[Resolved] Datawind Ubislate — Order cancellation and need Refund | |||
Dear Sir, I have paid 100 % payment i.e.Rs 4,999/- for to purchase a Ubislate 7 C+ tablet from Datawind on date 18 Feb 2013 Its Booking Id is PMA720A40DC, As per the information on web site of Datawind , the Delivery of My Device should be in 72 hrs after on line payment, till to date( A period of 60 days Over) they have not despatched my Ubislate 7 C+ tablet yet.on date 03 April 2013 Datawind given me offer to Upgrade a latest tablet Ubislate 7 C + Edge instead of my old tablet by paying extra 1000 at the time of Delivery and Delivery Period is within 10 days but yet 15 Days Over but not despatched, Due to very long waiting from Datawind to depatch my tablet i purchased other tablet from market, so i have decided to cancel my order with Datawind, Regarding This i have send 7 email Reminder to cancel and refund my money to Datawind but He is not responding my mails as well as No contact number of Datawind is working. This is a fraud compony ,he promises the customers but no delivery , No refund ...I am very tired due to mental harassment from Datawind. Please sir i want help To get refund from Datawind within a week is it possible.... or please tell me what type of legal action can be taken against Datawind. I am Manikanta. I ordered for ubislate 7C+ edge. My order is paid and confirmed on july 23. My order no. is PMF44F8. I was said that my order will reach me within a week. I am checking my order status since the I got confirmation mail. The only status I am seeing since then is "Status of your Ubislate7Cpeg is Ready to Dispatch". Please send my order ASAP or cancel it. I will buy my ubislate 7C+ edge from another online store. I need your (@Datawind Official Response) reply to this post.

actually datawind company is a fraud. please be careful while ordering any akash tablet online. i have also booked on 02/08/2013 my order id PM6298353CD4. it was to be delivered in 72 hrs. but now they are not responding. in check your order status window on datawind website, it was shown your order is ready to dispatch. but now the status is not shown. they are cheaters. they don't pickup phone either.

THE reason behind my cancellation is I look for ubislet 7cz but for some strange reason I got a confirmation mail about ubislet 7 c+(edge).
