My one plus 6 t phone has been automatically factory reset..I have recover 15 gb data which was synced on my Google
account, but from last month some data was not backed up on Google account due to shortage of space.. tell me how can I
recover my important data please solve my problem.. please send me link to recover my data ...I can provide you my imei no and other details ..but fullfill this loss ...this is a bakwas mobile phone.. customer care employe says data can't be recovered but why this is not a answer . by mistake of phone company I lost my data you have to be solve my problem.. thanks..

    20 days back I have a face problem green line on my centre display ...
    oneplus side tells it's our software problem no worry our services centre replaced new display our side I trust our promises

    your service centre tels the problem cleared 5to 10 days ...

    I walked and approch your service centre more the 5 tims

    still now my mobile display not changed
    I trusted for your honest services

      I have complain regarding TV more than month ago, after being complain register the engineer visited and check the issue. The problem he detected was motherboard was not working and need to change it. It's been more than a month for the last visit but the has not been resolve. They make excuse of non availability of required part. I have called and texted multiple times in a month but no satisfactory response I am getting and no resolution of my problem. Also I am loosing the period of warranty. The TV stop working after a month of purchase so I also not have trust on this piece, so I also requested from them to change the piece if problem is not solving. But the company also rejected the request. I am requesting you please help me, this daily thing also deteriorating my mental piece. Thank you

        I bought my tv on 25th sept. Before even 1 month the usb stopped working and apparently oneplus policy says after 15 days they wont replace...
        I asked for repair and its been more then a month its still not repaired... As always am getting 1 reply spare part is still not available...
        Dont recommend anyone to buy thiw chinese company products now... Though i used oneplus for 4 years but really sad that this is how they handle customer service.

          I was on another call when I received a call from the OnePlus Customer service team. Soon after disconnecting my personnel call, I called the same number, connected to the Customer care executive, and requested the number of the Technician.
          Now I am surprised to see your mail stating that when one call from your customer care went unanswered, I have to wait for 7-10 working days.
          Are you saying that if a customer raises a repair request, he/she should be available 24*7 to look at their mobile and not make/attend to any other calls so that the call from the customer care team will not get unanswered? I strongly believe you canceled my previous Two Repair Requests due to this OnePlus Policy. Whenever a call from you gets unanswered how could you cancel our Repair Request? What kind of Service Policy are you referring to? At least you people should show some courtesy to customers by informing us a day in advance that we will get a call by this time and not attend any other calls, otherwise, the Customer has to wait for another 7-10 working days.

          I do not understand, how you canceled my Repair Requests twice without repairing the TV.
          Do you think, the TV will get repaired by itself? Or do you want us to get it repaired from outside even though it is under 1-year warranty?
          I lost my 1-month warranty due to this delay. Who is going to compensate for this delay?
          What kind of Customer Care executives / Technicians are you having? If you do not have sufficient Customer Care executives / Technicians, to resolve Repair requests, why you are providing 1-year warranty?
          I still can't understand how you think that Customers can watch TV without a working Display.

          It's been a month since I raised the first repair request on Nov 2nd, and still, you are saying the display is unavailable. If a senior from the escalations team at OnePlus is responding like this, I don't know what your technical team will be doing for my Repair Request. I really did a big mistake buying OnePlus TV. Can you refund my amount and take this TV back so that I can purchase some other Brand who is having decent Customer Care Service?

          After you people canceled my request for the second time, I googled and found a OnePlus Service Center on First Floor, Xaviers Center, Sahodaran Ayyappan Rd, near South Over Bridge, Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, Kerala 682036.
          I had to take half a day's leave and pay 500 rs to UBER to reach there with this TV, but when I reach there, they said they will repair only Mobile Phones. How to get the refund as the TV is under warranty?

          "For further queries, please feel free to contact us on[protected]Monday to Sunday) between 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM."
          I do not understand how my Repair Requests are getting canceled on missing the call. Don't you have a redial option, WhatsApp, or at least an email option? Since November 29th, after raising my 3rd Repair request, I am calling the Customer Care number[protected], Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Night to make sure I am not missing your call. Can you please at least provide the number of Technicians, so that I can call him directly and get it repaired? Otherwise, can you take this TV back and refund my amount?

          "We appreciate your patience and co-operation through this process and apologize for the delay."
          Instead of apologizing, why can't you assign a Technician so that it gets repaired without much delay?

          I really feel BAD for choosing OnePlus TV.

            Tv screen is showing number of lines as we start the monitor, the screen shows number of lining on screen, for which we made complaint and its been 45 days no body responded on the outcome of the problems. Every time the call center team replied that they have escalated the complaint to the higher and concerned dept. the problem will be resolve soon

              Regarding replacement of OnePlus buds pro

              I have requested replacement regarding my OnePlus buds pro on 15th Nov'22 at OnePlus service center Bhagalpur, Bihar and the service engineer told us that it will take 10-15 days for the new one but till date i haven't got the replacement and when i called the customer care they told us that it will take 4-5 days more but still i haven't got the solution. Dear concern, please look into it and take a strict action....

