I ordered my phone on 2 aug and now 25 days later I did not receive any order .I tried to contact one plus several times but no action they as taken.infact I said them to refund me but they did not refund me.i am very angry and frustrated in this behaviour. I request u all to not to buy from one plus in life your experience will be horrible .

    Bought one plus 8 pro mobile mainly for the IP 68 water resistant part. But water got penetrated into the mobile just at 3 feet depth with in 10 Seconds. But as per spec it shud withstand 2 mtrs water pressure atleast for 30 minutes. I immediately switched off the mobile and took it to the oneplus care but since this incident happened on Saturday which is independence day and Sunday full lock down I couldn't take it to the service center immediately but I kept the phone switched off all the time. But the oneplus technician is saying the motherboard gone because of the dealyed action and they are saying nothing will be covered under warranty and I have to pay the full amount of the phone at which I bought it to repair it. As I don't have any evidence I didn't know how to proceed further

      I had purchased a Oneplus8 mobile through my Hdfc bank credit card on 5th august for Rs.44, 999/- order no. "M[protected]" through its official website https://www.oneplus.in
      In order detail it was mentioned that mobile would be delivered on 14th august 2020 then by tracking to corrier Bluedart No."[protected]" it was showed that delivery would be on 17th august.
      From the corrier company I came to know that the parcel is misplaced.

      On regular mail to company from my mail id [protected]@gmail.com not a single replay came. Had made many call also but no response.

      I had ordered to the company OnePlus and made full payment to the company but company is least intrested after getting payment.

      i want strict action against fraud company.

        One plus 8 pro unable to make or receive calls, outgoing calls hangs up, for incoming calls it shows that the device os switched off, so i have to reatart my phone again and again.
        Heating while gaming
        Hangs some of the times.

          I bought a one plus 8 pro 12gb+256gb on 14th july, 2020 from a store in gangtok, sikkim. Upon getting the phone i tried inserting both the sims but i’m the secondary sim doesnot work. There is an error message everything i insert the second sim.
          The vendor then asked me to contact the customer care for more details.
          I tried calling the customer care but the call doesnot connect after waiting for very long. I wrote a complain on their official page on 16th july, 2020 to which i received a response on 22nd july saying that my case has been raised with case id number[protected]. After which i spoke to the vendor and the vendor informed me that they are ready to exchange the phone if they receive an email confirmation from the company. Meanwhile, there was no response from the company and there was a complete lockdown in my state for 20 days due to the pandemic.
          One day i got through their chat service in which i asked them to escalate the issue and the next day i received an email on 5th august, 2020 with a subject, “escalated issue on oneplue 8 pro”.

          I mean look at their professionalism, they can’t even put a correct spelling.
          And the content of the email was as follows,

          “ thank you for contacting oneplus support.
          Administrator 08/05/2020 11:00 am
          It’s been a while since we heard from you, please respond to the earlier communication you received from oneplus. As your response will surely help us move faster towards a resolution.

          Do check spam and the junk mails in case the email went to one of those folders of your inbox.”

          To which i replied that i have been following on the email and that i haven’t received any response inspite of sending them numerous emails and in return they are replying me that the email might me in my spam.

          I finally got through their customer care number today on 14th august, 2020. I spoke to the customer care executive and in the process there was no response from the customer care executive in between our conversation. I kept saying hello but there was no response. I waited for about 10 mins after which the call went onto the feedback call and got disconnected.
          I tried calling the customer care again and after waiting for sometime again the call went to the feedback and got disconnected.

          I am running out of patience now, i have but no option left other than to approach the concerned authorities and file a case against the company.
          I have paid the entire amount of money to purchase a product and the product is faulty and on approaching the company for exchange of the product, there is no response. Instead they are blatantly ignoring customer issues and complaints.

            I pre ordered a oneplus nord on 29th july on the official Oneplus India website using a pop up invite code and the delivery was expected to be made by 6th august. But it’s 12th august today and the order hasn’t even dispatched yet.The order is prepaid, so my money is also stuck. The customer care is not responding properly. My work is being hampered due to this delay.

