My phone has always been in a protective cover, not used in the water, never laid in moist areas.

I kept in touch with the support center. Basically, i keep being told that it is moisture damage, while i’m sure it’s not. Oneplus tries to avoid their responsibilities on the warranty.

I just want the one plus to change my phone or repair my phone otherwise i am constrained to take consumer court case against you and also publish the dis quality of your product.

    Have just got one plus 6 on 29th may 2018... Have purchased this set as i was already using one plus 2 from last 3 years.. Being a banker and a regional leader mobile is like a life line.

    But all that glitters is not gold.. Since d day i have purchased this set i am in to a big trouble rather than ease... Have problem in calls... Can't take or do calls as having a error {can't hold calls} this is disgusting and is hampering my daily job.

    Have not invested rs 35k to spend time at service center in one month of purchase.

    I want company to exchange the hand set and send new one with zero error.

    Looking at immediate solution.

      Hi team,

      I am reaching out to consumercomplaint forum with this faith that i will have some resolution here.

      Let me explain my part of story to you and the way one plus representatives treat and behave with customers-

      Three weeks back, i slipped and fell down with mobile in my hand and there was only a slight crack on the edge at left side. I realised that the rear camera of lens is also broken on this thursday i. E. 14th june, when i had a cut with broken piece of rear camera's lens glass. My phone was working perfectly fine and there was no problem in display or camera.

      I have visited to kormangala branch on this sunday i. E.17th june and this is how it worked out for me+

      I have given my phone for rear camera lens replacement and as you know that my touch screen was broken slightly from one of the edge (Left edge) then amandip from your team suggested me that there may be chances for screen replacement if screen gets a crack in different places during rear camera lens change. Please make a note that during my conversation i had also requested her if this will be covered under phone warranty as i bought this phone in the month of october last year and she told no it will not. I told amandip several team - please try if anything works out and i don't want to change the screen. I have also asked her to discuss this with engineer and ask him to work calmly on this one for the replacement but when i came back and look into the old touch screen, it was in same condition as earlier and there was no other crack and when i showed them, two of your team members went inside and discussed for around 10 mins and came back with reason stating that led was broken that's why they need to change the screen replacement. Rakesh was the engineer for this change.
      The other lady who was there to assist me during phone collection told that we have changed this as there was display issue. When i asked questions to your team regarding screen replacement and also stated that there was no display issue and how it was working from past three weeks, they were just looking here and there and then finally called amandip to deal with it. Amandip and other lady went inside to think about the fake issue as your team was wrong. They came up with this fake reason that was not at all acceptable. When i asked other representatives, they were just repeating that this is how our authorised service center works if you approve to change the screen replacement then you don't have right to comment. I agreed to their point but i had only one question with the team how it was working from past three weeks and when they touched my phone it stopped working. They were saying if led is fused or broken, you will get blank screen but it never happens in my case from past three week after i had slight crack in one of the edges and that was not on the screen but at left edge of the phone.
      On same point, i have one question for one plus team if team need to change the phone battery then how does this process works - again your team will say madam you need to go for screen replacement even if it is not required and we will cut your pockets by asking you to pay for it.

      For time being, i have paid the bill as per invoice no. Mtkor[protected] and i have also reached out to other mobile shop to understand if really this was an issue as per explanation. They confirmed me that guys seating over there fooled you and collected money from you. Additionally, at the same time i have called customer care to complain and they requested me to drop an email.

      Hope you will look into my concern and resolve it at earliest.
      I have never expected this type of service from one plus authourised service center atleast. If this is the way you guys work, then you are making other customers to go for other companies mobile and even i will suggest my friends to never buy oneplus phone as i got looted, i will help others to save their money.

      We, the customers reach out to service center with this trust that they will take care of their phone and will help us with original parts and will fix the exact problem. I have never thought that i will end up paying more amount to your service center then if i had repaired it from somewhere outside. I ended up paying the amount of 5936 instead of 600 rs which is somewhat 10 percent of amount i paid you guys

      Message for one plus team - think about customer pain points as well and don't make fixing issue as money business and cut down our pockets.

        Bought oneplus 3 phone in july 16. Within a year, camera focus failed and earpiece low volume issue. Got promotion sms from oneplus stating that service charge for repair work is free and 10% discount on parts. Later on came to know that oneplus wanted to train their new manpower on repairing phone's and accordingly advertised the offer.
        I took my phone for repair to oneplus service center at south court, saket, new delhi on 16 jun 18. They inspected the phone and sent my phone to the repair team. I was not informed of any more damage to my phone.
        After the repair, i noticed my screen top portion is detached from the body of the phone. I informed the person concerned and was told that i should cover the phone using back cover. They also brought out that this problem existed before. Inspection before the repair by the trained customer service center person did not reveal any damage.
        To repair this i was asked to pay 7k to replace the whole screen. This is due to replacement oriented servicing rather than repair.
        I tried taking up the issue with head of the oneplus but nobody seems to bother.
        I would like to complain on the sub standard product, poor service network (Only 3 service centers in delhi), replacement oriented servicing rather than actual repairs thus charging very high, not accepting manufacturing defect.
        My phone internal parts are exposed now and would lead to damaging other parts subsequently.

