I checked my transactions of my credit card and saw that inr1499/- deducted from my credit card as one assist mfee. I also got a mail from one assist team. Same thing happened last year and i told them to stop the service but they didn't agree then saying the service is already activated and will not be deactivated till one year. Now after one year they have renewed the service when calling the customer service repeating....

Hi, i got a call from one assist stating that it is compulsory to subscribe to the service, they created a confusion and wrongly obtained my consent.

After inquiring with axis bank and others it turned out to be false.
I spoke to the one assist representative now he says that amount cannot be refunded fully and instead he changed to other plan.

I want full refund for the amount debited as i am not at all...

I already Inform through Once Line Chart don't renewal my membership ID: [protected] and i received email about cancellation under process on 7th Feb 2019, but Amount of Rs, 1399/- auto debit from by credit card on 11th Feb 2019. Please cancel my membership and refund my amount to my credit card.

. Renewal of plan without my concern. Despite i called the customer care for last 2years and also today, stil they are not doing the needful, depite they are sending me messages for continue this is a harassment for us as a customer i want to discontinue this one assist account asap. Please look into it. And i don't want to pay whetever amount charging against on my account....

I raise a theft claim of Iphone6 on 3rd Jan and was supposed to submit some documents regarding that I was not able to get two documents i.e SIM barring form(because airtel was not ready to fill any form ) & FIR copy (Since I filed online FIR and did not get any copy) I explained many time to one assist team the reason then one of their senior suggested me that I can upload the screenshot of the mail I received from Airtel while new sim issued...