              Hello,
              I have raised a complaint for my one plus tv, reference id :- mx90zpdqgq. It's been one month and six days to be exact and one plus is not providing service or not giving any solution for my issue.
              I have made atleast 10-12 calls each call duration was 30-40 minutes long to one plus customer care regarding my issue, all they say is we have escalated your request to our concernt team or you have to wait but how much they didn't said that.
              One plus is running scam because all they want is expiration of my one plus tv warranty and after that they want money for the issue.

              Resolution
              1) please, tell them to extend warranty period of my one plus tv. (It is because they are not providing service on time, its their fault not mine)

              2) please, tell them to repair my tv as soon as possible.

              Issues with my oneplus tv

              1) less sound (Not as before)
              2) improper display
              3) slow processing and hangs sometimes
              4) it is showing different colours on loop, colours like starting with then red then blue then green etc

                I am describing my problem loud and clear.. That..

                When my phone charge reaches to 18 to 20%..
                Step 1* i place my phone on charge..

                Step 2* warp charging logo flashes..

                Step 3 * charging begins.. With thuder symbol near battery.

                Step 4 * i leave the phone for charge and go on with my usual work..

                Step 5* i come after 30 to 45 minutes to pick my mobile.. Mobile not charged.. It is still at from 18 to 30% (Now a days. I check with 3 to 4 minutes.. Same problem..)

                Step 6 * i abuse myself and then the youtubers and the brand,, then restart my phone...

                Step 7* phone restarted now again charge my phone,, warp logo comes and charging begins.. I stand near my phone for 10 minutes.. To check wether it is charging or not...

                Step 8 * after one hour charging completes..

                This the actual shedule.. I am doing daily for nearly three months..

                When i mail customer care,, they teach me some programming and tell me to do as per advice,,, by their bug hunters.. And tell me to wait for 48hrs,, like this i have waited for near 11months and no solution...

                Because of this.. I feel to hurt my self by getting this device..

                I beg your pardon please take your fancy oneplus 7t back and return my money,, my blood boils me becos of this,, oneplus 7t will hurt me or kill me...

                I dint pay my 40k of my hard earned savings for this faulty device...

                    I have bought one plus 7t pro from amazon on 01/11/2019 and it has speaker issue then one plus has issued a replacement of the phone and i got the replacement product on 19/11/2020 now the phone is having lagging issue and the display is sudennly showing water mark ofsome applications on background i have reset the phone but i am not able to remove the watermark on background and one plus is not respondind me i want refund for the same

                      It has been three weeks since i ordered a warp charge adapter and a charging cable from the one plus website. and the delivery came 6 days later but only the adapter came. the cable was no where to be found. i tried contacting oneplus for over 78 times by now but not a single response either on mail or to the call. The tracking details in the website say both the products are delivered, whereas i have recived only the adapter. Even bluedart ppl confirmed that they delivered just the adapter. i am not even able to work these days because mos tof my work is related to making calls. I am even going to send them a legal notice, as this is very clearly e commerce fraud being conducted by the cheapest and the most dishonest company oneplus

                        I have order a one plus 7T mobile in one plus official website on[protected] Monday) by online payment with my credit card with the amount of 34, 999, when i received the parcel and opened the box there was only two old hard disk in it, and no handset and its accessory are not found in the box, I raised the complaint in one plus website the complaint id is[protected], whenever i call the customer services[protected] they say's we will call back in 24 - 48 hrs and resolve your issue, But still no proper call or response from them, the problem / complaint was not solved still, so fare i have not received handset/mobile /any refund of my payment Rs.34, 999, kindly please provide a solution As Soon, i have provided some details below

                        Even Im facing same issue, recieved someone else's order and not mine. No resoloution for more than 3 weeks, still ongoing.

