I submitted the repair request for my one plus 3 on 20-june-2020, it was picked up by the servify agent on 26-june-2020. Since then there was no update or no response from one plus team.

After writing e-mails (As no one answers phone at one plus service center), i got update on 10-july-2020 that phone is being diagnosed. Then on 11-july service engineer called me and informed that parts are not available for next 2-3 months.

I do not understand this. One needs the phone in this difficult time and work from home situation. One plus is not considering this.

One plus should not sale their products if they can not keep up with the parts and after sales serivce.

    Dear sir,
    Last year i bought oneplus 6t mobile from reliance digital date was 17/02/2019, amount was 37999/-. From february 2020 i was facing screen flickering issue so i went oneplus care and they said it will fix after coming update, so i received update for the same, after update i noticed some black line coming in screen, so search the issue in internet and found in coming next update it will solve, and i received update for the same but from may 2020 to till date i am facing screen flickering issue as well as black line both at same, so i went service center and they verify that this issue not cause by any physical demage. So i request them to repair for the same but they suggest me to change complete screen and asking for full payment due to out of warranty. As i said to them that screen flickering issue and black screen issue is in your product with or without damage and why you release update for the same when it will solve by changing screen because oneplus team aware of this, why should we face this issue if there is no mistake happen by me? So i mailed to oneplus customer care on 25/06/2020, till date i mailed many times but they didn't response a single mail to me. I text every where as i can but till date no response from them. Given id by oneplus is[protected].
    Now i want proper solution from oneplus. And i don't want give any single rupees to them because of his mistake.

    Dear Sir,
    Today I received a call from OnePlus, he said we will paid 50% amount and rest 50% I have to pay. I don't know why they are asking 50% amount to me, it's clearly anyone can say that this is company fault not consumer, why they sent update to all consumer screen flickering and black screen line? This is a perfect proof that it is company fault. Worst part after update problem not solve, till date they didn't reply on my mail id that 50% we will pay. On call how can I proof to OnePlus service center that you promise to pay 50%, I want every updated conversation in my mail id.

    Hi Sir/ Madam,
    I purchased OnePlus nord on Aug 18. Since then my screen looks yellow in color even at extreme brightenss. After my purchase of second OnePlus nord on sep 12 only, I came to know my mobile has a display issue after comparin. I approached service center for replacement on Oct 3rd. They are not ready to replace my mobile. They are saying yellow color display is not an issue. You can adjust with yellow screen. Lastly, they are not giving any gurantee that after atleast replacing display at the minimum, the new display may still look yellow in color. We can't do anything about it. Since then I left my phone with service center. As it is a display issue from their end. I was checking for a genuine replacement and waiting for your response since October 3rd. Posted n number of mails and checked in service center many times too. Kindly assist me with this issue Sir/ Madam

        This is to draw your kind attention that i placed an order on oneplus.in for oneplus 8 pro order number: m[protected] and the order was cancelled by their team. Even after calling multiple times, i get the same answer that refund will be initiated within 24 hours and already 18 days have been passed and no refund has been initiated yet. The order amount is about rs 60000. Please help me in providing refund reference no.

        I placed an order for Oneplus 8 pro Order Number: M[protected] on 15 June 2020 and then the order was canceled. The refund was not initiated by oneplus for the same, i have been mailing & calling oneplus support for quite a long time about the refund of my order but get the same silly answer every time that they have been working on it and problem will be solved in 24-48 hours. It is an amount of Rs 57348 stuck for the last 40 days, oneplus is taking new orders regularly but not able to solve the pending problem. Before launching new phones like Nord they should improve their services and then expand their business.

          Sir,
          On 25/11/2019, I placed an order for a One plus 7T on Amazon and this was delivered to me on 29/11/2019. Unfortunately the item does not function at all from 29/06/2020, it seems that the phone simply is a faulty product.
          I am hoping that you may be able to send me a replacement product or direct me to a store where I may return the faulty item for a new replacement as soon as possible.

            The one plus 8 pro received in damaged condition. I have requested for replacement of the set immediately but there is no response either through phone/email or other mode of communication. 2 days back i have received the one plus 8 pro in damaged condition manufacturing defect. I am constrained to note the poor service and long waiting of the customer and heavy price tag for the premium phone.
            I have not received any reply from them since more than 2 days ago
            A complaint was lodged with id no.[protected] on 29.6.2020.
            I have already contacted several times but there is no reply.

