          Sir
          I have purchased a product (Rs-1999/-) one plus bulletz wireless bluetooth from one plus Store, DB mall Bhopal.

          There is an issue of distorted sound. I have visited customer service center at Capital mall Bhopal two times for the same problem.

          They argued with me Instead of resolving problem. They said it will happened if you use MI brand mobiles.

          When I show them the issue then they admitted that One plus bulletz wireless bluetooth headset is not compatible with MI and Real me Mobile Phones.

          After 3-4 hour arguments they said we will check it but we can't help you.

          It will work with any mobile device at the moment when I have purchased it.

          It's not my fault.
          I want refund money So please resolve this issue.

          I have done complaint about this case in customer care and they register complaint no[protected] dated 14/08/2021 Time 06:50 PM. They said it will be resolve within 24 hrs but unfortunately they didn't help me.

          So please help me out regarding refund

            Hi there, i was using OnePlus 8 mobile phone, but from last few days my mobile was having connectivity issue because of that i have submitted the mobile phone at the service center, the service center promised me that they will repair & give me back in 2 days, but now they are increasing my frustration by expanding the days, 9 days have passed till now but there may be still 15 days delay in receiving my phone, please help me out in this difficult situation & please take action against them

              I am using one plus nord with two sims. Sim 1 is jio and sim 2 is airtel. I am using my data from sim 1 i.e. jio. And when I switch off my data the whole network of the sim gets lost. Pliz tell me how to solve this problem.

                I use One Plus Nord CE mobile. I have a complaint about some of the amps in this mobile as follows
                1) After recording the call, the person in front understands it and it is a big problem that there is no auto call record.
                2) Charging takes much less time but I need more battery backup
                This problem should be solved as soon as possible otherwise this mobile will have to be replaced
                Plzz soul this urgent...

                  Dear Team,

                  As per one plus instruction and last trail mailed have submitted my one plus CE 5G handset at nearest service centre having address One Plus ESC-Thane office no 106 1st flr Orion Business Park Next to Cine Wonder Mall, Kapurbawdi, Ghodbunder Road, Thane(West) 400607 on dated 2 Aug 21 vide reference no. HDS0HZOLZ9RF and was been committed that the issue will be resolved in next 3 to 4 days and same would be communicated to me on my number [protected] but it's being over one week(more than 12 days) i have neither been communicated anything regarding the same by your service centre guy on my number nor even service centre number [protected] is working, had tried multiple time on same number was given by service center at the time of submission. However, have called up to one plus customer care number wherein spoken with ur CC executive but he was not aware of anything was totally blanked and could not been able to provide the proper information even he was not knowing anything and was keep on saying to contact service centre and service center is around 25 to 30KM away from my residence and i'm also having my work as well hence not possible to visit at service centre repeatedly.

                  I have purchased One Plus CE 5G on 21 Jul 21 and within 10 days only if i'm getting a problem with newly purchased mobile then what kind of service one plus is giving against such a good competitor like samsung, vivo, oppo etc is very pathetic and since last 8 days i'm not getting any resolution on my issue persisting with my handset.

                  Hence, requesting you to look into this in manner of and try to process my refund on priority.

                  Your quick action in these regards would be highly appreciated

                  Dear Sir/Madam

                  I have purchased OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z Bass earphone last year where as one year warranty. But after 4 months earphones unable to turn on. Even one day one magnet of earphone came out and I fixed with glue. I am working in private sector and work suffered lot of due to such inferior product. I even not got any reply from Amazon after updating complaint. After using another option for earphone I visited OnePlus service Centre for replacement of earphone under one year warranty period, they out rightly refused for replacement. Requested you intervene and help to get it replace.

                    I bought Oneplus Nord 8GB 128 GB from your flagship Oneplus Store at Phoneix market city, Velachery, Chennai on 20/12/2020. In the month of June’21, the problem started with frequent battery drains within 4 to 5 hours after a full charge on a minimum use day( only to attend 5 calls) and my google assistant will prompt without anybody touching the phone even after turning the settings of auto google voice assist off.

                    Also, I used to hear my own voice (echo) when I interact with others and sometimes neither o[censored]s would hear the voice even though we have a full signal. In addition to all of the above, I am having severe heating issues too. I think this particular piece is faulty and has a manufacturing flaw.

                    Everybody suggested Oneplus Mobile was too good and hence I bought it. But now I am really worried & Repenting and doubting my instincts, whether my choice was correct or wrong as I am the inducer who is facing this issue. Within a span of five months so many complaints. I do not have any third-party software nor use heavily for gaming purpose and I am facing so many issues. My experience is terribly unpleasant as just after few months, the new phone malfunctioned. After investing so much money on the same I get a faulty piece. I wish the company could have done a proper/thorough pre-check on the product before they pack and send the same to the market for sale. I am not happy to repair a new phone within a span of five to six months but left with no option and hence given the same to your service center. But I still have my own doubts about how the performance would be after the service.
                    Irrespective i gave the phone to the service center for them to look at the same and after 3/4 days they call and say that my product is ready for delivery. When asked what they have done the technician says they have changed the battery and the mother board. (Without my concurrence).
                    He also said that the problem was not with ONEPLUS and it was with GOOGLE MESSAGE APP and the company have asked GOOGLE to look into the issue asap.
                    I have escalated this issue to the top Management and they have not taken this issue seriously and have not RESPONDED until this moment.
                    Their caption is NEVER SETTLE and i am going to follow those caption.

                        Today i visited service centre saket new Delhi,
                        There is worst service ever. I visited for replacement of battery of one plus 5. They told me it's take 3days time for replacement of battery.
                        That is not good service in today's time.
                        And I am very old customer of one plus using one plus phone more than 8 years.
                        Kindly intervene in this type of service.

                          Bought ONE PLUS 32 Y1 on 31 dec 2020.
                          After 7 Months o[censored]sage Screen stopped working.
                          Technician from One Plus service centre came & informed that PANEL ( SCREEN )
                          need to be replaced & it will take 5 working days to resolve issue.

                          Technician came on 21 july 2021 & today is 8 Aug 2021, 19 days are gone & problem has not been solved.

                          Contacted their customer care.
                          1 : They said they are looking for parts it will take few more days

                          2: They do not give any satisfactory answer on any medium ( Facebook, Twitter, What's Aap.

                          3: They always say we are working on it, your case is on priority, kindly cooperate.

                          4 : They won't contact you for any update

                                    I had visited your store situated at Shyam Plaza, Near Bus Stand, Raipur at about 5: 30 pm yesterday along with my daughter. I intended to buy a mobile phone with a budget of Rs. 40 to 50 thousand.

                                    There were about 3 to 4 executives in the store. But to my surprise no one bothered to greet us, ask us what we wanted or show us products to enable us to choose from. We browsed the mobiles on display still there was no response from your executives. We left the store as nobody seemed to be interested in us as customers.

                                    I have never felt so insulted and humiliated in my life at a store. I have decided to never purchase a one plus product henceforth. Nevertheless an apology is in order but I am sure it wont be coming from you.

As my location in not near any service center they're not providing pickup and drop service and when I asked them to kindly refund or replace the item... They very rudely denied and asked me to courier to service center where I enquired they do not have the product and when I asked for service denial form... They refused... I asked them to mail that they are not able to provide the same in written
