The display screen of my one plus one mobile phone was replaced at the support center at the support center given beow:
Shop no 37, ground floor, lal bahadur shastri (Lbs) marg, phoenix paragon plaza, phoenix market city, kurla west, mumbai, maharashtra 400070

The repair was done properly and the amount demanded of rs. 8, 710 only and they promised to send the bill for the same by e-mail a couple of days later.

After almost three weeks of foillowing up with them they sent the invoice which was for a sum of rs. 7, 453-/- including gst applicable and promised to remit the credit amount of rs, 1, 257 to my bank account.

Inspite of repeated followup with them the excess amount paid has not been remmitted to my bank account.

The support bill was received from regenerisis (India) pvt. Ltd. (A ctdi india company) at the above mentioned address.

Would be grateful if you could interven and get the excess amount paid by me to the company credited to my bank account details of which have been provided to the support providers.

The repairs done were excellent and their technical team is excellent.

    After the 2nd last update, screen is not responding unexpectedly. I submitted one plus 3t to it's service center. They updated the software and told it was just a software complaint. But soon after the repair the same old problem is happening again and again. Due to this the phone can't be used regularly. I spend rs30000 for this phone and i'm fed up with poor performance.

    On getting hanged I switch off phone by pressing power button, and lower volume button to restart . Because it is the only way to restart when screen is not responding

    Hi, I am facing the same problem. and oneplus people are asking for payment even when the phone is in warranty period. Bad customer service.. will never buy oneplus again.

      I got my oneplus 3 screen replaced from authorized service center, and it stopped functioning just after 1 month 10 days. Oneplus refuses to acknowledge that they put up a faulty screen. They just keep stating policies that we give only one month warranty and keep saying that you may have damaged it somehow. They have the worst customer service ever.

        Hi team,

        I had ordered back to school bundle product (Order id: ops[protected] from oneplus india online store, which was misplaced by blue dart while delivering and i was refused to be assisted further regarding same and was asked to contact oneplus for refund of my money.
        I have provided copy of the email which i received from bluedart confirming same, that oneplus will be responsible for the refund. I am following up this with oneplus customer care team and have no luck in getting required support. Onplus is delaying the process and are not co operating regarding refund of rs, 4410 which i had paid against my order.

        I would like to file a complaint and would seek rs.10, 000 as payback for the chaos oneplus have caused and mental harassment i was made to gone through for this

          Hi,
          I have battery draining problem with my one plus 2, so went to service centre creativecomp infotech, tej kumar plaza, hazratganj, lucknow (Up). They are insisting on depositing rs 2000/- and the handset for 8-10 days. My question is why deposit the handset for such a long time (Waiting for the battery to come from some other city), why can't they take some amount as advance and inform the customer once the battery is available so that it can be changed in a day, thus saving the customer from inconvenience,
          I fail to understand the logic behind this.

          My one plus one phone shows grains when displaying certain images .grains appear only on some pics.I think its appears in some colours only.its so ignoring. There is a pic attached to this.it shows the problem correctly. Sometimes it appears when I take photos.so please check the problem and give me the best solution for this problem.please...

              This is in reference to case id - 5kgcat6.
              It seems like they have opened this insurance company to make easy money and fool people…my husband’s phone slipped from his hand and screen got damaged last week. As we had this accidental insurance which we purchased for one plus 5 phone, we raised ticket for the insurance claim. Insurance team took 4 days to call us and that too after multiple follow up with oneplus customer care. A lady named sonia called from the insurance team and ask just one or two questions and said that she will update the claim status on their app.in the evening we got the message that claim has been rejected with all the reasons which she never discussed. She created all the fake reasons to reject the claim, just to score few points on her score card and save few bucks of her company. Even after this when today morning we requested a call back from insurance company to understand the reason, nobody called back.
              I wonder how such a big company like one plus have a tie up with such a fraud insurance company. It's very disappointing and frustrating.

                Oneplus i had some battery drainage issue in my one plus 3 phone (Which was in warranty). I went to thane service center they said water damage and estimated around 8.5k. The very next day i went to kurla center, they charged only 1k and updated the phone. It was software issue (Not water damage). Your million dollar company is doing major fraud!
                Plus your engineers are very rude, firstly provide training lectures to them. Sick of your damn company!

                  This is more a request than a complaint.

                  I got my broken display changed from a local shop, who duped me for 8k with a fake display that gave problems within a week... After that i had to go to your service centre and spend another 8k (7.9k) to get it repaired.

                  While i understand i should have gone to your service centre directly, there are only 2 centres in whole of pune and not convenient to go to for many. Plus once we go to the seasons mall service centre over weekend, you have to be ready to spend atleast an hour qaiting in queue as the process is slow and its crowded. Hence, many like me opt for the more convenient option.

                  I request you to break the chain of these fake displays and target the original distributor. I can send you the fake display and the details of the retailer. I know of one more oneplus customer who was similarly duped by the same retailer.

                  If you can take this up and do something to break the racket of these fake displays/parts in the market, it would be a tremendous good service to your customers and their experience with the one plus smartphones.

