Hey, i am dwaraka nath chandra. On 06/02/19, i have received one call for axis bank for card and bank account protection services from one assist, they said what the services protected, but i not need any of your protection or membership.in the call, i was listening what they said but after some time they said me that their survey has complete, and tell me to click 1, without realising anything, i pressed 1 according to her. There after, 1399 rupees has been debited from my axis bank account. They registered my [protected] no.
I do not want any membership or protection from you. So, please & please refund 100% money. The money is so important for me.
