Today i visited service centre saket new Delhi,
There is worst service ever. I visited for replacement of battery of one plus 5. They told me it's take 3days time for replacement of battery.
That is not good service in today's time.
And I am very old customer of one plus using one plus phone more than 8 years.
Kindly intervene in this type of service.

    Website: One plus India

    Bought ONE PLUS 32 Y1 on 31 dec 2020.
    After 7 Months o[censored]sage Screen stopped working.
    Technician from One Plus service centre came & informed that PANEL ( SCREEN )
    need to be replaced & it will take 5 working days to resolve issue.

    Technician came on 21 july 2021 & today is 8 Aug 2021, 19 days are gone & problem has not been solved.

    Contacted their customer care.
    1 : They said they are looking for parts it will take few more days

    2: They do not give any satisfactory answer on any medium ( Facebook, Twitter, What's Aap.

    3: They always say we are working on it, your case is on priority, kindly cooperate.

    4 : They won't contact you for any update

      I recently bought new OnePlus nord ce phone and it is hanging a lot. Photos AI is also very poor on video calls. My old phone is way better than this. Please help me out to resolve this issues.

              I had visited your store situated at Shyam Plaza, Near Bus Stand, Raipur at about 5: 30 pm yesterday along with my daughter. I intended to buy a mobile phone with a budget of Rs. 40 to 50 thousand.

              There were about 3 to 4 executives in the store. But to my surprise no one bothered to greet us, ask us what we wanted or show us products to enable us to choose from. We browsed the mobiles on display still there was no response from your executives. We left the store as nobody seemed to be interested in us as customers.

              I have never felt so insulted and humiliated in my life at a store. I have decided to never purchase a one plus product henceforth. Nevertheless an apology is in order but I am sure it wont be coming from you.

As my location in not near any service center they're not providing pickup and drop service and when I asked them to kindly refund or replace the item... They very rudely denied and asked me to courier to service center where I enquired they do not have the product and when I asked for service denial form... They refused...                     I bought a OnePlus wireless z bass edition blutooth headphone...but unfortunately after 2 weeks later the headphone did not work...so that's why I book a repair on OnePlus care on 14 July...but they don't give me my headphone... I contact on OnePlus care center...they gave me many information...but all informations are false...they are lier...now the date is 31 july but I don't get my product...and they have no any information...I want to action against OnePlus company and their repair policy... their repair policy is not good as I expected...they told me that I will get my product within 10 days...but they don't give me my headphone... please do something 🙏🙏🙏

                            The phone's screen started showing blue ink on the right upper corner of the screen and it gradually spread to the entire screen. When I approached to the service center ( same as mentioned above) they denied to cover it under warranty stating that there is a very small hairline internal defect which is usually caused only due to, as per the training they got from OnePlus, some physical damage and hence cannot be taken under warranty. I told them that neither any physical damage was caused to the phone, nor it showed any sign of some physical damage. But they still didn't agree to take it under warranty. They are charging Rs 8276/- for the repair. As a student, this amount is too heavy to my pocket and I have no other option for online studies so I had to give it to the serive centre. I am looking forward for your help.

                                  10 June 2021 I have purchased new phone one plus 9r 12/256 gb in sector22 b Chandigarh market after one month complete suddenly volume keys button and center lock not working when I faced this problem I go for Chandigarh one plus customer care center he asked me you dropped your phone in one week and I shocked and I asked the question in customer care we have only single phone right know .you replaced this phone and provide new phone he asked me no and I asked here I lodged the complaining in cosumer he asked me ok .so please resolve my matter urgent basis.
