First Flight Courier Service — Consignment is not yet Received

This is after I had follow ups with First Flight Courier service I utter my problem I am facing now. I am yet to receive one shipment from the above mentioned courier service.
I stay in Andhra Pradesh and my shipment is from Noida i.e Consignment Number # BW0854983. As per shipment date it started from Noida on 26th of March, 2013 and today is 01st of May, 2013. I have not received my packet.

I tried to call to Hyderabad call center at different no, even cell phone but I have never seen such a worst pvt call center. They will not respond to your call or they will disconnect your call. So this is an issue, you will not get any help from Noida &Hyderabad call center.

I tried to contact the Noida office, some ViNOD used to answer my calls some times
and his telling some stories. He is unanswerable why it is delayed.
I request all customer and companies who send their packets through these couriers please do not rely on them as well as their customer service.

I had a call with your executive on Monday (10.11.08) for delivering my courier, i asked him not to come for my office and to deliver to my residence which is mentioned in the corier.
But today the 12th Nov 08, till i didnot got my courier.

FIRST FLIGHT COURIERS — Pathetic service - Consignment not delivered

I have sent a courier through first flight couriers on 18th June. Today on 22st June even after five days the consignment is still not delivered. I am disgusted with the service. They are simply saying the package is still lying at bangalore which is 350 kms from toranagallu where the courier is to be delivered. The service is pathetic.

First Flight Courier Service — Non Receiving The Phone Calls at Guwahati Office

On the 26th of July One of my important document has been dispatch from Hyderabad to Guwahati by First Flight Courier Service. By tracking the same at their web page the result is coming In Transit. I tried to contact the Guwahati Office of First Flight Courier Service, but Nobody is receiving the phone call.
