I raise a theft claim of Iphone6 on 3rd Jan and was supposed to submit some documents regarding that I was not able to get two documents i.e SIM barring form(because airtel was not ready to fill any form ) & FIR copy (Since I filed online FIR and did not get any copy) I explained many time to one assist team the reason then one of their senior suggested me that I can upload the screenshot of the mail I received from Airtel while new sim issued in place of SIM barring form, I did the same and submitted the FIR copy as well( after requesting HKV police station many times) again I got the mail that SIM barring form is pending and 2nd page of FIR(I got only 1 page of FIR copy is pending.
And after that their team cancelled my claim after harassing me mentally for 20 days regarding documents.
How can they cancel the claim without even calling me they just put the mail and that's it. Now they are saying they cant do anything. I was supposed to get 16k rs of my insurance. I am uploading all the documents that I provided to One assist team.
Pls help me I want my money back. I have got my new phone Insured from One assist now I am going to cancel it right now.

    Earlier i raised a request to cancel my cpp plan, because of that complaint i got a call from oneassit team from [protected] on 5th feb 2019 11:46 am.
    During that conversation, there were two fraud transactions happened with my bank account (Icici bank)
    1. 15999/-
    2. 15999/-
    I lost rs. 31998/-.
    When i raised a complaint about this fraud transaction by calling oneassist customer care, they are telling we can't help you on this fraud because your cpp plan has already been deactivated.
    And they are not ready to investigate on this issue.
    And they (Oneassist) don't even care about this issue.

    Please help me with this, because i lost rs. 31998/-

    Card misuse was happened when my plan was active.
    Please cancel my One assist plan relationship no. 6089031, plan name : Enhanced WA Privilege Single Plan having validity upto 10 January 2020 and refund the fee Rs.1899 debited in my icici bank saving bank account on 11 January 2019.
    Please remit back the fees to the same account.

        I cancelled my 1399 plan and told you recently to refund my money and you tell me that i will receive a call from them. Yesterday, i received a call from [protected], he tell me that he will return immediately the 1399 rs, and tell me to say all my axis bank debit card details, and then tell me to share a otp, as i get the call from your number, believing on him, i tell him all of which he asked me and then 8999 rs debited from my account. But i not did the transaction.
        Hey, as i received the call from your number, and he already knows that i will get refund of the 1399. Rs, so i can assuredly say that he get all of my information from you one assist.
        I am a simple student, and my age is only 18, and there is now only 1500 rs in the account. Please refund me. Please. I already mailed you with the documents.

          As a safety option i bought one assist one year protection plan when i bought my new redmi note 5 pro in march 2018.
          As my old phone was lost and i did not had any insurance for that i didn't wanted to take risk at this time.in october 2018, accidently it dropped from my hand and it's screen got damaged. I was not very worried because i had my one assist protection plan. So i filed claim for the very first time.
          They asked me so many details... I filled all of them... They asked for phone images. I'd proof bill invoice everything i gave to them. Then they said your invoice is on name of anupam chaudhary and in docs your name is anupam. So we couldn't identify you.. Please make affidavit for id proof.. This they told me on friday. As i am working professional i don't get much time, but still i applied leave at office and got the affidavit from notary.
          And then i shared the affidavit.
          Then after sharing affidavit i received a call from the team of one assist that your damage claiming time is over so we have closed your claim... Out of all this harassment i got nothing.

          Then i didn't do anything for 1 month. But i decided to give a try again. As i had paid around 1600 for this plan. So i filed claim for my phone's broken screen again.. And this time they rejected at once... They said you can't file se claim again.
          But no service was given to me in earlier claim. How can they do this.
          They have given me so much of mental harassment that i can't even explain.. So many phone calls were made to customer support but they just did not provided me any solution.. Please help me resolve this issue.. Otherwise don't allow such fraud companies to fool their customers.

            Hi am an icici credit card user.. Rs1399 has been deducted on 24 jan 2019 without any consent of my knowledge.. Exactly on same day 24 jan 2018, they deducted rs.1399 from my credit card without my consent when i talked with customer solutions representative they mentioned they cant refund money. So i requested to cancel the policy and they confirmed cancellation of same.

            Again this is repeating. Kindly refund the amount and check to ensure further it wont happen.

