The display screen of my one plus one mobile phone was replaced at the support center at the support center given beow:

The repair was done properly and the amount demanded of rs. 8, 710 only and they promised to send the bill for the same by e-mail a couple of days later.
After almost three weeks of foillowing up with them they sent the invoice which was for a sum of rs. 7, 453-/- including gst applicable and promised to remit the credit amount of rs, 1, 257 to my bank account.
Inspite of repeated followup with them the excess amount paid has not been remmitted to my bank account.
The support bill was received from regenerisis (India) pvt. Ltd. (A ctdi india company) at the above mentioned address.
Would be grateful if you could interven and get the excess amount paid by me to the company credited to my bank account details of which have been provided to the support providers.
The repairs done were excellent and their technical team is excellent.
OnePlus India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Can root you help me on that.
