After updating the last version on mobile handset, rear camera focusing has been stopped.
When i have talked with company's customer care they are saying that everyone is facing the same problem.
So i have asked them to replace the rear camera for the handset.
They are saying customer should pay the charges for the replacement.
If it's company fault then why should customer pay the charges.

    Hello,

    This email is regarding my previous multiple number of visits to your service center located in pune seasons mall magarpatta.

    Issue with the phone : the issue started in month of october 2018, with my one plus 5t. Which is purchased from croma mall. The phone was having issue with freeze on multiple screens and i have shared videos with this email for the same regarding my issue. I visited service center on 6th november 2018. The service tecnician changed the display and said the issue is being resolved. Still i was having the issue post which i re submitted the phone and they changed the mother board for the same and said the issue is resolved. On 20th november 2018 i again had the same issue. So the tecnical person came to collect the phone on 20th november 2018. Post that they have still kept me on saying we have escalated this issue to our escalation team. We are waiting for a update. Post that, there is no update from the compsny they said. They rebooted the phone and said issue is resolved it was a software issue. I still have the issue with my phone and they just say we dont have a update from the team so we are waiting for the update.

    I would like to know is the team so irrrsposible for the customers?

    Is this really so delay in getting a update for the same. We customers can only take video of the issue. If we would be trcnical person we could have get to know issue. The service center just says contact customer service and esclalate. Its been a more than a month now.

    Behavioural issue : the team is who is working at the service center is seriously not helping the customer with the real cause of the issue. If the issue is not resolved they direct the customer to customer care. Mr nitin and store manager mr prashant. They personally gave their personal number to contact for update. They never receive calls the service center number they never pick up my number calls. I have tried and tested this too.

    Once nitin and prasant said "i am not your servant whenevr you call and ask me the update, kindly do not call again".

    Is this the service i get from the oneplus? This brand is really known for its service. I am really very disappointed for the kind of service.

    One more thing i would like to add is when they collected thr phone from me on 20th nov the jobcard was not being made. They say we have escalated. Tell me one thing is jobsheet is not being made. How the ticket is being raised? Thr job sheet was made on 27th of nov saying that no issues reported as center. And they say we have resolved your issue.

    I want the phone to be completly replaced. I am not going to waste my whole time jst to travel 25kms everyday and hear the same things. Kindly resolve this asap. I habe emailed the team twice in two weeks still there is no reply from anyone.

      UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR BY CROMA, MALAD-MUMBAI and ONE PLUS, DEFECTIVE PRODUCT SOLD/MULTIPLE REPAIRS DONE

      A Phone OnePlus6 was bought 3 June, 2018 from Croma, Malad. Soon after it was bought, no voice could be delivered or heard.

      Visited Croma for the complaint sometime in July. They sent us to Service Centre of OnePlus in Borivali. How unprofessional! Service Centre did something and started the phone. No service receipt was given to us. Again problem. Went to Croma in August and Service Centre again. Service Centre did the same again but problem rose again. Staff was rude and also did not provide receipt.

      We visited Service Centre again on 20 Sept, 2018(Receipt with us). This time we had to be harsh to get receipt. After using the phone, it again stopped.

      Went to Croma again on 13 Oct, 2018 (Receipt with us). They should be responsible for such a product. They took the phone and returned it back in a week with voice working. Same problem occurred.

      We visited to Croma again on 19 Nov, 2018 (Receipt with us).We had to literally shout. We submitted the phone. They reverted on mail saying that phone is fine and there may be network/sim issues. Never earlier they gave this reason. They are cheating and contradicting their receipt dated 20 Sept, in which they mentioned the Mike issue and Mike replaced. Sim and Network issue is their after thought. Phone had voice issues since beginning. The sim is working fine in other phones. To prove this, we called to Croma Representative Tanveer from same number and network but other device and he talked. Hence, reason of Sim / Network is a lie. Several tweets did not impact to such a company and Croma. They like to talk on DMs. They even messaged that “your problem has been resolved”. How lie. Two visits to Service Centres (no receipts given) and then three receipts of continuous visits and issues in phone bear the testimony that they sold defective product. We asked for Replacement/Refund. Enough proofs and visits made and multiple repairs and checks done by them. We do not want anything else less than replacement/refund of this phone. We have gone through hell for five months. Phone was virtually not used at all.

