Dear Sir, I am an approximately 1.5 month old customer of your esteem Ortel Broadband connection service, with Costumer I.D:- 1167645. With much disgust, i would like to bring into your notice that, within this span of 1.5 months, we would have availed the service hardly for 20 days with a lot of disruption in between. You just simply check with our customer id, how many complaints we have already registered with you people. In spite of flooding your complaint box, there is shameless sign of improvement in service from your end. The hell is happening since last 10-12 days, as we are unable to avail your much celebrated service. During these days, its a day to day task of ours to check the availability of internet, followed by a series of non-sense calls to your dignitary field officer, customer care executives, sales persons who are well trained in giving silly excuses and fallacious commitments without any action taken. From the day 1 of the installation, your much sophisticated brand new Modem didn't work and got replaced by a used one. Again a couple of days back another brand used modem got replaced, but no results in hand till date. To our utter irritation and your utmost un-professionalism, we are being asked many a times to bring the modem to the office by ourselves. When ever we wanted to have a discussion with top management level, we are requested to give some more time (at max 6-24h) for the problem to be fixed, but no miracle happened till this time. We exactly unable to figure out whether we are fools to spend our valuable times running after you even after repeated in vain of the efforts or you people are making us fool by committing us such non-sense services. At least, after writing this mail we will expect the permanent resolution of the issues or please excuse us, since your revered service may no more be required to us. Anticipating your attention and quick action in this regard.

    Disappointed with the worst service & non-response to the repeated complaints of my Ortel Net connection membership no.647497 ; I sent one letter to make arrangement for disconnection of the connection and to take away the MODEM of the company. Since there was no response I sent mails continuously to the company to the Nodal Officer, Appeallate authority, Head customer care, and to the Corporal officer and made requests over phone for necessary action immediately. NO ACTION till date. I send message over Whats-up to the company officer Mr. Pramod Srichandan mobile no.[protected] with a request for immediat action since I am a senior citizen of 66 years of age and unable to go to the office for consultation. BUT NO ACTION till today.

        i deposited Rs600 & cleared all dues for shifting of service to another address. they confirmed, service available in new address, i.e.Kolathia, Khandagiri Vihar, BBSR. After 7 Days and calling so many times they said, service is unavailable in that locality.Clint No:1077812, Receipt No:880043, Date:27.5.15.i want refund of all my expences.

          This is a company doing monopoly business in Bhubaneswar. Below issues are happening all time. 1. connection interrupted 10 times in month. 2. if they have technical faults still company never forget to collect bill amount from the customer of that particular day. 3. False commitments in bandwidth speed 4. Dissconnection of service without sufficient reason. 5. Customer care staffs are not sound in atleast basic knowledge on broadband 6. Not updating their old customers if they made changes in tariff plans 7. Powe back up issues are till now in many areas in capital . 8. Technical staffs are very unpuntual in time. 9. pay per talk while a customer register a complain. No toll free No for cc till now 10. tariff plans are bad enough.

            They are cheaters. They are fraud. They cheated us. They bluffed us. We communicated with Ortel Communications Ltd, Bhubaneswar([protected]) to set up a new internet connection. I made an advance payment of Rs.2250(Receipt No.836216) to an agent named Ranjit([protected]) on 10/04/2015 and he assured me that the connection will be set up by 12/04/2015 and activated by 13/04/2015. But he failed to keep up his words and we decided to turn down the connection. He assured me that within a week I will get the refund. But to my disappointment, I did not get it till date. I contacted another person named Debashis([protected]) from Ortel Communications Ltd. and he assured me that I will get my refund through cheque by 05/05/2015. But till date I did not receive any confirmation sms or call about the refund.I will be highly obliged if you please look into this matter and take the necessary steps.

                  Dear Sir, I am using ORTEL BROADBAND SERVICE from last 6 months. My customer ID is 1089792. Address : House no1, Fatak, Budharaja, Sambalpur, orissa. 768001. From the day 1 i am facing problem due to poor service from Ortel Side. On 9th of march 2015 i called Ortel Communication, sambalpur and told them my Internet connect connection is not working then they told me to call their Customer care no[protected] . I did the same and logged a complaint (complaint no: I1151961) . When i checked the dashboard today on 12.3.2015 the complaint is closed . I just want to ask them 1 thing, how could they close the complaint without confirming the same from customer. I am still facing the problem, their engineer has not visited my location to check connection till now . When i ask the same to their CC TEAM they are telling me to wait again after closing the complaint. Is this the process? is this customer service ??? Here in sambalpur ORTEL is only private ISP with huge nos of customers thatswhy they are ignoring the queries of customer and working with their own wish. Can i expect a better service from ortel team????? I tried to call their land line also ([protected]) but didnt get any response. Please look into the matter and take necessary step.                   No internet connection for the last 04 days

                  Membership no.01437528. complaint no.C4202279. I m not getting service for last 04 days. Nobody has come & attended to the problem. I got sms that your complaint has been resolved. I m not happy with your service.Even when I speak to customer care, l am getting reply that ur problem will be resolved.So plz look into the matter.

