This is to bring into your notice that i had bought one plus 9 pro on 2-july-2021 from an authorised dealer. But for my surprise its software got corrupted on 19-sept-2021. Hence, i got it fixed from one of your service centre located in Shipra mall, Ghaziabad. But again today i.e. on 29-sept-2021, software has again gone corrupted.
This was my first experience that a phone belonging to such reputed brand has shown up this way. I do not trust this product anymore and want a compensation against this. Please replace this product as soon as possible because many of my important commitments are stuck due to this problem.
I’m attaching the phone’s bill along. I need revert on an urgent basis pls.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Mobile Phones

        The issue that I have experienced was: I (My son's-Poovanna mobile ) have given Oneplus Nord mobile for display screen gap on the top left-hand side (you can see the images in Service Record Reference No, LQMTLY9MGHAA, Mobile Number-[protected], dated[protected], from all the angles photos taken) for rectification, next day service team called us and told that they cannot fix the issue, so when to reached to the service center, we could not believe the mobile which I have given for minor work, completely damaged, display screen opened and backside also opened but also bent the mobile. And asked me to take back the mobile or asked me to pay Rs 8000 for display change.

        I did not agree because the mobile was in good condition, that too under in warranty[protected] Purchased from Amazon), even in Service record not mentioned for any physical damages(there were no damages) while receiving the mobile from service center executives.

        Now the service center executive claiming that the current damages will not come under warranty. So I have asked them to fix the mobile back to its original condition they did not agree with that. Now my question is why did they open the mobile from both the direction if they cannot resolve the issue? I have given the mobile which never had single scratches, properly covered with one plus case and screen guard.

        Once again I am reminding you to please go through the service record and go through the photos which were taken before handing over the mobile(do not consider the damaged photos), and please consider my request.

        It occurred on: 30/08/2021

        Please kindly do the needful as per the One Plus In Warranty procedure.

        I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

            One plus service center has lost my device during the transport it's picked on 22nd July since then they service center team is not responding to query and there is not update on the issue . we had been getting same update since last 2 months with progress, it been night mare with one plus service center team, if any help on issue can provided .
            we request full return on the invoice shared, we don't want replacement and any association with one plus

                Hello,

                Myself Aravind and I'm using OnePlus 6T and reason I bought OnePlus 6t is their services and build quality is good and after one-year the company stopped manufacturing tempered glass for OnePlus 6t and now I'm suffering without a proper. Tempered glass and this makes me get frustrated because when I'm using a premium phone and I expect a premium tempered glass but stopping that tempered glass from sales is totally unprofessional and makes feel low and I want OnePlus to provide me with the immediate resolution and I want OnePlus to provide me with the OnePlus 6T tempered glass at the earliest without any delays

                  Given the device on 6th September and it's 23rd September I still not recived my device as I have been told it will take 7 to 10 working days even I called the customer support many times but they are fooling me whenever I called that u will recive ur phone within 3 days or 4 days from 14 th September they told u ll get back till 18 or 19 September so I want u to help me to get my phone back within 2 days as I am facing so much of problems..

                          I have purchased a OnePlus Smart TV Y series 80 cm 32 inch ... Before 3 months ago ..now it's not working from the past 10 days I have raised complaint before 10 days technician said, it might be has mother board issue, so will change mother board after he'll get from the centre, but it's been now ten day, I didn't got any solution .. and technician not picking up the and chat team not responding as well.

                            I was a Oneplus 5t user from 1 and half years, my phone was in perfect condition but while browsing insta it got hung and display stopped responding. Even after rebooting for multiple times still the problem dint got resolved. Since its the problem with their software i request Oneplus team to repair it for no cost or else to replace my phone.

                              Suddenly after the latest update the mobile shows qualcomm crash dump issue. The problem is clearly from one plus side and the service centre people don't bother. Lot of people have reported this issue and no solution so far.

                                I had purchased one plus Nord 2 as on 9 sep 2021 from the next day only the handset started giving hang and auto restart issue. I complain the issue to one plus care and also to relaince digital from where I purchased the phone. One plus care had updated and checked my phone two times. Every time said now handset will not give any problem. But the phone is still giving the same issue. I am totally harrashed and tired not. One plus care is 30 kms from me and i 6 times approcHed the care.

                                I am feeling like I am punished for purchasing the one plus brand. It's my first purchase of one plus. And I am feeling like fraud is happened to me . My 35000 are gone waste. I wanna post my story on social sites so that some people get saved from such harrashment.

                                Will one plus help me out ?

                                Please do some needful at your end. Hope this time my issue will get resolved and my handset will get replaced.

                                  i buy one plus nordaug 22 phone from amazon.from 1day phone getting heat.i called customer care.they toled change some settings.i did.but problem did not solved.2nd time i called customer care.they said send to service center.i asked them replacement they said 15 days over replacement not possible.only repair possible.i sent mobile to service center.they said we updated software now phone not getting heat.the phone came from service center.but heat comig again.then i called customer care .then they told again send service center.again i sent using pick service.again service center people said we update software.i talked service center manager.asked him plz replace the phone .iam anable use that phone.he said with 15 days only phone replace happen.againphone came from service center.again phone getting heat.again i called sevice center but phone pickup service is not shaowing i said .they said ofter lockdown sevice will acctive.from last 5 months service is not acive in my area .iam in my home town.i sent many msgs to customer care asked them extend my waranteee bcoz service not showing from last 5 months.tno body is not respnded.now i sent my phone to service center.now also they telling warantee is comleated we changed battery now not getting heat. my point is 2 times i sent service center and 1 time falssing also over.my problem is like that only .my wish is that that s defected phone idont want that phone .i want another good working phone.from 1 yr i telling thhis only.

                                    Hi...Its been 15 days now that i am unable to install new app through google paly store. Also unable to update my existing apps. I had been connected with one of your executive but still problem does not solved.
                                    Looking forward to get solution for my concern & problems.
                                    Even whenever I try to connect customer care I have to wait for more than 15 min & still gets disconnected.

                                      I am writing this mail in great grievience and dissapointment. I had given my device(1+7T) for screen replacement on 10th of July and had paid an advance payment of 5000 rupeea. I still have not got the phone repaired. It has been nearly a month and this is not expected from a brand like oneplus. I have contacted the customer support team for more than 5 times and each time I get the same responce stating that due to covid the deliveries are getting delayed and one part of the display has been shipped and the service centre is waiting for the other part. But this is least expected from a company like oneplus. I have raised an issue regarding the same and was of no use. No updates from the side of one plus or the dealer. I am legally
