf and when bank did not take my consent.

                            I have raised sr 3984063 with oneassist asking them to provide evidence where i gave my approval to activate the plan.

                              I’am linto john, last 4 years your one assist deducted amount automatically from my credit card for one assist plan.
                              I asked them and they says auto payment option is activated on my account. I didn’t use this service till now. Last december 2018 deducted money and i contacted one assist and they says deducted amount is not credit back. I have received a call from courier to collect the welcome kit, but i refuse to collect it. Company's executive says if i want to close the subscription in future, it can do before next deduction in december.

                              Yesterday (20/02/2019) i send message by chat window & by mail for cancel the plan,
                              Today i received a call from your company about the product details (Last 4 years i hear the same dialogue). They give an option to continue till december, i agreed that. After i said them by chat option to cancel the auto payment option. But they say they don't able to close the auto payment option it can do after permanently cancel the plan. Next time they automatically deduct money and if call them for cancellation they says the same marketing dialogues, they are not ready to cancel the plan.
                              Please cancel the plan, other wise i need to cancel my credit card permanently, i have no more option.
                              So please request you to cancel the one assist plan permanently today, don't call me to says the benefits of the plan, go directly to cancel process. And send the cancel confirmed details by mail.

                              Deliberately going on deducting the amount from credit card bloody fraud company
                              How many Compliants can see here aganist One aasist company about with out consent take money from account.
                              But again and again company repeat the same process.
                              Past month i contacted HDFC bank to cansel the auto payment option, but they says they cannot able to do it. Auto payment option can only deactivate on assist company only.
                              I Think iam the owner of my HDFC bank account. but bank says the customer cannot cansel it. That means a Third party company have the right to what do in my account.
                              I dont understand what a bad behaviour from bank.

                                Hi! My humble request to every one don't go with these cheaters, they really doing false business by fake marketing promise.

                                Perfect symptoms of fraud company. I am considering taking legal action to prevent others from getting duped by this fraud company.

                                The customer service is horrible and it is the worst company to buy insurance from.

                                Icici customer call and tell information about one assist company the tell to me if buy then you get protection from fraud i say ok but they tell me that when i do first transaction then deduct my money but they deduct before it. I again and again confirm if i do not do any transaction then not deduct, they say yes not dedut but they deduct automatically. Too much fraud from starting. How believe on this fraud company.
                                I received sms from icici that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without any reason.. I also got a mail from one assist team. This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a false thing for sell. Also fake app link, when we open that link that is wrong.
                                They deduct my money i need to complaint but i have flight to china then unable to contact bcoz of roaming. Such a fraud. Please deactive and refund my money.

                                You are entitled for a refund of 699/- because as per the policy you are required to register the complain within 30 days of deduction for a full refund. But, in your case, the complain has been registered after 30 days. Your refund will get credited within 5 to 7 working days.

                                    I got my samsung handset insurance purchased with relationship number 6026445 and membership id [protected], plan name:airtel secure plan (Rs.40000), imei no./serial no.:[protected] validity from 02/01/2019 - 01/01/2020
                                    I submitted my claim of damage on 23rd jan 2019 and i uploaded the images as well. They varified and arranged a pick up. After that they rejected the claim mentioning that the imei number on the back panel is mismatch.
                                    Prior to submitting the claim, this handset visited under warranty repair and was collected from authorised samsung service center on 25th dec 2018.
                                    I was shocked on my claim rejection as the handset was not opened or handled between visiting samsung service on 25th dec 2018 and submitting to airtel secure on 23rd jan. I questioned their verification and later they returned my handset declining my claim. To my surprise after return i got the handset with no more display or completely blank so that i could not challenge on the basis of imei number visible on display.
                                    However, on repeated follow up and pleading they demanded to prove my point by submitting a letter of verification from samsung authorised service center. I submitted the letter (Also attached for your reference mentioning they they did not observe any tampering or mismatch in imei) and they kept on mentioning that they are in process of consideration. They finally rejected again saying the same old story of mismatch in imei number finally on 19th feb 2019 and they are not willing to discuss nor give letter or basis of rejection. It is their fault that they completely turned my broken display blank and now rejecting my claim on irrelvant excuse of imei mismatch.

                                    If Imei number on back panel is mismatch there should be error while submitting images secondary I have provided authorised letter indicating there is no mismatch so same brand service centre and two different answer so there should be proper justification or reschedule to check and answer for same product please help me this will really pain for all customers who are connected to airtel and one assist because this much big company and doing fraud with customers

                                    Still not received call from Airtel secure or insurance company this is really strange to see that company with big brand also can cheat customers with false commitment even though they should call customer and reverify for satisfaction of customer and company and take hard steps against false service centre from this issue started this is my NUMBER ‭+[protected]‬
