I write with great disappoint about the call conferencing issue which is being faced by me since more than a month time. I have visited the service center almost 6 to 8 times and was given various solutions, like as to change sim, upgrade software and others. Despite doing all these and even a complete reset done with new software updation this problem persists.
My last visit to service center was on 18th of may, where the technicians at center did a volte enablement and removed true caller app, post which it worked fine and now seems to continue with the same issue.
Since, call conferencing is a must need for my business calls, this issue has made be handicapped and impacting my work. Hence, i need this to be sorted out immediately or will need a replacement od handset or refund of the cost, whichever is viable.

Hoping for a complete resolution on this.

    I have purchased mobile 17th march 2018 after that from 3rd day i face many problems regarding this handset. Now i hate this company because they are the worst service providers.

    Below are the ticket numbers i have raised :
    2225508, 2256841, 2292136

    During the first and second visit, a phone is continuously restarting when i went to service center they kept my phone for multiple days and at the end, they are saying there is no problem at all.

    During the third visit, they told me your sim card is corrupted, so i took the new sim card and now the phone is getting switched off continuously and not restarting back.

    Also once they did online flash/reset of a device but that is also not working.

    If the customer is facing then only they will go to service center else we (Customer) don't want to see their faces. How they can say without checking that there is no problem.

    Now it is high time that i am looking for phone replacement as soon as possible.

      I bought this one plus 5 upon it's launch. The company claim to have corning gorilla 5 glass. Wobderi g what does it mena scratch proof and not easily breakable. Am really upset to say that my phone fell from 3.5 feet hight on a carpet and cracked badly.. This is so annoying n dissatisfying. Why claim tht it's an excellent glass. It result to be so delicate. I am hghly annoyed and dissatisfied. To change the display it's costing me 7-10 thousand. I want a resolution expert from one plus to call me and get it fixed. Otherwise i will logged a complain in consumer court. And also publish my disappointed on all social media

        Its a new device only 2 days used. Sometimes i get noticed by someone who tried to call me but he couldn't contact me.
        When i'm trying to call him back i get a message "cellular network not available". But the strange thing is, that i can use cellular data without any problems same time. I can only call if i restart my phone manually or if i on and off airplane mode. Otherwise i cannot tell if someone is currently trying to call me and if he has issues getting me in touch. Its very annoying

        I have 1+5t mobile, While talking over phone other side person is not able to hear my voice. However I am able to hear their voice.

        I have purchased a new one plus 5T mobile two months before. In just one month I have started facing the issue ...a sort of air noise while on the call. Secondly, I can't put my call on speaker while talking.

        Completely frustrated with the mobile phone functioning.

          I complained about the camera failure issue in august 2017 and without inspecting my mobile they told me to replace the camera. I told them to inspect the device as there might be some other reason which might not need camera replacement. But they denied inspecting and told me to replace the camera. After contacting the customer service centre multiple times i finally got my camera replaced in feb 2018. Moreover the behaviour of the staff of oneplus service centre at vadodara is highly unprofessional, rude and insulting. They aren't knowledgeable and they everytime replace the camera whenever there is any issue regarding the camera. They were unable to answer my queries. They treat customers arrogantly. When i asked customer care people about the issue they contacted service centre people at vadodara and told me to visit the service centre again and find the reason. The staff was highly disrespectful. When told about the incident to customer care they told service centre people blamed me that i didn't allowed them to diagnose the device. As it was the fault of the service centre people of oneplus they didn't accepted their fault and just had a "sorry and could not help me into the matter" for all the pain, time and energy i have to face just for a camera from august to march.
          They don't have camera in stock for months and the customer has to invest his time and energy to resolve the issue.
          I advice everyone not to buy oneplus as they don't care about the customers and don't provide timely and efficient services to the customer. You have to pay twice and thrice the amount for the device once you buy it.

            I have purchased oneplus 5t from amazon website and after 20days used device the fingure print stopped working and submitted the device for repair in my near location service center, they committed there was issue in motherboard and they changed the motherboard and delivered the fone after month with unsolved issue but new motherboad as the iMEI number has been changed. Also back damage on the fone.

            I am requesting them to instead of re-repair they refund/exchange the existing device with new brand. as the issue has been found very early.

