My device (oneplus nord 8gb onyx black) was repaired recently (under warranty). Screen, back glass and rear camera module has been replaced free of cost. But, after the repair service (recived my phone on 18th August), I am facing other problems; namely, there's a black spot inside the back glass, alert slider is jamming and battery drain has increased noticeably. The service center (Kolkata) I submitted my device for repair, is not responding to my queries. I had to wait 21 days to get my device repaired at that service center, and had to wait aditional 3 hours at the service center to point out their several mistakes. I can't afford to waste anymore time at service center. Please get my OnePlus Nord REPLACED with a new one, I cannot deal with this issue everyday.

Myself shankar nimai saha purchased oneplus 9r 8gb ram phone on this date 29/08/21 from your respected shop after using on same day at night my phone started heating hanging and facing many technical issues. So i went to your shop second day to inform & approach to store maganer about what I am facing issues on phone and request your respected manager (Mukesh kumar) to replace faulty one plus 9r phone. And at present time I have proof technical issues front of your manager (mukesh kumar). He said if there his issues on phone I will replace your phone give the commitments to me before purchasing phone after issues.
He suggested me way to gallery of one plus at kurla & I visited on oneplus services center with one staff of magnet.
My question is to you this phone cost me around by after Credit card 38000 MRP - 40000 and its just after purchasing phone on same days o[censored]sing it start facing technical issue so my humble request to you please exchange my one plus with new phone or refund my money within a 3days replace my phone.
