I have submitted my one plus bullets wireless z blutooth device for repair through pick up and drop service on 29th August 2021. I am in touch with your customer care since last 4-5 days they are giving me foolish answers that you will receive your device in 2 days. Even though the repair of my device is completed on 8th September 2021 till date I have not received my device. Please take an action and help me to get out of this

It is with great sadness that I have been complaining about my TV since last 15 days. But your executive didn't give me any solution by giving lot of misguide

I m using OnePlus Nord ce 12gb verient. But it's working like 6gb, and camera quality is very poor, video quality also poor.
I bought it through emi in rs.27000/- with instant discuss of rs.1000/- with extanded warranty and insurance of rs.4500/- also.
But I m fool.
There is no quality in this model.company become us fool.
Pls help me.
What I do. I dissatisfied with quality.

One Plus is cheating customers by promoting a water proof phone with IP68 rating, When my phone was dipped in water for 15 seconds, the phone stopped working and went dead.
Why would you promote the phone as waterproof?

Myself shankar nimai saha purchased oneplus 9r 8gb ram phone on this date 29/08/21 from your respected shop after using on same day at night my phone started heating hanging and facing many technical issues. So i went to your shop second day to inform & approach to store maganer about what I am facing issues on phone and request your respected manager (Mukesh kumar) to replace faulty one plus 9r phone. And at present time I have proof technical issues front of your manager (mukesh kumar). He said if there his issues on phone I will replace your phone give the commitments to me before purchasing phone after issues.
He suggested me way to gallery of one plus at kurla & I visited on oneplus services center with one staff of magnet.
My question is to you this phone cost me around by after Credit card 38000 MRP - 40000 and its just after purchasing phone on same days o[censored]sing it start facing technical issue so my humble request to you please exchange my one plus with new phone or refund my money within a 3days replace my phone.

Within 15days of purchase, my primary camera nor working properly and also contacted through whatsapp. But till now not received any solution. Can't visit nearest service center, because don't have any service center near to me. Kindly replace it or resolve the issue urgently. Already 5days passed. Also posted in twitter and facebook. But till now not a single reply received.

Is not working properlly. one sperker is not working and second speaker is not working sometine. service center employ is tolled to me this not be replace pepair in any condition. this is not way to the csutumer.

I had purchased one plus 9 set around 1 month ago. And now its screen is acting up. I cannot see anything on screen its display is damaged I believe even when it is a brand new phone.

Product in warrenty, and not working, not charging kindly acknowledge this complaint
I need a replacement

I have purchased OnePlus 43 inch tv in the month of July 2021 and in the 1st week if August the screen started to behave weird with selection going to the bottom within seconds and pointer despite pulling it up comes to bottom..the tv is unusable .I have raised complaints through amazon portal and one assigned technician called and asked to share the problem in watspp which I have done..later no response again so I raised a complaint again and this time new guy came and said problem is with remote..after 10 days I called amazon about remote and recieved one after 4 days but despite the new remote the problem persists..
Now from this point of time I called Amazon multiple times and have been promised that problem will be solved in 48 hours..no call and no one visited and again I call amazon on why technician is not coming again they say 48 hours and after another 48 hours I tried reaching Amazon and asked for cal center executive manager and he says he will send mail and problem will be solved...it has been a month now.. I do not recommend buying this tv and service by Amazon and DigiCare is pathetic..
I cannot use the tv and I am getting health issues and fights because if the service Amazon India and Digi Care are providing..
I wish God punishes them for the trouble and pain they are causing me for buying this TV..

I had been use one plus neckband bass edition from last 7 month but one pair had been not working for that it's had been submitted in pune service center then they will give me one new peace which is not good and it's duplicate nackband becouse of its not working properly, anather big sound irritation came between call and drop

Bought One plus ear buds for 5000 but after 1 month it's not working. Earlier their sevice centers were closed..

Now from last 11 days there was no update from any of the call center and their backend support.

Worst sales service due to its chiness product..