                            There is no update on my phone. One plus has taken the money and disappeared. I have written 6 emails (Case i'd:[protected] and no response.
                            Impossible to speak to any agent on the phone.
                            I can't cancel my order, i have no idea where my money or my phone is

                                Hi,

                                If I think of the word "FRAUD" OnePlus is the brand that comes to my mind. You have today lost a loyal customer after the pathetic experience I have had with your "SERVICE CENTRE" and "CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM". Case ID:[protected]

                                Let me start from the beginning: On 12th of April while I was using my phone (One plus 7 Pro phone- Rs 48, 999) suddenly stopped working and the screen got turned off with an error message "Qualcomm Crashdump mode". Since, I am not a tech savvy person, I didn't understand what exactly happened to my phone.

                                Therefore, I checked on Google and I realized that after I installed oneplus software update (Android 10 open beta) in my 7 pro phone and since there was a bug in it, my phone got crashed and the qualcomm crashdump mode came up.

                                The next morning I immediately contacted their customer support team and sought assistance from them but due to this Global Pandemic, they had limited support. After a long wait, I finally got through to one support agent over the chat. Initially, the agent asked me the issue and tried to resolve it by asking me to press and hold the volume up and power button together and reboot. This was of no help, then he told me that he had to escalate this to his higher end to remotely access my phone and fix the issue. Hence, I asked him to arrange a call the same day itself but he told me I will get the call in the next 24 hours as the higher support team was not available on Sunday. I tried convincing him that I needed the help urgently because the phone was the only way to connect to my family as I'm alone and all my contact and data is in the phone. Eventually, I had to agree because I was helpless.

                                Further to this, the next day I waited for the call but there was no revert, then I followed up and the support agent who answered my call sent an email and asked me to install some software in my laptop and wait for another 24 hours. I got a little upset and yelled at the agent and asked to prioritize my case as I needed support urgently. Post that, I waited for another 24 hours and I didn't receive any support even after calling them and asking them to transfer my call to the higher team as it's a working day and they might be available. They didn't transfer my call and asked me to wait and told me that I will get a call in the evening. I didn't receive any call later that evening. I sent a couple of emails and didn't receive any support until 15th of April. Meanwhile, my phone completely got turned off and there was no error message as well on the screen.

                                On the 16th, I received a call and the guy tried fixing the issue but he couldn't and told me since my phone is not turning on they can't fix it and asked me to visit a service center. Due to strict lockdown, everything was shut and I was left with no choice but to wait.

                                I safely kept my phone and waited until the lockdown got over in Delhi. On 30th of June the lockdown got over and the service centre resumed. In order to be assured that the service centre is open I tried calling them on the number provided on Google i.e. [protected], [protected] but nobody answered the call as the line was always busy. Eventually I decided to visit them on 4th July but there was a long queue and I didn't receive their support and only few people were allowed due to social distancing. I again went on 11th but they told me they are closed today even though it was showing as open on Google when I checked a night before. I then visited the Service Centre in CP Delhi, and after a long wait they just checked my phone and told they can't fix it and asked me to contact customer support as the warranty got over on 5th July, 2020.

                                Tried calling the customer support the same day but after 25 minutes of being on waiting twice, the call got disconnected stating that due to heavy call volume they can't provide me support. (Attaching the call waiting recording)

                                Is it my fault, I raised a complaint on 12th of April, 2020 (my phone was in warranty then), and after all that hassle they say they can't help me because the warranty is over. Seriously?

                                I now don't care about the phone repair, I just need all my data which is there in this 7 Pro phone and a complete refund with a compensation.

                                One plus has just seen my loyalty because I have had really good experience in the past and I have used almost all the One plus phones before 7 Pro and now I will never use any product of this company and neither will I recommend anyone.

                                I have attached all the proofs in this email and if I don't receive my refund and all the data from the phone, I have already copied the consumer forum email address in this email. They will further take the action.

                                Please help me resolve this!

                                Sorry . Your phone data cannot be restored unless your contacts are backup in google server.
                                Moreover you have installed beta OS phone can be rectified by downgrading previous stable OS.

                                  They are not providing correct details about the product's shipment, they are making false promise for delivery, we can't contact customer care for long long time also their customer care representatives won't provide the exact date of delivery.