              The call centre representative cut the call while i am talking.
              One more representative kept my call in hold and left.
              Didn't provide the solution for my issue in the time requested by him and now he is saying he cant say wen the issue will be solved.
              The worst behaviour of the representatives and they are acting as if they have working on the issue without working on it.
              I need an immediate action to be taken against them.

              I have replaced display for One Plus X phone display in Velachery Smart Technology service center 1 month back. Now Tocuh is not working in my phone
              Even though 3 months waranty is there, they are not replacing display.
              The display what they have changed in my mobile is of very low quality

                I contacted them for the return of my one plush headset i bought directly from their official website. They made me fool saying they will call me back to solve this. And i have been contacting them continously for a week. And they treated me like a slave. Worst experience ever had. Very bad brand and product and mostly their customer assistance.

                I had contacted them right the next working day after i got the product. I am tired of contacting them. Earphone quality was not as expected so i contacted them for a refund and return.
                But they was making me a fool waiting too long didnt get any response from them.

                  I am using one plus 3t i am facing lot of issues. I have made several complaint on their email, twitter, customer care, tele-executies, etc. I m now frustrated. My mental peace is lost. I want to sue one plus india as they have cheated me by providing worst quality of phone at higher cost. I want replacement or money back.
                  Problem faced are
                  1) video playing errors
                  2) phone hanging issue
                  3) phone gets sleep and switch off after drawing pattern post reboot.

                    Purchased oneplus mobile from amazon and screen got damaged under warranty. So reached out to the customer care (Oneplus) and they stated company has stopped manufacturing screens. Although, there is not public notice or intimation. They accepted there fault and willing to give headphones. Although i want my entire amount 15k because mobile is of no use any more

                    I bought oneplus 5t one month ago and use oneplus silicon case came with my phone. 2 day ago when I removed my back cover I saw some spots over my op5 backpanel. When I google about this issue I found that it is oneplus defect. When i called suppor team then they refused to replace it under warranty. They want me to pay 7000 for their mistake.

                      My phone (ONE PLUS 5T) just stopped working on 18 feb 2018 i thought its been hanged but i wondered it has 8 gb ram, it shouldnt hang like this . Altough his face unlock, unlock button, and volume keys were working fine. Later i discovered its touch is not working so i went to service centre in Nehru PLace, New Delhi . They told me to submitt it and wait for a call in 24hrs as engineers will check and then contact you. I didnt got any call so i gave them on 22 feb they told me its LCD isnt working they have to change it but they aint got it in their stock so it could take some time.
                      till now i have made 3 calls to them at different days and they dont talk properly and keep saying that they couldnt do anything they asked me to call the company myself on their customer care so i did and same was the reply that they can do nothing .
                      Its been 2 weeks and they havent done it.
                      I request you to take action and replace the phone if possible because it was hanging and its bluetooth has got some real problems.
                      phone is in warranty as it was purchased on 8 december 2018.

                        I was bought this phone in sept 17, in dec 17 first problem of software was occured. Then it was got repaired, now on 25th jan motherboard failed. I lost my total data. I was visited to surat service centre, he asked to wait for 8 days as the part was not in stock. I complained to oneplus customer support and asked to them for replacement as the device got second time problem in the 4 months time frame. They denied and assured for the repair only. Genuinly it was the first device of mine in surat which got the motherboard issue. Bur oneplus is cheater company not accepting their faults.

                        I was regular asking for the repair status, every time i got reply that it will take 2-3 days. On 12th feb i was asked to service center and they asked to collect the device. Ok, i was visited centre on 12th, but the person told that part inward entry is pending, you have to wait. Ok i waited for 20 mins, then he told that 'sorry sir, aaj nai hoga aap kal pakka le jana'. Then i visited on 13th feb, surprisingly he told that 'sorry sir, aapka part aaya hi nahi abhi tak' means without confirming about spares received or not, device ready or not service centre person saying me to collect the device? What is this [censored]?

                        One side oneplus says that we are taking it on priority, but 19 days delay can't justify priority anywhere here.

                        Oneplus is not professional company and their product and after sales service both are very very cheap. They beleive in make money but not accepting the faults. I need justice for me, i want to get extended warranty from the manufacturer. Who is responsible for this 19 days delay? Who will provide me the warranty of this delayed service?

