I had bought insurance (2nd year extended warranty, as per my belief) for my phone at the time of purchase. The fingerprint sensor of my phone went unresponsive - within the covered period, so i informed oneassist over app and gave them my phone for repairing.
One assist has mentioned all timelines on their website for my claim status, i contacted them over chat they said they need 48 hrs... After 48 hrs they said they would need another 24 hrs... And after that they again asked for 48 hrs. They are just making me move around in circle. Their website has no update over reparing of my device, after this long period, they have still not assessed the phone and generated their estimate. When would they begin actual repairing. Such a poor commitment.
I should get my phone back asap and refund with interest, plus damages towards failure of commitment.

    Respected sir,

    I would like to tell you that unauthorized amount 1399 rs has debited from my hdfc credit card against one assist on 8-may-2020.
    When i called to one assist customer care they did not pick up my call, i am making a call regularly in one assist customer care from 8 may 2020 but they received my call one time on 06-june-2020 and i asked him about unauthorized deduction of 1399rs then they told me this service for protection against fraud then i asked why did you active this service without permission of customers.
    After that they registered complaint for cancellation of service and i received the message for cancellation of service same day but refund amount did not receive till now. When i am calling to one assist customer care they are not receiving the call.

    Please take any action against one assist and try to get my amount refund.

      For that, before 7 days, i already contacted your customer support team. They informed me cancellation team will contact me within 48 hours but no one has contacted me yet from the cancellation team. 23rd june 2017, is the next renew date, i want to make sure that no money should be deducted from my credit card account as i am no more interested in your service.

          Last night i had received a transaction notification from hdfc regarding an amount of ₹1899 debited from my account without my authorisation and consent. I would like to file a complaint against one assist for initiating a transaction without my consent and authorisation and the services that i haven't used.
          Please deactivate the service for what you debited amount for and refund the same.

            Inr 1899 was deducted from my hdfc account on 28 may 2020 at 12:32 pm (Afternoon)

            28 may 2020 at 1:54pm : i called the customer service and after a tiring and long talk, he told me my entire money i. E. Inr 1899 will be refunded within 7-10 working days and that he will cancel my membership. Today is 15 june 2020 and i have still not received my refund of inr 1899.

            Now when i call the customer service, very conveniently my call isn't answered because my number is no longer registered.

            I want my refund and a status on that refund asap

                      Hi, one assist is not deactiving my plan from past three years and when ever i call they will tell all the nonsense and tell me that i will get call back, which i will get but no one will talk. When i follow up they will say same thing that i will get another back, but happens samething. They won't care how many times if i complaint, lastly they will renew plan without authorisation from my credit card and say this is auto renewal. This is big fraud from one assist. I am always helpless and they are charging amount from past three years.

                        Company sold me a plan for servicing of home a/cs (Rs. 3, 599.10 for 2 a/cs). Payment deducted in Feb20. Technician visited my place for inspection on 23Feb20. Since then, they have vanished. No email / doc has been provided to confirm service contract. Multiple emails on [protected]@oneassist.in are not responded to. Phone calls on[protected] go into IVR and are not responded. No body gives a concrete response on chat function available in their app. Try reaching them yourselves before purchasing any of their services.

                          This is my complaint (HBL=[protected] which I have raised yesterday in HDFC Bank.
                          Today Morning 9'0 clock i got call from HDFC customer care support.. they told me like you have to call "[protected]/OneAssist Support" and ask to cancel with confirmation. while try to reach them more then 1 hour but, cant reach one assist team.

                          Note: In starting OneAssist team told me like totally free of cost to product my Credit card, but now your team charging for that

                          So, OneAssist team please help me cancel my membership with confirmation

                            Need clarification on the following.

                            I raised a complaint on deactivating one assist membership. A person names Rahul Tripathi, 638742, called me and asked my credit card details. Multiple 3 times Rs 18499 was deducted. Everytime he said its to reverse the amount and the gateway limit is 18499.

                                I totally remember not subscribing to the so called "oneassist care" and for the past few days i've been getting mail that it's gonna auto-renew in a few days. As for my mother you people already deducted rs.1899 without her knowledge.

                                This is a fraudulent act and i'm a law student, i might as well make you people face the court and sue you a hell of a lot money. Who do you think you're playing with.

                                Lots of innocent people and you grab money from their bank accounts without their permission or whatsoever.

                                I called your customer service and guess what, no one answered. That's right.

                                I'm taking this issue very seriously and i'm looking forward to your reply within 24 hours.

                                  I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a mail from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

                                  Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                    When I bought my mobile, I had insurance done with One Assist, on their website, advertisment for for accidnetal damage, three easy steps: damage, call us, pickup / drop at your farstep. Now, when my phone broke the screen damages accidentally as my phone slips from my hand, they rejected the claim by speaking negatively, now everything started coming under negligence, the accident happens suddenly, no one does it intentionally, now they are withdrawing from their duty, And fool the consumers, while selling their insurance, they do not listen or say anything, but when the real time comes, they fool them . Please take action against them.they are fooling everyone.

                                      Respected sir,

                                      I would like to tell you that unauthorized amount 1399 rs has debited from my hdfc credit card against one assist on 8-may-2020.
                                      When i called to one assist customer care they did not pick up my call, i am making a call regularly in one assist customer care from 8 may 2020 but they received my call one time on 06-june-2020 and i asked him about unauthorized deduction of 1399rs then they told me this service for protection against fraud then i asked why did you active this service without permission of customers.
                                      After that they registered complaint for cancellation of service and i received the message for cancellation of service same day but refund amount did not receive till now. When i am calling to one assist customer care they are not receiving the call.

                                      Please take any action against one assist and try to get my amount refund.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I received a phone call fro one assist ([protected]) on 26th June regarding refund the unauthorized amount debited. he told me that the unauthorized amount debited from your credit card will be refunded but you have to provide us some details i said okay i will provide you whatever you need tell me. then he started to asking me credit card no i provided after that he started to asking me about card expire date and all other details but i refused to share all the details i give only card no and then i asked him that when you can debit the unauthorized amount from my credit card without getting the details from customers then why you need to card details during refunding
                                      it is not good you have all the details that's why you could debited the amount from my credit card and also banks don't allow to share the cards details with someone. after that he said i foreword your complaint with this details and cut the phone call.

                                      Now please tell me is it right to share the all details of credit card with someone i think it can be the causes of fraud that's why i did not share the complete details and they have mt card detail that's why they could debited the unauthorized amount from my card.
                                      so, please get the debited amount into same card in which you have debited and i provided you complete card no.
                                      Kindly refund the debited amount as soon as possible.