EVERY TIME CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ARE SAYING THEY ARE SENDING PEOPLE. I AM FROM CUTTACK I THINK THEY ARE SENDING PEOPLE FROM DELHI SO THAT ITS ALREADY 3 DAYS OVER AFTER GIVING COMPLAIN.                       Dear Sir, I m a Broadband customer from bhubaneswar and my id is 01112983 shubham kumar sahoo, have a connection from 1st jan 2015, as per your service provider my first month was free, but they have charge extra Rs 50 and 80 and i've paid Rs 250 for feb mont as it's my star plan, but still they 've not deducted from my bill . so kindly deduct Rs139 from my balance.                       I paid through online, but not receive any receipt.
                      Your long in or signup is not working properly. How to get my receipt, payment history, my bill etc.

                        I have paid the bill amounting to Rs.267.53 for ortel connection on 01.02.2015 for the current month of February 2015 and the same amount has already been deducted from my S.B.A/c on the same day. But till date the bill has not been creditted against my customer Id No. 1078138. So kindly look into the matter and please do the needful.

                          It has been around 15 days since I got their internet connection at prashanthi bihar, bhubaneswar. at first it didn't activate for around 4-5 days. after many calls to the agent and customer care center and a visit to their office, it started working at a speed of 10-20kbps which is a common speed on a gprs connection. The plan I have paid for is 1mbps. furthermore, whatever it was, it stopped working after a few hours. since then, it is fluctuating. it works for less than a minute at less than gprs speed and then the connection blows away. it shows limited access and no internet access on the tasskbar wifi button. everytime i have called the customer care people, i get a different person everytime and each one of them ensures me that they would sort the problem in a few hours or they would send an engineer the next day, however, they doesn't do either. Now I think even if they sort the problem of fluctuating internet connection, they won't ever provide me with a good speed. So out of around 7-8 times that i have called them in last few days, at the last couple of times i have asked them to please take their services and products back and refund but they won't respond at that, they just keep repeating like a recording that they would take another day to repair.

                            We have Ortel cable connection in Sambalpur distt. of Odisha. Picure doesnt comes for more than two days in week 1 day it comes and 2 days it doesnt comes. when we complains they just says we will cix this issue within 24 hours but they dont do so. When we directly complain to City Office, first they dont even pics the call and if they do so then only listens half of the words and then cuts the call and makes some exchses that today is saturday, or today is pooja. according to them out of 7 days of week there use to be 4 pooja's. We are not at all satisfied with this behaviour of their's. kindly listen to our request and take some action against this. Thanks and Regards.

                              I'm using Ortel broadband connection for ~2 years. The connection is worst during the rainy season(June-Oct). I generally get the Internet connect once in 5 days. The Ortely guys don't care for the complaints. You have to pray to God to fix your internet connection. Hope it will improve!

                                  I am one of the consumer bearing no 00210275 facing no signal problem in NET &CABLE service for last two &half months .Both ser vice are usually out of order for more than fifteen(15)days, it is very pathetic to inform no positive respond from ORTEL end.For resolving ORTEL takes more than 36hrs in Bhubaneswar city .ORTEL is service sec. knowingly harassing, they have tie up with Tele. Dept., for the same they don't have Toll Free no for lodging complain .
                                  The service head didn't respond to call, he thinks our money &time has no value .

                                    I disconnected my Internet on 12 Mar 14 and deposited my modem. I was assured that i will get my refundable amount within one month. But TILL NOW I HAVE NOT GOT MY money ( 1000.00). My customer id is 862617. Official of Ortel are not co-operating with me.

Even after giving too many complaints ortel customer customer carecare only states me to wait 24 hours eveeven after the problem is not being shshorted out. PleasePlease tatake some action...

                                        I got a new ortel communication broadband connection of 756kbps in march 2014. For the last 2 months i got download speed of what was promised to me i.e. 250 kbps but for the Last 2 weeks iam getting speed of max 30 kbps & when i complained them about this they told me that the max speed u will get is 70 kbps. They are fooling us. Help me.