        I bought my phone one plus 5 t in November 17. It's been around 8 months only and my phone has started heating up . Battery discharge in few hours without using any aap. I m shocked that one of the reputed company's phone is having these problems.
        Either u solve this or exchange my phone set
        I bought a new one plus6 as it is water splash proof. I gone to park and climate was little raining. After that phone my got stucked not working. And you people are not listening my issue. Is it your service?
        I can't connect Bluetooth to any of other Bluetooth devices from OnePlus 5t mobile.

          My oneplus 3t has a pinkish violet colour on the side of the screen...it was not there until yesterday night...At morning the colour pops up from nowhere..and its growing rapidly...The phone has never fallen down, or never had any stress on the display..and the customer care told me i have to completly change the display worth 7500/-.It has been only 1 year and several months old...poor...its so bad...

            HI I am trying to avail accidental protection since 10 days.

            downloaded the app Kotak 811... entered aadhar card # and pan card #.
            verification done but CRN number not generated. it gave error message.

            "It Looks like you have already tried opening account with us through this App, but couldnt proceed. No worries, you can visit our website www.kotak.com for applying. :

            Visited Oneplus 6 outlet in Ahmedabd spoke to Jasmin Pandya[protected].

            He sent an email to servify. Servify says we dont know call Kotak bank.

            Kotak bank says... we dont know call OnePlus team .

            Dont know what I am suppose to do.

            I have not received any CRN number... what am I suppose to do. Stuck with it.

              With above mentioned mobile purchased through amazon on 2017, after one year screen was not opening. Went for service to the authorized service center brigade road bangalore india, on 25/04/2018 and as per them the mobile mother board is not working. But my concern is that| i am used my mobile with more care even that all of sudden it is happen like this, please check the root cause and repair or replace. If my mobile details required please collect from service center bangalore.               My One Plus 5T phone keeps on Hanging frequently. I had showed the phone to Season Mall, Pune, Maharashtra Service station. They did something and the phone worked ok for few days. But again the problem continues.

                I'm using oneplus 5 from 8 months. Processing became very slow. Taking lot if time for every action. Touch pad is not working properly. I went to oneplus store and they upgraded it. Now it became too worse. It is working like 2gb ram mobile. I'm not sure what customer service people had done with this mobile but i don't want to tolerate this because i paid 33000 for this phone. I wanted to take action against this.

                  When i purchased oneplus 5, they gave me the promo code which i can refer to my friends so that i can benefit from my future one plus purchase. I shared this to my friend who was buying oneplus 6 from amazon. But the promo code what they shared was not working; but he had to place the order without applying the promo code. Upon checked with amazon customer care, they said the promo code was in invalid format.

                  The format what oneplus gave me was xxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx
                  But the format amazon expects was xxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxx

                  Amazon asked me to check with oneplus customer care. Upon checking with oneplus, they said it should be resolved by amazon and they don't own this issue. After explaining the problem, they admitted this is a problem from their side but they cannot map this with already purchased order.

                  I told them this is not fair; i am lost one of the reference and it should be compensated. They told me they will give me a call back. I received the call back after 3 days; but he said he cannot do anything in this regard.

                  It is very difficult the get the reference, if we get the reference also; this kind of pathetic issues is really embarrassing me.

                    I write with great disappoint about the call conferencing issue which is being faced by me since more than a month time. I have visited the service center almost 6 to 8 times and was given various solutions, like as to change sim, upgrade software and others. Despite doing all these and even a complete reset done with new software updation this problem persists.
                    My last visit to service center was on 18th of may, where the technicians at center did a volte enablement and removed true caller app, post which it worked fine and now seems to continue with the same issue.
                    Since, call conferencing is a must need for my business calls, this issue has made be handicapped and impacting my work. Hence, i need this to be sorted out immediately or will need a replacement od handset or refund of the cost, whichever is viable.

                    Hoping for a complete resolution on this.

                      I have purchased mobile 17th march 2018 after that from 3rd day i face many problems regarding this handset. Now i hate this company because they are the worst service providers.

                      Below are the ticket numbers i have raised :
                      2225508, 2256841, 2292136

                      During the first and second visit, a phone is continuously restarting when i went to service center they kept my phone for multiple days and at the end, they are saying there is no problem at all.

                      During the third visit, they told me your sim card is corrupted, so i took the new sim card and now the phone is getting switched off continuously and not restarting back.

                      Also once they did online flash/reset of a device but that is also not working.

                      If the customer is facing then only they will go to service center else we (Customer) don't want to see their faces. How they can say without checking that there is no problem.

                      Now it is high time that i am looking for phone replacement as soon as possible.

