I bought oneplus wireless bullets one year ago ( November 2018). In 2019 i found a problem in the sound and replaced under guarantee at OnePlus store Kukatpally.
Somedays After using that i found
They gave a poor quality product..
Actually i believe the OnePlus products are best quality .. the above picture of mine raise the doubts about the quality..

I complained through twitter also.. but no response received

    As intild uh that my screen burnt and you told that the phone is not going to be heat at the time of charging it's hanging also but due to lockdown neither u can do anything neither i so I want all the service from your side after the lockdown

      It has ten months I brought this phone in ten months this phone visited to one Plus service center more than four times.

      Phone is having heating issue for that they are giving excuse we are facing this issue coz of summer. Hope you will understand what kind of service and solutions they are giving. Team is not sharing escalation path not even email address or number of senior manager.
      Fade up with the device.

Rhe hai display aap ne broken kiya lekin mere pass mere mobile ki pic hai mai ne jab service center mobile bheja tha tb kuch crack bhi nhi tha or disply bhi broken nhi tha or oneplus service center vale bol rhe broken tha

        OnePlus 6t is not detecting finger print which is registered most of the times it won't detect, even if it detects it takes so much time.I have tried enabling pocket mode and re-registered finger print many times but no use.

        Please fix this issue.

          I bought a oneplus 7pro in june 2019. The phone had a hang problem and screen blacks out. Now there is a screen burn in the phone, for which the reason being given (By service centre) is due to high resolution gaming and videos. However when this phone was launched, it was launched as a pro gaming phone and high resolution video displayer. Which here is completely false as it is turning out to be. Thet are ready to replace my screen, however i play games and watch youtube as well, i am asking them to justify their false advertisement, because after warranty ends and if the screen burns again, they will ask money to replace the screen which is well over rs. 15, 000/-. I was sold a phone on false advertisement. I have already visited their service center and they have recorded logs of my phone, but cannot provide a satisfactory solution. Another advertisement/promotion of this phone by oneplus says, its "warp charging" and the phone should not heat while charging and watching videos which again is false as i have recorded the phone getting extremely hot during charging. Kindly help me sort this.

            I want to tell you that when I went to your Connaught Place service center for repair

            My number there was R34. I told all my problems to the customer Care executives and they refused me saying that your oneplus wireless bullets 2 is working perfectly but it was not

            I also spoke to the manager of the branch in this regard, but they did not support me as a result, I had to leave the service center.

            It was my biggest mistake that instead of relying on you and the brand, I trusted your expensive brand which resulted in me

            I will never be able to trust you in the future

            Nor will I buy any of your products in future

            Because there is no value for customer satisfaction

              I am using oneplus 6t and it is not even a year old (Purchased july 2019) but twice i had submitted my device to the service center due to recurring re-start issues which means the phone restart repeatedly without getting on.

              - in the first instance, i lost all my original data - pics/doc and as a resolution, the service center re-installed the os.
              - in the second instance, they changed the motherboard

              I have raised this at all previous occasions that this is a faulty device and need replacement but was falsely assured that everything is now fixed and as good as new.

              It happened again today with a month of the last service.

              Currently, bangalore is under lock-down owing corona virus scare and people are supposed to stay at home for work but due to this great oneplus device i cannot work from home as i need my phone to connect to my office network.

              This situation is totally grim and i want oneplus to understand the gravity of the situation and take prompt action.

              I want a replacement or refund of the money i have spent on this faulty expensive device.

                I bought the OnePlus 7T two days back and last night I saw that the entire upper half of the display is turning greenish under low light condition.
                I went to the customer care and they refused to exchange my device, saying it's a normal occurrence.
                So, I would like to lodge a complain because of
                1. Company employees not mentioning this whole selling the product. Selling inferior quality product and not being open about it.
                2. Refusing to acknowledge the issue and replace the device.

                  I have purchased one plus tv from amazon on oct 12th 2019. But on dec 28th i can find the tv is not showing any thing and on technician visit from qdigi on 31st, he find some internal damage in pannel, and confirmed this is an internal damage as there is no scratch, dent, mark etc on from screen. But since that day, no techinicain has visited/contacted me even after repeated request by me through call/mail etc, and today even after 1 months my tv is not working and i am being denied in warranty service.                     Dear team,

                    I had contacted oneplus care team this morning and after having called several (3) times, duration 20+ minutes each call, i was left disappointed and my concern unresolved.

                    To brief you about the incident, the following voucher was claimed during the red cable concert contest and the the validity mentioned was between 23rd dec 2019 - 23rd jan 2020.
                    Screenshot of the same attached for reference.

                    Today being 23rd jan 2020, my understanding was that i could redeem and claim the voucher today. But to my surprise the voucher code had expired.

