Staff refusing to lodge complaint after repeated calls citing a vague reason- 'Application is slow'.
Please clarify what sort of application u are using?
Why do we have connectivity issue every month?
Do u care to get back to customers as your staff keep telling them to call after 1 hour?

    I am Banibandana Das having customer id 692777. Since last six days, I have been putting complaints regarding no signal in my set up box as a result of which we are not able to watch TV.

    Inspite of several requests at Unit – 8, Kalayan mandap Ofice and repeated telephonic registration of complaints, no response is received.

    I do hope that the problem will be solved soon.

      I am having a lot of problem after taking broadband connection from Ortel. At the time of connection they said that they're broadband is super fast and reliable.I have taken the connection from third of January and today its 15th January and my modem has been offline from last 6 days and before that 4 more days.i really need some help here to solve this matter.when I give complaint to them they say that within 24 hour my problem will be solved but it's the 5th day since my modem is offline and I can't the net and there is no call from Ortel for help.sir please solve this matter soon .

          Sir i am regular user of ortel cable connection. As per the news 31st is the last date for installation of setup box. On 26th dec i was provided with new setup box and i fulfilled all the criterias as per the noms. The salesman told me that within 2hrs your setup box will be activated. But till today ie 28th dec it has not been activated. Sir what to do now ? some details for your knowledge ? The local salesman Switch off Bhubaneswar customercare- False commitment by your salesman Rourkela office - We cant say anything( Please dial after sometime) Sir i am wrong to choose your network.             To The manager, sir, This to bring to your notice under the broadband membership id 01237736 is not giving a good service . Before connection the company has plan to give us a good service of the speed 512 kbps under the mention plan of Rs.610 for unlimited for 1 month but it not getting even the speed of 10 kbps not even 1 month has been oven as it is a new connection. Therefore i would like to request you and your authority to check and to look to this matter as soon as possible i would be very oftenly wailting for your reply as i have known about your good decission to acknowledge me or to ask any question call me to [protected]

              My customer no is 951082 i hv complained before 3days bot it cant solve nd they should be told me ur speed is nice but when i open google it cant open.i[censored] dont solve my problem before 1pm i cant give u my next month money.so wat u do pls remember MONEY OR PROBLEM SOLVE..?CHOICE IS URS.

                Hi, I was using Ortel's 1mbps unlimited plan, cost of which is around INR 1445.00, but aparantly ortel reduced the price for the same plan before October-2015, and we were not informed about it, but when I came to know about it, I paid 200 to reduce my plan from 1445 odd to 940 odd INR plan. But still I recieved 1445 bill for October and November. Despite of me calling ortel's customer care number several times a day, no one cared to send me a fresh copy of bill with the deducted amount - the amount they charged extra on oct-2015. Anyways, I am not using thier services From Dec-2015, as I noticed no one is coming to hand me over the proper bill and I had to get BSNL broadband installed. Don't know whether Ortel cares for their customers or not, but for small matters they expect us to visit their office which is around 15-20 Kms away from our residence. Ridiculous!!

                I didn't pay them at all for couple of months and then one of thr sales representatives visited my residence and I asked him to disconnect the broadband (broadband is just for name's sake, else its worst than 2g service), so, they settled for some 300 odd amount and then took aout the modem and thr cable etc.

                  I am using broad band service of Ortel communication since 2014 .But, from the last three months this company is not providing the service properly. I have taken 24*7 broad band monthly service.But, l am taking only 2 to 4 hour service per day. I have given complaint regularly in the these 3 months .They are not resolving the problem .They are sending the fake messages (about the problem has been resolved ) with out resolving the problem. It seems like that they just want to take the money from the costumer with out providing the exact service.

                  From the month of April, we are requesting for color channel as it is paid channel, we also agree to pay & we telephone time to time your BBSR Office No .Till today we have not receive color.In where we complain this matter

                    Inspite of my repeated complaint to M/s. Ortel Communications, over their Customer Care Number for the slow browsing problem, no remedial measures have been taken till date since 6 days >>> Now it is proved that this ISP Company does not care about his existing customer satisfaction >> Only replying in affirmative, but with any tangible solution.