                        I bought this one plus 5 upon it's launch. The company claim to have corning gorilla 5 glass. Wobderi g what does it mena scratch proof and not easily breakable. Am really upset to say that my phone fell from 3.5 feet hight on a carpet and cracked badly.. This is so annoying n dissatisfying. Why claim tht it's an excellent glass. It result to be so delicate. I am hghly annoyed and dissatisfied. To change the display it's costing me 7-10 thousand. I want a resolution expert from one plus to call me and get it fixed. Otherwise i will logged a complain in consumer court. And also publish my disappointed on all social media

                          Its a new device only 2 days used. Sometimes i get noticed by someone who tried to call me but he couldn't contact me.
                          When i'm trying to call him back i get a message "cellular network not available". But the strange thing is, that i can use cellular data without any problems same time. I can only call if i restart my phone manually or if i on and off airplane mode. Otherwise i cannot tell if someone is currently trying to call me and if he has issues getting me in touch. Its very annoying

                          I have purchased a new one plus 5T mobile two months before. In just one month I have started facing the issue ...a sort of air noise while on the call. Secondly, I can't put my call on speaker while talking.

                          Completely frustrated with the mobile phone functioning.

                            I complained about the camera failure issue in august 2017 and without inspecting my mobile they told me to replace the camera. I told them to inspect the device as there might be some other reason which might not need camera replacement. But they denied inspecting and told me to replace the camera. After contacting the customer service centre multiple times i finally got my camera replaced in feb 2018. Moreover the behaviour of the staff of oneplus service centre at vadodara is highly unprofessional, rude and insulting. They aren't knowledgeable and they everytime replace the camera whenever there is any issue regarding the camera. They were unable to answer my queries. They treat customers arrogantly. When i asked customer care people about the issue they contacted service centre people at vadodara and told me to visit the service centre again and find the reason. The staff was highly disrespectful. When told about the incident to customer care they told service centre people blamed me that i didn't allowed them to diagnose the device. As it was the fault of the service centre people of oneplus they didn't accepted their fault and just had a "sorry and could not help me into the matter" for all the pain, time and energy i have to face just for a camera from august to march.
                            They don't have camera in stock for months and the customer has to invest his time and energy to resolve the issue.
                            I advice everyone not to buy oneplus as they don't care about the customers and don't provide timely and efficient services to the customer. You have to pay twice and thrice the amount for the device once you buy it.

                              I have purchased oneplus 5t from amazon website and after 20days used device the fingure print stopped working and submitted the device for repair in my near location service center, they committed there was issue in motherboard and they changed the motherboard and delivered the fone after month with unsolved issue but new motherboad as the iMEI number has been changed. Also back damage on the fone.

                              I am requesting them to instead of re-repair they refund/exchange the existing device with new brand. as the issue has been found very early.

                                The call centre representative cut the call while i am talking.
                                One more representative kept my call in hold and left.
                                Didn't provide the solution for my issue in the time requested by him and now he is saying he cant say wen the issue will be solved.
                                The worst behaviour of the representatives and they are acting as if they have working on the issue without working on it.
                                I need an immediate action to be taken against them.

                                I have replaced display for One Plus X phone display in Velachery Smart Technology service center 1 month back. Now Tocuh is not working in my phone
                                Even though 3 months waranty is there, they are not replacing display.
                                The display what they have changed in my mobile is of very low quality

                                  I contacted them for the return of my one plush headset i bought directly from their official website. They made me fool saying they will call me back to solve this. And i have been contacting them continously for a week. And they treated me like a slave. Worst experience ever had. Very bad brand and product and mostly their customer assistance.

                                  I had contacted them right the next working day after i got the product. I am tired of contacting them. Earphone quality was not as expected so i contacted them for a refund and return.
                                  But they was making me a fool waiting too long didnt get any response from them.

My mental peace is lost. I want to sue one plus india as they have cheated me by providing worst quality of phone at higher cost. I want replacement or money back.
                                    Problem faced are
                                    1) video playing errors
                                    2) phone hanging issue
                                    3) phone gets sleep and switch off after drawing pattern post reboot.

                                      Purchased oneplus mobile from amazon and screen got damaged under warranty. So reached out to the customer care (Oneplus) and they stated company has stopped manufacturing screens. Although, there is not public notice or intimation. They accepted there fault and willing to give headphones. Although i want my entire amount 15k because mobile is of no use any more
                                      OnePlus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I bought oneplus 5t one month ago and use oneplus silicon case came with my phone. 2 day ago when I removed my back cover I saw some spots over my op5 backpanel. When I google about this issue I found that it is oneplus defect. When i called suppor team then they refused to replace it under warranty. They want me to pay 7000 for their mistake.

                                        My phone (ONE PLUS 5T) just stopped working on 18 feb 2018 i thought its been hanged but i wondered it has 8 gb ram, it shouldnt hang like this . Altough his face unlock, unlock button, and volume keys were working fine. Later i discovered its touch is not working so i went to service centre in Nehru PLace, New Delhi . They told me to submitt it and wait for a call in 24hrs as engineers will check and then contact you. I didnt got any call so i gave them on 22 feb they told me its LCD isnt working they have to change it but they aint got it in their stock so it could take some time.
                                        till now i have made 3 calls to them at different days and they dont talk properly and keep saying that they couldnt do anything they asked me to call the company myself on their customer care so i did and same was the reply that they can do nothing .
                                        Its been 2 weeks and they havent done it.
                                        I request you to take action and replace the phone if possible because it was hanging and its bluetooth has got some real problems.
                                        phone is in warranty as it was purchased on 8 december 2018.
