Kaunsa.com — Product not delivered 1 month passed - No response

I have booked a Multimedia speakers throug Kaunsa.com ag my order no. KA/164179/8UOVOMT6 on 12.09.2013, but noe it is almost a month but company is not in a position to sent my product. Whenever the call is given to call centre the only reply is you will get the product in 2-3 days., as this call centre peoples doent know any thing. Just they are kept to fool the customers.

I think you are FOOL type of person, can't you trace my order from my email id & It is very much mentioned in my compliant. I really don't understand when Im writing here what is a need for sending another mail., it seems you donkey's are enjoying to harrass the customers.

I think no one from Kaunsa.com has understood what I mean to say[protected] as all the chutiya's are working in a Kaunsa.com.
