Today i visited one plus service store thane branch for various complaints i am facing since i have purchased one plus 7t (Purchased on 04/10/19). But after sale service, the executive told that it was just a software problem and we have fixed it. Having trust on their words still i am facing the same problem after reaching home, problems are stated below
1. Charging problem
2. Hang
3. Phone getting off often

I want a replacement for my product asap or else i will file case in consumer court

I bought my oneplus 7pro before a month only and my phone is 1month old now, from 20th day itself i was facing lots of hanging issues in the phone. I approached the mobile shop reliance digital from where i bought my phone they said me to approach service center so i approached service centre, they told me like of we flash the mobile the problem will be solved, i believed that and flashed my mobile but after a day i'm again facing lots of hanging issues and i do have screen recording for those. I have spent 50k for this mobile but there is no proper response for the consumer. I need a mobile replacement as this is a manufacturing defect. This is not supposed to be happen.

Smartphone is cheating in the name of the warranty (Screen replacement). I had replaced the screen of my phone. Before that i had contacted the one plus care team they have promised me that to do a screen replacement the amount will be refunded. However, its been a long time form past 5 months they are saying one plus care (Servify team) and one plus team is different.in customer point of view the support team will serving for one plus. This is a big scam going with one plus. Please suggest me to get my amount back of rs 17000 oneplus oneplus.

My brother's phone was damaged at home as it fell. So i gave for repair thru one plus care app.
The visakhapatnam service center was removed so had to give pick up drop service which they provide.

I gave my device for repair on oct 3, due to their logistic delay it took 7 days to reach their hyd service center. Then another 4 days to repair. I even paid money of 2250 for repairs on the payment link they sent me.
Then...

Paid for an upgrade from my oneplus 6 to oneplus 7t using the oneplus *don’t* care app.

My device was picked up this morning and to my surprise the new device wasn’t brought. The logistics resources asked me to contact oneplus customer service to know more.

The oneplus call center informs me that the ‘oneplus *don’t * care’ app is outsourced to another company and they can’t help.

I call the new number and ask, to my horror i’m informed that i’ll get my new device in 7 working days! (I would love to meet the bozo who made this policy and pushed it through!)

They should at least mention it when the order is being placed!

Such slimy antics weren’t expected from oneplus!

Against all hope i’m writing here to maybe get a resolution!

OnePlus claimed that OnePlus 7 pro can hold a bucket of water (water-proof). They lied, the water got all the way down to the motherboard of my device just by a splash of water causing the servicing cost 40k. Their service center is offering me just 3k for 53k phone (exchange). Note : Despite the device being in warranty and a screen replacement plan.

I have purchased an oneplus 7t mobile from amazon on 29th sept. 2019.
There was an offer mentioned that the oneplus 7t user will get double data offer by on airtel sim on purchase of oneplus 7t (also mentioned on oneplus official website)
So i bought an airtel sim card and recharged that sim with 249 and followed all the instruction properly .
Still i am not getting double data. I raised this complaint with airtel but they completely denied about such kind of offer for oneplus 7t user so
I raised this issue with oneplus customer care team and my case id is[protected]. my issue is still unresolved.
They are only making fake promises that this issue will be sort out within 24hrs from past 14 days.
This is misrepresentation and fraud by the company as airtel is not providing such kind of offer but oneplus is misrepresenting consumers by showing such kind of offer.
I suffered from mental harrasment because of this.
Help me on this issue

I bought oneplus 7t on 6th october, 2019 from oneplus store, brigade road bangalore. And i'm facing issues with its sensors (Proximity sensor), have attached a video for the same comparing it with other oneplus device.
And also the phone screen is yellowish in colour (In default/stock settings) compared to other oneplus 7t devices. Need money back or should be replaced with a new device. It's just been 2 days.

I bought a oneplus 7 two and a half months back. I have been experiencing phone lagging and hangs since the first day. I have been complaining about it repeatedly since then and my issue still remains unresolved. I have taken my device to the service center twice and i sent it for repair for one week. They haven't been able to diagnose any issues in three attempts and multiple troubleshooting/reset procedures.

After all the complaints, the only response i get is to take it to the service center again. I have been asking them to assure me in writing that they will fix my phone 100% this time and if they are unable to fix it they will either replace my device or reimburse me in full. They are not assuring me in any way and just keep asking me to take it to service center hoping that the issue gets resolved. I am very very frustrated with the service provided.

Bought one plus 7 on 1st sept 2019 from croma shop of borivali. The phone is not storing the pics in gallery. The phone is with service centre from last 20 days. The technicians agreed that the phone will be replaced but no actions yet. Again they are checking so many things and talking about giving the same defective piece. After sales service of one plus 7 is very poor. The technicians do not even pick up the phone. Croma team is also not giving any positive response. We paid rs. 38k for the new phone. Its almost a month and this is the kind of service we get from both the reputed brand. I believe one money has gone into waste. We are at their mercy now.

This is sumeet chawhan and have purchased a one plus 7 mobile from croma store, attapur on 20june, 2019. As there was a offer if we make a payment from sbi debit card, will get cash back rupees 2000 in 3 months. Three months are completed by this 20th september, 2019 but my account is not credited with rupees 2000.
Request you to please look into it and provide cash back.