                          I had bought my limited edition midnight black one plus 3t in the month of april 2017. The phone is under warranty as of today, 13th februar 2018
                          The phone display started leaking and my entire phone screen is gone blank. But there is no physical damage on the screen. When i took it to the service center last week without analyzing the phone properly 3 different executives gave me 3 different reasons.
                          1. Lcd display liquid leaking due to pressure damage
                          2. Leakage due to physical damage (Crack on the top right corner of the screen)
                          3. Leakage due to customer induced damage (Reason not specified)
                          When i asked them to clarify which of the 3 reasons caused the display to go blank they conveniently said it could be one of the 3 reasons.
                          Ideally it has to be covered under warranty and the phone to be replaced by the service center.
                          They are not willing to replace the phone. Despite no damage from my side.
                          Request you to please help me with getting my phone replaced by one plus

                              I have bought the mobile 2months back actually the problem is there from beginning itself where the problem occurred was Handset getting heat very fast so that we can't touch it, and draining the battery very quickly, and while using some apps the apps getting stopped automatically, I was fasinated about this mobile and finally it made me totally dissatisfied.

                                On[protected], i bought a oneplus 5 mobile (A5000_in_64g_slate grey) from amazon.

                                Unfortunately from 2nd month till now your product has not performed well because (I am not able to call any person as there is disturbance while calling, in fact i clearly explained this to engineer several times about the problem). They ended up just flashing the mobile or factory resetting it stating that might be a software issue each time i visited the care center.

                                I am disappointed because after visiting service center multiple times may be 7-8 times the product does not seem to be working properly.
                                The work done on the mobile was half-assed and i am pissed. I believe there are no qualified engineers in service center.

                                I want to convey disappointment, dissatisfaction from the customer support provided by oneplus.

                                  I am compelled to write this due to the lack of service given to a customer.
                                  I have deposited my oneplus 3 for repairing on the 1st of january 2018. The display and the panel are supposed to be replaced, which was to take not more than 3-4 days. Its been 16 good days and to my disappointment i have been given false promises from the company and the authorised service centre. This unprofessional treatment was not expected from the company. The call centre claims to have escalated the issues to the higher department, but the issue still has not been resolved and i am only given assurances. Neither the call centre nor the service centre are ready to take any responsibility for the procurement of the required spare.
                                  I do not think the support nor the service staff are willing to resolve or at least give me an honest update regarding the spare.
                                  The phone was broken in an accident due to which i was unable to take a backup of specific data which i require. Because of which i am suffering losses on a daily basis.

                                  The above is absolutely correct. To add to it, their "OnePlus Store" (We have one in Bangalore), is completely devoid of accessories, even screen guards for older phone. Every time a new phone is launched, all of the older phone accessories are discontinued apparently. One employee says "We don't have a screen guard for OnePlus 2, everyone is buying our latest model and replacing older phones". I have owned 3 different OnePlus phones, 6 if you include other members of my family. Completely turned off by their lack of customer service. Throwing this #€*& once it's a year old, there is no dearth of fine phones out in the market and as a paying customer I'd rather pick a company that doesn't annoy me as much.

                                    I submitted my one plus 5t at service centre on 27th dec17 as it was not working. I am regularly following with call centre but still unable to get status of my device. It was committed by call centre that i will get my device by 12/01/18 but to my disappointment did not get my device. Visited service centre but they r not updating status as service centre still have not received the part of mobile. Even after 20 days, still not getting any satisfactory answer from the company.

                                      I have given my oneplus 3 for repairing on the 1st of january 2018.                                         My oneplus 5t display was not working so i went there for display replacement within warranty the guys there agreed for replacement and took my phone i aksed them yo provide me job sheet but they said sorry sir we dont provide job sheet to the customer who are here i asked for 4-5 times then they convinced that sir if customers submits the phone atleast for 1 day then the provide job sheet and the most terrifying thing was i went there within 30 min they replaced the screen actually when we go to service centre they order the part but they already had the part after rraching home i was facing touch problem the phone was laggy and speakers were not working to i called oneplus customer care after sharing my details to them they said no sir i cant see any updates that ur phone part has been replaced... The issue is they replaced duplicate display for which they didn't provide job sheet which i wasn't aware of now what i can do help me 😞 contact. [protected]
