I have bought Oneplus Nord mobile from http://Oneplus.in website, but then have sent 2 HDDs to me instead of mobile phone. I have raise complaint immediately with them, but they are not resolving my issue from last 13 days. I have already provided all proofs with CCTV footage, but still they are not responding. One plus 8 pro unable to make or receive calls, outgoing calls hangs up, for incoming calls it shows that the device os switched off, so i have to reatart my phone again and again.

I bought a one plus 8 pro 12gb+256gb on 14th july, 2020 from a store in gangtok, sikkim. Upon getting the phone i tried inserting both the sims but i’m the secondary sim doesnot work. There is an error message everything i insert the second sim.
