I purchased my one plus mobile 8 few days back from direct oneplus site and found few quality issues and raised requests for replacement, but they simply cancelled my requests without any reason, contacted customer support many times but ther's no resolution, look into this asap.

    I ordered a one plus wireless bullets 2 on april 27th 2020. As the coronavirus outbreak happened, i decided to cancel the product. I spoke to one of their associates and they say that i had to reject the product.
    But their delivery guy delivered the product to the security and went away. I called their customer support immediately and they said that they'd come pick up the product immediately. I have not received any news about them since the day it was delivered and my amount is now stuck. I've tried several ways to connect to their customer care ever since but they never reply. Please help me so that i can return this product and receive my amount of rs 6000. I'm a student who's staying in bangalore and without money it's extremely difficult for me to survive.

      I have placed a repair request at oneplus for my phone display damage, my phone was picked on 4 jun for repair was delivered on the next at jaipur service centre, though displayed on their app that they received it on 9 jun. Since then i have been trying to reach them to know when i will get through mails and calls, their call service is almost useless, it takes too much time to get connected to any person, i mailed them about it, but they only reply saying it is at service centre. Which is clearly doubtful considering it has been around two weeks.
      Their service centre contact is not working.

        Dear oneplus team,

        I bought oneplus 8 pro (256 gb) near to last diwali (Still not completed one year). Yesterday about 5:30 when i received a call form my friend my phone got hang and neither restarting nor getting any response. Calls are going to my phone but due to phone hanged i can't respond them.

        Kindly suggest me good idea. What should i do, either submit my phone to service center or wait for complete battery ruined???

          My new mobile oneplus 7t (Used for only 2 days) has been lost on my wedding occasion from my residense. I have reported it to my concerned police station but no response has came yet. I have given the details of the mobile (Emei) and sim. Please take necessary action as it was a costly mobile.

            I purchased my one plus mobile 7t in march - 2020.in just 15 to 20 days my phone got heated once and the screen cracked... But since it is a physical damage the company is not covering it in warranty.. Since the screen cracked due to heating there has to be a solution to it. Such a cheap quality of screen they are using apparently.

                I just purchased a new one plus 7t phone a few days ago here in mumbai. Since the time i have been using this phone i have been noticing a greenish tint on the top half of the display and on the second half the tint is more of a reddish color.

                This can be seen at various brightness levels but it is more obvious on a low brightness level.

                Also this tint is visible on white backgrounds and it is really interfering with my user experience o[censored]sing any page with a white background. The whites on my device is very uneven, green on the top and reddish in the second half. I am not able to use the device as intended.

                I called the service center many many times and they are always saying that now due to the lockdown here in mumbai everything is closed and also no services are available such pick up or on site service. But one plus should provide some solution to stranded customers.

                Really sad after paying so much hard earned money, very unhappy with this device..

                I purchased this device on the 23rd of may here on mumbai from an offline vendor - top ten mobile stores. I send an email to one plus support on the 27 and also the 28th of may complaining about the issue, they have me an id:[protected].

                I called up customer care many many times and they are not providing any solution. Today an customer support exec mr. Shubash kumar came on the line and he just didn't support us with our request.

                It's already many days since i have informed one plus about the issue, i had already sent pics of the phone in my earlier email to them, which i have resent here below.

                I am very unhappy with the device, as i am clear that this is a hardware problem.

                I explained the situation to a one plus customer support executive on the phone and send them the pics also and they too agreed that it is a hardware issue after seeing the pics, it's clearly visible.

                I am very unsatisfied with the device and request one plus to please do something, as this is causing me too much stress.

                    I placed an order from oneplus.in on 22 april and canceled it on 23 april.
                    And contacted customer care regarding refund and they said money would be refunded within 7days. But i haven't received it yet!
                    They are jst replying with ref no. and saying refund has been processed from our side without even looking where the money is!!

                      I bought oneplus wireless bullets one year ago ( November 2018). In 2019 i found a problem in the sound and replaced under guarantee at OnePlus store Kukatpally.
                      Somedays After using that i found
                      They gave a poor quality product..
                      Actually i believe the OnePlus products are best quality .. the above picture of mine raise the doubts about the quality..

                      I complained through twitter also.. but no response received

                        As intild uh that my screen burnt and you told that the phone is not going to be heat at the time of charging it's hanging also but due to lockdown neither u can do anything neither i so I want all the service from your side after the lockdown

                          It has ten months I brought this phone in ten months this phone visited to one Plus service center more than four times.

