Looting Customers

Clearly cheating and looting their customers!

Made a booking of ₹960 at Orion/Woodstock stay through the app but when I reached the site it was complete chaos, the sheets were dirty, the room was not clean. I could have still managed but the major concern lies with a see-through door as everything was visible from the outside.

Booking Confirmed, still denied entry at Hotel saying rooms are full

On 9th Dec, 2021 booked OYO 76488 Hotel Implex Residency for Checkin Date 11 Dec 2021 and Checkout Date 13 Dec 2021. This booking was done through Oyo app and amount was also paid.

On 11th Dec 2021, at 1 pm we reached the hotel and they told us that all the rooms are full even if out booking is confirmed. We called Oyo Customer Service but they were of no help. We called Customer Executive and they told us to take the Hotel...

Regarding picture shown in the app and the room in real

Address:Bangalore

I had selected an OYO collection O room which is supposed to be a little premium, and looked promising on pics.
When I checked in paying the whole amount got to know the reality,
The room was not at all the same, the bedsheets were soiled, the washroom was leaking, flush infrequently working the AC was plugged out and tv not working
The room was overall dirty and looked anything but on the picture uploaded on app...

I had booked Oyo room via reservation desk and paid 10% but reaching venue the room was not available and there was a waiting time of one hour. Inspite of telling Oyo about it didn’t get my refund nor room not even sorry. But have to speak with extremely rude service desk

I've paid for my room but the booking has not been confirmed!!

On Thursday night I paid for my OYO room (RS799) but the amount got deducted and the booking wasn't shown. Then I had to book the room again. Refund on

Against my booking id J3ZS8279 on the oyo website, I am seeing refund amount due to me due to my mid stay checkout. my booking was till 20th Dec 2021 but I checked out on 8th due to urgency. I have paid the amount for full duration. I need to know the status of my refund.
Your customer care is unreachable on ‭[protected]‬. All the time it is saying that agents are busy, even at midnight for 2 days now. The chat support is nonsense...

I have booked oyo tounhouse 173, near knowledge park 3 greater noida my payment is done but no booking showing in oyo neither there is any booking id and I have to check in tomorrow...

Company policies

I have made a booking through the OYO app and my booking ID is ZBX91549.

While making the booking, there was a mistake that could be on my part. I intended to select 11th to 12th December as the dates but the present date was selected by default which was 8th December to 9th December.

I immediately realised this and tried reaching out to OYO and have been trying to escalate this throughout the night.

I tried to book hotel rooms in Kanpur for 17th Feb, 2022 on 5th Dec, 2021. I searched hotels in oyorooms.com website in laptop. I selected oyo townhouse 703||Super 3||Govind Nagar. When I clicked on continue booking, the website asked my datails and asked me to make payment. I selected UPI method and entered my number for GooglePay method. It triggered on my GooglePay app and I made the payment using the link. The payment was successful....

False information on oyo site about location

I have booked oyo in Anand, Gujarat. The oyo hotel has mentioned that it is near to Anand bus stand. But it is nearly 20 km from there. I am not able to reach oyo hotel because of too far from city limits. I had made my payment .
I want my refund back.

No facilities offered as promised

I had booked 5 rooms through booking.com. but I am very sorry to mention that I am not happy at all with the hotel. Following observations for your kind information.

1. Bathroom and toilet are very dirty.
2. Bedsheets are teared and dirty. .
3. TV is not working as remote is not there.
4. Towel and napkins were not kept in the room. We had to ask for the same and the quality of towels supplied are useless....

Misguiding app details and incur unwanted expenses

I booked oyo with booking id AT5N8379 in oyo flagship 76522 in delhi from 2nd to 5th december. Evening of 2nd i called oyo customercare and made sure that i would check in at 1Am of 3rd dec since my flight will reach delhi by 12.30am.
When i reached the oyo destination which the app showed, i could not find any oyo hotels at that place at 1AM in night. When i tried to call customer care of oyo, it was very busy, i could not connect...

I have booked oyo room through oyo application for 3days from 13th to 16th Dec 2021 for Rs. 3230. The amount got deducted from my bank account and booking if not generated.

I have the payment details also.

Kindly resolve the issue. And help with the customer booking id or else help with the refund.

Refund not provided , no response from customer service

I have two booking ID's where the bookings were not accepted by the hotel staff so when I called customer care they tried to shift me but then coudnt so they promised me a refund of the payment I had made upon sharing my bank details to initiate the refund.
