I ordered Oneplus band strap from OnePlus store and after two hours of ordering I changed my mind and cancelled the order which I have already paid 348 rupees. As per company policy they refund the money in 5 business days but 8 days passed now. I haven't recieved refund money....

I ordered on 26 april 2021 protection plan for my oneplus 9 phone...the deliver time was 30 april which was ro be delivered on last date 30 april but still not delivered.

I delivered my oneplus 9 phone on 18 april and as per rules and policy of protection plan the plan should get activate within 15 days from date of purchase and according to that the last date is 2...
