I have raised complaint for charging me 1399 Rs for Enhanced WA Power Single Plan and got the reply saying that "cancellation is in process with vide service request number 3912936" but they are saying that I am only eligible for 699 Rs refund. I think I need full refund. The service got activated automatically. Its not my mistake so why should I take the loss? if it is my mistake then i will ready to face the problem....

I have received credit card statement from hdfc bank detected 1899 for renewing oneassist plan without my permission. I didn't get any mail intimation from oneassist. After seeing my statement i shocked due to amount got detected from my account. They are theft my money with out knowing me.

How can some company charge me some amount for something i never used or applied for without my permission. This is a punishable offence to deduct money with any approval call or mail. Yesterday i raised a complaint and service request number is 3886341. But the refund is only 949. Rs and deducted amount is 1899. The reason for this is i should have claimed with in 30 days. I have attached the mails i sent to the company to cancel my renewal before the time period ends (03-dec) yet no actions been taken.