        I recently replaced my one plus x phone’s back panel and everything was looking fine at that moment. But very next day i found the battery drains almost 4x as fast as it did before the back panel was changed. So now one plus service team saying there is an issue with mother board leakage and i need to pay 10000 rupees if i want to fix this. Because of there fault my device got damaged and only they have to fix this asap. Otherwise consumer forum is my last option.

          I bought oneplus 6 mobile on may 23rd and initial performance and battery backup was too good. All of a sudden am facing few issues.
          1. Battery backup comes down from 2 days to less than a day.
          2. Performance is slow
          3. Camera am getting unknown error

          Then i registered a complaint through on plus care app and selected battery backup issue. The pickup was scheduled on 27th october.

          I have wiped my data and app as per instruction given. But one week later i called them again since there is no clue or update and got to know the poor service that still they haven't received.

          Finally they received and marked it as software upgrade done, ready to dispatch. I called them and updated that the issue is with battery not with software. They replied i should not have deleted or resetted if there is battery backup issue. I asked then to diagnose on the battery and that service center num is not readable for last four days. Response was pathetic. To diagnosed 12 days is too much, with no repair done. Pathetic support.

            Worst ever service center you would see. They are just not interested to listen to you. I went to get the screen replaced and after an hour that they took i got to know that i was unable to make any calls through my phone. I went again and there the staff was absolutely unprofessional and casual. Instead of looking into the issue, they made me sit for approx 2 hours more and during this period they gave me stupid silly reasons like your sim is damaged, it might be a network issue, your phone's motherboard might be damaged.. Even though i was continuously suggesting that this might be caused while you were repairing the display...
            Did not pay heed to any of my saying, instead were laughing and making fun inside... After watching this nonsense for more than 2 hours, i asked that why don't u guys open the phone again and see if it got damaged during screen repair? In addition to all this, while i was asking them the eta and reason for such inefficiency, the technical guys inside shut the door on my face showing their attitude!.
            Its a pathetic centre.. Dont ever visit here trust me they can never ever satisfy a customer owing to their indecency, inefficiency and unprofessional attitude.
            Negative points given to these guys! Oneplus should close this store or change employees.

              I purchased one plus 6 8gb phone on 05.08.2018. After purchase it was working excellent even on train internet was working very fine and i was able to open all internet items very fast. Total two requests for update came and i updated the phone. I think after update only internet has become very very slow and it creating problems. I am not able to see internet any where, in local train i is very difficult to see the internet items.

              While calling to any body upper side of the screen (Where photo of the receiver to be seen) some lines are appearing.

              I am very much fed up that my rs.40000/- is going in waste now.
              Kindly advise any solution so that it will work in what way it was working just after purchase.

              10 days back i brought OP6 but when i opened hot spot it is showing in another mobile and tab but not showing in my HP pavalion 26320tx laptop .my laptop showing all other wifi connection but not of OP6.
              .it is having Ralink RT3290 802.11bgn wifi adapter

              pls help me to resolve this issue

                Hello, i purchased my phone just 2 months back and one day whilst going out it started raining. Now my phone was in the windcheater, still some water went in unfortunately. My phone's display has stopped working. It's hard to believe the phone can't withstand few drops of water. The service center people say it will cost me 17k as main board is damaged. So i showed the phone to two other local stores both said motherboard is working fine just display has to be changed. I am feeling duped not just by the company for charging me 35k and losing my phone despite all precautions from my side but also by the service center who are clearing lying and charging me such huge amounts for the phone.

                  I purchased one oneplus 5 phone with imei sr # [protected] on 22nd june2017. Offlate, there were some charging issues and non connection of app 'android auto' with my newly purchased car, hence i showed my phone at your service centre at seawoods grand central mall, navi mumbai. The service report and invoice are attached.