I bought a one plus 7 a month back and since i seemed to have a setting issue i went to the saket service centre in pvr complex. My complaint was simple 1) instead of sms's i was receiving notification under which a whole lot of sms came with no pop up, 2) why do i have to manually switch to roaming when i travel. The gentleman at the counter claiming to be a trained technician inadvertently changed the setting resulting in in a problem with my emails with no notification happening. While the earlier problem seem to have been solved a new one had emerged which five hours later, they are still not able to resolve. The manger of the service centre amrita was ineffective, the regional manager
North mr akrit. Was useless. My andemand was 1) write me a letter acknowledging the mistake alternatively give me a new mobile. I demand an inquiry into the matter

Bought one plus 7 on 04.09.2019 from m/s vijay sales store in ghaziabad, u. P. Vide bill no. Urn-s-si1378. The issues observed using the phone are: (1) low clarity while talking on speakers at a distance. The other person is not able to hear to what i'm trying to communicate and i need to repeat my conversation again. (2) while talking over the phone, if i get a call which goes in call waiting, my existing call at times gets disconnected. (3) the volume is too loud while talking over phone. Any person sitting next to me is able to hear my conversation over phone. I'm facing lot of problem due to this issue & need resolution/ replacement of phone on priority.

I bought one plus 7 phone in july 2019 online from amazon website.. I started getting issues with this phone within a month.. My screen flickers, the volume of the phone while speaking is very high, when i insert earphones i cannot listen to music and if i get a call and detach my earphones the volume is too loud on a minimum level.. I could hear my own echo on the phone, my phone automatically goes on silent. Mode and even when im on a call it opens up any other apps, it hangs as well.. I went to the service center in kandivali they said its software issue and they formated my phone and said i wont be facing any problem later but the problems are increasing!! This phone is a faulty piece and i want it to be replaced.. Within a month when im facing so many problems even when i paid 32999 for this its ridiculous, its not a cheap price.. One plus are providing such faulty pieces which has to be replaced for such problems im facing in such a short period of time. This is like. Fooling around the customers who trusted one plus company.

I have purchase one plus mobile from one plus webite as that time they have coustermer benefit of payment through credit card that 1500 cashback will be done by oneplus with in 90 days as i have provide all details to compnay that i have not received cashback. Company is making fraud excuses that we have submitted cash back. But i have my bank statement of all months. Company has not done any cashback to me. And company is big fraud company

I wanted to tell the no.1. Company in the world that they have broken my heart and soul and also i visited the one plus service center 5 times but they are unable to resolve my problem my phone is having a no. Of problems
First it hangs
Second its body detection does not work
Thrid its contacts are deleted automatically
So i want a brand new one plus 7 pro nebula blue 12 gb ram variant to be replaced with this one and i am ready to pay the difference between the two but it should be free replacement as company claims 1 year of warranty and that is also less but anyway my phone stop working within a month.
I am politely requesting to your company and not being rude like other customers are with you so don't take advantage of that
And what will company do with 58000 if there customer are not with them and 58000 can not run the company i am telling the reality because if you lose a customer's trust you can do nothing

I purchased a mobile handset one plus 7 pro on 16/08/2019 from mangal sales ava's vilas choraha haldwani. When someone called me the ringtone was not ringing, since then i am trying to fix the problem but the phone continues to be in vibration mode. The ringtone volume key on the left side of the set is showing maximum volume but in settings the ringtone volume is not working. Please help me. Thanks a lot.

I purchased this device about 1 month back. It has mic issues so i have given it for repair. After repair it has heating issues and you can't keep it on your ear even for a minute. They wiped my data just to replace my mic. What mic has to do with the data wipe, it had pictures for my daughter. There delivery boy (Pawan) clearly mentioned that one plus service centre is a big mess it's always better to go to service centre don't handover the phone. Shame on you one plus. Naver sattel. Please change your tag line you don't deserve it really shameful. Please give me a working phone talking on the phone is the basic feature without this phone is for no use. Please take it back or replace it

On "22-june-2019", i purchased "oneplus 7" online from amazon. After 2 days i opened the mobile phone on my b'day i. E 24th june. Yesterday (15-july-2019), i kept my phone on charging and start watching tv. Suddenly i felt burning smell and i was shocked when i saw smoke coming out of my new oneplus 7 and immediately i turn off the plug.
I was so threatned to see this, i believe it could be a big blast of my oneplus 7 if i was not present there. My charger was fine. It was this low quality phone which got burnt. I haven't ever thought that such a reputed company can manufacture so low quality and unsafe device
When today i went to oneplus service center (Mgf - mega city, gurgaon), inspite of replacing my phone, they started arguing with me and tell just to repair. Well my fault was just that i turned off the plug, instead i should wait there for the blast so that they don't get the chance to repair even.
Well, this company lost his trust.in my entire life, i haven't seen even that with in 10-15 days a new mobile can catch fire.
I want my mobile to replaced or give me refund. If it can not suffer 15 days, how can i trust it will be ok further and moreover, who want to operate the damaged new phone.

Oneplus team, i haven't expected this type of service and product of your company. It's very shameful and disappointing.
