I was bought this phone in sept 17, in dec 17 first problem of software was occured. Then it was got repaired, now on 25th jan motherboard failed. I lost my total data. I was visited to surat service centre, he asked to wait for 8 days as the part was not in stock. I complained to oneplus customer support and asked to them for replacement as the device got second time problem in the 4 months time frame. They denied and assured for the repair only. Genuinly it was the first device of mine in surat which got the motherboard issue. Bur oneplus is cheater company not accepting their faults.
I was regular asking for the repair status, every time i got reply that it will take 2-3 days. On 12th feb i was asked to service center and they asked to collect the device. Ok, i was visited centre on 12th, but the person told that part inward entry is pending, you have to wait. Ok i waited for 20 mins, then he told that 'sorry sir, aaj nai hoga aap kal pakka le jana'. Then i visited on 13th feb, surprisingly he told that 'sorry sir, aapka part aaya hi nahi abhi tak' means without confirming about spares received or not, device ready or not service centre person saying me to collect the device? What is this [censored]?
One side oneplus says that we are taking it on priority, but 19 days delay can't justify priority anywhere here.
Oneplus is not professional company and their product and after sales service both are very very cheap. They beleive in make money but not accepting the faults. I need justice for me, i want to get extended warranty from the manufacturer. Who is responsible for this 19 days delay? Who will provide me the warranty of this delayed service?
