I have oneplus 6t and i am happy but little disappointed with the notification bar. When my phone is locked notification panal is active like unlocked phone (Mobile data, wifi, host pot, location, switch data card) options are still working when my phone is locked.
Location & mobile data is important feature for find over device when device lost. If someone find over phone and off data and location feature from notification panel then we not able to find over phone
So request to one pluse technical team fix this bugs.

    People at the "lake city mall, g-4, kapurbawdi flyover, majiwada, thane, maharashtra 400601" service center are very unprofessional. They wasted my time and money and i got nothing but disappointment.

    I purchased my oneplus 3t phone in usa. When i came back to india realized that 4g services are not working on my phone. I called these service center people and they said, come to our center, we will fix it.
    I traveled 25 km and visited service center and they said ; sorry, we can't fix this because your imei number does not belong to india. Such an irresponsible reply. It was pretty clear that the imei number would belong to usa if i purchased it there. Alternatively they could ask me to provide imei number over phone when i first called them.

    If oneplus has any way to open up indian 4g bands on my phone then please do it. I am having so much trouble with the network.

      This is Rajkumar this side. I just bought a one plus wireless earphone and while unboxing it I came to know that it was dead on arrival, post this I contacted Oneplus service centre for the same but they are not ready to listen my issue even and they just asking me to visit Nearby service centre which is 450 or 350 kms far away from me. I asked them to do with the revese pickup but they are not ready for it. They are asking me to courier the same. I'm not here to courier or take to service centre. Kindly send a courier guy with new earphone to my address let him deliver the new earphone and take back the old at the same time. If this is not possible kindly take this back and refund my money I have paid. I have also attached my details for your further reference.

        My one plus 5 phone is keep on switching off, i can only use phone while charging,
        I contacted nearest service center they refuse to take my phone because of physical damage, its under warranty and the physical damage is nothing to do with the battery issue, its 10 months old phone

        Kindly help me to get my phone serviced under warranty, other wise i will raise this issue in consumer court

        Google Crome, Play Store, You Tube not responding in this phone. Cannot download or update any apps and others. Pl. help me to sort out the problem.Despite repeated attempt as prompted by the website, I am unable to resolve the problem. The problem persists for last 4-5 days.

          One plus 6t boasted of its corning gorilla glass 6, it cracked out after a drop from the height of 56cm from my trousers side pockets. So i did what usually anyone would do called the one plus care they said it will be billed 8k₹, i had to go with it, it is alot but i had no other choice, i had already started regretting my decision to move from iphone to oneplus. I do not have service centre in my city though the nearest city with a service centre is indore about 150-200km from my city, luckily one plus had the service of pick up and drop, so i requested it hoping that it would maybe take them what like half a day to deliver it in indore but it was my second consecutive decision which i regret because they sent it to ahmedabad, i don’t what they were thinking but now it has been more than a week (10 days) and my phone is still not delivered to ahmedabad service centre and admist all this if you ever happen to call the one plus care or their partnering service care they will shift the blame to each other and will have only one reply “sorry sir, but you should try calling the other”, now i just my phone back so that i could throw it away. It is 21st century we are in age of data and i have nothing to produce aur consume or analyse data never could’ve thought that life without a phone will become so hard that all your work will come to a halt. All of my data is in that phone and it has become a great problem for me because i am not able to access anything for about more then a week now. I’d say that oneplus and their partners have worst after sales service and are frauds and i would not recommend anyone to buy from them

            I had a visit today ( 01/03/2019 ) to One plus exclusive Service center located in Koromangala, Bangalore. My device is having flickering issue. There is no physical damage done to the device and the same photos are been taken by one plus customer care executive. The device is under warranty and all invoice, receipt was provided to customer care center. However, they denied to cover the device under warranty by saying the device is unauthorizedly repaired from outside. Why would a person repair a device from outside which is already under warranty. Also, they charged the amount for diagnosing and servicing for a device which is under warranty. This is really not acceptable where they just give an excuse saying some or the other reason which is nowhere correct. There are no physical damages.
            Requesting to please have this case taken forward and action to be taken on not providing service and also charging for diagnosing for warranty coverage device. All invoices and job sheet along with warranty receipt are attached.

