Last year i opted for one assist membership, but i chose not to renew it this year. For the same reason i called the oneassist customer service a month before renewal time and requested for cancellation. That time they saiid they will process cancellation and today without prior intimation my membership got renewed and 1899 rupees got deducted from my credit card.

When i reached out to customer service regarding the same, they offered me just 900 rupees refund. And still not cancelling the membership

I request to end all services and refund the whole money back, as it was done without prior intimation even after asking for cancellation.

    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 4239 without my concern on date:31/08/2020 so better refund the amount. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

      Hello there

      I received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I don't even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co. And who the hell are you to care about me... I want my money back. Don't dare again to do this.

        I brought one Mi phone last year, same time they convenience me about one assistant by mistake I accepted and paid Rs.1899/- for insurance.
        After that they send me email regarding terms and condition which is absolutely unacceptable actually looted.
        But again 3rd sep. my account debited Rs.1899/- without my acknowledgement, I enquired with bank then I came to know they used my previous debit card details and debited.

        I came to know that action was done by ICICI bank not connection with my Phone purchase or Oneassist directly.
        ICICI bank debited my account without my concern for protection of my debit card, If they issued debit card and they cannot protect then why they issuing debit card and for that they made additional insurance Rs.1899/- per ann. already debit card they charging Rs.997/- which is already highest level of charges. Please consider this claim is ICICI bank those who have to respond and they have to shame on keep looting their customers.

            When i received my icici credit card few years back, i was sold a wallet protection plan by this company. Subsequently, they just go on renewing it every year without my permission by charging my icici credit card. Last instance was on 29.11.2019. Relationship no. 1497314. Enhanced wa power single plan.
            They don't seem to feel it necessary to call me and ask for my permission. It probably amounts to a criminal act. How can they do that?
            I wish to discontinue this service and don't want to have any connection with such a horrible company.

                  I have cancelled my membership plan on 26 August 2020 my membership plan was cancelled successfully.But one assist service debited balance of 1399 Rs from my Axis Bank account on 29 August 2020. After it I told it to one assist service customer care they told me that money will be refunded by 1 September 2020 and today the date is going on 3 September 2020 and payment is not yet received .Know when I chat with one assist service they told the money will be refund by 10-12 days.I want my money back as soon as.

                          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs 1899 from my credit card number ending with 4244 without my authorization on date:21/08/2020. Last year also it has deducted the same amount without my authorization.

                          I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

                            Rs. 1399/- has been debited and requested for cancellation, I got an sms that with in 10 days policy will be cancelled and amount will be refunded. After 14 days I got a message that policy is not cancelled and details are updated. Now one assist is saying no money will be refunded if you cancel the policy.                                   Iam kokkiligadda prabhakar hdfc credit card user with mobile number [protected]. Without my knowledge one assist was added to my credit account and recovered rd. 1899/- as a premium in the last year. Now the bankers are proposed to pay the same amount in this year for renewal. I have never asked for one assist. Hence i request to drop one assist from my account and reimburse recovered amount. Early action requested

                                    I am a HDFC Bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited amount of Rs. 1899 from my from my credit card without my concern for the One Assist membership. I am interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So plz cancel the membership and refund my debited amount