                    I had ordered oneplus 5 on friday where i had selected one day delivery as i want it any how by saturday as i was leaving out on sunday for some work. Unfortunately i did not received the product infact i was been told its out for delivery till midnight of saturday and at around 11.30pm the status changed to delivery attempted i dont know to whom the attended?

                    Due to poor services provided by amazon i have to cancel my order for oneplus 5. The main reason for complain is to please look after amazon and tell them to provide a good service to its customer today i have cancel the order tommorrow someone else will cancel and oneplus may lose it popularity very soon. Thanks

                      I placed order ops[protected], and later i decided to cancel it as i will not be available to get it. But i'm not able to cancel the order. Even though i click cancel its not getting cancelled.

                      In their faq page https://oneplusstore.in/support/answer/how-do-i-cancel-my-order

                      Mentioned as "you may cancel your order under the"my orders"section of your oneplus account, as long as the cancel order button is active and your order is under pending shipment. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation will not be possible and you may refuse the parcel upon delivery; we will issue a refund once we've inspected and received your parcel."

                      It clearly says i can cancel it when the order is still in pending shipment, but i was not able to do it. I reach their customer support and that guy is saying i have to reject the it during delivery. But i can't do it as couriers gets collect in my apartments security office. And that guy is saying that this faq is for global and not for india, does oneplusstore.in looks like global?

                      These guys are really faking their customers..
                      Good product is 2nd priority but you should be able to provide good support 1st.
                      Never ever buy anything from oneplus

                        I received my shipment on 17 8-17. As i unboxed my packet, containing my one plus 5 phone. After first full charge it came down in 2 hours to zero. I called from new phone but it was unable to keep it near to ear as it was unbearable hot. I again charged it at 11 pm and i saw at 5 am it was switched off, full battery drained out without use. And here is not an end phone doesn't respond to my command. As i open mail and from mail i click one link, puzzled kind of response it gives. Making calls is havoc. After 10-15 times dialing only one time we can say it responds. It has manufacturing defects. During this period i am continue in touch with amazon team assisting me to do different settings. I have done everything but phone is not working. I have spent 40000 for this to get a good phone but i received this. I want to be replaced this phone immediately. I purchased from blindfolded trust on your reputation. But facing this embarrassment. I hope that you will do the needful soon.

                          The device is also fa­cing battery since th­e last update and onl­y lasts for 14-16 hrs­ even with data off a­nd idle in pocket

                          The screen issue is t­hat it has developed ­some sort of yellow t­int in general for di­splay. When i transfe­r pics from my phone ­to other they look ve­ry good and bright. B­ut in my handset they­ appear yellowish and­ dull. I think the co­lour balance is impro­per maybe in the sgrb­ spectrum. Also tried­ manualy customising, ­ but did not improve ­much.

                          I have also contacted customer service and they contacted on email. Then i recd a call a rep but they are not providing feasible solutions. They are asking to go to service centre which is min of 300-400 km from my home. When i provided alternative solution like sending them pics taken from another mobile and screenshots etc they did not agree. Not the most helpful cust service and very pathetic way of communication. I also told them to send a replacement handset and will give this in return, but did not agree. What is the use of spending 30k on phone when they dont genuinely tend to your simple issues. Fed up with this company. I did a big mistake to refer this handset to many of many friends and also asked them to buy one plus 5.

                            I have purchased one plus 3 device around sep 14, 2016 through amazon site
                            Last week my screen was broken and i found out through internet about servify
                            When i submitted request to repair the device was taken
                            But the servify team says i need to pay 8550 for screen
                            The app shows me that device is under warrany
                            However servify team says you should have registered in app within one month of purchase
                            Amazon nor the oneplus3 device invoice has any information to register in this app
                            How would the customer know about such complimentary offers when you dont mention while selling

                              Night mode in my one plus 2 device was not working properly. When i select night mode it will be in night mode for 20- 30 seconds more only. After that it came to same mode means normal. So there is no use of night mode in one plus 2 device. I am facing brightness problems during night times. Can you please solve this problem and soon release update for this.

                                My op5 (Oneplus 5), within its 1 year warranty period has stopped working. It reboots at least 200 times a day.

                                I have gone to the service center and they have provided the latest software and inspite of that i am facing these issues repeatedly.

                                I have spent my hard earned money of 33000 to these bunch of fools who dont even know how to make a mobile phone. I am not even able to use after paying such a high amount.

                                Their service center is patehtic and have no idea on how to solve this issue.

                                Please help to escalate this matter to ONepLUS as i have reached the level of frustration with this device.

                                I need a new handset or i NEED A REFUND.

                                Please help.

                                  Hi all,
                                  This is to inform you all that this is company is making frauds in india by fooling there customers. I would like to share an incident with u all which happend on 11th august 2017. I took my phone to service center in delhi rohini sector for repair of my rear camera but instead of resolving my issue what they did was more damaged my phone and said false reported that my phone has liquid in it which is a complete lie. Both customer care and service center did not supported me. I am highly dissatisfied with there service and i want to report this issue to higher authorities.