                          Phone is having heating issue for that they are giving excuse we are facing this issue coz of summer. Hope you will understand what kind of service and solutions they are giving. Team is not sharing escalation path not even email address or number of senior manager.
                          Fade up with the device.

                            OnePlus 6t is not detecting finger print which is registered most of the times it won't detect, even if it detects it takes so much time.I have tried enabling pocket mode and re-registered finger print many times but no use.

                            Please fix this issue.

                              I bought a oneplus 7pro in june 2019. The phone had a hang problem and screen blacks out. Now there is a screen burn in the phone, for which the reason being given (By service centre) is due to high resolution gaming and videos. However when this phone was launched, it was launched as a pro gaming phone and high resolution video displayer. Which here is completely false as it is turning out to be. Thet are ready to replace my screen, however i play games and watch youtube as well, i am asking them to justify their false advertisement, because after warranty ends and if the screen burns again, they will ask money to replace the screen which is well over rs. 15, 000/-. I was sold a phone on false advertisement. I have already visited their service center and they have recorded logs of my phone, but cannot provide a satisfactory solution. Another advertisement/promotion of this phone by oneplus says, its "warp charging" and the phone should not heat while charging and watching videos which again is false as i have recorded the phone getting extremely hot during charging. Kindly help me sort this.

                                I want to tell you that when I went to your Connaught Place service center for repair

                                My number there was R34. I told all my problems to the customer Care executives and they refused me saying that your oneplus wireless bullets 2 is working perfectly but it was not

                                I also spoke to the manager of the branch in this regard, but they did not support me as a result, I had to leave the service center.

                                It was my biggest mistake that instead of relying on you and the brand, I trusted your expensive brand which resulted in me

                                I will never be able to trust you in the future

                                Nor will I buy any of your products in future

                                Because there is no value for customer satisfaction

                                  I am using oneplus 6t and it is not even a year old (Purchased july 2019) but twice i had submitted my device to the service center due to recurring re-start issues which means the phone restart repeatedly without getting on.

                                  - in the first instance, i lost all my original data - pics/doc and as a resolution, the service center re-installed the os.
                                  - in the second instance, they changed the motherboard

                                  I have raised this at all previous occasions that this is a faulty device and need replacement but was falsely assured that everything is now fixed and as good as new.

                                  It happened again today with a month of the last service.

                                  Currently, bangalore is under lock-down owing corona virus scare and people are supposed to stay at home for work but due to this great oneplus device i cannot work from home as i need my phone to connect to my office network.

                                  This situation is totally grim and i want oneplus to understand the gravity of the situation and take prompt action.

                                  I want a replacement or refund of the money i have spent on this faulty expensive device.

                                    I bought the OnePlus 7T two days back and last night I saw that the entire upper half of the display is turning greenish under low light condition.
                                    I went to the customer care and they refused to exchange my device, saying it's a normal occurrence.
                                    So, I would like to lodge a complain because of
                                    1. Company employees not mentioning this whole selling the product. Selling inferior quality product and not being open about it.
                                    2. Refusing to acknowledge the issue and replace the device.

                                      I have purchased one plus tv from amazon on oct 12th 2019. But on dec 28th i can find the tv is not showing any thing and on technician visit from qdigi on 31st, he find some internal damage in pannel, and confirmed this is an internal damage as there is no scratch, dent, mark etc on from screen. But since that day, no techinicain has visited/contacted me even after repeated request by me through call/mail etc, and today even after 1 months my tv is not working and i am being denied in warranty service.                                         Dear team,

                                        I had contacted oneplus care team this morning and after having called several (3) times, duration 20+ minutes each call, i was left disappointed and my concern unresolved.

                                        To brief you about the incident, the following voucher was claimed during the red cable concert contest and the the validity mentioned was between 23rd dec 2019 - 23rd jan 2020.
                                        Screenshot of the same attached for reference.

                                        Today being 23rd jan 2020, my understanding was that i could redeem and claim the voucher today. But to my surprise the voucher code had expired.

                                        Apparently, the voucher was valid till 11:59:59 and got expired when the clock turned 23rd jan 2020.

                                        During my conversation with the oneplus care team i was told that someone else has already redeemed the code, later it was told that the voucher is locked to a particular account and purchase can be made only from that account. Finally after a long hold and constant questioning the oneplus care executives stated that the voucher has expired and there is nothing they could do about this as it was system generated and the voucher automatically expired after 30 days.

                                        All of this information was not told or mentioned along with the voucher code.

                                        My concern is when the validity date is clearly mentioned as 23rd jan 2020, how is that oneplus can deny me something they have offered simply because of the system error.

                                        Requesting you to kindly look into this and help me with a resolution.
