HI,

I had invested in your golden harvest scheme in bhubaneswar in date 22/01/2012.
When i joined than it was told to me if i get transfer anywhere than i can transfer the scheme as well.

In October 2012 i transferred to Pune and since i was busy in relocation & settling-down activities so could not deposit some installment on that time.
later i deposited all amount in Laxmi Road branch of Tanishq Pune.

When i went to this branch for purchasing than i got the information , amount which should be added by Tanishq is very less.(30-40 %)
I came to know that this is due to late payment.

But I didn't have this information from your side when i started this scheme and at the end of scheme if you are saying this than its disappointing and hurting.

So i think since nobody from your side had informed about this earlier, I should get full amount as committed.

Please resolve it as soon as possible.

    I have purchase a frame less specks ( Tommy Hilfiger brand ) from Titan Eye Show room located in near Aurora towers east street .
    The hinge of frame came out with usage of half an hour . After this the frame was repaired for 3 times by the stores . Later they concluded that the problem is occurred because of poor workman ship .

    Now this store is not ready to give replacement of frame and lens , neither they are ready to give refund .
    With continuous follow up they agreed to give replacement of frame however they are insisting that replacement of lens cannot be given .

    Need help in getting replacement of lens along with frame or either the store should refund my money .
    I work for Wipro . and would suggest all Wiproites be extremely careful while purchasing from Titan Eye .
    Instead I would recommend to buy specks from any other local stores . Atleast there You can reach the owner and your issue can be addressed .

      I purchased a power spectacles from Titan Eye + for my father in Kolkata, India. The power of the spectacles was given by your technician. But, my father was not able to see properly with that spectacles. We believe in your brand name and we thought something is problem with his eye. Yesterday, we met the doctor, and he told that the power given by your technician was completely wrong.

      I paid Rs. 10000 for that single spectacles for my father, now it is of no use. Please consider my case and let me know how to rectify this issue. Right now I am in Patna, Bihar. Will you be able to replace that at your Patna Centre?

      All prescriptions given by your technician and by my doctor, I will provide you if needed.

      Looking forward to hear from you at the earliest.

        Titan has EMG-extended warranty feature but horrible part is ,it is applicable only in the showroom you have purchased.

        I had brought a watch in World of Titan in Jabalpur and have shifted to Pune. Had some problem in battery and when i went to World of Titan showroom in Pune, they say the repair cost will be chargeable. Why then they say its warranty and name their showroom as World of Titan. Normally all products warranty is applicable across any authorised service centre , else why would someone buy global brands which does not have national/international warranty.

        Horrible warranty program. I would recommend people not to go for this option.

        i also had bought a fastrack watch from a showroom of Bhubaneswar, odisha. At the purchase of time they told me you can repair your watch in all India. But when i went to Titen showroom in Bangalore, they told me, no you can only repair at the purchase of showroom. Whats going on...its total loss of my money and my time. i will never buy any watch from this type of showroom and never do the extension warrenty.
        I have also had similar experience recently. It seems to me wastage of money if the warranty service can only be availed at the showroom from where the watch has been purchased. And they should inform this condition before hand.
        We had purchased Ladies watch RAGA from TRM BANDRA MUMBAI and the watch is not working so self also went to WORLD OF TITAN Showroom in Noida as have shifted to Indirapuram and self was shocked to hear that EMG is valid only at purchase showroom whereas self was clearly informed for applicability PAN INDIA. This is looting customers

          I had purchased a wrist watch having No. J726 Octan from Mumbai. During the first year of the warrenty period it has been out of order four times. I have taken it to the different service centers for its repairing but it could not be rectified themselves. They even changed its cell wirhin one year but inspite of that it is still giving trouble. Now I am compelled to file my complaint in the consumer court to redress my grievences. At the same time I have registered my complaint online to the help desk of the titan company. If the titan company do the needful at its own level the goodwill of the company will not shatter.

          I have a Titan Octane 9187SHO2 K622 (as stated on the bill).
          I need to replace the strap for the watch. I did got to a service center near my place (Aundh, Pune).
          I was told that TITAN has stopped production for the particular watch, so they will not be able to provide the strap for the same.


          I want TITAN to explore every possibility and get the desired spare for me ... PLEASE

            I have purchased a TITAN EYE sunglass for Rs.2000/- in Chennai. One arm of the specticle was broken. When I approached their show room at VISAKHAPTNAM, I was told that TITAN EYE is not supplying the spares and that it can not be repaired and not covered under warranty. It appears that their only aim is to use the brand name and make money by looting public.

            How can the consumer expect a spareless costly products from a prestigious company like TATA? and what is the problem if spare arms of the costly sunglass spects are made available. and why the consumer to throw it away just for a small problem also?