                  The service report now says that they have diagnosed mlb related issue and need to replace for which charges would be rs 24, 830/.

                  You will appreciate that such kind of damages cannot happen overnight and that too in such a expensive phone of rs 38000/.

                  You may look into the issue and arrange to replace the phone in view of above damages which may have happened gradually but came to my notice when i experienced difficulty and approached your service centre.
                  The dash charging system also takes it's sweet time though it is supposed to charge within 30 mnts.

                  Hoping for an early replacement in view of above narrated issues

                    I purchased a OnePlus 6 on the official OnePlus website with an SBI debit card on 21st May and according to terms and conditions was supposed to receive my Rs 2000 cashback by 28th August.

                    I have contacted OnePlus numerous times and was told the following:

                    1) It takes 90 days to receive it
                    2) There has been a system error, you will receive it on 10th September
                    3) There has been a system error, you will receive it on 17th September
                    4) On 25th September - Have you checked your bank statement? Please email [protected]@oneplus.com with all your details.
                    5) On 12th October - On checking your details we can assure you that you will 100% receive it by 15th October.
                    6) On 15th October - You might get it by the end of the month.

                    OnePlus refuses to give commit to any deadline in writing for the simple reason that they are aware they will not uphold it. They will also not respond to emails other than to give the standard response of how "they understand our concern and appreciate our patience and understanding". They will also not give you a direct contact number if you need to get in touch with them. You are expected to chat with a new agent every single time, receive the same scripted responses, argue, and then finally get a phone call with some future date. All these conversations have exceeded half hour.

                    I would be really grateful if you could help me with my situation as this is harrassment.

                      Oneplus 3t mobile stopped working after system update. This is disgusting. I bought this phone for 30000 and within one year phone got spoiled. Oneplus team has tested update on mobile and they spoiled thousands of mobile. After system update, mobile went to recovery mode and never came back to normal. This has broken trust on oneplus. This needs to be taken care. Service center is asking to pay 17000 to replace motherboard when oneplus update itself spoiled mobile. Need resolution immediately.

                        I was promised that my carry in request will be converted to a claim request. However, now it is being denied.

                        Reason is that my protect plan got expired on 28 Aug and I had not raised a claim by then.

                        The reason that I was not able to raise a claim is that the centre provided by servify app in Kolkata refused to take in my device. (It is their in their logs along with problem with my device)

                        Right now my device is pending repair in a centre in Bangalore and I am being harassed by your customer care saying that I did not inform them of damage within 48 hours and they will not accept claim as protection plan has expired.

                        Also, I had extended the warranty by paying around 1700 rupees but the extention was provided only for secure plan covering manufacture defects only and not water damage as in protect plan.

                          As my phone is in warrenty and they are telling that my phone screen is destroyed and they charge rs-7500 for my phone mbut my phone is in warrenty period and my phone is not damaged at all but screen got pink colour and they are charging for screen and i tell them that my phone is in warrenty period..                             Dear sir my data cable is not working properly when it connects to adapter for charging I am trying to see this on one plus authorized service center but in Ghaziabad there is no service center available for this please i already suffer form this situation please help me out from all this. Company have no authorized service center in Ghaziabad I try serval times in customer care but There is no reply from CC.

                              I purchased the phone on Jan 2018, but I started experiencing the back paint chipping issue from the back panel, contacted the customer care they guaranteed me that my back panel will be replaced under warranty, since last 2 month I am trying to reach out to the service centers in Bangalore, but every time they say that there is no stock available, now I am frustrated from this poor after sale services.

                              No impact on the customer care, they are asking to wait, and If my device runs out of warranty they wont even change it after that.

                                I've visited one+ service centre chennai (Egmore) few days back to get my proximity center repaired, due to which am unable to hear the incoming calls loudly. They suggested to change mobile screen which costs around 7k. When i've visited the local service centre for the same, they resolved my problem just by changing proximity sensor and charged around 1.5k.

                                I still don't understand, if there is lack of qualified technicians or they just want to loot money from innocent people.

