        I have registered a complaint for screen not working properly for OnePlus 7t pro on 30th of March. It's not even 1 year to this mobile, and there was no accidental damage and no liquid also. I am still waiting for my mobile to get fixed. The status still shows engineer waiting for part. I also got one bill for 16k around but my mobile is still in warranty. Service center claim as they have picked up so charges will be there. Seriously I won't buy a new mobile instead. Why I took this much expensive mobile even right if it can't be good enough.

            I have ordered a product from oneplus store on March 14 with order no. M[protected] but the order is not yet delivered. the delivery boy was saying that we have lost your product bymistake, we will refund the money only in one case when we will get the mail from our senior executives. the status of the order is showing delivered without asking the OTP. it was been delivered through the logistic company DELHIVERY. please help me to resolve it quickly.

              On 17th March 2021, I had placed an order for One Plus 9 Series Gift Bundle (Order ID - M[protected] and received the same on 19th March 2021.

              As mentioned I had received the voucher code worth Rs. 4000 that could be used to redeem while purchasing the OnePlus 9 series smartphone.

              The launch event took place on 23rd March at 7:30 PM and post which there is no information shared on the availability of the OnePlus 9 series smartphones. When I checked with the customer support team, they are clueless and have no answers or update on the availability.

              I had ordered the gift bundle thinking the phone could be purchased within 5-10 days of launch.

              OnePlus has no clarity on the availability and as I am in urgent need of a phone, I request OnePlus to either share a definite date on sale or kindly accept return of the Gift Bundle and refund the money.

              I would like to assure that the products received as a part of the Gift Bundle are unused with all tags in place.

              Looking for a positive resolution from the team.

                Team - Once plus has been a HUGE pain when it comes to customer service and delivering on the 2 year accidental protection plan.

                I have purchased 7 Pro (12GB) phone worth 60k and spent 6.5k on its accidental plan in 2019 jul. I made the first claim in Jan21 for a back cover and it went through, then I met with an accident and the phone screen broke, this time in Feb'21 and I sent the phone for a claim.

                I got a bill og 16k from the service centre stating that this is not registered as a regular claim and since then the one plus team has been has not registered a claim on purpose.

                Upon pressing for reason, I was told I can make only one claim a year and since I claimed in Jan21, this one is not eligible. I have shared my policy terms that I received, it clearly states - user can make 2 claims during the 2 year period. It has no such limitation of 1 claim a year.

                I have been repeatedly stating this with proof, yet the OnePlus team has been avoiding taking ownership of this and just giving a robotic answer that the case is escalated, it is re-escalated, we will call you back in 48 hours and what not.

                All such false promises and Tall claims, is this what Oneplus is about? Pls have a spind to take a stand and deny the claim and I'll be happy to take this forward legally.

                If this is how you understand, so be it. If OnePlus believes in causing inconvenience for over a month to your customers and getting away with it, ITS NOT GONNA HAPPEN.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I had purchased one plus 8T mobile in the month of December-2020 on 23. Previous to this mobile i had been using Iphone since 2009. Upon friends proposing i changed to one plus and my experience is very worst. After 10 days of purchase issues in the mobile started. I even took mobile to service centre and they simply restored it to factory settings and i lost the entire data. After it worked for couple of days and issues started again. I tried to reach customer care and they suggested to clear Cache. After performing clear cache also the issues remain same. I tried to reach customer care and they are suggesting to contact service centre. My sister also purchased same mobile and her device dont have any of the issues. Other brand products are very good and why should i purchase one plus with 43000/ when performance is worst than competitors.The below are the issues

                  1.Signal drops suddenly and unable to make calls.
                  2.Unable to merge calls, only first person is able to hear and second person is unable to hear calls when connected.(Network conference calls is enabled)
                  3.phone switches off when call is received automatically and unable to know who has called.
                  4.Phone gets hanged and unable to perform any of the options. I need to hard restart the phone.

                  I am very much dissatisfied with the product and request you to please address these issues. I literally don't want the product to be repaired as it is new one.

                  Request you please address the issues as early as possible.

                      I purchased ONE PLUS 8T Hand set (Lunar Silver) on 25th January 2021 from AMAZON India, within One week the Hand Set started heating up and draining charge . After submitting the phone for 5 days also, the issue persists and the service center is not ready to resolve my issue.

                        Hi team,

                        I have purchased One Plus Nord AC2001 on 02/03/2021 mobile recently but on the next day device having battery draining issue and producing more heat. I visited multiple times at service center finally submitted my mobile but it has been more than 3 days. As they have mentioned it is normal also we have diagnosed the device nothing found any error.

                        Kindly look into this issue as this product is defective and having more issues also I am not satisfied with product. If anything happens or caused by the product. Would One Plus company take responsibility or reimburse the amount of pyhsical damaged.

                            I purchased oneplus buds in decmber 2020 and after using it for 2 month the left earbud stopped working and is unresponsive .i registered a pickup for the service centre at indore and my deviice was picked the company wated a ainvoice and i sent them but the service centre executive did not accepted my requests statingg that the device is not purchased from authorized store . after continuos requests also they refused to repair the device which is in warranty.and so here is the complain

                              Take strict action against onePlus.in these prop6are not replying to nail no refunds for the product CUSTOMER didn't received my case id id[protected] from mail support of onePlus and nobody is giving any supported on mail

                              in call theya always say to wait for 48 hours ### filthy people i am done with onePlus india

                                  From the youtubers false promotional video, i got exited and bought oneplus 8T (oneplus flagship) and now I'm the victim of oneplus 8T and my phone has display issues from the initial time onwards, later some water splashed dump error came and nobody from oneplus authorized service engineers donno how to repair/fix it also damaged my phone this told me the second engineer from oneplus and he is not confident to repair as he is telling that if we change the display not sure it will be functional maybe the problem with the motherboard . From oneplus end nobody is responsible for that, no escalation point aslo now i donno what to do just used 3 months, every time if i call the customer care they will redirect here and there, they also donno what to do

                                    voice loss
                                    when u restart, loss of data and storage
                                    after switch off i[censored] switch on you get different language and phone automatically goes in reboot mode.

                                    factory setup means loss of everything

                                      One plus nord, when in the morning if you switch on the mobile it go to to restart mode and every this in the mobile wipe out.

                                      here you lost everything in storage.

                                      when i get the call, calling person can't here me.

                                      some time suddenly i get the massage for up date.