            Whey they have not declared it the bill/receipt that spares are not available? It is nothing but grabing the public money using brand name. SHAMEFUL ACT FROM TITAN EYE - A TATA PRODUCT

              I had invested in Golden Harvest Scheme on 22.04.2012 with first installment. Subsequently i had paid the 11th installment on 21st Feb. 2013. But the Tanishq, Inorbit mall vashi people say that i have to wait till 21st April 2013 to get the last installment...

              The 12th installment should b due on 21st March 2013 (which should b in the form of Discount), but these people were arrogant and said to wait for 15 more days.
              This is mere cheating and a false date of Maturity been imposed on customers.

              Y should the customer wait for 2 months after 11th installment paid on 21st Feb. 2013.

              Hi All,
              Even I had invested in Golden Harvest Scheme on 1/4/2012. I had opted for ECS option. On maturity on 1/4/2013 I was told by Tanishq that only 9 payments were done. I was surprised. I checked my bank transactions and saw that 10 payments were done. This has become a common practice by Tanishq to harass clients. Purposely they do not collect the 11th installment. I saw that in July they had taken 2 payments as they had missed May payment. The Tanishq people told me that I missed May payment :( I told them that it was not true. This seems to me as a systematic and preplanned cheating schemes by Tanishq. I am still following up with them at my own cause and all they have to say me is that they are only seeing 9 payments.

              If I see no road ahead I have no option but to go legal and expose these CHEATS.

              I hold a golden harvest scheme account no 21801 opened at Tanishq J M road banrch pune on 01 nov 2013. I had paid eight installments(Nov 2103 installement paid by card and rest all ECS through account upto june 2014) of the scheme and the scheme went for closure from titan industries.
              i got transfered from pune to hyderabad thus got my scheme transferred from pune to hyderabad tanishq A S Rao nagar branch.
              Now when i went for the reimbursment of the amount i am being told that my last installment had not been credited into tanishq account whereas it has been deducted from my bank account.
              on further query it was found that money has been credited but the pune branch sent a credit note to hyderabad stating that the last installment will not be included in the scheme and the customer will not get the benefit of the same and last installment will be refunded to him in cash without any benefit.

                  my mother Purchased Gold Bengals (Tansihq , kota Gumanpura ) but due to size problem i have changed it and ordered same product but of different size but after my order still when delivered to me is still not of my mother size ... i want the interest on my amount because i already paid complete amount i.e 1, 53000 .. and its not my fault and i already waited for one month and today they told me to wait for another one month i need product as well as interest on my amount .. .. so how i get interest on that money ... ??

                    I have purchased the Spects from Titan eye on 3 March 2013. Its already 5 days I have not received the spects . Since i am having a high power it’s creating a lot of problem for me. At the time of order they told that i will get the spects in 2 days. Every time they are making excuses. I feel Titan eye provides worst services. They don’t care that how much people are suffering because of their late delivery.

                      I had purchased a Titan watch from Time collection at the Caculo Mall at Panaji, Goa on 26/02/2012. But in less than one year, the watch started giving problems. Initially it used to run slow and then stop functioning. I brought it to the notice of the Titan Service centre at the World of Titan, Durga Chambers, 18th June Road, Panaji. The person at the centre told me that the watch had to be sent to the Company for repairs and would be delivered on a specific date. When I approached them on the said date, I was told that the watch had not arrived from the Company and as such I would have to wait for a few days more. Then finally I got the watch after repeated visits. To my utter dismay, within the period of 45 days, the problem reoccured. I was forced to visit the Service Centre again and went through the ordeal once again to get my watch repaired. Finally I got it (supposed to be sent to the Company and problem recitified). But let me tell you that I have no idea whether the watch was actually being sent to the company or is that your technicians are unqualified, I faced the SAME problem again within a period of of just 30 days from the 2nd repair (all this within the guarantee period). I have now given the watch once again to the same Service Centre ( Receipt no. 32925 dtd. 18/02/2013) with a very blank assurance that the watch will be repaired. What I fail to understand is that if the machinery of the watch is not upto the mark, why cant the watch be replaced. It looks as though the company has a history of malfunctioning as when I asked for the owner of the Service Centre, he did not have the courtesy to give me an audience. Is this the service meted out to customers? Or is it that goodies are spoken only till the product is sold?

