On "22-june-2019", i purchased "oneplus 7" online from amazon. After 2 days i opened the mobile phone on my b'day i. E 24th june. Yesterday (15-july-2019), i kept my phone on charging and start watching tv. Suddenly i felt burning smell and i was shocked when i saw smoke coming out of my new oneplus 7 and immediately i turn off the plug.
I was so threatned to see this, i believe it could be a big blast of my oneplus 7 if i was not present there. My charger was fine. It was this low quality phone which got burnt. I haven't ever thought that such a reputed company can manufacture so low quality and unsafe device
When today i went to oneplus service center (Mgf - mega city, gurgaon), inspite of replacing my phone, they started arguing with me and tell just to repair. Well my fault was just that i turned off the plug, instead i should wait there for the blast so that they don't get the chance to repair even.
Well, this company lost his trust.in my entire life, i haven't seen even that with in 10-15 days a new mobile can catch fire.
I want my mobile to replaced or give me refund. If it can not suffer 15 days, how can i trust it will be ok further and moreover, who want to operate the damaged new phone.
Oneplus team, i haven't expected this type of service and product of your company. It's very shameful and disappointing.
