I have paid for Mobile Insurance - OneAssist 1Yr Damage Protection Plan for iPhone on 31 May 2022. Due to technical issues i was unable to activate the plan from Oneassist. I have been constantly getting in touch with the team to cancel this insurance as its not activated and process for refund. There seems to be ne response from the support team. All i get to hear is we have sent an email to cancellation team and thy will get back to you in 48 Hours. Its been more than 3 days and still no response.
