Hi,

I have received a message that rs-1399/- has been debited from my credit card to one assist plan without my concern. I do not need any such service and request you to kindly cancel the service and refund the amount in my cc.
Transaction of rs 1399 has been made on kotak credit card xx7195 on 16-feb-19 at oneassist consumer sol.
Look into it on urgent basis.

Hi,

I checked my transactions of my credit card and saw that inr1499/- deducted from my credit card as one assist mfee. I also got a mail from one assist team. Same thing happened last year and i told them to stop the service but they didn't agree then saying the service is already activated and will not be deactivated till one year. Now after one year they have renewed the service when calling the customer service repeating....

one assist plan for axis card cheating, falsely stating compulsory, creating confusion and ducting my 1899 rs

Hi, i got a call from one assist stating that it is compulsory to subscribe to the service, they created a confusion and wrongly obtained my consent.

After inquiring with axis bank and others it turned out to be false.
I spoke to the one assist representative now he says that amount cannot be refunded fully and instead he changed to other plan.

I want full refund for the amount debited as i am not at all...