              I bought oneplus 6t from amazon on 22 dec 2018.
              The phone automatically switches off and restarts. Sometimes even after restart it doesn't opens the home screen, rather it shows "phone is starting" continuously until its further restarted. The phone automatically turned off on 4th jan and even after several attempts it didn't turned on. After few hours it automatically opened the reboot menu and that menu was also unable to start the phone. My phone finally started working on 6th dec after i got it repaired from the customer executives. This caused me a lot of inconvenience for 2 days. The re uploaded the oneplus software in my phone saying that this issue was because of some app. But after 1 day of repair my phone again started restarting, switching off on its own. And on feb17 it again switched off and didnt start again until i showed it to the customer executives. Now they have again taken the phone under observation for 2 days. I am completely fed up and disappointed by oneplus india. It's clear that the device they have delivered to me is defective and yet they are not compensating me by atleast giving me a new undefeated piece. The nearest customer store is 20miles away and its not convenient for me to go again and again to get my phone checked every time. I am a student and this phone is causing me too much trouble because of malfunctioning whenever and wherever it wishes to. Is this how oneplus treates their valuable customers? I have bought oneplus 1, 3, 5, 6 and now 6t and yet this is their response to their customer. I am truly disappointed by their efforts and i am gonna make sure no one of my acquaintance buys stuff from oneplus ever again.

                I ordered oneplus 5t silicon case from oneplus.in i ordered a red colour case but mistakenly it was selected as black and i received a black colour case. I called oneplus customer for the replacement of the red but they refusing to do that. Mistake is in oneplus website but now they are cheating me. I want oneplus to change the colour to red or i want them to refund my money back. Black never suits my phone and black is something bad sign for me... We never use black in our house. My money is totally looted by oneplus... I want a immediate solution...

                  I had bought one plus in d month of July 2018 with an offer of Rs.1500 HDFC cashback told that it will be credited after October 31 2018 but it's Feb 2019 yet it's not credited I had others works to do days after days I am calling and d answer is same to wait even I got a mail for OnePlus that from there end work is done but when I call them they told me in process should I log a complaint in consumer forum...?

                      My phone started heating up near the earpiece, i opted for a repair, servify picked up my handset and repaired it and returned it after 20 days with pathetic service. The phone worked for 15 days and when the camera was used to click 10 pictures at a stretch which is quite normal, the phone started heating up again, i took the phone to brigade road for a repair, inspite of telling them that the phone has h. W issue, they downgraded the s/w from pie to a lower version with no success, the phone was heating up right then, i had an urgent flight next early morning so i took the mobile and returned the next tuesday, the staff doesnot know how to check if the system is under warranty or not, i had to show them that the phone has extended warranty, they took the phone and said we will repair it, now after 1 week they are sending sms for me to approve of the estimate repair, i checked the estimate repair and it says 26k, for a 32k mobile which is under warranty. I should not be paying a pie because the phone is covered under the warranty, i want to escalate this further, whom do i contact?? I am ready to go to consumer forum too.

                        I had given my OnePlus 6 device for repair as there was slight dent on it.But the display and back panel was perfectly fine(there was not even a single scratch in the back panel) They told it will take 1200Rs. to fix the bend. So we gave it to them for fixing(they didn't inform us if they fix it there is a chance of it breaking) after few minutes they are saying that while fixing it the back panel had broken. Now they are arguing with us saying that we had informed earlier if we try to fix it the back panel might break. Please find the attachments of the back panel.

                        Have written a request to oneplus but there is no proper response from them on the same.

                        But resolution provided is raise a complaint on the service center.

                        The concern I had raised is the back panel was broken due to Authorized Service Center mistake. But as per the calls I had with your agents you are saying that the Service Center should have informed us about probable crack while fixing the dent which was not done. If they would have done that I would never given my mobile to correct it (Which they didn't do).

