Hi am an icici credit card user.. Rs1399 has been deducted on 24 jan 2019 without any consent of my knowledge.. Exactly on same day 24 jan 2018, they deducted rs.1399 from my credit card without my consent when i talked with customer solutions representative they mentioned they cant refund money. When I got oneassist their policy was visible. I got redmi MI A1 11 months ago. The policy covered Accidental and Theft . When we say accidental means could be anything by accidental.
