I have taken one plus 5t which is my biggest mistake because at least in other brands if the device is discontinued than also we get hardware support but in one plus it is not there went to three service center but my phone not getting repair there is no skretch in my phone but loud sound continuously coming when calling someone but service center is saying no spare parts coming of 5t what should I do.

    I have purchased through Amazon mobile 8 T in the month of December 2020 after lot of recommendations. Unfortunately the phone is giving lot of troubles as heating, quick discharge of battery, hanging frequently.
    Being a Doctor it is very difficult for me to take this to your service center and also how to communicate when they will keep the phone.
    Highly disgusting and disappointing for such a phone .

      I had bought the original cover of one plus nord ce for my phone which turned yellow after two days o[censored]se. I filed a replacement request on One Plus Store app but the concern team rejected it. One plus customer service said you go to the service center, you will get the replacement from there but there is no service center near me, after that the customer service people said you send photo on whatsapp concern team Will call you But I did not get any call and they rejected my request. I took a cover of eight hundred rupees and after that see what they have done means they have done a very bad act।
      Even having 15 days of replacement policy they Told me that quality request has to be reported within 24 hours, if the customer does not face any problem in this time, then what will he report. I want my money back otherwise I want replacement of cover. Eight hundred rupees is a big amount for me.

        My display of one plus 5t went off…I went to change the display…and they assigned 8k approx for display change…asked them not to format phone as very crucial data was there in my phone….but next day they called and say that there is no data…when mobile phone was fell off the ground from u…along with display data also erased…The screen does not contain any data…..data is stored in flash memory….it has nothing to do with your screen as my phone is not dead….charging point light displays when I charge, key pad button also audible…screenshot button voice also audible…Lock Screen voice also audible…I didn’t allowed them further to repair my screen and asked to return my phone as it is….repeatedly asked them not to format then also they formatted….and now not accepting their fault and giving false and fraud reasons….totally unacceptable….please help me for my data retrieval…All I want is data retrieval.

            I have not received any solution to the issues being faced by me.
            The customer care executives keep asking me to update all my apps and thereafter this issue will be resolved, despite updating all still the issue persists.
            Yesterday again I received a call from your call centre by an executive named Manoj Gosai who specifically told me that this is a software issue and it will persist for around 3 months and then my phone will be stabilised.

            He specifically informed me that one plus service centre will not replace my mobile for software issues.
            But i must point out that due to the faults in a new handset be it software or hardware its not a customers fault and you have to rectify it by replacement.
            Why should a consumer be harassed for your software problems
            He mentioned that everyday I have to keep updating all my apps for my mobile to function smoothly.
            Is this your services for a newly purchased mobile.
            instead of addressing the core issue of a faulty mobile you are asking the consumer to check everyday
            I have already submitted my mobile 3 times to your service centre since I purchased on 20.06.2021
            kindly resolve this issue on urgent basis

              I purchased the new oneplus nord ce 5g on the 11th of June.
              Order Number: M[protected].

              A complaint was raised on early July for replacement as the phone had call connect issues and hanging issue.
              while trying to reinsert the sim, the screen went blank and found to be cracked.

              we have paid more than rs 24000 for such a low quality product trusting oneplus with no service or warranty at all within the month.

              Take the mobile and return the money.

                I purchased the OnePlus bullets wireless Z earphones which are still under warranty. The right bud stopped producing sound, and even though I tried to reach OnePlus in every way possible, even mailing them my purchase details, INVOICE, and warranty card, the company have not responded.
                This unethical behaviour is not acceptable and the customer service is very poor indeed. I want my earphones repaired or replaced.

                  I have bought One plus Nord CE from your officially app instead of Amazone ( pre Booking offer was 500 rupees cashback instant)
                  Before i order i have spoken to customer care date 11 jun time 1:00 pm. To confirm garrented gift approx 2, 699 so she replied yes you are eligable. I got my order without any package of gift. So i have called again to customer care on date 18 jun time 4:41 pm. She said yes defenatly you will get your gift witheen a week. But still im waiting.

                    Hey guys
                    I am writing this because I am very dissatisfied with @oneplus and the team.
                    i had oneplus 8 two days ago i was going outside in little rain and oneplus is saying 8 series is water resistant but when i checked my phone it is not working now.
                    I have extended warranty of my phone, then
                    i go to one plus care and show them my phone they are saying it is liquid damage and it is not covered by your extended warranty i told them i was in the rain for only 10-15 mins.
                    They are saying sorry sir i will not include in warranty if you want to repair then you have to submit without warranty condition,
                    then i said if i submit the phone what will be the charge and how long will it take
                    They are telling me that we will update you within 15-20 days and if there is any problem with the display then you have to pay Rs.14, 500/- or you have to pay 75% of the MRP of the phone due to board problems Will happen.
                    Now I am wondering why did I buy OnePlus for 50000/- MRP?
                    I suggest you guys don't buy any oneplus series if they are saying that it is water resistant.
                    They are not helping me too my total money is like rain water, phone and warranty also.
                    Guys don't buy it you will realize in future why you bought it
                    Now I'm wondering why I didn't buy the iPhone, at least they will replace my phone.
                    This is proof that I have submitted the phone to OnePlus Care.

                      I ordered a One Plus Nord CE on 26th July and that model was so bad that it was getting heated even when not used (at 60% battery also). The battery drains so fast like literally 60 - 0% in just 2-3 hours. The phone hangs whenever camera operates.
                      The charging cable didn't work in laptops. And after the replacement the new phone doesn't hang but all other issues are the same. The battery is literally very bad. Now I have no brand loyalty left for One Plus. Can't use my phone on sunny days because it gets too hot to hold.