                          Within a few days i'm facing lots of issues like display glitch, media sounds are playing in the ear piece, battery draining like something, phone over heat and lots of issues... I'm satisfied with oneplus 6t. Kindly take your device back and refund my money. My money is wasted here. Lots of issues with the mobile. I got cheated here. I need a proper solution. I paid 42000 for this device i need a proper solution for that i'll not let it go as it.. Money is very hard earned but you people fooling us in the name of smartphone. Take your mobile back and refund my money. Problem will be solved.

                            Hi, i am working at baroda as a software engineer. I purchased a mobile one plus 6 mobile from amazone on 9th august 2018. Emei numbers are (1) [protected] (2) [protected]. I am using both sim cards. On 25th january 2019 in evening time around 8:30 i am going to my home from ctm, at hatkeshwar bridge, ahmedabad i came to know my mobile was stolen from my pocket. I tried to find out around 2 hours but not able to get. I did complain to police station at khokhra, but yet not get any feedback. There is no security system that can find my mobile? Police refuse to file fir. What i have to do?

                              On 29 jan 2019,

                              I received an update on my 1 year old oneplus 5t, during the update i got a message update failed and the only option was a button to reboot.

                              I did the reboot and it bricked my phone, now the oneplus customer execs are asking me to come to their service center which is 35km away from my residence.

                              And they have to do a complete reset of my phone which would lead to loss of entire data. What kind of pathetic quality assurance is that? Why should i loose my digital assets o[censored]tmost importance due to a problem with the company's way of handling things?

                              I talked to the customer executives and have read online that the new android p updates were faulty from the get go for many users, still it was pushed by the company for eveyone.

                              What i want is these super successful companies (One of the highest selling phone brand in india) to take charge for their actions and not push # products! (Yes the software they offer is also their product) i don't know how long i can go without my phone and will probably give in and let them erase my data which is potentially worth a lot of time and money. It makes me furious.

                                I bought a oneplus 6t from brigade road, bengaluru. After a month i was facing some display issues. So they committed to replace the device, so i went to service centre but they are providing me a device which has lots of dust and bubbles in the screen and backside. Actually the replacement mobile is not a fresh mobile. So, i asked for a mobile from store but they denied for it. My money 42000 is totally wasted. They are not ready to provide me a mobile from store but they are providing me a mobile from service centre which has dust. I never expected this from oneplus. Oneplus is a very genuine brand and unique status but now they are also doing like this. Not at all satisfying my needs and my money is wasted... I don't know why they are not giving me a store mobile. This shows that there is fault in service centre stock. I request pete lau the ceo of oneplus to fulfill my needs as soon as possible... I'm suffering with this mobile...
                                Very disappointing... Kindly provide me the store mobile... I don't want from service centre

                                    Software upgrade in last year somewhere in november. My oneplus 3 mobiles camera is showing blur images. No matter what u do (Factory reset, cleared camera cache), it is not clear image. When i contacted to oneplus service center, the camera module is damaged due to software upgrade and this has happened to all oneplus 3/3t devices. They said i have to extra money for replacement of camera module. This is very disappointing. Kindly look ins-to this. Otherwise i have to report to consumer court

                                      The phone was kept in bag which was on my back as soon as the phone was taken out of the bag and fingerprint was given it was seen that the phone was completely dead and it immediately sent emergency sos to all my contacts and 3 times flashlight was seen with no display at all during all this time and phone was completely dead and irresponsive.
                                      The phone was sent to the customer service center immediately, it says that your estimated amount for repair is ₹34, 555 no particular reason substantiated or even given but just the parts to be repaired which included whole phone parts except the front camera and ram.
                                      My phone's current brand new market price is ₹39, 999
                                      This irresponsive behaviour from the company is completely unacceptable as they are not standing onto their claims i. e T&C which would lead to lesser customer interest in future for the brand.
                                      You are requested to take into consideration my complaint as the phone as well stated before is in warranty period.