                        JUST FEW MONTH THE WATCH'S DIAL BECAME RUSTED BECAUSE WATER WAS SOAKED IN SIDE. BUT WHEN I PURCHASED THE WATCH DEALER WAS TELLING ME THIS IS A WATER PROOF WATCH. FROM FEBRUARY 2012 I NOT WEARING THE WATCH BECAUSE DIAL CASE IS LOOKING UGLY. IN THIS REGARD I SEND MANY MAILS TO THE TITAN COMPANY AND TWICE I WENT TO THE DEALER AT BANGALORE . NOTHING WAS DONE. JUST FEW MONTH BACK ONE REPLY CAME FROM COMPANY THAT WATCH SHOULD DEPOSIT AT ;BOMBAY WATCH, AT BERHAMPUR. WHEN I APPORACHED THE SAID DEALER HE REPLIED ME THAT I HAVE NOT SOLD YOU SO YOU PLEASE DEPOSIT AT COMPANY SERVICE CENTRE AT BHUBANESWAR. THOUGH I AM STAYING AT BERHAMPUR , ODISHA.
                        TITAN IS SUCH A COMPANY HE IS USING THE LOW QUALITY MATERIAL THAT IS WHY MYH WATCH BECAME DEFECTIVE WITHIN A TWO MONTHS.

                        I bought Fastrack Neon 9204PP02 watch 1 and half years back and in the next 8 months the strap got cut into pieces and now I am not getting the strap for the watch that I have bought for Rs. 1000. Really disgusting.
                        I am not able to use the watch just because of the reason of non availability of the strap.
                        I tried in many Titan Showrooms at Bangalore but no use at all.
                        The guys over there tell me that the strap is not available at all. If the strap is not available then how the model is still available in the market is my Question.

                        I want Titan/Fastrack team to address this issue at the earliest to avoid the consequences that they'll be facing later on.

                        I want the strap for my watch at the earliest.

                        My Complaint Number is 493783. This was given by the Customer care guy but still there is no positive action taken from the company side.
                        I want the strap to be replaced by the company free of cost.
                        The company is checking the patience of its consumer which is not acceptable.
                        Such a small issue if they are not able to sort out then they should not exist in the market at all selling products like this which are of poor quality. Strap of a Rs 1000 watch getting broken into pieces. Really so ridiculous.

                        Just calling the consumer and trying to convince him does not make any sense. If you are so much caring about your consumers then first try to solve his problems at the earliest then not only me everyone will appreciate your efforts.

                        This will be last reply. The next step will be a harsh action which I do not prefer to do for a company like Titan.

                            This is regarding a "Colourstone Bangle" which i recently bought at Tanishq store which is at Banashankari 3rd stage(Near Kamakya theatre).
                            First of all, there is no " Clear Price Tag" on the Gold item showing the percentage of either Making or wastage. The Tanishq employee who was assisting me while buying the bangle told me that there is a wastage charge of 15% and no other charges. We went for it and after it was billed, they have billed me close to 27% of value addition charges(wastage). I felt cheated because what was told and what was billed was way too different. And now, since it is already billed, they are not even ready for the cancellation. 27% wastage for a simple colourstone bangle is way to HIGH and based on what do they fix these charges. How shud we take this further?

                              By some how i have started investing 3k per month in their gold scheme and after paying 4 months i heard through my friends and close one's that Tanishq is a fraud company which they don't keep the promise, so immediately i wanted my a/c to be closed in that, so i went and checked...

                                i had been a proud customer of titan untill i went to a titan showroom located near by to buy new crown for my titan chronograph 9351NDA two days back....i was expecting a world class customer assistance from a brand like titan...but to surprise me your employees' behaviour was as if went to a roadside vendor to get my 100 bucks watch....they tried to mislead me by telling incorrect and changing again and again the expenses for repairing my watch..when i tried to enquired about me the guy tried to threaten me....they were so rude,and unprofessional...it was my first time to go for repairing a titan but it proved to so uselessand dissappointing....i thinku should do about something....

                                    I have given my watch for repairs on 06/12/12 receipt no 2176 and have not yet recived it back. Worse, the staff at the centre is anything but interested in providing customer service - so much so that no one bothers to even come on the phone line and give proper info about the status; and lets the security guard take calls from customer who dont even have the basic decency to let the customer finish what they have to say and simply hang up midway while the customer is talking. It has been 2 months now since I have been forced to move around without a watch as it is the only watch (costing 8k) that I own and have no clue when to hope to see it.

                                    I dont think I'm buying another titan product ever again or recommending it to anyone.

                                    PS: I have been wearing only titan watches for a decade now.

                                      my dad purchased a tommy hilfiger spectacles worth 9500Rs from titan eye+ shop in chembur a year ago after 4-5 months one side arm just broke off from frame so he keep it in his cars glove box and started using his old one, time went and he forget and now i found out so i bring those broken spectacles to titan eye+ shop to fix it and the guy at store says tommy hilfiger dont sell spare parts and we dont repair glasses with broken weld its not our problem, what is this no service for the product they sell if the product is capable of service and costly