                                    Hi i purchased oneplus 3t 4 months back, and i came to know that the. Plot of the phone is fading form various areas making small white multiple dots at the back and the side of the phone. This is not acceptable at the usage of just 4 months.
                                    Now that i am trying to chat and put my concern with customer support they are giving me silly reason of the color fade, i don't understand how the color can fade in such small time span. Now my phone is looking ugly like i have been using it since many years. No good response from them. I need a solution on this issue. As we spend alot of money after the device and this type of issues if not solved definitely gives a bad impression of the company. If this issue won't be solved definitely they will loose one good customer. As i have persuaded my friend and family members to buy this phone and they did almost 7-8 pc's have been purchased. Hope to get any good solution from here

                                      I have this wonderful phone oneplus 3 brought last year during the month of august 2016. After buying the phone i had the below problem and the same was sorted out by the customer care asking me to reset the factory setting and reinstall the new updated software. It was fine from then on and no issues...

                                      "oneplus launcher isn't responding (Or) incallui isn't responding
                                      Close app with an x mark
                                      Wait with a clock sign"

                                      But now once again i am facing the same above problem, but this time it is not the software, but it is with wifi & data usage. Whenever i switch on to wifi or go to data usage while on roaming, my memory gets overloaded and the system gets heated up and i have close my wifi or data connection and reboot the system in order to make it to work properly.

                                      Now i am not able to understand why this problem has occurred and this problem was not there for the past 10 months and has cropped up all of a sudden in the last one & half month. I really feel dejected whenever i get this problem bcoz the system totally get slower and also accessing other apps in the system gets tougher. The touch screen also get stuck sometimes or goes for a toss by getting hanged or frozen for some seconds. Also when i get any phone calls or make any phone calls the contact doesn't open or the names doesn't gets displayed on the phone and to make this all ok i have to reboot the system always... I don't know what other problems are going to come up further… pls need a solution for this...

                                        Hello consumer complaints team,

                                        A very good morning to your team, i hope everything's going good.

                                        I hold a oneplus 3 handset which i purchased from amazon on 9th august 2016 and currently it has been 11+ months since i am using the phone.

                                        At first when the phone was delivered as expected it was and still is a killer phone in the market, i really loved the speed, the sleek design and all its updates/features and so i was kind of the advertiser and the free promoter of the phone, whosoever kind of meets me and asks about the phone its always oneplus 3 on my mouth.

                                        But recently before couple of months i am facing a lot of issues in the phone, for instance at the 8th month or so the speaker of the phone from which we use to hear the voice of the other person on the call went low, i thought it might be some mistake of mine and it would not be any issue of speaker but i would be feeling so. Then after a month or so that went more bad so there were days when i just used to talk/hear through earphones and not by the physical mic and speaker.

                                        I went to service center in pune, maharashtra, india and they solved the issue of the speaker which they confirmed that yes there was issue in the speakers and this is kind o[censored]nexpected when you purchase a phone worth 30k that the speaker would be making issues in just 8 months of the purchase.

                                        Further after the repair of speaker in next 15 days only the touch screen stopped responding and the charging slot had a loose connection all of a sudden with the charger, also the speaker through which we listen music that created issue and the phone had full volume but still there was no sound/output.

                                        I waited for a day and the speakers from which the music is played started automatically, again a terrifying thing that happened with a phone worth 30k in just 10+ months, then the story of loose connection of charging continues and a part of the touch screen stopped recognizing the touch and i was like helpless and clueless too.

                                        I again had to rush to service center and they kept the handset for a day in pune, maharashtra, india and gave me on the next day confirming that yes the touch was damaged and the charging point had dust and after changing the touch and cleaning the things it worked fine, not at all something which i would expect from a great great company oneplus.

                                        Now when everything seems to be working, unfortunately the speaker from where we use to hear the voice of the caller has been lowed again. The handset is creating a lot of problems, i think there is some issue in the phone since the beginning.

                                        When i brought the phone it was quite speedy but hanged many a times, also restarted without any matter and even the temperature of the phone was high, i thought its a normal thing but no this issue is coming again and again.

                                        I really thought of buying 2 more oneplus 5 phones for my family but after this instances i feel even i should change this phone, would request you to please take the issue a bit seriously and would recommend you to look to your customer relations and try to help me out.

                                        So i suggested the team to change this existing handset and give me the new one because once the warranty completes and if i need to invest more in repair of the phone after paying 30k then i would be one of the most foolish customer ever seen.

                                        I really really expected a positive and a helpful reply on the above stated issues but they said me to visit the service center again and have a check with them, which i did and the service center tested in front of me and they didn't saw any issues so they confirmed that no issues in the phone but i am able to see the issue and the unresponsiveness of the touch screen still which i explained the oneplus and suggested to change the handset and they said no we'll not do that and also said that i need to put this phone again in the service center for a day so they can check. Till now i have gone 5 times to the service center in 2 months which is almost 20+ kms from my home.

                                        Please have a followup with the oneplus team and help me out with the situation, i am looking to get another handset which is better then the existing and i hope that they understand the stuff that i am not at all bullying or bluffing over here, it is the real issue and real problem that i am facing for which i am seeking help of them.