              It is out of warranty but company persons over phone telling that no help from company since it is out of warranty. it wont repairable after a period of warranty.

                I buy my tv in Feb 2021 now I have black spot in my tv panel in complain in oneplus customer care 16 oct 2022 then engineer come it saw within 10 days they replace my panel or tv but till after 1month it's not replaced pls help

                  Recently I bought a TV of OnePlus U1S 50inch and before a month its display issue started coming and your complaint service is worst Because there are no complaints online, no one picks up if you call, there is no response if the complaint is booked finally after great difficulty my complaint booked after 2 days engineer visit and asked for wait 15 days like seriously, we don't know what are the updates, Till now don't know if there are updates and today it's been 23 days my TV but still no solution found So I will just say that by adding some money and a good TV, don't forget to buy OnePlus because their service is very bad and don't waste your time and money on this product

                    A green line appeared in my OnePlus 8 pro after software update and regarding that I have visited Oneplus service centre, but so free screen replacement is provided to my device, even if some other devices with similar issues are getting free screen replacements.

                      I was facing issue : no sound from right . when i visited Service centre for the same and they have denied repair/replacement of headphone because of scratches at left site near charging point. If we use any product there will have some scratches (not crack) but according to them we should not use product rather keep it unused to avoid scratches. And these scatches does not affect to the relatyed issue as well. Such a hectic people and never ever expected from One Plus.

                        I am writing this in great grievience and dissapointment. I had given my device(1+9R) for screen replacement on 17th of October . I still have not got the phone repaired. It has been a month and this is not expected from a brand like oneplus. I have contacted the customer support team for more than 15 times and each time I get the same response stating that one part of the display has been shipped and the service centre is waiting for that part. But this is least expected from a company like oneplus. I have raised an issue regarding the same and was of no use. No updates from the side of one plus or the dealer. I am legally
                        going to move forward this issue and raise a complaint againt the company. Expecting a reply soon. Also I am attaching the job card details for tracking .

                          This is regarding repair reference id number : CMTAHEOEWWGI.
                          My headset stopped working after 1 year and when i contacted the customer care the agent was very rude and he said they cannot anything on damaged device and just need to throw it away.

                          Is this is the way how one plus treat their customers?

                          i need clarification on this matter or am moving this issue to the consumer court.

                            One plus TV warranty repair

                            I have a oneplus U series TV and it has got display issues since Oct 20 and i have raised this with one plus support and a tech visited my place on Oct 26 after multiple followups and informed its a manufacturing defect with most of the one plus U series TV and we need to replace display panel, and one 27th oct when i called i was informed Part isnt in stock since March 2022 and a supervisor will email me a resolution in 48 hours however...

                            Issue Description: The display is not working correctly. There is a colour glitch in the display panel.

                            Today's date is 21st November 2022 and till now my service request is still open. When I contacted the service centre they told me that it will take 10 to 15 more days to solve my problem.

                            Now it's been approx. 1 month my TV got damaged, now you tell me how a person can manage without TV for 1 month in today's era. I have never seen such poor service in any other company. I should have been given another TV by the company during this interval as the company fails to provide me with timely service.

                            Looking forward to your speedy co-operation to solve my issue.

                              #OnePlus #oneplustv My television is not working and I’ve lodged my 1st complaint with OnePlus Customer care on 17/5/22 .Till date the issue has not been resolved ( its more 5 months) till now, I’ve been calling the customer care every time they say 7-10 days more, not getting updates.
                              I’ve been sending e-mails to follow-up, but in vain.

                              It’s been embarrassing to me in front of my family members & many guests & neighbors who visit my house to sit in front of this blank television. It is also very disheartening for my family members to spend their lonely time without any entertainment from this television which was the subject matter in buying the same.

                              So i request for refund my amount of Rs 46999/-and directed the company physical and mental harassment charges Rs 20000 plus interest 18% from the date of complain

                                I have purchased Mob on 19 Oct 2022 on EXchanging my OnePlus 5 T.as I was really satisfied with this Mob.
                                But unfortunately after 14 days 10T purchase, mob started hanging up, vdo stopped, mob restarted automatically n number of times. I thought there may be a prob of software update..but prob.exists..ultimately I have visited one plus show room from where i have purchase mob.i.e HARIOM COMMUNICATION AHMEDABAD.and reported this matter. On 16 th they have reload entire software loosing my all data and photos and told me to check for day..I was back and loaded all needed app..morning 17 th Mob start giving same problem..so pathetic condition ..after spending inr 56000/- also this mob is worse.again I have gone to showroom..they told me to deposit mob.for their observation and consultation with technical team. I NEED IMMEDIATE EXCHANGE OF PHONE WITH DIFFERENT MODEL. THIS IS SO PATHETIC ABOUT SUCH A NICE COMPANY..I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS PHONE AFTER ANY REPAIR WITHIN 20 DAYS PURCHASE..PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER ON SERIOUS NOTE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO REPLACE WITH DEFFERENT STABLE MODEL.