                    Apparently, the voucher was valid till 11:59:59 and got expired when the clock turned 23rd jan 2020.

                    During my conversation with the oneplus care team i was told that someone else has already redeemed the code, later it was told that the voucher is locked to a particular account and purchase can be made only from that account. Finally after a long hold and constant questioning the oneplus care executives stated that the voucher has expired and there is nothing they could do about this as it was system generated and the voucher automatically expired after 30 days.

                    All of this information was not told or mentioned along with the voucher code.

                    My concern is when the validity date is clearly mentioned as 23rd jan 2020, how is that oneplus can deny me something they have offered simply because of the system error.

                    Requesting you to kindly look into this and help me with a resolution.

                      Oneplus claims that the device are meant to be used for gaming and temperature not increasing. It will stay cool. I brought my 7t few days back that even i talk over phone for few min it gets really hot, and specially in games. I checked the same thing in front of service center, and they found that when my device gets heated 4.5 degrees in just 5 min o[censored]sage. I got in touch with the higher management to raise a complaint and i asked for a new device. Which i got in next few days, not the same thing is happening again in new device but not to much as compared to the previous on. Still it gets heated. Can anyone help me that why it gets heated so much, as company says that it will not heat. I am using oneplus for the first time, and i am very disappointed. I was very much hapy with my iphone and my samsung s 10 plus, even that phone never gets heated.

                      I myself is a Pilot and I work with Emirates airlines, so i need to keep on working from one counry to another, hence i dont get much time to stay in India. But Trust me on this that I am very very disappointed after I purchased. The first model used to heat 4.5 degrees in 5 min (Customer technicians know that and I asked for the replacement. I even spoke with Bhagwan Sir regarding the same and he gave the approval for the replacement. Baterry is also a big isse that it drains soo fast, some time i have to charge then twice or thrice.
                      Now the issue is that this that the new phone is also getting heat, but not as compared with the first one, bit you can Feel the heat in your phone. Sir I am a captain, I really dont get much time to keep follow up and wait to collect the device. or else if you permit then can i use the exchange the model which of the same price, and if it is more costly then I will pay for extra amount. 7T phone is good but there are some loop[holes which spoils the charm of the phone. Hence I wil return my phone in your service center. I will be more than happy to get my refund so that I can get back to Samsung 11.

                        Hi, i am manisha. I bought my oneplus 7t (Dec-3-2019) the very next day it was being strucked and switched off automatically after some time o[censored]se. There is also glich on screen while playing games. I though of complaininti in one plus community there is a restriction that the user must be using it for atleast 15days. Can u please guide me how to rectify this issue. I will be waiting for your reply.

                          Hello, i bought a new one plus 7t on 30th of november and the problems started occurring the very next day with the screen freezing and switching off of the phone suddenly as well as both the front and back camera turning out black and hanging as this is not expected on a brand new phone which started occurring intermittently. After experiencing multiple times i mailed the one plus services i followed their orders as followed and visited their service center in kurla, pheonix where the engineer on examining the phone was on stern decision that there was no problem with the phone and formatted the phone and asked me not to update the phone but even now without updating i am facing similar problems, i require an urgent solution to this problem.

                            Oneplus is denying replacement of mobile as my oneplus 6t's battery got burst and it is completely burnt from backside and display is completely broken. My wife got injuries on her leg due to glasses from the display we ware lucky to not have any human casualties. It is a complete security threat with oneplus mobile for using such faulty material for mobiles. I want oneplus to pay maximum for this issue. We have provided all the details with photo proofs, bills and injury photo's and they have denied the compensation. I am surprised such a big company blaming us for their faulty product. Mobile was in normal use when it started smoke coming from it with gas leak sound immediately we thrown device away and the it burst we ran away but it was too late to save from getting injury on leg due to glass coming from burst. Mobile is still in warranty period. Please help us to get the justice for this

                              The company has missed 3 deadlines for the android 10 update for oneplus 6/6t.

                              It's giving people warning points and banning people who raise their voice against this taking away their freedom of expression.

                              The security patch is 4 months old.
                              This is against what they promised again.

                              Oneplus should come out, apologize and explain what's going on.

                              I am using 1+ 6 from 1.3 yrs and after last update i.e in july or August my battery is getting drained out very quickly and I am very dissatisfied with this.

                                I purchased oneplus 7 pro 12 gb ram varient of 58000/- on 21 august, but device was having lots of issues.
                                Like graphics shakes whiling touching the screen, while using diffnt apps screen doesn't respond sometime, specially games like pubg, freefire all has same issues.

                                Software or hardware issues, i contacted cust care, service center, facbook, intagram, twitter and even i mail to oneplus. After that they exchanged my device.

