Sir we reached the destination around 6 oclock and ever since we tried to call the hotel on the number given at your website. We tried for almost 2 hours, they didn't pickup even once. We tried calling oyo helpline. They tried to connect me with manager but still they didn't answer too. After so many trials the manager picked up once and after that he cut the call saying he will contact again. But he didn't. And we tried to to reach him again and again. We tried calling hotel also again and again. But they didn't pickup even once. We asked in the viscinity. They also dont know about this hotel. We tried all we could from our side. We were tensed for almost 3 hours. And when no help came from either oyo management and the hotel itself, we booked a new room. And when we tried cancelling, it says amount of one night will be deducted. We haven't done ang mistake. The mistake was all from hotel side. If they opened up a hotel, they probably should have management team or something called reception. I request full refund for the booking ID FGW41621 SPOT ON 81882 Raj Chandra Lodge and a strict action against the fraud they have organized.

      I did not cancel my booking and didnot give any reason for cancellation but it got cancelled but they said my amount will get refunded which did not happen

        Hi Ritesh,

        Yesterday I booked 2 rooms for 4 people and at time of check in we requested the receptionist to allow my 5th guest for 2 hours as his train was late and we asked him to provide 2 hours he will not stay after 10PM so he simply denies, also told us to ask your guest to wait outside as they will not allow my guest to enter my room which I booked.

        We also suggest him to add one person in app and modify our booking but he told me that you already paid the amount via online hence we can't do anything. Futher after 30 mins of arguments, he told me to give 500 bucks to provide the entry of my guest in the room.

        I want to know if I booked 2 rooms and unfortunately my guest told me that his train is late so i think nobody in India told their guest to do their own booking.

        2nd complaint

        At early in the morning 4.30 AM when I go to washroom so I can't find any soap in washroom and also there is no water in the tap so at that time i was searching for the water because without water I can't came outside the washroom. Then I found small amount of water there in a bucket and i used that water. Then at early in the morning without washing my hand I go to reception for the soap.

        I paid 1900 bucks for this type of services???

        This is horrible experience

        Then at 9.30AM, hotel management knocked our rooms and ask for check out . I want to know I paid the amount till 11 AM then why the management distrub our sleep at 9.30AM.

        I need a solution for this as for me this booking is totally worthless and waste of money, also the embarrassment which I faced infront of my guests.

          I do not use the service anymore or plan to use it in the future. I see no point in continuing to have an account. There is no option provided to do this. So I am raising this complaint.

          Hi, we would not be able to delete your account. Though you can do so from your phone and delete the app if you do not wish to use it anymore. You can also delete your booking history before doing so. ~SP

            This is to inform you that i booked hotel (booking id:CDBHO439) through call with OYO executive on 11.12.2021 with partial payment amount INR 419 (refer screen shot) and executive said you will get confirmation/verification call on later.

            On next day i received call from hotel management (mobile no: [protected]).He informed me that you have to pay remaining amount to confirm booking. Please be note that person have all information like partial payment detail which i made, remaining amount, location of hotel, Name of hotel, name of customer etc. Based on information i paid amount of 3770 INR through UPI (refer attached screenshot).

            During check in at hotel on 11.12.021
            I came to know at hotel reception that payment has not been received. Person who called me is not available at hotel as well as on call. After many trial of calls and discussion with hotel staff I again paid remaining amount to hotel via UPI payment INR 3770 to get room(Refer screen shot) . Later i came to know that first payment of INR 3770 is a fraud payment.

            Now question arise that,

            Case -1
            If person calling from hotel to get remaining payment then why hotel management asking to do repayment

            Case-2
            If person is not calling from hotel or any other third party then how they had information about my booking with payment details.

            In view of above from both the cases its clearly shows that its mistake of OYO/hotel management to leak booking information or not accepting payments.

            Customer booking hotel for hassle-free journey. Here i feeled that i made mistake by booking through OYO with advance payment and feeled guilty.

            I request to you that please investigate above concern and initiate refund of INR 3770 (refer screen shot).

              Claim to issued my refund but never did me an my bank pulled up my bank statement and no where on it is a refund. Almost $300 gone down the drain. I will never recommend this nasty hotel.

                I called a OYO reservation caller for booking, he booked me a hotel but the date he entered was incorrect, so now I am unable to modify the date as well as cancel the booking. I tried everything from calling to call centres to cancellation person, to trying to cancel or modify it from the OYO app. Still I am unable to do so. Now I am stuck in a limbo. I have paid 25%of the booking amount now when I am trying to cancel it there is a cancellation charges which is equal to the 25% amount that I have already paid, and I can't even modify my check in and check out dates.

                      My booking id.: YEZM8785. On 20th Nov. 2021 I have made a booking but when I contacted the hotel they said we don't have any bookings by your name as well as they even don't have rooms available. So I have canceled the booking and they said that you will get a refund in 7-14 working days but till today I have not received my refund.