                    This company is owned by a Industrial House of Odisha and a member of this family happens to be the M.P. from the ruling party in the state.

                    CABLE PROBLEM

                    MY NAME IS HARAPRIYA MOHAPATRA, HAVING MEMB NO[protected], LAST 4 DAYS I HAVE BOOKED A COMPLAIN ABOUT MY CABLE IS NOT WORKING BUT TILL TODAY IT NOT BEEN SOLVED & IT"S HAPPEND REGULARLY SO TAKE CARE OF THIS.

                          After repeated lodging complains to the respective ortel office of sambalpur branch i am unable to find a solution for slow speed and repeated link failure and they are not solving also but every month they are sending me the bill without and rebate or anything kindly help me to solve the issue and guide me what else i have to do to take necessary actions for the same.

My modem is in offline mode and not receiving signal since two days.I have lodged complain in no-[protected] .24 hours past after lodgement of complain . Customer Care agent is saying, we will solve your problem very soon .But still I am waiting for result. Customer Care service is very poor. Kindly advise me what step I must take.                               My name is Tanveer Singh Pandher. My resedence address is: "Prateek" Opposite House no. 27, Anand Nagar, Raipur, CG. My mobile number is [protected]. I got cable connection from Ortel Communication located at Bhalla House, Meera Dattar Road, Near Bottle House, Shankar Nagar, Raipur-492007. I got cable connection on 11 July 2015 and signed a Customer Application Form (CAF No: 283469). I deposited Rs 500 for Advance Subscription for 3 months and was supposed to pay Rs 150 monthly as a mothly cable charges every month after 3 months, which ended on 11 October 2015. But now, the company is backing out from the commitment they had made. They are saying that they will charge Rs 195 per month instead of Rs 150. I have with me Customer Application Form and Receipt duly signed by companys Authorised person. When i spoke to the Manger at Ortel Communication Mr Anup Kumar, moble no. [protected], he said he can not do anything and it was companys mistake that they wrote Rs 150 for monthly charges. He said, if I need to continue to get cable services I will have to pay Rs 195 every month. I completely feel cheated and stressed out. My concern is, if the company had committed that they will charge Rs 150 per month then why are they backing out from their commitment and charging more. Hope you look into this matter soon and take an appropriate action against the company so other customers can not be cheated by Ortel Communication as well.

                                Dear Sir/Madam, I’m staying Gandamunda, BBSR with my family . It is very sad to announce that the ORTEL executives Mr Kailash Adhikari has taken Rs. 1330 A/c pay Cheque for connecting the Ortel Brodband on dt of 09/09/15, but after several correspondence over phone there is no response from the company side. The executives are extremely non cooperative. Please consider this mail as URGENT. Regards, P R Swain
                                It is a very bed company.I will paid 2300 for WiFi modem connection.connection is OK but no internet connection...it is a [censored] company..so frnds don't connection ortel brodeband&ortel WiFi&ortel cable.
                                Also I will complain in costumer service..there are no result found.still today I will no internet connection..my member ship id[protected]

                                  Ortel communication ltd broadband. was not providing continuous service from 1 september 2015( in whole month not more 3 to 4 days working only ) I reportedly compained to customer care but problem was not resolved. In between they keep on sending bills without adjustment. I also requsted to disconnect service thservice no disscontinecting

                                    I just took this poor and pathetic ortel broadband service since 7 days and my Internet is offline since 4 days after multiple calls there was no response from anyone. Even I am in plan of 768 kbps whereas my speed is just 300kbps. How to return this and get my money back. Sanjay

                                        Consumer No.859485 from june 2011. they have no toll free Contact No. Apply for combo Connection on 16.06.2015.several time they loss my application after more time contact combo will activate on 09.07.2015. On 19.7.15 I paid my TV bill once again add in net bill so i can not paid my bill for which I loss 200mb. net in the month of Aug pack. In combo pack most of the tv channel are showing no signal. On 14.8.15 net was dead after several complain rectified on 19.08.15. Once again net is dead from 24.08.15 till date I complain on 25, 26, 27.8.15 & also contact at cuttack office nobody cooperate with me .
