I Have Placed an order At BUYATBRAND.COM on 10/03/2013 for Titan Octane 9385SM01 Wrist Watch, , Order No: KFYRJJTHM, Invoice No: IN004294 and even paid the full amount of Rs.4930 by HDFC Net Banking. I was assured delivery in 4-5 days and even after 8 days nor did they deliver the product nor did i get any call or message regarding the same. Even their customer care number as given in website and in my invoice which is +[protected] is not working. No body is attending the calls at this number. I am now concerned about my paid amount. please get me a refund for the paid amount. Thank you.