                        I had purchased the OnePlus A5 model mobile handset via Amazon.in website on October 31, 2020. It was working fine and this was the highest price mobile that I had bought investing more than Rs. 15, 000/- on a cell phone. I live with my aged parents in the most troublesome neighborhood ever known in the world(Marappa Layout, Raja Rajeshwarinagar). My mobile fell off accidentally while I placed it on the seat of my bike and a few scratches started appearing from the top right-side to the bottom on the main screen. A few days later without my knowledge, the phone ringtone was muted which could not be set right again after several attempts. Strange things keep on happening to our household and known people visiting our house who have never ever done anything wrong even by mistake.
                        People are unduly taking disadvantage of the Corona pandemic in the city and are playing cheap, dirty tricks at will. I have even approached the police, raised several online complaints to our safety and security. Once the unlock news was spread, I found time to venture out to correct things back to normal, my first step was to call the nearest authorised service center in Bangalore. All the available phone numbers from the contact center answered by female voice were busy after 10.30am. I then spoke to a lady voice claiming to be from the authorised service center at Richmond circle who told she can get me transport to get the mobile serviced to and from VR mall at Whitefield which I flatly refused due to my personal and my aged-parents safety and security, not to risk their lives either. I suspect the authenticity of this call as it seems to be pre-planned to make me the sacrificial scapegoat, to further the ongoing problems faced by me and family.
                        With no further ado, I decided to visit the center at Brigade road and saw a long queue all the way to the road at the building. I was told by the security that it would take at least an hour from 2.35pm to get inside the service counters section. I waited and as I received the token number, went through the grind of waiting on the hall, I could sense the ill-minded treatment meted out in many of my earlier companies that I had worked for in Bangalore. The seats were with proper cushions but very uncomfortable, cameras all around, unknown strangers claiming to get their mobiles serviced were let in, people trying to fool you with bad temptations, little quarrels arising out of nowhere, lady staff(mostly 90%) inappropriately led and managed by a bunch of fools over the center all making me feel uneasy. I wasted my time until 4pm investing my valuable time, energy, money and everything with the hope of correcting my mobile faults only to be told that the mobile set is not a real one. It is a refurbished set and would require Rs. 8000/- to be repaired.
                        I can see a major involvement from many of the so-called big companies and their misdeeds arising out of out-of-world tactics, practices being present there and would request a thorough investigation to nail the culprits and their hands involved in trapping me in this heinous crime. With the onset of Corona virus appearing near completion, it becomes very, very important to take strict, severe action against them after the pre-independence era to show no mercy in meting out the strictest of the punishments. I would require a new mobile phone handset to compensate for this huge loss incurred by me. While I try to complete this complaint, I am still being forced to think about the troublesome neighborhood making unknown number of 'n' number of noises known only to the devils lying in a graveyard. Everyone involved in this should be punished and taught a lesson of their life before proving their existence on planet earth.
                        This is one of the several complaints that I have raised on internet platforms and would prefer an email response only on resolution. My personal mobile number is [protected].

                          I bought a handset for 49, 999 INR via invoice No: TNESAB[protected] from Mobitech creations pvt ltd. on 20/4/2021. There was a problem in the handset due to which calls were getting dropped. I sent mails and spoke to the team assuring that the problem will be solved by a technician who will visit my house. Unfortunately, lockdown happened and since then despite number of mails, not even one acknowledgement has come and now they have stopped responding completely.
                          I regret buying this and the nuisance it has caused is severe as most of my work is getting hampered.Ms Asha Kini & Olivia Ren asked for some details that I sent but after that no response at all. I want full refund and cost of damages due to mental harassment and unprofessionalism of one plus team.

                            Dear Sir,
                            On last 23rd June, I've ordered a mobile phone( INR 40789.00) via OnePlus official app and paid through my Debit Card. By mistake, the order was cancelled by me within 5 minutes.
                            After long follow-ups with OnePlus, they've given the refund reference id number but the amount isn't credited to my account so far. It's been 13 days more. They've given 2 types of refund order id. They are cheat me.
                            Kindly solve the issues immediately.

                                Went thru screen replacement of my OP 7T of rs 12473/- at ur exclusive OP service center, Indore, but within 2 day its back cover get detached. Because of their mistake n for the same purpose went to center again travelling 200km, but the back cover again get detached even i followed the instructions provided by center...
                                I loved OP mbl but now their care facility is too much poor. I went 3rd time this time also same issue, back cover get detached n due to that its call volume becm too much low, not audible n charging port also not working properly.
                                I went 4th time on 25th june 21 n get my mbl repaired...
                                Issue still not resolved, very low call volume, charhing port issue, also dust deposits on front camera(inner side)
                                This is too much.
                                Now i want it to be replaced. Already complained 3times to oneplus customer care but they r unresponsive..
                                Going to center again tomorrow for last time. Facing it fm past 7 months
                                Total cost so far 36k purchased
                                + 12k screen replacement + 5time travel 5*1000 + loss of 5day slry 15k
                                Total 68000/- just for ur mistake

                                      Not refunding

                                      I ordered Oneplus bud z on 23 June 2021 at 09:50 Am. Payment was successful for order no M[protected].
                                      At 11:30 Am on same day it was showing as order cancelled.
                                      On contacting Oneplus many times, call executives were giving vague excuses like
                                      1. Payment is not done
                                      2. Contact your bank.
                                      3. Contact PayU for refund as Oneplus is not responsible for refund.
                                      Till running behind Oneplus India...

                                      It has been now almost 3 months and not received the phone yet.
