I purchased the new oneplus nord ce 5g on the 11th of June.
Order Number: M[protected].

A complaint was raised on early July for replacement as the phone had call connect issues and hanging issue.
while trying to reinsert the sim, the screen went blank and found to be cracked.

we have paid more than rs 24000 for such a low quality product trusting oneplus with no service or warranty at all...

I purchased the OnePlus bullets wireless Z earphones which are still under warranty. The right bud stopped producing sound, and even though I tried to reach OnePlus in every way possible, even mailing them my purchase details, INVOICE, and warranty card, the company have not responded.
This unethical behaviour is not acceptable and the customer service is very poor indeed. I want my earphones repaired or replaced....

Before i order i have spoken to customer care date 11 jun time 1:00 pm. To confirm garrented gift approx 2, 699 so she replied yes you are eligable. I got my order without any package of gift. I am writing this because I am very dissatisfied with @oneplus and the team.
i had oneplus 8 two days ago i was going outside in little rain and oneplus is saying 8 series is water resistant but when i checked my phone it is not working now.
I have extended warranty of my phone, then
i go to one plus care and show them my phone they are saying it is liquid damage and it is not covered by your extended...

I ordered a One Plus Nord CE on 26th July and that model was so bad that it was getting heated even when not used (at 60% battery also). The battery drains so fast like literally 60 - 0% in just 2-3 hours. The phone hangs whenever camera operates.
The charging cable didn't work in laptops. And after the replacement the new phone doesn't hang but all other issues are the same. The battery is literally very bad. Now I have no brand...

Dear Sir,
On last 23rd June, I've ordered a mobile phone( INR 40789.00) via OnePlus official app and paid through my Debit Card. By mistake, the order was cancelled by me within 5 minutes.
After long follow-ups with OnePlus, they've given the refund reference id number but the amount isn't credited to my account so far. It's been 13 days more. They've given 2 types of refund order id. They are cheat me.
Kindly solve...

I have brought one plus nord 8/128 GB from Amazon and sold by rocket kommerce LLP which was delivered on date 12 february 2021 and yesterday date[protected] I have experienced black screen on my phone it could not switch on anymore I also have a warranty on this kindly look into this matter whether it has to be replaced by a new one or not...

Went thru screen replacement of my OP 7T of rs 12473/- at ur exclusive OP service center, Indore, but within 2 day its back cover get detached. Because of their mistake n for the same purpose went to center again travelling 200km, but the back cover again get detached even i followed the instructions provided by center...
I loved OP mbl but now their care facility is too much poor. I went 3rd time this time also same issue, back cover...

In one one side sound is more and in another side it like negligible, please replace it...

Sir i have buy a device and insurance. My phone is damaged from april and i have informed them about this that time covid was out of control so they denied and said to me your insurance will be extended but from 5 day i m calling them and they now dis agree that and 29june 2021 is last date of my insurance now they are saying go to delhi or banglore...

I ordered Oneplus bud z on 23 June 2021 at 09:50 Am. Payment was successful for order no M[protected].
At 11:30 Am on same day it was showing as order cancelled.
On contacting Oneplus many times, call executives were giving vague excuses like
1. Payment is not done
2. Contact your bank.
3. Contact PayU for refund as Oneplus is not responsible for refund.
Till running behind Oneplus India...

It has been now almost 3 months and not received the phone yet.

I have OnePlus 9 pro in which the charger stopped working 4 days ago i tried reaching OnePlus live chats, call, tweets etc
But I can't get any good response at all
They only say visit the nearby service center and nearby service center is 400 km away from my hometown ...but i contacted all of the service center nearby before reaching there as a confirmation but no service center have the stock of the charger they asked me 10-12...

Sound slowly connection problem and battery issue...

My device one plus nord has given to repair wia insurance company(zopper) to one plus store its almost 2 months complete, but i cant have my device yet, i called them every day thay can't doing anything about my device everyday they tolled me just wait 2 daiy Frome 2 month this is so long time now

My name is akshay patel. And I’m user of one plus.
Before few days ago my one plus nord get blast which was (cost around 30000/-) and on second day of blast I bring it to one plus care ahemadabad (Gujarat). They are giving me invalid reason and denied to give refund or replacement. People over there not giving us proper reason at all.
Phone is still in warrenty.
