I had visited your store situated at Shyam Plaza, Near Bus Stand, Raipur at about 5: 30 pm yesterday along with my daughter. I intended to buy a mobile phone with a budget of Rs. 40 to 50 thousand.

There were about 3 to 4 executives in the store. But to my surprise no one bothered to greet us, ask us what we wanted or show us products to enable us to choose from. We browsed the mobiles on display still there was no response...

My headphones are not working correctly so I go for a replacement but
The service center has denied our request for the replacement of our product. They have not interested to resolve our issues and they were rude....

I bought this from Amazon.Earphones are in warranty period... As my location in not near any service center they're not providing pickup and drop service and when I asked them to kindly refund or replace the item... They very rudely denied and asked me to courier to service center where I enquired they do not have the product and when I asked for service denial form... They refused... I asked them to mail that they are not able to provide...

I bought a OnePlus wireless z bass edition blutooth headphone...but unfortunately after 2 weeks later the headphone did not work...so that's why I book a repair on OnePlus care on 14 July...but they don't give me my headphone... I contact on OnePlus care center...they gave me many information...but all informations are false...they are lier...now the date is 31 july but I don't get my product...and they have no any information...I want to...

My Oneplus TV is under warranty period. Its display has stopped working. I have raised a service request to repair it by doorstep Repairing service. However, its been 3 months no one is coming yo repair it even after countless calls and emails to customer executives....

I purchase one plus nord ce and after starting using it i am facing mobile hanging problem. i am not able to take my calls as it get hang when mobile receive any call.

mobile is very slow and look as if mobile have hardware problem.

i tried to contact one plus service center but have no response.

I have taken one plus 5t which is my biggest mistake because at least in other brands if the device is discontinued than also we get hardware support but in one plus it is not there went to three service center but my phone not getting repair there is no skretch in my phone but loud sound continuously coming when calling someone but service center is saying no spare parts coming of 5t what should I do.

I have purchased through Amazon mobile 8 T in the month of December 2020 after lot of recommendations. Unfortunately the phone is giving lot of troubles as heating, quick discharge of battery, hanging frequently.
Being a Doctor it is very difficult for me to take this to your service center and also how to communicate when they will keep the phone.
Highly disgusting and disappointing for such a phone ....