              I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1799/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee without my permission. I dont get any mail or phone from one asst team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
              As last year also i request you to cancel but you have said that the plan will be cancelled in one year. But now it was again repeated and auto renewed with out my approval or even not intimated.
              Kindly cancel this plan and request you to to refund the amount. This is unacceptable that you have been repeating the same.
              And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

                Sir,

                Please cancel my plan for my credit card ending with 5215 for the amount of 1399 and please initiate my refund process as well
                My plan got autorenewed after i informed to them to not autorenew my current plan and the response i got it from them is after the time the plan got renewed.. days after they called me and apologize for the inconvenience they have caused and somehow they convince me and i accepted the plan. But i changed my mind now to not take any risk again as this was the 2nd time it was happenned with one assist

                So please deactive my plan as soon as possible

                    Executive was asking about credit card details and CVV... I dint not provide him my CVV and when I contacted one assist team they claim that call is not from them...
                    I request one assist team to look in to it .. if this call is not from you, how did he gt my details and I received call from the number[protected]

                    I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 7375 without my concern on date:20/01/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-

                        Hey, i am dwaraka nath chandra. On 06/02/19, i have received one call for axis bank for card and bank account protection services from one assist, they said what the services protected, but i not need any of your protection or membership.in the call, i was listening what they said but after some time they said me that their survey has complete, and tell me to click 1, without realising anything, i pressed 1 according to her. There after, 1399 rupees has been debited from my axis bank account. They registered my [protected] no.
                        I do not want any membership or protection from you. So, please & please refund 100% money. The money is so important for me.

                          I am Lokranjan Varshney. I am a new user of Kotak league credit card. I had received my card 3rd Feb, 2019. On 7th may 2019, rs. 1399/- was deducted from my available balance and the transaction details are only showing when i am logging through net banking option. The transaction was being made for one assist plan. I had received no sms or email regarding this. I am strongly objecting to this and requesting to refund the balance on immediate effect.

                            Yesterday i have one cal for axis bank for card and bank account protection services for one assistant, they said what the services protected, so im listening wht they said but im thinking is it useful for services its bettter for listen so im listening all but some i can't understand, but after she said survey is completed are you kk press 1 kk click 1, im thinking just important meesage, after that deducted my money in my axis account 1399rs,

                              The company has activated smartly their plan in to my credit card for wallet security. And debit my cash RS1899 on 4/2/2019
                              With EMI.
                              I no more need the plan please help to cancel the plan.

                              Worst customer care services even if we kept phone call for 30 mins they are not connecting to attender. BUT IF CALL FOR PRODUCT DEPARTMENT THEY ARE ANSWERING quickly.

                              HDFC Bank is providing information to such a stealing company.

                              I think it is like fraudulent activities company.

                                I want you to cancel the plan with imeediste effect as it has been activated without my notice and every month 100rs is getting deducted from my icici bank salary account. It is a shame that one assist is forcibly activating the card protection plan without any permission it intimation.                                   I am purchase red mi note 5pro last 6to7 month ago, but recently my phone damaged and i claim for repair my phone in insurance, oneassist gives me repairing quotation rs 1704, and if that problem solve i am mi authorized service center i want to pay only 1500 rupees,

                                  मुझे बतया गया की अपका जो भी बिल बानेगा उसपे अपको१०% सर्विस चार्जेस देना होगां, याहा १०% नहीं १००% से जादा सर्विस चार्ज ले रहा हे वनअसिस्ट,

                                  वनअसिस्ट ग्राहक को पागल बना रहा हे!

                                    Hello,
                                    I received an email from oneassist to renew the membership of oneassist. I do not use this wallet and whenever i am trying to connect to customer care through toll free or email. It is not getting connected. I do not want to renew the same as i am not at all interred in this one.

                                    Please deactivate asap so that it will not get renewed and i will not waste my money on this.

                                    Also there is no option to deactivate the membership outside India. I am no more staying in India and the toll free number is never getting connected outside India. However, when I tried to send an email last year it was not getting delivered to the respective email id (which was mentioned in customer care site). Which was resulted into wastage of my money last year also.
                                    Since, I cannot connect to either tollfree or email id, can you please deactivate the Oneassist membership ASAP, so that it will not get renewed this year atleast.

                                      I have contacted the oneassist team for cancellation of my renewal 10 days prior to the renewal date. I was promised that it will be cancelled within 4 days and received no response. After gain lodging complaint, the cancellation team called me the 2nd time about the cancellation, to which i clearly stated that i dont want it to be extended and cancel the renewal! This [censored]housed company still charged my renewal fees upon my multiple requests to cancel. I will be forced to take legal action if my fees are not refunded at the earliest and i request everyone please not to get into the trap of this ponzi schemed company that is treacherous to its core. Shame on you guys.
