Hello there

I received sms from icici bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 2199/- from my credit card number ending with 6980 without my concern on date:19/03/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs 2199/-

        I received estatement from hdfc bank today that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I have cancelled through my membership through customer care. The customer executive had promised that they have accepted my request. Now without my consent one assist has deducted from my credit card. I am fed of calling customer care executive.

        Please deactivate and refund my money asap

            I want to cancel this plan. I called customer care of oneassist but they are not assuring me that amount won't be deducted.

              I want to cancel oneassist wallet assist privilege plan on icici debit card.
              It is not yet activated, so please cancel it before deduction of charges.
              They are just redirecting call to different numbers each time.

                I received sms from hdfc - deducted from my account to one assist plan on last without my permission. I dont even know the company i never used any service from the company please cancel my renewal and refund asap

                Same thing happened last year also. I called more than 3 times customer care and told to cancel the account. First they refused to cancel my account. After arguing he said he will cancel it. Again recently without information they took rs 3600 for my account. This is a fraud company. Every year they deducting huge amount. Customer care also very talking very rude,

                Am planning to file the complaint against one assist. This is applicable for hdfc also

                I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount.

                  I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan. After than they automatically activated that plan. On 16.03.2020 they deducted rs.1899/- from my saving a/c without my permission. I don't need that plan. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap. Make sure to deactivate this plan, if not i will raise the complaint against this plan in cyber crime

                          This company is total fraud. I had bought 2 years of warranty for air-conditioner. They sent me activation code by email. That code was the invalid, i tried according to their guidelines within required time. Also contacted oneassist customer care, that code didn't even work for customer care executive. He said he has filed complaint to other department and i will get call for resolution within 48 hours but i didn't get any call from them. I contacted them but didn't get a solution for same. I can't even return the product because time to return the product has expired. They seriously cheated me and i lost my money. Please help me with this.

                              I request you to refund debit of rs 2999 for one assist membership on my hdfc bank credit card. I did not give any verbal or written consent to debit the membership amount.in fact two years back same situation arrived and i requested the one assist team to not not debit my hdfc credit card without getting any consent from me. But to my disappointment, same unprofessional behavior is repeated again. Kindly refund the debited amount of rs 2999 my credit card.

                                    Inr 1899 has been deducted from my icici bank account for renewal of one assist plan. I have not agreed to that.. Kindly cancel the renewal and reimburse the amount to me. The service request with my bank was generated without prior information to me. The intentions seem malafide. The whole wallet protection plan seems like a shady deal. I am wondering if the bank is in on this knowingly.

                                      Dear team,

                                      I'm using hdfc credit card since 2016. Every year one assist membership automatically getting renewal from my credit card account and debited an amount of ₹1399/- without my knowledge.
                                      I spoken with one assist customer care executives, to terminate the membership. They'll haven't done any favour.
                                      Please help me to terminate the membership and credit the amount of this year.
                                      OneAssist Consumer Solutions customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      On 26th february 2020, hadc bank has deducted 1899/- from my credit card in the name of One Assist Membership Fee without my knowledge and concern... i want to cancel the policy and full refund for the amount deducted...

                                        Received sms from hdfc bank today that rs-1899- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company is charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                                        And who the hell are you to care about me.. I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.
