I had sent the following mail on 7th Nov to customer care of OnePlus.
Dear One Plus,
This is something with great disappointment from your Oneplus 3T user. After being recommended to buy One Plus which turned out to be the greatest mistake of all time with never ending issues and no solutions to it. This is to inform you that I have purchased One Plus 3T on 6 th June 2017 which is not even 5 months till date and the issues which I am facing with the phone makes it very much easy to dump it.
Long story Long!
Problem No. 1 –
Just after my purchase I am facing power issues where my battery used to get drained, hence required minimum 3 charge in a day. Reaching out to your One Plus store at Thane, Mumbai, Maharashtra I was given a battery replacement as the phone is under warranty. Well I was very confident of the phone that it won’t work as the lags were very nicely covered in the price paid to purchase this brick.
Problem No. 2 –
Just as expected the phone stopped getting charged turned out to be a charger issue. Again visited one plus store at Thane, Mumbai, Maharashtra where they simply refused to replace the charger as it was working perfectly according to them which I believe it should work according to me. ISSUE UNRESOLVED!
Problem No. 3 –
Touch stopped getting recognized as well the fingerprint button phone needs manual unlocking most of the time. ISSUE UNRESOLVED!.
Problem No. 4 –
It hangs most of the time in the middle of some important work, and being a teacher my most of the work is carried out on phone where I store my data which I never got to back up because of these issues and one plus kept on formatting my phone resulting in loss of data. ISSUE UNRESOLVED!
I stay at a minimum distance of minimum 2hrs travel from my home to service centre and I have to visit your service centre almost twice a week leaving my work because one plus has always failed to resolve my complaints resulting in waste of time and energy of which one plus is least bothered.
I do not need a repair nor do I need any assistance because this wont solve any of problem from oneplus I humbly request you to kindly refund my money or replace the phone with a new one as soon as possible.

As you have informed that, you have visited the service center earlier and got the device diagnosed. I sincerely request you to please help me with the job sheet which is provided by the service center for the last service and your contact number.