                                But in new device also same problem. And i informed them to solve my issues or return my money.
                                But they told me not possible do whatever you want l. Nothing will happen now
                                And they told me to not to use all 3rd party apps.
                                Now tell me sir, if i cant use 3rd party app so what is the use of 58000/- mobilephone. 12 gb ram, 256 storage and 855 snapdragon processor
                                And lots of issues are coming in my devices
                                I can share videos of issues.

                                Even oneplus don't know how to solve it.
                                Not giving any commitment also.

                                  I had purchased my one plus 7 pro phone from brigade road show room in bangalore on 6th june 2019. Last week i had approached a show room in ernakulam to fix a tempered glass to avoid any scrach on the screen. While wiping the screen with cotton cloth the technician found out accumulation of dust in the display and on close checking he had realised that there is gap in the display of phone in one or more places. He asked me when i have purchased this and whether i have the bill and informed that it is defective and inform the company so that they will replace the phone. After a couple of days i went to your brigade road show room and shown them the phone. They accepted that there is gap in the display but to my horror they blamed that the mobile technician has heated the phone to fix the tempered glass and that is why the gap has come on the display. I lost my cool and shouted back him. The technician has fixed the glass infront of me and he never done anything other than wiping the screen with cotton cloth. Finally they said they have to consult their higher ups to take a decision. I got a message after a couple of days from them and asked me to submit the phone to replace the screen. I have refused to accept this. I have paid 53k for a phone and it turned out to be a defective one and why should i agree to get it repaired? They are saying that i should have pointed out it immediately after i purchased the instrument. It is rubbish. The screen is black in color and by looking at that you can't make out that there is defect in the corner of the display.in fact i had asked for a tempered glass at the time of purchase but they didn't have stock. I had purchased three more phones (All one plus 7) in the last four months from the same show room, the last purchase was on 12th august, and every time i asked for tempered glass but they never had the stock of the same. This defect also pointed out by a technician when i approached him to fix the tempered glass to protect the display. I told your people in the show room that i am not willing to accept their proposal and going to escalate the issue. The show room manager mr. Rakesh had called me and asked for some more time. It is one week now and still i am waiting for a feed back from them. When the company is accepting that there is a manufacturing defect on such an expensive phone like one plus 7 pro why should a customer accept to get it repaired? If the phone is a cheaper one i should have accepted that.in this case nothing but replacement of the phone is the option.

                                    Hi all,

                                    I had made a purchase on 07/10/2019 for a one plus 7 device from my credit card.

                                    And i requested to the cashier to convert the 29999inr into the 12 months emi, so that i can pay it monthly.

                                    Somehow the emi was not successfully converted and the base amount is reflected into my next billing cycle.

                                    To rectify the issue, i have connect to the branch manager of hdfc bank, and they found that the emi request is not successfully completed from the merchant end as it's not reflecting anywhere in to the hdfc banking system.

                                    As no choice i made of minimum due amount as per my statement, and suffering for the penalty with the huge interest rate at the base amount.

                                    To get the solution i have connected with the one plus store and they took 3 days to tell me that the due to some reason the emi is not converted, and one plus is not liable for this mistake as the emi part was taken care by the swipe machine company (Pine lab).

                                    As the transactions was sucked from the card swipe company (Pine lab).

                                    I want to know the clarification from one plus india and pine lab too, why the emi process is missed from there end, or somehow at that time if it's missed due to any reason then why the action is not taken from there end

                                    Just for my convenience i have made the emi for 12 months, but now i’m suffering with the additional burden, resultant i need to pay the minimum due amount (Which is worthless) to just save my cibil.

                                    And again the issue is going on and no action taken from the pine lab and one plus, which impacted the statement o[censored]pcoming billing cycle.

                                    Now as a fine (Penalty) i need to pay somewhere 6k which includes (Penalty + interest on the base amount 29999 + 18%gst on the overall statement)

                                    I really don't know who is responsible for all this but i’m wasting my money in the min due amount of the credit card.

                                    My entire happiness of buying the phone has gone for a toss and i am cursing myself of thinking of buying it from one plus.

                                    Kindly help me for the same and guide me how i can convert the emi and how i will get the money back which i paid as a penalty to the bank to same my cibil score.

                                      After 2 years of owning, it develops a problem and asking amount to fix it was around 10k, so I declined their services. They sent me a damaged phone with gaps all over. Unprofessional and substandard level by OnePlus.

                                        After an year of owning, it develops a problem and asking amount to fix it was around 10k, so i declined their services. They sent me a damaged phone with gaps all over. Unprofessional and substandard level by oneplus.

                                        And they are too chickened out to face their blunder.