              Got delivery 24th june 2020
              Used only 2 days
              Today (27th june 2020) stopped working
              I tried everything but looks like buttons don't work at all. Not sure how such a product was marketed.

                I gave my phone for repair via the pickup facility in OnePlus care app on 22nd June 2020, I haven't got any update after that. I wrote an email with reference ID:[protected] and it's been 48 hours without a response about my phone.
                I tried calling them but the call never connects to any agent. According to the courier, the phone was delivered on 23rd June 2020. How come they haven't diagnosed the phone in 3 days? Worst service ever.

                        I ordered a one plus wireless bullets 2 on april 27th 2020. As the coronavirus outbreak happened, i decided to cancel the product. I spoke to one of their associates and they say that i had to reject the product.
                        But their delivery guy delivered the product to the security and went away. I called their customer support immediately and they said that they'd come pick up the product immediately. I have not received any news about them since the day it was delivered and my amount is now stuck. I've tried several ways to connect to their customer care ever since but they never reply. Please help me so that i can return this product and receive my amount of rs 6000. I'm a student who's staying in bangalore and without money it's extremely difficult for me to survive.

                          I have placed a repair request at oneplus for my phone display damage, my phone was picked on 4 jun for repair was delivered on the next at jaipur service centre, though displayed on their app that they received it on 9 jun. Since then i have been trying to reach them to know when i will get through mails and calls, their call service is almost useless, it takes too much time to get connected to any person, i mailed them about it, but they only reply saying it is at service centre. Which is clearly doubtful considering it has been around two weeks.
                          Their service centre contact is not working.

                            Dear oneplus team,

                            I bought oneplus 8 pro (256 gb) near to last diwali (Still not completed one year). Yesterday about 5:30 when i received a call form my friend my phone got hang and neither restarting nor getting any response. Calls are going to my phone but due to phone hanged i can't respond them.

                            Kindly suggest me good idea. What should i do, either submit my phone to service center or wait for complete battery ruined???

                                I purchased my one plus mobile 7t in march - 2020.in just 15 to 20 days my phone got heated once and the screen cracked... But since it is a physical damage the company is not covering it in warranty.. Since the screen cracked due to heating there has to be a solution to it. Such a cheap quality of screen they are using apparently.

                                    I just purchased a new one plus 7t phone a few days ago here in mumbai. Since the time i have been using this phone i have been noticing a greenish tint on the top half of the display and on the second half the tint is more of a reddish color.

                                    This can be seen at various brightness levels but it is more obvious on a low brightness level.

                                    Also this tint is visible on white backgrounds and it is really interfering with my user experience o[censored]sing any page with a white background. The whites on my device is very uneven, green on the top and reddish in the second half. I am not able to use the device as intended.

                                    I called the service center many many times and they are always saying that now due to the lockdown here in mumbai everything is closed and also no services are available such pick up or on site service. But one plus should provide some solution to stranded customers.

                                    Really sad after paying so much hard earned money, very unhappy with this device..

                                    I purchased this device on the 23rd of may here on mumbai from an offline vendor - top ten mobile stores. I send an email to one plus support on the 27 and also the 28th of may complaining about the issue, they have me an id:[protected].

                                    I called up customer care many many times and they are not providing any solution. Today an customer support exec mr. Shubash kumar came on the line and he just didn't support us with our request.

                                    It's already many days since i have informed one plus about the issue, i had already sent pics of the phone in my earlier email to them, which i have resent here below.

                                    I am very unhappy with the device, as i am clear that this is a hardware problem.

                                    I explained the situation to a one plus customer support executive on the phone and send them the pics also and they too agreed that it is a hardware issue after seeing the pics, it's clearly visible.

                                    I am very unsatisfied with the device and request one plus to please do something, as this is causing me too much stress.

                                        I placed an order from oneplus.in on 22 april and canceled it on 23 april.
                                        And contacted customer care regarding refund and they said money would be refunded within 7days. But i haven't received it yet!
                                        They are jst replying with ref no. and saying refund has been processed from our side without even looking where the money is!!
