I have a Oneplus 6 phone in Silvassa, India. I had some minor problems in the phone after I updated the phone. The wireless network and cellular network bars were reduced nearly to 0. This was steadily observed at any time after doing the software update on the phone. However, to get this solved; I contacted Oneplus service center and they came to collect the phone. They took the phone. I had a phone conversation with them about the problem. The service representative then said that there is a Motherboard problem in the phone. I bought the phone in October 2018. My phone warranty finished October 2019. However, I do not see any problem that I would have caused to the motherboard. As I said, the phone was working perfectly fine with some network issues in the Wi-Fi strength and Cellular Network strength. In less than one year after warranty expired, I did not expect such issue with a reputed brand like yours. I also did not like the attitude of the representative when he talked with me. They were no sign of politeness and he was very rude to me.
Please, fix the issue. They quote me 18000/- Rs to replace the motherboard which is not the way I expected the service from you. It is not my fault. It is OnePlus’s fault. I expect to have some positive result of this.
