I purchased my oneplus nord 2 on 19 jan 2022.it is under warranty. 2 months ago suddenly the screen comes out from from the phone then next day i went to service center they said the screen has been degum so will repair it .then after repairing after few days I found some dust particles inside the lens of front camera, then again i went to service center they appolized and they repaired it for me . after few weeks my back panel automatic...

How i can fill FIR On oneplus produtcs...

Bad service and bad oneplus team there scaming people and taking money and not good quality of products i bought one plus 6t mclaren edition and oneplus z2
and i sent for repair but didnt get repaired now both are useless
and one plus asking to buy new products from there so dont
buy any oneplus products its oppo products not oneplus its worst quality of all products i prefer to buy samsumg and apple products
stupid...

I need immediate action about it
I purchased a OnePlus tv and it got delivered on 3 days back.
But installation not yet done and they are saying it can't be done and saying choose someone.

So it's irritating me please take action on it and resolve my issue immediately.

I had purchased OnePlus TV Y1S pro50 wide bill no MHEC[protected] bill dated 26 aug 2022 from the OnePlus site. Demo was given and the product was fine. I installed the the Tv on 8th Oct on the eve of my house warming. It worked fine for 10 days and suddenly one day the screen started flickering and after 2 days the screen was blank. I registered a complaint IN02018TV[protected] on 24th oct and after multiple followups, an exe from service...

I had ordered the one plus 10pro 12GB from their site. But I had declined the courier and it reached back to their warehouse in 10th Oct 2022. Till date they refund my money and I everytime they give silly excuse that they are working on my refund. There escalation hierarchy is really bad. It is 45000 rupees....

Sir I am prashant a OnePlus user i ragister a repair complaint of my tv on 27 sept but they cancel it and again ragister in 6 oct till now they didn't provide me any service now I want my full ammount of product which i pay. The said that they will contact me with in 48 to 72 hours but I didn't get any call .
So that's why I want my full ammount of product which i pay back.....

Hi Rohan from Delhi. I complaint my oneplus 32inch Y-series tv repair service on 23-aug-2022. Tv has issue regarding display problem. Technician check and said that our tv will replace with new one . But at that time no repair or replace service given me. It's already complete over 2 and half months of my complaint. And my tv shows only black screen when we ON the tv.
Company send me mail for waiting 7/10 working days, 4 times same...

I purchased OnePlus TV in December 2021 and it's screen is dead only after 9 month of purchase. I lodged complaint to OnePlus support on 20 September 2022 vide reference no INSI[protected] but the company is mentally harassing me as tv not repaired even after 1 and half month. After sales service of OnePlus is very deficient. As such the company may be directed to replace my tv. I may be allowed a compensation of Rs.50000 for mental harassment...

One plus TV U1S series 55 inch purchased through amazon on 25.10.2021. It's screen became completely defective on 16.09.2022. A complaint was registered through customer care. Their technicians visited & informed that screen has to be replaced. They also placed orders for screen replacement.

Hi this is HARISH from Hyderabad Telangana State, I have purchased a OnePlus TV through Amazon in the month of December, 2021. The TV started malfunctioning (horizontal lines on the screen) since more than one months. And it was under Warranty so I have contacted the customer care vide omplaint No. IN02284TV[protected] on 24th October 2022 and a technician has inspected the TV on 30th October'22 and stated that the panel is to be replaced....

I ordered a one plus 10T device from one plus website on 22 October, the product was scheduled to be delivered to customers address by 31st October but the order was cancelled when it was out for delivery, now the product reached back to the one plus warehouse on 31st October. It has been 3 days my order is still showing shipped and no refund is granted yet. They are violating their own rules and guidelines. They had mentioned the refund...
