I'm using hdfc credit card. Without any intimation you have to deducted the amount of 1399 from my new hdfc credit card
Kindly cancel this plan and request you to don't deduct any amount. This is unacceptable that you activate any service without information of customer. Please deactivate and don't deduct amount
And also please cancel the auto renew system if activated
Please refund my money otherwise i will complain to police.

    Hello,
    I have already asked to cancel my existing plan's auto-renewal via oneassist app and also from email. But today i got debited the amount of ₹1899 as auto-renewal of my existing plan from my card without any intimation.

    What is going on and what is the use of my cancellation request for auto-renewal?

    How can you debit my account without my knowledge. Please refund my amount as i don't want any protection plan for my credit card.

    Hi,
    Customer care representatives call me and told that the auto-renew was automatic process. We can't do nothing with that as you are not claim the cancellation request at-least 15 days before the auto-renewal date. They offer me with the conversion of 900 rs basic plan and can repay the remaining money.

    I told that, I don't want any single rupee back, take my money and cancel the plan. I don't want any one assist protection plan for my card. They immediately accept and do the further process. But when I ask my money back they argue and told some stories with the help of Terms&Conditions.

    As your busy schedule, if you didn't notice the One-assist mail(that didn't had a single word of 'auto-renew') you will definitely loss your money.

    Really, they are big frauds as they never want to repay your money.
    Better change your name as 'OneAssist fraudulent company'.

      Cancellation of one assist plan
      I had never asked for the one assist plan. Also a sum of rs 1899 has been debited from my account and i want my refund. Please disable this one assist plan as soon as possible. The policy debits from my account without any prior confirmation. The bank (Icici) notifies after the transaction has been made which is quite unacceptable. Please disable this policy and refund my account asap.

        My new icici credit card had been deducted unsolicitedly with an amount of rs. 1399/- towards an add on service from oneassist which i hadn't asked for.
        Therefore deactivate the service on my icici credit card immediately and refund the entire amount or else i'd be bound to take the legal route.

          Rs. 2499 was deducted from my hdfc account as auto-renewal fee by oneassist.

          I wasn't aware of any auto-renewal plan and your organization just randomly charged my card without giving me a proper way to cancel the plan. Kindly cancel the plan and refund my money, i'm submitting a complaint here as there is no clear way of cancelling this on your website.

          This is highly disappointing. Please cancel this plan and refund at the earliest!

                My mobile phone's screen is damage and i file a complain to one assist.5 or more days spend but onone came to pick my damage phone. The Service Request number is 3208262.                     My handset was picked up for repair on 18th march. It came back to me after almost 1 month that too after regular (By regular i mean daily calls to oneassist for hours) and was not fixed. I had to call them again and again to get it done i was sent to 2 different apple service centres to get it done but both refused as it had to be sent back to one assist and finally my phone got picked back up around 9th may. Since then i have again been calling them everyday for an update. One of their senior executives in that team mihir shah i have been speaking to him like 2 times a day daily and everyday a new promise is made and is broken. I really fail to understand that what on earth takes 3 months for a phone to be fixed. Please help

                      Dear support team,

                      Recently i have taken credit card from kotak bank, but i haven’t started using that card and even before using it charges are deducted from your end and i was totally unaware about it. No any prior intimation received about any such deduction.

                      Please cancel the facility for which the charges are wrongly deducted and kindly reverse the charges asap.

                      This is totally unacceptable thing, so kindly do the needful.

                        I am Anand Rasale a kotak mahindra bank credit card holder . The bank has activated one assist and charged a sum of Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 7406. without my concern on date: 12/10/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership. So cancel the membership. i am calling the kotak mahindra customer care visited the bank and also called one assist. but thers no responce so please do the needfull.i dont need your security.

                          I had a worst experience. I gave my handset redmi note 4 black colored (64 + 4gb) for repairing. One assist has lost it and now they are not ready to pay me complete handset amount, forget that insurance and processing charges. I paid for the insurance and even i paid the processing fee for repair. Either i want my handset or full amount or new handset
                          I got a call from one assist courier partner ecom express that your handset will be delivered and share your address. I shared the address with him on 4th june 2018 and i am not able to trace it. I called one assist many times from 4th june and they said it will be delivered to you and now i got a call from one assist that it has been lost.
                          Ecom express courier guy has called from these two numbers: [protected] and [protected]. I shared the delivery address on this number: [protected]. Now these numbers are not available.

                          Please think before taking any kind of insurance from one assist.
                          Customers are putting their faith and giving their handset and what we are getting is loss of our phones. It is the responsibility of insurance company when we are giving our phones. They should provide a new handset if they cannot return our original phone. Also, they are not sharing the status of handset via email or text message. Everytime you need to call and they are not providing the correct status.

                            I claimed for damage protection from oneassist on june 5, 2018 they picked my damaged device from my home and on june 9, 2018 it was delivered to them (Courier - ecom express, awb no.[protected].
                            After the time period of 3 days still, they have not taken a step ahead, when i call them they say "on our system, your device is still on pickup stage", really frustrated from this, after 3 days of delivery they do not have any clue about my device,

                              I received sms from hdfc bank that rs-1399/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan on 09/6/18. Without my permission.. I also got a mail and a post from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my debit card. I m continuously calling on[protected], and [protected], but they not cancelling the servicing. Refund my money other wise we complaint to customer court.

                              Please deactivate and refund my money asap

                                I had paid for my phone’s insurance twice through my debit card online and both the times 8, 999 rupees were deducted. Both the times my memebership was declined and a feedback was promised which was not processed it’s been 15 days. I have not got anything back yet. Im very disappointed.
                                I have sent several emails and have not received any response from the company’s end yet. They are least bothered about their customers.

                                  M a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1399 from my credit card number ending with 489377xxxxxx4144without my authorization on date:11/06/2018.

                                  I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action asap otherwise i will have to take action against this illegal fee charged without intimation.

                                      I have found that rs-2499/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission. This is a serious issue as i havn't agreed to continue this plan and this not acceptable to deduct the money without intimating me. Please cancel this plan refund my money.

                                        I find on 19/5/18 an amount of rs 1399 is debited to my debit card ending 552365xxxx 1810 by one assist team with out any request from my side & any approval from my end.
                                        Last year also similar amount was deducted even after request this amount was not reversed.
                                        This high handedness of one assist need to be stopped & my debit entry needs to be reversed.