                                  I placed an order on oneplus india official website for the newly launched oneplus 6 device which was supposed to be a birthday gift for my daughter but when i got my package and tried to open it up, i could not find the device inside the phone box. I got only the charger, user manual, sim ejector tool and some documentations but no device.

                                  My order number is : m[protected], order date : 14th july, 2018.

                                  Upon further closely examining the package, i came to know that the package had been previously opened before i got it since the tear off area was already taken off from the below making it look like it wasnt opened.

                                  I contacted the oneplus team about the issue and sent them all the photo evidence of the box after which i was told to wait for 24-48 hours and promised that my issue will be resolved in the given time frame.

                                  I kept contacting them multiple times but the only response i got was to wait for 48 hours. After 48 hours, they asked me to wait for 7 more business days stating that they needed to investigate about the issue. But there was no response from them even after 7 days had passed.

                                  After which, i got a call from the local bluedart delivery facility asking for the problem, i explained to them the whole story and they said that they would be forwarding the investigation report to oneplus the same day and i would be getting a solution soon. But even after 48 hours of bluedart submitting the report, oneplus team never responded to my issue. Whenever i gave them a call i received the same reply that my problem will be resolved in next 24-48 hours which never came.

                                  Finally today i got a call from oneplus stating that they are not able to help me out because the investigations show that the phone was inside the box when it was delivered to me. I am really astonished with the behavior and kind of support they have.

                                  I feel very disappointed and helpless at this point and i think that i have lost all my hard earned money without any fault of mine. If something can be done about this and i can get my money back, i will be very thankful to consumercomplaints, india.

                                    No doubt oneplus is the best selling smartphone in recent times. I personally was waiting for oneplus 6 to come out for past 8 months. And i bought it on the very first day may 21 being a prime member. But apparently oneplus 6 device which i bought is a defected piece possibly. It just slipped of my hands from around 10 cms height when i was sitting on the table and the display stopped working. I even approached oneplus service center. They just clarified that they can't help it anymore. I just don't understand why i spent 40000 bucks, when it cant withstand that minimal shock of 10 cms height. No single crack on outer part. Inner part has a minute crack on the top edge. I sincerely request oneplus to replace the digitizer or screen whatever it is. I really don't want another rupee to spend on it. Else i'll have to file a consumer forum case.

                                      I had brought a tampered glass from one plus site with a price of rupees 990/- on 9 the of this month and when I applied it on my phone, I had cleared all the bubbles and after couple of hours when I look back to my phone I had found some big bubble on the top right corner of my phone I had tried many times to clear it but it was not working.
                                      So I tried for making an return request but surprisingly after completing all the the steps the website says due to some difficulties the request cannot be completed I had tried may times in that website and at last I tried calling customer service and told them my problems and they asked me to send photos of the phone and I had send the same to them but there was no response after that, then again next day I had again made a chat with chat support then they said me I haven't sent the photos of the damaged item and again I had sent it to them through there chat. And they said their technical support will be call me back. But they haven't called me yet it's almost 2 days
                                      I'm so fed up with the worst support given by them
                                      I need my item to be replaced or just give my money back so that I can purchase the same with a lower price form some other source

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I have purchased One Plus Five Mobile set from Amazon dated 19th November18, But in the month of March18 it was dead .As there was no any Service center at Raipur that time, so I managed to sent it to Banglore service center in April18, and received after repair.But again it gone dead in the month of July18, As this time there is a service center in Raipur, so I given it to Mahamaya Infotech Raipur for service. But they said problem is in Mother board and seems physically damaged so it can't be repaired under waranty.
                                        So I contacted customer care also insisted them to replace the set but both said It seems you have given the set for repair some where else, where this thing happen, I said who under waranty wants to give the set some where else other than company service center, and want to spend money for repair.
                                        But remaining on their excuses they refused to replace or repair free my under waranty set.
                                        Please help me to replace the Mobile.
                                        All the papers regarding attached .if required I may provide my customer care recorded conversation and mails sent and received by me.
                                        -I am also attaching Mobile bill, Screen shot of pick and drop message of Banglore service center, Raipur service center receipt.
