Hi,

I need to deactivate one assist account with relationship no is 171329. I don't know how i got registered to this one assist. Last year some amount was deducted from my icici account. I checked with bank and they said they can't do anything since this is some third party feature. Now again this year i got this below message for account renewal. I need to deactivate this thing and if any amount gets deducted from my account i need a refund at the earliest.

Hi customer, your walletassist plan will be renewed for another year. Membership fees of rs 1399 will be charged on your icici bank account as applicable - team oneassist

    I received sms from indusind bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.
    This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and company should not be doing this without members permission.

      The complaint is on behalf of my wife Neha Priya. She has not even received the credit card wnsing 6607 and 1399 rupees have been deducted on 31.01 at 1.35 PM. Who the hell authorised you to charge money on her credit card? What kind of company are you? I will file a police case against you.

          My complaint is not resolved yet. Your executive asked me for my Credit card number CVV and OTP, And I got an sms for Transaction with OTP and amount of 31998/- . Is this the way you people working and doing fraud practice. I just saved my money by declining him to share OTP. Now you people should refund my money by today itself or I will take stringent actions against you.

              I just received my credit card from kotak mahindra bank. Upon checking its transactions, i found that a free of inr 1, 399 has been deducted against oneassist services from mumbai.

              Kindly initiate the credit/refund of inr 1, 399 as soon as possible because i don't require any such services at least without my permission.

                I see that you are holding customer bank details and then approaching them with this service offer. And without any proper understanding, misinformed customers (who are from rural population) seem to fall into this trap of subscribing to this service. And then they continue loosing money every year on a service they do not understand or need.

                As i just came to know, my father is one of them and I learnt that the fee was deducted from his account for two years in a row. And as i understand he has been contacting your customer care multiple times and the refund never got processed. I am shocked to know that you have all the bank/card details as these are not provided by customer. How ethical is this process? And how this is being allowed in first place?

                Can you look into this account and help address the problem immediately?

                Hi Devendra,
                Thanks for the action which we were not able to get through phone call. However customer has contacted Axis Bank and then OneAssist on the same day of renewal (deduction from the account). OneAssist team only took time in processing this and there should be call logging for all these conversations with the customer on his account. Can you please double check on that?

                As per the link provided (point#6.4) we can cancel services & claim for refund at anytime. Requesting them, they are denying to provide refund & misguiding the customer. I want refund after cancellation of services

                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. From the date of opening salary account with bank, i have neither registered nor interested with one assist. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 1795 without my concern on date 21.12.2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- as soon as possible.

                      I received call from oneassist sales guy in 26-jul-2017 and he offered me simple review to the one assist app, and due to which he activated one assist account and provided me his relationship number as 2441967, and 1500 rs deducted from my icici account[protected], i called customer executive of one assist app but he is denying to de-activate the membership, again in 2018 he deducted 1500 rs from my icici account, kindly help me in the de-activation of one assist membership.

                      I tried to contact the one assist through [protected] but there is no response to de-activate the plan and also sent mail to ICICI bank account manager for helping me,

                      No body is responding,

                      It seems all Banking facilities are involved in fraud scheme and they are only interested in deducting money from customers account

                      Kindly support me otherwise i will be left with one option to close my account with ICICI team.

                        I am writing this for oneAssist manager. My name is subhash and my oneAssist Relationship number 3310944. I received call from [protected](oneAssist) on 12:38 Pm[protected] to my registered mobile number on oneAssist and the guy told me his name was rahul tripathi. He was supposed to help me with oneAssist service cancellation and refund but for that he asked my credit card number and cvv number and my OTP number. I did not get suspicious since he is calling from oneAssist that they are suppose to protect my card. He took out my entire credit card balance 32000 RS and spend it one MI.COM website. And I called oneAssist back and register a complaint stating everything above and got back the compliant number 3920344, 3921009 but no action taken. Again I called oneAssist asked them to connect my call with manager but the team Leader "huzafh" promised me that I will get the call back. I did not get any call back. And rahul tripathi and huzafh has same voice tone. I mean I am getting cheated by same guy again and again. I have given call history and call recording in the following oneAssist compliant 3920344 mail. Still some one suppressing this matter. Here I do not have any option other than taking this matter to the court or cyber crime.As I said earlier I have given the voice recording and call history in the following oneAssist compliant "3920344" mail so please find that guy soon. waiting for your reply.

                            I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1899 from my credit card without my authorization on date:17/01/2019.

                            I don't want this membership anymore, so please cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap.

                            This kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really unacceptable. Please take the necessary action asap or i will be forced to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

                              My hdfc credit card account has been misused. I have first raised a complaint for debiting oneassist service worth 1399rs without my knowledge, and i got the call from this number [protected] (Which is oneassist number only as per google). The agent promised me that he will refund the 1399 rs asap and he asked me the otp number, since he is called from oneassist that they are stopping credit card fraud! So i went ahead and told them the otp numbers and then my credit card balance got debited 31999 rs (Full limit). Please stop their payment gate way transaction that they already did. They have purchased something from mi xiomi mobiles or something. Please help me. I got nothing to lose now hence sharing my mobile number below.

                                Hi am an icici credit card user.. Rs1399 has been deducted on 24 jan 2019 without any consent of my knowledge.. Exactly on same day 24 jan 2018, they deducted rs.1399 from my credit card without my consent when i talked with customer solutions representative they mentioned they cant refund money. So i requested to cancel the policy and they confirmed cancellation of same.

                                Again this is repeating. Kindly refund the amount and check to ensure further it wont happen.

                                But currently i am in France and my number indian number, the registered number is in roaming. so i prefer to call to my France number +[protected] . I can receive OTP to my indain registered number for verification if needed.

                                Please do it as this is the second time i am getting this unauthorized cutting of money.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have raised complaint for charging me 1399 Rs for Enhanced WA Power Single Plan and got the reply saying that "cancellation is in process with vide service request number 3912936" but they are saying that I am only eligible for 699 Rs refund. I think I need full refund. The service got activated automatically. Its not my mistake so why should I take the loss? if it is my mistake then i will ready to face the problem. More over I received debited amount message on Dec 25 only, I am attaching the screen shot for the proof. So as per the record its not been more than 30 days. So kindly please refund me the full amount.
