I’am linto john, last 4 years your one assist deducted amount automatically from my credit card for one assist plan.
I asked them and they says auto payment option is activated on my account. I didn’t use this service till now. Last december 2018 deducted money and i contacted one assist and they says deducted amount is not credit back. I have received a call from courier to collect the welcome kit, but i refuse to collect it. Company's executive says if i want to close the subscription in future, it can do before next deduction in december.
Yesterday (20/02/2019) i send message by chat window & by mail for cancel the plan,
Today i received a call from your company about the product details (Last 4 years i hear the same dialogue). They give an option to continue till december, i agreed that. After i said them by chat option to cancel the auto payment option. But they say they don't able to close the auto payment option it can do after permanently cancel the plan. Next time they automatically deduct money and if call them for cancellation they says the same marketing dialogues, they are not ready to cancel the plan.
Please cancel the plan, other wise i need to cancel my credit card permanently, i have no more option.
So please request you to cancel the one assist plan permanently today, don't call me to says the benefits of the plan, go directly to cancel process. And send the cancel confirmed details by mail.

As per the telephonic conversation. Your membership cancellation is processed vide service request number 3997192. As per the policy you need to cancel membership before 30 days for full refund. You will get the amount 699/- credited in your bank account within 5 to 7 working day.

Please terminate my Creditcard protection policy from "OneAssist" which is going to auto renewing within next 15 days...OneAssist is deducting money without the card holder's Permission. Need action against them...