                        Booked a hotel for two days From 10 Dec - 12 Dec 2021 at OYO Flagship 83043 The Orchid Mountain View. I got the booking confirmation after payment was rejected. When I reached the place, the hotel was closed and no-one seemed to have any awareness about any hotel of any kind nearby. I called OYO helpdesk to check if this was the proper address or not and they sent me they said they were sending me the address to my phone but I received nothing after they hung up.

                          Today around 12.30 I was booking a hotel at Kolkata, the money get deducted but booking not done showing a error message "Something went wrong". My booking page is empty. This is Very ridiculous service from Oyo. Moreover one cannot complaint without booking ID in their helpline number. How can anyone complain when they cannot give the booking id.

                          Please find attached picture which I get from the bank confirming money get deducted.

                                Clearly cheating and looting their customers!

                                Made a booking of ₹960 at Orion/Woodstock stay through the app but when I reached the site it was complete chaos, the sheets were dirty, the room was not clean. I could have still managed but the major concern lies with a see-through door as everything was visible from the outside.

                                When asked for another room or a refund, the property person denied stating they do not have any other room and a refund is not possible. I called customer care, asked to shift to a different hotel if no refund or new room cannot be given. Initially, they also denied the request but an hour later they agreed to do the shifting in the nearby Oyo Townhouse: Gautam residency stating that shifting will be done but you have to pay the extra amount on which I agreed. However, then he said that you don't have to pay anything as it is adjusted with the previous amount.

                                Even after a long conversation, the room was not provided to us I again waited for an hour, and then finally I got the room at 1 AM. I had paid a charge of 3688 (shifting charges) without prior knowledge and it is visible in the OYO application. In the morning, I called the executive for help, a different executive picked the call each time and gave different statements regarding refund and shifting. Still, they haven't checked the recordings to solve this matter and I am struggling to get this resolved.

                                I booked a room with OYO through OYO APP with 960 rs and paid 3637 extra without any fault for 1 day.

                                They promised to check the recordings and then a refund with, even sent email for the same but then later declined the refund for no valid reason!

                                The WORST experience of my life with OYO!

                                  On 9th Dec, 2021 booked OYO 76488 Hotel Implex Residency for Checkin Date 11 Dec 2021 and Checkout Date 13 Dec 2021. This booking was done through Oyo app and amount was also paid.

                                  On 11th Dec 2021, at 1 pm we reached the hotel and they told us that all the rooms are full even if out booking is confirmed. We called Oyo Customer Service but they were of no help. We called Customer Executive and they told us to take the Hotel Executive on call. As all Oyo Customer Calls are recorded, it can be given ad proof that we were denied Checkin even if Booking was Confirm. We did request for refund.

                                  We did mail at [protected]@oyorooms.com about this scenario and initiation of refund. But they amount was not refunded. On 12th Dec 2021 after raising issue on the mail we received a No Show mail.

                                  This is harassment and full amount needs to get refund as we were not at fault.

                                    I had selected an OYO collection O room which is supposed to be a little premium, and looked promising on pics.
                                    When I checked in paying the whole amount got to know the reality,
                                    The room was not at all the same, the bedsheets were soiled, the washroom was leaking, flush infrequently working the AC was plugged out and tv not working
                                    The room was overall dirty and looked anything but on the picture uploaded on app

                                      I had booked Oyo room via reservation desk and paid 10% but reaching venue the room was not available and there was a waiting time of one hour. Inspite of telling Oyo about it didn’t get my refund nor room not even sorry. But have to speak with extremely rude service desk

                                        Dear sir,

                                        This is to inform you that i booked hotel (booking id:CDBHO439) through call with OYO executive on 11.12.2021 with partial payment amount INR 419 (refer screen shot) and executive said you will get confirmation/verification call on later.

                                        On next day i received call from hotel management (mobile no: [protected]).He informed me that you have to pay remaining amount to confirm booking. Please be note that person have all information like partial payment detail which i made, remaining amount, location of hotel, Name of hotel, name of customer etc. Based on information i paid amount of 3770 INR through UPI (refer attached screenshot).

                                        During check in at hotel on 11.12.021
                                        I came to know at hotel reception that payment has not been received. Person who called me is not available at hotel as well as on call. After many trial of calls and discussion with hotel staff I again paid remaining amount to hotel via UPI payment INR 3770 to get room(Refer screen shot) . Later i came to know that first payment of INR 3770 is a fraud payment.

                                        Now question arise that,

                                        Case -1
                                        If person calling from hotel to get remaining payment then why hotel management asking to do repayment

                                        Case-2
                                        If person is not calling from hotel or any other third party then how they had information about my booking with payment details.

                                        In view of above from both the cases its clearly shows that its mistake of OYO/hotel management to leak booking information or not accepting payments.

                                        Customer booking hotel for hassle-free journey. Here i feeled that i made mistake by booking through OYO with advance payment and feeled guilty.

                                        I request to you that please investigate above concern and initiate refund of INR 3770 (refer screen shot).
